This article examines the implementations of E-government in the Local Government Organization of Lebong Regency. This article aims to describe the implementation of E-government in Lebong Regency and to find out what are the obstacles in implementing E-government in Lebong Regency which is analyzed through the application of E-government by Indrajit (2002), namely Content Development, Connectivity, Cyber laws, Competency Building, and Citizen Interface. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this article are the Miles and Huberman analysis techniques. The result of this study that in terms of implementation, the application of E-government in the Lebong Regency has been going well, such as a clear development plan and several applications that have run optimally. The obstacles in implementing E-government in Lebong Regency are weak IT human resources and the number of devices that need to be replaced /upgraded immediately to reduce obstacles during application implementation.Keywords: E-Government, Implementation, Local Government Organization

This study aims to develop a Human Resources competency strategy at the Barru Regent's Office. This research specifically focuses on the development of Human Resources competencies used by the Barru district government in developing Human Resources apparatuses in order to perform high. This study uses a phenomenological approach, the main data collection techniques are interviews, observation Data analysis techniques used are data analysis techniques descriptive qualitative. The analysis was conducted after data collection through interviews and direct observation in the field. The results of the study include a strategy for developing resource management where competency-based apparatus people are realized by referring to the vision, mission, and goals through the remuneration mechanism as a form of appreciation for apparatus that has good performance. Development system and apparatus fulfillment system to improve apparatus competence, maintain productive human resources, improve welfare and create more positive competition. The whole process is carried out by referring to the principles of (a) human control control (b) recruit activity train, educate, develop, (d) manage Human relations performance, (e) reward and discipline action (f) manage redeployment, and (g) negotiation for working conditions.

AbstrakPenelitian ini adalah penelitian dasar (basic research) yang mencoba untuk mengkaji metode penciptaan karya seni murni bentuk representasional, simbolik dan abstrak. Kajian dilakukan terhadap beberapa seniman lukis, grafis dan patung di empat kota dalam wilayah Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data utama dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan sumber primer, yaitu seniman. Sedangkan data tidak langsung dikumpulkan melalui jurnal, buku, video foto, katalog pameran, karya-karya seniman, dan dokumen-dokumen terkait. Teknik analisis data dilakukan sebelum di lapangan dan di lapangan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah berupa metode yang spesifik, lebih operasional dan teknis tentang penciptaan karya seni murni bentuk representasional, simbolik dan abstrak.  Kata Kunci: Metode, Representasional, Simbolik, Abstrak.AbstractThis research is a basic research which tries to examine the method of creating pure works of representational, symbolic and abstract forms. The study was carried out on several painters, engravers and sculptors in four cities in the West Sumatra region of Indonesia. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The main data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews with primary sources, namely artists. While indirect data is collected through journals, books, videos, photos, exhibition catalogs, works of artists, and related documents. Data analysis techniques were carried out before on the field and in the field. The findings of this study are in the form of specific, more operational and technical methods about the creation of pure works of representational, symbolic and abstract forms. The purpose of this research is to describe the function of videotron as information media of Sidoarjo local government’s public relations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study is Sidoarjo local government’s public relations and five people of users Jl A Yani Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews (indepth interview), observation, and documentation. Data analysis developed by Miles and Hubberman includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the videotron function that is managed by Sidoarjo local government’s public relations is considered quite effective in assisting the performance and Sidoarjo local government’s public relations role as a communicator to convey all important information related to administration of Sidoarjo Local Government.

The purpose of this research is to describe the illocutionary acts on one of Gita Savitri Devi’s Youtube Channel video entitled Kenapa kita membenci? Beropini eps. 46. The method use in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research are illocutionary acts spoken by Gita Savitri Devi in one of her Youtube Channel videos. The data source in this research is the narration delivered by Gita Savitri Devi in that video. The data collection techniques using hearken technique. Data analysis techniques in this research were carried out through the steps : (1) Data transcription, (2) Data classification, and (3) Data inference. The results obtained by the type of assertive illocutionary acts, directive illocutionary acts, and expresive illocutionary acts. While the types of commissive illocutionary acts and declaration illocutionary acts were not found in this research.

