Skin disease can also be caused by poor personal hygiene behavior factors. The Anshor Al-Sunah Islamic boarding school in Kampar Regency is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Kampar Regency, and skin disease is a common health problem and is a major problem in the Anshor Al-Sunah Islamic boarding school in Kampar Regency. The incidence of skin disease in students in 2017 was recorded at 67 cases recorded at the UKS boarding school Anshor Al-Sunah, Kampar Regency, while in 2018 it increased to 86 cases. The research objective was to determine the effect of environmental sanitation on the incidence of skin disease among female students at the Anshor Al-Sunah Islamic Boarding School, Kampar Regency. This type of observational analytic quantitative research using a survey analysis research design approach. Survey analysis. The research was conducted at the Anshor Al-Sunah Islamic boarding school, Kampar Regency, Riau Province and from March to June 2020. Data collection tools used questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. The population was all students in the Anshor Al-Sunah Islamic boarding school, with a sample of 64 people, using proportional random sampling technique. Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of this study were ecological factors, personal hygiene factors that influenced the incidence of skin disease among students. It is hoped that pesantren managers will improve facilities and infrastructure in accordance with health standards to prevent skin disease transmission.

Reproductive health in adolescent girls is an important health problem because Indonesia is a tropical region that increases the risk of vaginal discharge due to high humidity in genetal areas and behaviors that are not optimal hygiene. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of personal hygiene knowledge with the incidence of fluor albus santriwati in Islamic Boarding School Babus Salam Pabuaran Sibang. Design type is quantitative research with cross sectional research method. The population in this study is santriwati class IX in Islamic Boarding School Babus Salam Pabuaran Sibang with sample of 83 respondents according to using sampling technique of consecutive sampling. Instruments used questionnaire. The majority had a high knowledge level of 63.9% and the majority of the respondents did not experience whiteness as much as 79.5%. There is p value = 0,002 (p value <α 0,05). Obtained shows the relationship between personal hygiene knowledge with the incidence of fluor albus in Islamic Boarding School Babus Salam Pabuaran Sibang. Advice for santriwati to pay more attention to personal hygiene is good to prevent the occurrence of vaginal discharge. Keywords:  Teenager; Knowledge; Personal Hygiene; Fluor Albus.

Scabies is a skin disease caused by Sarcoptes scabei mite. 112 female occupants of Liponsos Keputih suffer from scabies. This study aims to determine the relationship between personal hygiene behavior with scabies incident in  Liponsos of  Keputih,  Surabaya 2016. This research was conducted by analytical method and categorized as research. The population in this study were residents of female occupant. 82 occupants were chosen as  sample by systematic sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire- sheet, observation sheets, and measurement. This study shows that there was a relationship between personal hygiene behavior and scabies incidence in  Liponsos of  Keputih,  Surabaya. It is advised for the management of Liponsos Keputih to improve sanitation and conduct counseling or distribute of leaflets on scabies. Keywords : Scabies Cases, Personal Hygiene Behavior, environmental Sanitation.

During menstruation blood vessels in the uterus are very easily infected because germs easily enter and cause diseases of the reproductive tract. Some of the most common disorders are vaginal discharge and pruritus vulvae (vaginal itching). However, this complaint can be prevented by maintaining the cleanliness of the female organs early on, namely with good menstrual personal hygiene. This study aims to describe the level of personal hygiene knowledge about menstruation. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach, with a total sample of 90 people taken by total sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents had enough personal hygiene behavior as many as 82 people (91.1%), while good menstrual personal hygiene behavior was 3 people (3.3%), and respondents who had behaviors classified as less than 5 people ( 5.6%). Based on complaints on reproductive organs, respondents who experienced vaginal discharge were 85 people (94.4%) and itching around the genitals was around 83 people (92.2%).

