The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the production of fish feed (pellet) with additional Azolla microphylla in Tegal Rejo Village Belitang Sub-District, OKU Timur Regency, (2) Analyze the income on fish pellet production business with additional Azolla microphylla in Desa Tegal Rejo Belitang Sub-District, OKU Timur Regency, (3) Analyzing the development of fish meal business (pellet) with additional Azolla microphylla in Tegal Rejo Village Belitang Sub-District, OKU Timur Regency. This research was conducted in Tegal Rejo Village of OKU Timur Regency. The research has been conducted in Febuary 2015 until it is completed by purposive or purposive method, considering that in Tegal Rejo Village, OKU Timur Regency is one of the villages where there is a business of home fish production and the area has technical, economical and Ecological in the implementation of fish production business (home industry) and enough in the research criteria. This study found that in 2014 the business actors produce 9,790 kg / year with the price of Rp 5000 / kg by giving revenue of Rp 48,950,000 with production cost Rp 7,425,000, thus giving income amounting to Rp -23,475,000. In 2015 the business of making fish feed produces 7,150 kg / year with the selling price of Rp 6,500 / kg. Receipts obtained by business actors amounted to Rp 46,475,000, with the use of production costs of Rp 26,193,250, thus earning revenue of Rp 20,281,750. In 2016 the business of making fish feed with additional azollamicrophylla producing 7,920kg / year with the selling price of Rp 7.000 / kg then the revenue is Rp 55.440.000, the use of production cost of Rp 30.324.000 then the income is Rp 25.116.000 and the making business Fish feed with additional Azolla microphylla in Tegal Rejo Village Belitang District, OKU Timur Regency is feasible to be developed. By fulfilling the criteria of NPV value Rp 16.867.875, IRR value of 31.86%., And the value of Net B / C obtained 1.5.

Brazilian fish farms presented an accelerated development during the early 90's, mainly because of the increase in fee-fishing operations. To meet the demand of this market, fish production and supply became excessive and, as a consequence, the number of fee-fishing operations, farmers and the final selling price, decreased. This study analyzes the technical aspects, production cost, profitability and economic viability of the production of piauçu (L. macrocephalus) in ponds, based on information from a rural property. Feeding and fingerling costs amount to approximately 47.1% of the total production cost, representing together with the final selling price the most important factor affecting profitability. The payback period was 8.3 years, the liquid present value US$ 291.07, the internal return margin 9%, and the income-outcome ratio was 1.01, which represents an unattractive investment as a projection based on current conditions. The improvement in productive efficiency enhances the economic valuation index, and that the relative magnitude of cost and income are the most important points for the economic viability of the studied farm.

DEVELOPING IN FISH FEED FOR SAVING PRODUCTION COSTS OF CATFISH CULTIVATION. Making catfish feed from waste raw materials and the surrounding environment in order to save production cost. The growth of fish depends on the feed intake, but this is not sufficiently well due to the increase in feed prices. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the production of feed that utilizes the natural resources around the surrounding waste. Development of fish feed to reduce costs by 4 ways i.e. fish feed with organic fertilization, utilization of Azzola plants or mini water spikes, organic feed from growing and the surrounding waste and artificial pellet feed with appropriate technology. Feeding innovation is expected to reduce the production cost of 70% which designate is feed. This devotion partner is a group of Mulyo Tani 1 and Orphanage group of orphanage son of Muhammadiyah Setrorejo, Baturetno. This devotion activity successfully developed catfish farming business by doing continuous feed development.

This study aims to help SMEs for shoe products in calculating the Cost of Goods Manufacture (COGM) appropriately using the process costing method as a strategy to determine the selling price of competitive shoes so that it is hoped that the business can continue. The research was conducted at one of the MSME Shoe Products, namely the Amira Collection, which is located in East Karawang. The comparative descriptive method is used to describe the production costs that occur in the production process including costs to buy raw materials, auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs. The COGM calculation results show the variance (difference) between the company's COGM calculation system and the COGM calculation system using the process costing method where the company's COGM calculation results are lower.        This study aims (i) to know the effect of production costs on the selling price of tilapia, (ii) how the costs are spent on fish production in fish hatchery activities at the Local Fish Seed Center (LFSC) in Cukan Lipai Village, Batang Alai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The method used is a case study, respondents in this study conducted interviews with employees of the Local Fish Seed Center (BBIL). The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, linear relationship equation between two or more independent variables so that the functional relationship between the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable (XI, X2, Xn), X variable as the independent variable and Y variable as the dependent variable The results obtained a value (r²) of 0.374 which means that production costs have an influence on the selling price of 37.4%, in tilapia hatchery business in Cukan Lipai Village, Batang Alai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The influence of variable (X) is the production cost of variable (Y) selling price is 37.4%, while the remaining 62.6% can be influenced by other variables not included in the equation model