Abstract: This research aims to examine the implementation of reward and punishment strategies implemented in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas in an effort to improve teacher discipline. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was teacher of KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Malang. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment strategies in teacher discipline management in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas is to sanction money fines for late teachers and gold awards for teachers whose discipline comes on time. The implementation of this strategy has been shown to help improve teacher discipline in KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Keywords: discipline; teacher; reward; punishment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi strategi reward and punishment yang diterapkan di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang dalam upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas Kota Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk implementasi strategi reward and punishment dalam manajemen kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas adalah dengan pemberian sanksi denda uang bagi guru yang terlambat dan penghargaan berupa emas bagi guru yang disiplin datang tepat waktu. Penerapan strategi tersebut terbukti membantu meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di KB-TK Rumah Cerdas. Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan; guru; penghargaan; hukuman

This study aims to explain and describe the language errors of semantic level in students’ scientific work from various Indonesian islands in the city of Madiun. The study was conducted at two major universities in Madiun City. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research through observation and field note techniques as data collection techniques. The result of the data is students’ assignment papers. Data analysis techniques used in this study issharing methods or distribution methods with advanced techniques in the form of expansion (expansion) techniques and changing forms. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Usage error of similar words, consisting of (a) 88 errors of cognate pairing, (b) 79 errors of ambiguous pairing and (c) 65 errors of contended pairing. (2) Word choice (diction) errors, which consist of (a) 87 errors because do not meet the truth requirements, (b) 89 errors because do not meet the accuracy requirements, and (c) 90 errors because do not meet the standard requirements.In addition, errors in the word choices or diction occur due to factors influenced by the language that was mastered first.

This research aims to determine the management of the village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study is 83 community figures in the village Bila Riase where the sampling used is Probability Sampling, with purposive sampling technique using formula Slovin with the number of samples 45 community leaders,  This research uses quantitative dexsriptif methods. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaire (Angket), interview, literature study. The data analysis techniques used are the DEKSRIPTIF statistics, the Data quality test, the classic assumption test using SPSS 16.0 and the Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the influence management of BUMDes with a value of 62.12% is categorized as "influential". The factors that affect the management of BUMDes are participation (67%) human resources (64%) with accumulated results of 65.5% or categorized as "influential". To improve the management of village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang with results 50.02% categorized less influential.

The aim is to describe declarative politeness (Sociopragmatic Study of Cases in District of Kaur Regency). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were declarative actions of the Kaur community which contained the politeness of various situations and various speech partners which contained politeness in language. The source of data in this study is the community in the Kecamatan Kecamatan Kaur Regency. Data collection techniques using the technique of recording, recording, see competent involvement (SBLC), see competent involvement (SLC). Data analysis techniques, namely transcribing recorded data, identifying data, classifying data, analyzing, interpreting, concluding. The results showed that declarative acts were found to fulfill politeness based on the principle of politeness, namely 1) maxim of wisdom, 2) maxim of generosity, 3) maxim of appreciation, 4) maxim of simplicity, 5) maxim of consensus, and 6) maxim of sympathy. Conclusion, declarative speech acts of society have fulfilled politeness based on the principle of politeness. Keywords: Sociopragmatics, Politeness, Declarative Politeness

<em>The policy of applying the 2013 curriculum has an impact on the implementation of thematic learning. This study aims to describe the application of thematic learning in SDN 7 Kebumen. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were teacher of class I and teacher of class IV, 5 studens of class I and 5 students of class  IV. The students were taken from students with high, medium and low abilities. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are source triangulation and technical triangulation The results of this study prove that the application of thematic learning has been running in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, teachers and students respond well to the application of thematic learning. But there are still a few obstacles. Among them are apperception and motivation are less memorable for students. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of thematic learning class I and IV in SDN 7 Kebumen is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, but there needs to be an increase in apperception and motivation.</em>

This study aims to describe students' mistakes in solving rectangular problems based on their cognitive development. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with 4 research’s subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use tests, namely Test of Logical Operations and Problem-solving Tests. Data analysis techniques include reduction, presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that mistakes that are often made by students are less complete in writing what is known and asked about the problem. At the stage of devising a plan, students are wrong in determining the formula, the complete steps to be used, and do not write an answer. At the stage of carrying out the plan, students tend to immediately calculate what is known in the problem, not even writing answers at all. Students do not check the answer so that the results of their conclusions and conclusions are wrong.