The high density of occupancy and poor environmental hygiene in An Nawawi Islamic Boarding School, Purworejo could effect on the health status of students. Scabies is one of  health problem that often occurs in Islamic boarding schools. The aims of this study was to determine risk factors of scabies transmission on students at An Nawawi Boarding School Berjan Gebang subdistrict, Purworejo District of Central Java. This study used observational analytic methods using case-control design. The measured variables were environmental hygiene, residential density, personal hygiene, contact with  patient, knowledge, sex, age and the presence or absence of house dust mites (TDR). The population in this study were students at Boarding School An Nawawi with the sample size is 104 students. Data obtained from environmental hygiene observational, questionnaires, physician diagnosis, skin swab sampling and sampling of house dust. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square (α=0.05). The result of this study showed that  115 of 161 students were diagnosed with scabies and S. scabiei was founded from 34 slide of skin swab. Environmental hygiene factors (p=0.000; OR=9.490), contact with patients (p=0.040; OR=2.912), sex (p=0.000; OR=5.083), and age of santri related to scabies transmission (p=0.000). House dust mites Dermatophagoides sp. found at An Nawawi Islamic Boarding School. Environmental cleanliness is the most dominant factor that influences the transmission of scabies at An Nawawi Islamic Boarding School

Latar Belakang: Kebersihan perseorangan atau Personal Hygiene merupakan suatu tindakan untuk memelihara kebersihan seseorang untuk menjaga kesejahteraan fisik dan psikis. Salah satu dampak dari kurangnya menjaga Personal Hygiene adalah terjadinya keputihan. Sebanyak 75% wanita di Indonesia pernah mengalami keputihan minimal satu kali dalam hidupnya dan 45% diantaranya mengalami keputihan sebanyak dua kali atau lebih. Di mana ditunjukkan jumlah yang dilayani dalam program kesehatan reproduksi terdapat 29,8% mengalami kejadian keputihan pada remaja putri. Tujuan: Mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Tentang Personal Hygiene Dengan Perilaku Pencegahan Keputihan Pada Remaja Putri Di SMAN 15 Semarang. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Popalasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja putri sebanyak 180 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 orang, dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel yanng digunakan adalah metode proportionate random sampling. Hasil: Remaja putri di SMAN 15 Semarang sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 100 responsen (80,6%) dan pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 24 responden (19,4%). Sementara perilaku remaja putri sebagian besar memiliki perilaku kurang baik sebanyak 97 responden (72,8%) dan perilaku baik sebanyak 27 responden (21,8%). Sehingga ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang Personal Hygiene dengan perilaku pencegahan keputihan. Saran: Pihak sekolah hendaknya memasukkan personal hygiene yang tepat ke dalam kurikulum pelajaran muatan lokal pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi atau sebagai materi pelajaran ekstra sehingga semua siswi mendapatkan pengetahuan yang sama sehingga diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka resiko terjadinya masalah kesehatan bagi remaja putri / para siswi. Kata Kunci       : Pengetahuan Personal Hygiene; Perilaku Pencegahan; KeputihanDaftar Pustaka  : 7 (2009-2014)  RELATIONS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF PERSONAL HYGIENE BEHAVIOR PREVENTION WHITISH SMAN 15 SEMARANG Abstract  Background: Individual or Personal Hygiene Cleanliness is an act to maintain the cleanliness of a person to maintain physical and psychological wellbeing. As many as 75% of women in Indonesia have experienced vaginal discharge at least once in their lives and 45% of them experienced vaginal discharge two times or more. Where indicated amount served in reproductive health programs are 29.8% experienced vaginal discharge events in adolescent girls. Objective: To identify Relations Knowledge About Personal Hygiene With Discharge Prevention Behavior In Young Women In SMAN 15 Semarang. Metode Research: This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design. Populasi in this study were young women of 180 people. The sample in this study as many as 124 people, with sampling technique used is proportionate random method sampling. Research Results: Results: Girls at SMAN 15 Semarang most have less knowledge as much as 100 responsen (80.6%) and insufficient knowledge as much as 24 respondents (19.4%). While the behavior of young women mostly had less good behavior as much as 97 respondents (72.8%) and good behavior as much as 27 respondents (21.8%). So that there is a relationship between knowledge about prevention behaviors Personal Hygiene with whitish. Background : One of the problems that must be considered by young women is their reproductive health. It is very important to inform young women about the menstrual process knowledge so that they will be able to maintain personal hygiene. Lack of knowledge about personal hygiene can increase the risk of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of young girls and personal hygiene behavior. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at SMPN 036 Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all 270 students of SMPN 036 class VIII, with a total sample of 162, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square. Result :The results of the study were obtained from 162 respondents, the majority of respondents had good knowledge of 110 people (68%), and good personal hygiene behavior as many as 152 people (94%). Chi-square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.008 <0.05, conclusion : that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of uterine adolescents with personal hygiene behavior at SMPN 036 Batam City. Advice for teenagers to maintain personal hygiene behavior.

