Scientific paper often becomes the toughest obstacle faced by students. This community service article was written based on a workshop with the same theme which aims to avoid plagiarism on writing scientific papers for final-year students in Salatiga with paraphrasing techniques. The workshop was held online via Zoom application and joined by 20 eight-semester students in Salatiga 2021 who had difficulties in writing their final assignments. The activities were: material presentation on paraphrasing techniques, question and answer session, paraphrasing techniques practice directly from scientific text sources according to the student's scientific field, and direct feedback/evaluation to students. At the end of the activity, the presenters as well as the authors distributed a link to check students’ understanding questionnaires about paraphrasing techniques in general. From these activities, it can be concluded that the paraphrasing technique is very important for students and is needed to reduce the percentage of plagiarism check results. In addition, from the results of the questionnaire, overall, all participants understood and could practice well the paraphrase technique material from the Workshop.

Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance

The community service undertaken aims to provide training to the teachers at Handayani Senior High School about the importance of producing quality scientific papers. Specifically, this training provides the opportunity for participants to practice directly how to write scientific papers using Mendeley software for reference used in the paper. Mendeley is a computer and web program developed by Elsevier to manage and share research papers, search for research data, and work together online. Posts made with Microsoft Word, Open Office or LaTex can be linked to Mendeley software so that citations and reference lists (bibliography) can be arranged automatically. To achieve the goals and targets of this community service activity (PPM), the implementers use the lecture, discussion and practicum methods so that the trainees can easily understand the material provided in the training. The activities carried out involve the teachers at Handayani Pekanbaru Senior High School as participants. The response from the participants is positive which can be seen from their active participation during the activity. They also find the training really useful to help them become more productive teachers by writing more scientific papers using Mendeley.   Keywords: Community Service, Scientific Paper, Reference, Mendeley Abstract Pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para guru SMA Handayani Pekanbaru akan pentingnya menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah yang berkualitas. Secara specifik, pelatihan ini memberikan kesempatan kepada para peserta untuk praktek langsung bagaimana menulis karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan software mendeley untuk referensi rujukan yang di gunakan dalam karya tulis. Mendeley merupakan program komputer dan web yang dikembangkan Elsevier untuk mengelola dan berbagi makalah penelitian, mencari data penelitian, dan bekerja sama secara daring. Tulisan yang dibuat dengan Microsoft Word, Open Office atau LaTex bisa dihubungkan dengan software Mendeley sehingga sitasi dan daftar referensi (bibliography) bisa disusun secara otomatis. Untuk mencapai tujuan dan target dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PPM) ini, maka pelaksana menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktikum agar peserta pelatihan dapat mudah memahami materi yang diberikan pada pelatihan tersebut. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan diikuti oleh para guru di SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. Peserta merespon kegiatan ini dengan sangat positif yang bisa dilihat dari keaktifan mereka selama kegiatan berlangsung. Lebih jauh mereka merasa pelatihan sangat berguna dalam membantu mereka menjadi guru yang lebih produktif untuk menulis lebih banyak karya ilmiah menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley.

Scientific articles are scientific papers from research results communicated in scientific publications, such as journals, magazines, or other publications. Librarians as functional personnel are required to make a positive contribution to the nation's change, one of which is to produce scientific papers published in scientific publications. The community service activities aim to provide understanding, improve and provide the ability to compile research results and the ability to write scientific articles to librarians in Pekanbaru. The method used in this activity is in the form of workshops delivered with lecture techniques, question and answer, and practice. To find out the extent of participants' acceptance and understanding, as well as the ability of participants, at the beginning and end of the training an evaluation or evaluation is carried out by filling in the pretest and post-test sheets. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it is known that the participants experienced an increase after training in writing scientific articles. On the understanding of the concept of scientific articles increased by 30.75%, while the ability of strategies and scientific article writing techniques increased by 29.64%. in the training participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in training activities writing scientific articles from beginning to end.