The purpose of this research is to analyze the method used in calculating production cost and selling price of bag type 3673 on Tas Tajur PT SKI Bogor and also to compare the method used with full costing and variable costing method. This study used descriptive method and used primary and secondary data. The finding of research can be concluded that calculation of bag production cost type 3673 using company method, full costing, and variable costing each equal to Rp66.700, Rp69.830, and Rp68.700. While for the selling price of type 3673 bag using company method, full costing, and variable costing of Rp199,900, Rp209,490 and Rp206,100 respectively. The difference in bag manufacturing cost calculation lies in the factory overhead cost consisting of the cost of depreciation of the factory sewing machine, the cost of factory table depreciation, the cost of factory maintenance and the cost of factory utility.

The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the amount of strawberry ushatani income, starting from production, selling price, revenue to net income, (2) analyzing the level of optimization of the use of inputs on strawberry farming, (3) knowing the feasibility of strawberry ushatani, is it worth the effort or not. The amount of income of a sample farmer is influenced by age, farming experience and the number of production factors used. The everage strawberry production in the study area is 1,077,915 kg with an average land area of 0,23 H. The income and income of sample farmers also have an importent effect on the selling price of production, where the everage selling price of farmers in the study area is quite large, namely Rp25,000 / kg. The everage acceptance of sample farmers in the study area is Rp26,947,875 with an average production cost of Rp21,292,126 so that it receives an average net income of Rp5,655,749/year. And this very low when compared to UMK Karo of Rp2,619,234.41. Strawberry farmers in the study area mostly have a fairly low aducation of 9 years, therefore farmers have minimal knowledge in cultivation and marketing techniques and also the lack of farmers in terns of farm management that does not take into account the supporting factors of farming and use more than one (1), sucs as pesatisida with the same function so that it will increase production costs, as well as low access to farmers’s capabilites in government and banking policies.  Keywords : Optomization, Strawberry.

<p>Shallot Farming With Good Agriculture Practices Technology Package. The productivity of shallot at the farmer level in Dolok Silau Sub district, North Sumatera Province is still low that is 4-5.25 ton/ha. The area of shallot cultivation in North Sumatra continues to decrease, because the selling price of tubers often harms the farmers. This study aimed to determine the increase shallot productivity using Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) technology package. This assessment was an adaptive research in a farming system perspective with On Farm Client Oriented Adaptive Research (OFCOAR) approach. The assessment was carried out in three farmer groups in Sarang Padang Village, Dolok Silau Sub-district, North Sumatera Province, 2016. The total area of shallot farming was 1500 m2 . The GAP technology package increased production costs per hectare, but the cost of shallot production per kg became cheaper, equal to (58%) of the farmer's technological costs. B/C of GAP package was 3.21 or this value was higher than the farmer technology package by 0.60. The addition of one unit of production cost to the GAP technology package could increase revenue by 7.29 times the revenues earned by the usual technology applied by farmers. The analysis of competitive advantage showed that the minimum selling price of shallot was 6,844.9 IDR/kg. Farmers still gain a competitive advantage from shallot farming activities at production rate of 17 ton/ha with the application of GAP technology.</p><p>Keywords: shallot, package technology, GAP, production cost, revenue </p><p>ABSTRAK</p><p>Produktivitas bawang merah di tingkat petani di Kecamatan Dolok Silau, Provinsi Sumatera Utara masih rendah yaitu 4-5,25 ton/ha. Luas pertanaman bawang merah di Sumatera Utara terus berkurang, karena harga jual umbi yang sering merugikan petani. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan produktivitas bawang merah menggunakan paket teknologi Good Agriculture Practices (GAP). Pengkajian ini merupakan penelitian adaptif dalam perspektif sistem usahatani dengan pendekatan On Farm Client Oriented Adaptive Research (OFCOAR). Pengkajian dilaksanakan pada tiga kelompok tani di Desa Sarang Padang, Kecamatan Dolok Silau, Sumatera Utara, 2016. Luasan pertanaman bawang merah masing-masing kelompok tani 1500 m2 . Paket teknologi GAP tersebut meningkatkan biaya<br />produksi per hektar, tetapi biaya produksi bawang merah per kg menjadi lebih murah sebesar (58%) dari biaya teknologi petani. B/C paket GAP sebesar 3,21 atau nilai ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan paket teknologi petani sebesar 0,60. Penambahan satu satuan biaya produksi pada paket teknologi GAP dapat meningkatkan pendapatan sebesar 7,29 kali dari pendapatan yang diperoleh dengan teknologi yang biasa diterapkan petani. Analisis keuntungan kompetitif menunjukkan bahwa harga jual minimal bawang merah sebesar Rp6.844,9/kg. Petani masih memperoleh keuntungan kompetitif dari kegiatan usahatani bawang merah pada tingkat produksi 17 ton/ha dengan penerapan teknologi GAP.</p><p>Kata kunci: bawang merah, paket teknologi, GAP, biaya produksi, keuntungan</p>