One of the jobs that is vulnerable to skin disorders is farmers. So that research is needed to see patterns of personal hygiene in farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between patterns of personal hygiene with the occurrence of skin disorders in rice farmers in the Nanggulan Village Work Area Cawas I Health Center, Cawas District, Klaten Regency. This research is non-experimental quantitative research that is an analytic survey with cross-sectional design. The population in this study was 767 people and the sample obtained by 89 respondents. Sampling is done by stratified random sampling technique by proportional random sampling. From the results showed a significant relationship between patterns of personal hygiene with the occurrence of skin disorders with a P-value of 0.001 and = 10.426. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between patterns of personal hygiene with the occurrence of skin disorders in rice farmers in the Nanggulan

Personal hygiene during menstruation is an action to maintain health and hygiene in female genital areas during menstruation. Based on data compiled from the Central Statistics Agency and the National Development Planning Agency in 2010, 63 million female adolescents in Indonesia paid less attention to the hygiene of their reproductive organs when menstruating. Furthermore, infectious disease incidence that occurred in adolescents’ reproductive tract (10-18 years) was about 42%. This research purposed to describe personal hygiene behavior during menstruation in female students of class VIII SMPN 13 Kupang. The research was a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The number of samples was 63 female students of class VIII SMPN 13 Kupang taken by the simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a good level of knowledge (85,71%) and a positive attitude (80,95%) towards personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. However, most respondents had poor personal hygiene during menstruation (53,96%). Schools need to provide more references on adolescent reproductive health, especially personal hygiene during menstruation, for school teenagers. Keywords: menstruation; personal hygiene; behavior

Herbal medicine is a traditional drink made from natural ingredients for human health and is made with methods and equipment that are easier in its simplicity which often does not pay attention to hygiene factors and can be a medium for disease transmission. Based on the Regulation of the Head of the Republic of Indonesia Drug and Food Control Agency No. 12 of 2014 concerning requirements for drug fluids in the form of microbial contamination / ALT ≤104 colonies/ml. The purpose of this study was to study the estimated numbers of traditional herbs sold in the Tulungagung District market. The research design used is descriptive. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique of 6 samples from 4 different markets. Sample meeting with the ALT method in May 2018 in the microbiology laboratory of STIKes Hutama Abdi Husada Tulungagung. The results of the study found that three out of six samples of traditional herbal medicine of kencur rice exceeded the microbial contamination threshold with an average yield of 1 x 107 CFU / ml. The study concludes is that 50% of the sample is not suitable for consumption and 50% of the sample is suitable for consumption. This requires Regulation of BPOM RI Number 12 the year 2014 Regarding Quality Requirements for Traditional Medicines, namely ≤104 colonies/ml. Herbal traders need to pay attention to raw materials, processing, equipment, air used, and containers used.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of class XII students in determining career decision making. This study aims to determine the career decision making for santi class XII Darul Hijrah Putra Martapura Islamic Boarding School. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The variable contained in this study is career decision making. This research was conducted at the Darul Hijrah Putra Islamic Boarding School with a population of 221 students. the sample in this study were 139 students based on the error level of 5% in the table developed by Isaac and Michael taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study use a psychological scale with a Likert scaling model that is the scale of career decision making. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques with the help of Microsoft Excel calculations. The results of data analysis showed (19%) students had low career decision making, while students who had moderate career decision making (65%) students and students who had high career decision making (16%) students. This is also supported by the highest average value in the aspect of career understanding of 43.86 where most of the students have good career understanding, while the lowest average value in the aspect of career information is 42.1 so that Darul Hijrah Putra Martapura Islamic Boarding School needs provide career information services for students
