Learning media is a component that contributes to the implementation of the learning process at the education unit level. The role of the media in learning, especially in early childhood education (PAUD) is very important, considering the development of children at that time was in a period of concrete thinking. However, there are still teachers who think that the role of the media in the learning process is only as a tool and may be ignored when the media is not available in schools. Even though the learning media used in the early childhood learning process should not be obtained from the store by buying. However, teachers and parents can create their own media. One solution that can overcome this condition is that it is necessary to conduct a training in making creative, attractive and easily available media in a nature-based environment. The community service activities carried out in the form of socialization and training in making learning media based on natural materials provide benefits for training participants, including: 1) For Teachers: Adding insight and increasing teacher creativity in preparing learning media by utilizing natural materials-based materials. 2) For Parents: Gained insight and experience to be more creative and innovative in assisting children to be creative in making a work (learning media) by utilizing materials that can be obtained from the natural surroundings. 3) For Children (students): Increase their self-confidence to be more skilled in performing work in creating a work (media) by collaborating with their respective parents/guardians.   Keywords: PAUD Learning Media, Natural Materials

This paper has the aim of demonstrating the importance of environmentally friendly educational props by utilizing used goods. The implementation of teaching and learning activities at Pre-Kindergarten Kota Yogyakarta has problems with limited educational aids (APE). The existence of APE is one of the keys in carrying out the learning process. The low level of teacher creativity in making APE, in this case, becomes the anchor to provide APE for the learning process. This APE can be made by enhancing the creativity between teachers and parents of parents. During the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities in Pre-Kindergarten were carried out in their respective homes. To support the use of APE, training on the use of used goods was conducted. Through training in the use of used goods, the aim is to utilize items around and be used as children's learning media for teachers and parents. In addition, to increase the creativity of teachers and parents. Used goods are recycled into useful items. The use of used goods reduces the increasing waste of waste. Through training on the use of used goods as educational props, it can facilitate learning methods both at home and school for early childhood and reduce waste of used goods.

<p>The utilization of the schoolyard in the learning process involves the creation of the teacher in utilizing and practicing it as a learning medium. This, coupled with the support of the student's guardians, will complement the achievement of educational goals in early childhood. This activity aims to provide education in the form of counseling and training on the use of schoolyards as educational media so that managers, teachers, and parents of students can understand the importance of the existence of a schoolyard, and besides, that they can also understand how to use the schoolyard as an educational medium for children, students, increase the desire and cooperation of managers, teachers, and parents of students to create a comfortable environment by utilizing and arranging a beautiful and educational schoolyard. To achieve the goals and objectives, this activity is carried out using providing education in the form of counseling and training. The results of the implementation of this activity help increase the knowledge, insight, skills, and creativity of teachers, students, and guardians of students in the use and arrangement of the schoolyard as an educational park which also supports the creation of a beautiful yard environment.</p>

<p>Learning media is one of supporting teaching and facilitate children to understand the learning given, Selo sub-district under the foot of Mount Merapi and merbabu which has a natural wealth of bamboo trees are abundant so it can be utilized as the main ingredient of making APE media for supporting learning in early childhood that are In Selo Boyolali sub-district.This research aims to make training of Educational Game Equipment development by using bamboo natural materials that are widely available in Selo Boyolali area and can be used as learning media in early childhood that can be integrated in accordance with the theme of learning. The research approach uses action research to see the results of improving the ability of teachers to increase in creativity make APE after the training held to make APE media with bamboo materials. Technological advances today require parents and teachers to be more creative and innovative in learning with children, in this case for early childhood. One of them can be attempted by learning media or playing children. Many varieties of learning tools or media can be used by teachers to help the development of children, one of which is busy book. The Busy book in this study was named "My Little World". The type of research used is qualitative. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are done using tools or medium of early childhood learning, which is made of patchwork and some sewing equipment that is no longer used. This Busy book contains a variety of simple play activities, including: puzzles, maze, finger puppets, attaching ropes, attaching buttons, matching colors and shapes, sorting patterns and so on. Busy book is a result of teacher creativity that can not be found in other institutions. Busy book was created to provide a more learning experience to the children who are already finished in playing activities with the teacher. The opportunity to play using busy book is designed with striking colors, giving its own appeal for the child. Another thing that characterizes the media is that, in one media play, the child can play and learn to develop various aspects of its development.