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program pendampingan sitasi berbasis mendeley dalam penulisan artikel layak jurnal bereputasi bagi tenaga pendidik se Kabupaten Bondowoso ini adalah membekali pengetahuan dan keterampilan menyusun artikel kepada para tenaga pendidik se Kabupaten Bondowoso. Luaran dari kegiatan pendampingan tersebut antara lain: artikel layak jurnal berbasis sitasi otomatis dengan plug in mendeley dan artikel pengabdian.Strategi pelaksanaan kegiatan ini antara lain workshop, penugasan, pendampingan individual, fasilitasi pencarian jurnal untuk penerbitan artikel. Strategi pelaksanaan dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi dengan metode: ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, modelling, discovery, problem based learning, dan penugasan, serta advokasi.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah peserta memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam penyusunan artikel berbasis sitasi otomatis dengan plug in mendeley. Hal tersebut diketahui dari luaran berupa draf artikel berbasis sitasi otomatis dengan plug in mendeley yang disusun para guru yang dihasilkan dalam dua hari workshop. Kata kunci— pendampingan, penulisan, karya tulis ilmiah, artikel berbasis sitasi otomatis. Abstract The aim of community service through Mendeley-based citation assistance programs in writing articles worthy of reputable journals for educators in Bondowoso Regency is to equip knowledge and skills in preparing articles for educators in Bondowoso Regency. The outputs of the mentoring activities include: proper articles based on automatic citation-based journals with plug-in delays and service articles. The strategy for carrying out these activities includes workshops, assignments, individual assistance, facilitation of journal search for article publishing. The implementation strategy is implemented in an integrated manner with methods: lecture, question and answer, discussion, modeling, discovery, problem based learning, and assignment, as well as advocacy. The results obtained are participants have the ability and skills in preparing automatic citation-based articles with plug-in mendeley. This is known from the output in the form of an automatic citation-based article with a plug-in mendey prepared by the teachers produced in two days of the workshop.Keywords— assistance, writing, scientific papers, automatic citation-based articles

Scientific articles are scientific papers of research results communicated in scientific publications, such as journals, magazines, or other publications. In schools, especially teachers who teach Bahasa Indonesia, are required to be able to motivate students to increase their reading interest in literature, because by studying literature students can get various benefits for their lives. Therefore, a teacher is required to be able to guide students to give appreciation for literary works, especially poetry. However, the reality in the field, teachers have difficulty teaching poetry musicalization. Because in addition to a calm understanding of literature itself, an understanding of music is also very important. This Community Service Activity aims to provide students with understanding and provide provisions for the ability to create poetry musicalization as an alternative in appreciating literature, especially poetry. The method used in this activity is in the form of workshops delivered with lectures, question-and-answer, and practical techniques. To find out the extent of student acceptance and understanding, as well as student abilities, at the beginning and end of the training an assessment or evaluation is carried out by filling out the pretest and posttest sheets. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it is known that the participants experienced an increase in their understanding of the concepts of literary appreciation, poetry appreciation, and poetry musicalization from 64% to 100%. Abstract: The purpose of this Community Service activities are aimed at disseminating the increase in the number of professional teachers for credit through the writing of scientific papers, providing the knowledge and understanding of how to write a scientific paper in the journal scientific, and produces scientific papers in the form of the paper/article about education-elementary's.In addition, this Community Service is a vehicle for the study Program PGSD to devote keilmuannya.Target audience Devotion On this society is The primary teachers se-Banyusari sub district of Falkirk which is the teacher of Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants totalling 20 people from the planned 32 people.This activity is a method of training for 2 days of writing scientific papers.The implementation is done by the training, using the method of lecture with presentation techniques, followed by a question and answer discussions and exercises as a form of scientific paper-writing workshop activities as betuk professional development of teachers.The results of the implementation of the community service Society showed still lack of success because the participants are present just as many as 20 men primary school teachers from the plan of 32 people.Nevertheless, the Community Service activities whose primary purpose is to provide an understanding of writing scientific papers.It can be seen from his enthusiasm the primary teachers in following the whole training activities, both in the granting of material.The teachers also show enthusiasm when conducting discussions.Keyword: Writing Of Scientific Works, Primary School TeachersAbstrak: Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan kenaikan angka kredit bagi guru profesional melalui penulisan karya ilmiah, memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang tata cara menulis karya ilmiah pada jurnal ilmiah, dan menghasilkan karya ilmiah berupa naskah/artikel tentang pendidikan ke-SD-an. Khalayak sasaran Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah Para guru SD se-kecamatan Banyusari kabupaten Karawang yang merupakan guru PNS dan Non PNS berjumlah 20 orang dari yang direncanakan 32 orang. Metode kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan selama 2 hari tentang penulisan karya ilmiah. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pelatihan, menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu dengan teknik presentasi, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi tanya jawab dan latihan sebagai bentuk kegiatan workshop penulisan karya ilmiah sebagai betuk pengembangan profesi guru. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dapat diidentifikasi mengenai tingkat pemahaman peserta pengabdian adalah bahwa 70% peserta pengabdian memahami konsep penulisan karya ilmiah sebagai pengembangan profesi guru yang profesional. Kegiatan pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar dihadiri oleh 20 peserta undangan. Peserta pelatihan terlihat antusias dengan materi pelatihan yang diberikan. Hal ini terlihat dari awal hingga akhir acara, semua peserta mengikuti dengan baik. Para guru juga memperlihatkan antusiasnya ketika melakukan diskusi.Kata Kunci: Penulisan Karya Ilmiah, Guru SD

