The issue of terrorism in Indonesia is one of the main problems of this nation that needs to get serious attention from the government. A series of incidents of terror during this time indicates an unresolved problem in countering terrorism. Based on the problem, the focus of this research study is how the guidance of terrorist prisoners in LP, then how the concept of deradicalization and disengament as an effort penagebulnyanya, and how to actualize the two concepts? This research including the kind of research normative law, while specification this research is descriptive analytical Legal material used in covering primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The collection of legal materials in this paper is done by doing literature research and document studies. The main approach is doctrinal. Based on the results of research can be concluded that First, the concept of terrorism punishment aims to realize the ultimate goal of coaching, namely rehabilitation and resosialisasi offenders, even to the suppression of crime (suppression of Crime). Second, Deraikalisasi sebgai efforts to eliminate radical understanding can be done in several ways namely, Rehabilitation, reedukasi, resosialisasi, and reintegration. Disengagement aims to break the relationship of former terrorist prisoners not to join their former group. Third, the approach used in actualizing both programs is First Strategy, refining the strategy focused on law enforcement and balanced with prevention and protection efforts to obtain comprehensive results. The second strategy is to utilize the full potential of the state's resources through the involvement of related elements in the superstructure, infrastructure and substructure. The third strategy is to synergize all the sectoral lines in counterterrorism that have been done by various components and not fragmented. For concrete steps in actualizing it there are two things that must be done, namely improving the quality of human resources that have a good understanding of the Prisoner, and classification of inmates as an effort to facilitate in coaching.

Purpose. The aim of the article is generalization of theoretical provisions on the nature, level and quality of trade services to consumers, identification of the content relationship between them and the role in meeting market demands of the population. Methodology of research. The following research methods were used to achieve this goal: theoretical analysis, abstract and logical – to reveal the essence of trade services, its level and quality; interpretations and comparisons – to determine the relationship and interaction of the concepts of “level” and “quality” of trade services; graphical – to visualize the classification of indicators for assessing the quality of trade services. Findings. It is established that trade service in modern conditions together with quality of the goods offered to consumers is an element of maintenance of competitive advantages of the trading enterprises. This is due to the growing demands of consumers not only to the consumer characteristics of goods, but also related to their sale of trade services. It is substantiated that the concepts of “level of trade service” and “quality of trade service” are not identical concepts. The first of them reflects a set of elements of providing consumers with a variety of services to create a comfortable environment for the purchase of goods and reflects the situation “present or absent” a specific element of trade services. The second is the degree of compliance of the level of trade service with the expectations and needs of consumers, which can be quantified. Originality. The substantiation of the essence, content and correlation of the concepts “the level of trade service” and “quality of trade service”, their influence on the competitiveness of trade enterprises was further developed. Practical value. Substantiated research results can be used by commercial enterprises to assess the effectiveness of their activities in terms of ensuring a higher level and quality of trade services on the basis of these elements and indicators. Key words: trade enterprise, trade service, level of trade service, quality of trade service, competition.

The article deals with the peculiarities of suspicious transactions in financial markets related to the use of cryptocurrencies, it also studies current issues regarding the classification of virtual assets. The features of countering suspicious transactions in financial markets associated with the use of cryptocurrency are highlighted. Topical issues of taxonomy of virtual assets and risk assessment of service providers' activities in assessing the risk of operations with virtual assets related to their use in legalization operations are investigated. The concepts of regulation of virtual assets are considered. The concept of mining, the problem of the relationship of varieties of mining activity to the classification of certain types of activity, its legalization are defined, and recommendations for the classification of mining activities are given. The relationship between miners, validators and virtual asset providers (VASP) in the event of a cyberattack or in the presence of certain rights to the network has been analyzed, which leads to the classification of this type of activity as risky regarding the use of cryptocurrencies with criminal intent. It is also underlined the need to introduce a risk-based approach to countering money laundering and terrorist financing (AML / CFT) by national state supervisory and law enforcement agencies, enterprises involved in the virtual asset market, preventing threats and developing a legislative framework for regulation the crypto market and interaction on these issues at the international level.