Abstrak Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran analisis peranan guru dan peran orangtua dalam konteks pembelajaran anak usia dini di TK Islam Al-Kautsar. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara langsung dan studi dokumentasi dengan pemilihan dua partisipan guru TK A dan TK B, serta orangtua yang bersedia. Peneliti menggunakan analisis data model dari Milles & Hubberman yang terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi (kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) guru memiliki peranan sebagai administrator, inspirator, informator, motivator, evaluator, dan mediator pembelajaran; 2) gambaran peranan orangtua sebagai mentor, motivator, konseptor, fasilitator, dan tutor dalam mendampingi pembelajaran anak usia dini; 3) kendala-kendala yang dirasakan oleh guru dan orangtua dalam menjalankan peranannya antara lain kesibukan bekerja bagi orangtua, bentuk komunikasi yang diwakili oleh pengasuh, waktu mendampingi anak belajar sangat terbatas, dan orangtua yang sulit memahami gaya belajar anak. Dengan demikian,kesimpulan penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai gambaran secara holistik berkaitan analisis peranan guru dan orangtua dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. Kata kunci : Anak Usia Dini;Pembelajaran;Peran Guru & Orangtua. Abstract This study provides an overview of the analysis of the role of teachers and the role of parents in the context of early childhood learning at Al-Kautsar Islamic Kindergarten. The research design used a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used direct interviews and documentary studies with the selection of two teacher participants at Kindergarten A and Kindergarten B, as well as willing parents. Researchers used data analysis models from Milles & Hubberman which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data display and verification (conclusion). The results showed that 1) the teacher has a role as administrator, inspirator, informator, motivator, evaluator, and learning mediator; 2) description of the role of parents as mentors, motivators, conceptors, facilitators, and tutors in assisting early childhood learning; 3) the constraints felt by teachers and parents in carrying out their roles include busy working for parents, forms of communication represented by caregivers, limited time to accompany children to learn, and parents who have difficulty understanding their children's learning styles. Thus, the conclusions of this study can be used as a holistic description regarding the analysis of the role of teachers and parents in early childhood learning. The purpose of this study is to improve students' interest in English vocabulary through picture media in TK Nur Assalam. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The participants of this research were 6 students. The results obtained from efforts to the improving students interest in English vocabulary using the picture media involving active learners in the learning process. The role of picture media in learning activities is very important for children, especially in the next education level. Teaching and learning activities in early childhood will quickly develop if parents and teachers intensive to develop it. There are several attempts to create a sense of pleasure in early childhood by using picture media in the learning process. From the result of research indicate that when pre-action take result (15%). In cycle I, it increased to (55%) sufficient criteria. In cycle II, it increased again to (85%) good criteria. So, the increase that occurred from the pre-action to the cycle I that is (40%). The increase from cycle I to cycle II that is (30%). And increase from pre-action to cycle II that is (70%). From the research results obtained, then to the improving students interest in English vocabulary can be improved by using picture media in the learning process.Keywords : Students’ Interest, Vocabulary and Picture Media