This community service activities are done because the author wants students to have the ability to write their ideas to the public or community at large. The purpose of this activities is to provide skill to arrange scientific papers on students from Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program of Widya Dharma Univertsity by organizing scientific papers writing workshop. The benefits of this activities is to provide skills to students in preparing quality scientific papers and arrange forums to exchange ideas between the students and universities in terms of preparation for students in developing scientific papers. The method used is lecture method, discussion, answer question, and presentation. Several factors affecting the training activities of the scientific paper writing are the participants become interested to follow the training activities so that activities are expected to take place smoothly, this activities makes the participants to understand the scientific papers much better as important thing berfore they arrange the tesis, and the increased support and motivation from the Research and Community Service Institute of Unwidha so that future training activities can run smoothly. The manual book will be very necessary for students in arranging scientific papers so that students have scientific papers according to Unwidha’s papers. Unwidha lectures are expected to hold some student training so that students are more competents when they enter the workspace. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  siswa/siswi  di  desa Karangjaya. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  4-6 Agustus yang  bertempat  di desa Karangjaya Kecamatan Pedes Kabupaten Karawang, dengan diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta siswa/siswi  SD. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi belajar bahasa daerah yaitu basa sunda, dan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis dan membaca aksara sunda serta menembangkan pupuh-pupuh yang ada pada pelajaran bahasa sunda. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan penataan kelompok belajar ini. Kegiatan penataan  ini  hendaknya  dilakukan  pada  sasaran  yang  lebih  luas  dan  materinya dapat dikembangkan lagi sehingga siswa/siswi lebih banyak mendapatkan materi tentang bahasa daerah yaitu bahasa sunda. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan penataan kelompok belajar adalah memotivasi siswa/siswi agar bersemangat belajar dan belajar melestarikan bahasa sunda, membekali siswa/sisi pengetahuan bahasa sunda dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang mengasikan, membekali siswa/siswi cara menembangkan pupuh dengan nada yang sesuai, membekali siswa/siswi menulis dan membaca aksara sunda dengan baik dan benar. Sebuah karya tulis ilmiah yang berisi karya inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran sangat diperlukan oleh guru-guru sebagai syarat kenaikan pangkat dalam pengembangan profesi mereka, termasuk guru-guru SMA/sederajat di Kabupaten Bintan. Namun, pada umumnya mereka mengalami kendala dalam membuat karya tulis ilmiah disebabkan kesulitan dalam mencari sumber referensi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian, keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam TIK, dan kesulitan dalam mengolah kalimat agar tidak terdeteksi sebagai kegiatan plagiasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini agar para guru SMA/sederajat di Kabupaten Bintan dapat membuat karya tulis ilmiah yang sesuai kaedah penulisan yang baik dan bebas plagiasi dengan bantuan manajemen referensi Mendeley. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dalam bentuk workshop/pelatihan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan projek. Kegiatan dilakukan selama dua hari dalam bentuk workshop dan dua hari dalam bentuk tugas mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dianggap berhasil karena sebesar 80% peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manajemen referensi Mendeley dan mampu mengaplikasikannya ke dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah yang bebas plagiasiKata Kunci: GMP; Terasi Tutok, Standarisasi; Kuala Pusing Kapal.Development of Mendeley Reference Assisted Scientific Writing Ability Management for High Schools Teachers in BintanAbstractA scientific paper containing innovative work in the learning process is very much needed by teachers as a condition of promotion in their professional development, including high school / equivalent teachers in the Bintan Regency. However, in general, they experience difficulties in making scientific papers due to difficulties in finding reference sources that are relevant to the research topic, limited knowledge in ICT, and difficulty in processing sentences so as not to be detected as plagiarism activities. The purpose of this activity is for high school / equivalent teachers in Bintan Regency to be able to make scientific papers in accordance with good writing methods and to be free of plagiarism with the help of Mendeley's reference management. The implementation of this activity is in the form of workshops/training using lecture, discussion, question and answer, and project methods. The activity was carried out for two days in the form of a workshop and two days in the form of an independent assignment. This community service activity was considered successful because 80% of the participants experienced an increase in knowledge about Mendeley's reference management and were able to apply it in the form of plagiarism-free scientific papers.

The writing of scientific writing is one of the efforts to develop the profession of teachers of SMA N 2 Tambang in Kampar regency. This training aims to equip teachers in terms of strategies to develop scientific papers properly in accordance with the guidelines of writing, and equip teachers in the publication procedures of scientific papers in the journal. The training of scientific writing is done by varied lecture method and practice. The lecture method is needed to explain the procedure for the preparation of scientific papers, including how to arrange classroom action research into a scientific paper. Methods of practice are needed to allow the participants to write scientific papers in the form of articles for journals. The training activities of the writing of scientific papers as a whole can be said to be well seen from the achievement of the target of the trainee, the achievement of the training objectives, the achievement of the planned material targets, and the ability of the participants in the mastery of the material. The supporting factors for the implementation of Community Service activities are the availability of experts in SMA N 2 Tambang, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the principal of the place of administration, and the supporting funds of the faculty.