Abstract Aquaculture is currently the fastest growing food-producing sector in the world. The growth of this industry has been rapid for the last 25 years, however, aquaculture still relies heavily on feed input from wild capture fisheries. Landings in wild capture fisheries have been stagnant for the last two decades; therefore, new alternatives for conventional fish meal and fish oil need to be found. In this review, various alternatives are described and their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated. Single cell oils (SCO) and single cell proteins (SCP) produced by microorganisms are recognized as the alternative with the most potential for replacing fish meal and fish oil in aquacultures. However, production costs of SCOs and SCPsare still higher than production costs of Omega-3 rich oils from other sources (wild capture, plant derived oils and genetically modified plants); therefore, currently used substrates need to be replaced with cheaper agriculture and industrial biomass residues applicable for microbial fermentation. In order to evaluate various biodegradable residues and find the most suitable ones for SCO and SCP production, methods analysing resource availability are reviewed.

The company's success in determining the selling price of its business products is largely determined by the company's success in determining or calculating the production cost. An error in determining the production cost can lead to errors in determining the selling price of the product and finally will impact competitive capability with other similar businesses. The information generated from the calculation of the cost of the product is not only useful in determining the selling price of the product, but it is also useful for companies to analyze the efficiency of production costs and calculating the company's periodic gross profit/loss. The limited knowledge and skills of laundry entrepreneurs who are members of the Indonesian Laundry Entrepreneurs Association (HIPLI) in the Jakarta area encourage the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, to collaborate with HIPLI (Indonesian Laundry Entrepreneurs Association) Jakarta area to organize a Community Service program by providing training in Calculation of Cost of Production (HPP). Aspek keberlanjutan merupakan permasalahan utama dalam upaya pengembangan pabrik pakan ikan mandiri. Masih diperlukan berbagai upaya agar Program Gerakan Pakan Ikan Mandiri (GERPARI) mampu menjadi solusi kebutuhan pakan ikan. Analisis risiko merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana usaha pakan ikan mandiri dapat berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko tentang keberlanjutan usaha dengan pendekatan NPV at risk. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Desember 2016, di pabrik pakan ikan di Kabupaten Sleman dan Gunungkidul, Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi data usaha yaitu penyediaan bahan baku dan bahan lainnya, biaya produksi, pendapatan, sistem distribusi dan pemasaran pakan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis risiko usaha dengan pendekatan NPV risk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pada kondisi eksisting ternyata usaha pabrik pakan mandiri belum menguntungkan. Berdasarkan simulasi usaha pabrik pakan mandiri mampu memberikan keuntungan dengan syarat kontinuitas produksi dan bahan baku terpenuhi. Strategi yang dilakukan agar usaha memberikan margin positif dan NPV lebih besar dari 0, ialah menaikkan tingkat produksi dari 35% menjadi 50% dari kapasitas terpasang dan strategi kedua dengan menaikkan harga jual sebesar Rp. 500 menjadi Rp. 8.000/kg yang masih jauh dibawah harga pasaran Title: Risk Analysis of The Business Self-Sufficient Fish Feed PlantThe sustainability aspect is a major problem in the development of community-based selfsufficient fish feed plant. Various efforts are still necessary to make the self-sufficient fish feed movement program (Gerakan Pakan Ikan Mandiri/GERPARI) into a solution for the needs of fish feed. Risk analysis is one of the effort on measuring the sustainability of self-sufficient fish feed business. This research purpose was to identify the level of risk on business sustainability using the NPV at risk approach. The research was conducted in May-December 2016 at fish feed factory in Sleman and Gunungkidul regencies of Yogyakarta province. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data were in terms of raw and other materials supply, production costs, income, distribution system and marketing. Risk analysis with NPV risk approach was used in this study. Results of the study showed that fish feed business has not been profitable. Based on the simulation, self sufficient fish feed business is profitable provided that continuity of raw materials and days of production are fulfilled. Therefore, there are 2 strategies to provide positive margin and NPV greater than 0, first, increasing production rate from 35% to 50% of installed capacity, and second, increasing the selling price by Rp. 500 to Rp. 8,000/kgs which is still far below the market price.