The media is very instrumental and has a strategic function that directly or indirectly can affect motivation, interest and attention for young children in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of PAUD teacher learning media in Jambi Province. The method used is descriptive quantitative cluster sampling technique, in this case the District and City in Jambi Province as the cluster. The number of early childhood education units (schools) include TK / RA, KB, TPA, and SPS, totaling 7,584. Then every District and City was selected by 10% randomly PAUD teachers from each school. So the number of samples was 758. The research instrument was a questionnaire or Media Perception Evaluation Scale (MPES) questionnaire containing 28 question items. Data for all parameters using a Microsoft Excel database. Pearson correlation was used to study the correlation between variables and independent t-test was used to compare groups with SPSS version 22. All statistical analyzes were carried out at a significance level of 5% and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results of the study show that learning media plays an important role in the learning process for PAUD children in Jambi Province. As a result 59.6% answered strongly agree. Through the SPSS analyst results where the most influential visual media statements in PAUD teacher learning in Jambi province are statements 18,19,20,21 and 22 where 100% stated that visual media can provide motivation, whereas statements that had no effect were statements 17 where only 50.4% stated that visual media can provide motivation. It can be concluded that the use of learning media in early childhood is very instrumental to motivate, stimulate, explore and experiment.

The background of the problem in this study is the ability to recognize Latin letters in early childhood in Raudhatul Atfhal Annajamissa'adah clay field and the teacher has not used an effective and efficient media in learning to recognize Latin letters. This study aims to process learning activities in the form of activities of teachers, students and parents in the ability to recognize Latin letters in early childhood in Raudhatul Atfhal Annajamissa'adah clay field through the process of learning the introduction of Latin letters in early childhood. The results showed that there were some weaknesses and strengths in learning Latin letters recognition. Because children lack enthusiasm in learning because the media conducted by teachers is less effective. Therefore there must be cooperation between parents of students and teachers so that students also study at home not only studying at Raudhatul Atfhal Annajamissa'adah clay field but at home must also be taught by parents so that the ability to recognize Latin letters can die. Because so far researchers see the lack of cooperation between teachers and parents in working together in educating young children in Raudhatul Atfhal Annajamissa'adah so the level of children's ability to recognize Latin letters is different.

This research is based on the fact that the indicators of student’s independence and attention are low in learning process. This research aimed to describe the level of student’s independence (aspect of self confidence and responsibility), level of student’s attention (sustained attention and executive attention), cognitive learning outcome, student’s response, learning process, and the problems of learning process. The research design used is one group pretest-post test design, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted on the students of senior high school (Madrasah Aliyah) class X in second semester. The result of research shows the level of student’s independence, attention and test score of student learning outcome either male or female students were improving. The student’s response of learning by using the integrated group investigation of power teaching also gets a good response and the learning process is categorized as very good category. Problem faced is only about creating the media of presentation but it can solved by student’s creativity to create the media. The conclusion of this research, is that by using The Integrated group Investigation of power teaching can keep the student’s independence, attention, and student learning outcome in ecosystem material. Thus method also gets a good response, and learning process is categorized as a very good category, and the problem of learning process can be solve by student’s creativity.: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa masih terdapat indikator – indikator kemandirian dan atensi siswa yang rendah dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kemandirian siswa (aspek percaya diri dan tanggung jawab), tingkat atensi siswa (aspek atensi berkelanjutan dan atensi eksekutif), hasil belajar kognitif, respon siswa, keterlaksanaan rencana pembelajaran, dan kendala-kendala pada proses pembelajaran. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest-Postest Design, dan analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa MA (Madrasah Aliyah) kelas X pada semester genap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kemandirian, tingkat atensi, dan tes hasil belajar siswa baik kelas putra ataupun kelas putri mengalami peningkatan. Respon siswa terkait pembelajaran menggunanakan Group Investigation terintegrasi Power Teaching juga mendapatkan respon yang baik, dan keterlaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran tergolong pada kategori baik sekali. Kendala yang dihadapi hanya terkait pada pembuatan media presentasi, akan tetapi hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan kreatifitas masing – masing siswa dalam pembuatan media tersebut. Simpulan penelitian ini, bahwa metode pembelajaran Group Investigation terintegrasi Power Teaching dapat mempertahankan kemandirian, atensi, dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi ekosistem. Metode tersebut juga mendapatkan respon yang baik, dan keterlaksanaan  rencana pembelajaran yang juga tergolong baik sekali, serta kendala pembelajaran yang bisa diselesaikan dengan kreativitas siswa.