This study aims to see how disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to SOEs in Indonesia influences the quality of financial statements. In addition, to see the size of the company as a moderator in strengthening the relationship of ERM disclosure to the quality of financial statements. Through this type of associative research, this study uses a sample population of all SOEs in Indonesia with a 2015-2017 observation period. Based on the regression analysis using eviews, it was found that the ERM disclosure on SOEs had a negative effect on the quality of financial statements because the composition of the largest shares in SOEs was the government itself so there were many interests and also government intervention in it. In addition, company size in research strengthens the relationship of ERM disclosure to the quality of financial reports. This is because large companies tend to disclose ERM in order to gain the trust of stakeholders.

Key Words : Enterprise Risk Management, Quality of Financial Statements, SOEs

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

The article shows the need to develop diagnostic methods for monitoring the quality of lubrication systems, which makes it possible to study the dynamic processes of contacting elements of the friction systems of instrument mechanisms, taking into account roughness parameters, the presence of local surface defects of elements and the bearing capacity of a lubricant. In the present article, a modern diagnostic model has been developed to control the quality of the processes of production and operation of friction systems of instrument assemblies. With the help of the developed model, it becomes possible to establish the relationship of diagnostic and design parameters of the mechanical system, as well as the appearance of possible local defects and lubricant state, which characterize the quality of friction systems used in many mechanical assemblies of the mechanisms of devices. The research results are shown in the form of nomograms to assess the defects of the elements of friction mechanisms of the mechanisms of the devices.

This article discusses the relationship between the kinematic system used in drilling and the quality of through-holes. The drilling was done on a CTX Alpha 500 universal turning center using a TiAlN-coated 6.0 mm drill bit with internal cooling, mounted in a driven tool holder. The holes were cut in cylindrical 42CrMo4 + QT steel samples measuring 30 mm in diameter and 30 mm in length. Three types of hole-drilling kinematic systems were considered. The first consisted of a fixed workpiece and a tool performing rotary (primary) and linear motions. In the second system, the workpiece rotated (primary motion) while the tool moved linearly. In the third system, the workpiece and the tool rotated in opposite directions; the tool also moved linearly. The analysis was carried out for four output parameters characterizing the hole quality (i.e., cylindricity, straightness, roundness, and diameter errors). The experiment was designed using the Taguchi approach (orthogonal array). ANOVA multi-factor statistical analysis was used to determine the influence of the input parameters (cutting speed, feed per revolution and type of kinematic system) on the geometrical and dimensional errors of the hole. From the analysis, it is evident that the kinematic system had a significant effect on the hole roundness error.

Abstract Background The etiology of reflux esophagitis (RE) is multi-factorial. This study analyzed the relationship of depression, anxiety, lifestyle and eating habits with RE and its severity and further explored the impact of anxiety and depression on patients’ symptoms and quality of life. Methods From September 2016 to February 2018, a total of 689 subjects at Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University participated in this survey. They were divided into the RE group (patients diagnosed with RE on gastroscopy, n = 361) and the control group (healthy individuals without heartburn, regurgitation and other gastrointestinal symptoms, n = 328). The survey included general demographic information, lifestyle habits, eating habits, comorbidities, current medications, the gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) questionnaire (GerdQ), the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 depression scale and the General Anxiety Disorder-7 anxiety scale. Results The mean age and sex ratio of the two groups were similar. Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified the following factors as related to the onset of RE (p < 0.05): low education level; drinking strong tea; preferences for sweets, noodles and acidic foods; sleeping on a low pillow; overeating; a short interval between dinner and sleep; anxiety; depression; constipation; history of hypertension; and use of oral calcium channel blockers. Ordinal logistic regression analysis revealed a positive correlation between sleeping on a low pillow and RE severity (p = 0.025). Depression had a positive correlation with the severity of symptoms (rs = 0.375, p < 0.001) and patients’ quality of life (rs = 0.306, p < 0.001), whereas anxiety showed no such association. Conclusions Many lifestyle factors and eating habits were correlated with the onset of RE. Notably, sleeping on a low pillow was positively correlated with RE severity, and depression was positively related to the severity of symptoms and patients’ quality of life.
