Arlan Hendra Mabel Pangaribuan   ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan salah satu proses kegiatan pembentukan sikap kepribadian, keterampilan dan meningkatkan potensi diri setiap orang untuk menghadapi masa depan. Pada umumnya sikap kepribadian siswa ditentukan oleh pendidikan, pengalaman, dan latihan-latihan yang dilalui sejak kecil. Keadaan di SMK Negeri 1 Sinonsayang bahwa, minat belajar siswa masih rendah dalam pembelajaran Teknologi dasar otomotif (PDO) terlihat dari aktifitas didalam kelas, kurang antusias dalam belajar dan mengerjakan soal saat diberikan guru, tidak mengerti apa yang akan dipelajari, dan tidak memahami mengapa sesuatu itu perlu dipelajari yang akhirnya kegiatan belajar-mengajar kurang efisien, siswa tidak kondusif pada saat guru menjelaskan. Dengan demikian tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar dengan hasil mengajar teknologi dasar otomotif Siswa Jurusan TSM SMK Negeri 1 Sinonsayang Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dan hasil penelitian: diperoleh hasil Tingkat minat belajar siswa bernilai 4,02 dengan nilai rata-rata perasaan senang 4,23, nilai rata-rata terendah berada pada keterlibatan siswa 3,71. A student's personality attitude is generally determined by schooling, experiences, and exercises passed through from infancy. The circumstances in SMK Negeri 1 Sinonsayang are cumulative that students' interest in learning is low in basic automotive technology (pdo) are reflected in activities within the classroom, lack of enthusiasm for learning and working on the problem when given by the teacher, do not understand what to learn, and do not understand why something should be studied which is less efficient. The objective of this study is to see how the interest in learning results from teaching basic automotive technology for TSM SMK Negeri 1 Sinonsayang students of the 2019/2020 school year. The research method used is qualitative research. And research results: obtained results of the level of interest studying students are worth 4.02 with an average value of feeling 4.23, the lowest average value being on student involvement 3.71. Liharman Pintubatu ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan salah satu proses kegiatan pembentukan sikap kepribadian, keterampilan dan meningkatkan potensi diri setiap orang untuk menghadapi masa depan. Pada umumnya sikap kepribadian siswa ditentukan oleh pendidikan, pengalaman, dan latihan-latihan yang dilalui sejak kecil. Keadaan di SMK Negeri 1 Lolak bahwa, motivasi belajar siswa masih rendah dalam pembelajaran Pekerjaan dasar otomotif (PDO) terlihat dari aktifitas didalam kelas, kurang antusias dalam belajar dan mengerjakan soal saat diberikan guru, tidak mengerti apa yang akan dipelajari, dan tidak memahami mengapa sesuatu itu perlu dipelajari yang akhirnya kegiatan belajar-mengajar kurang efisien, siswa tidak kondusif pada saat guru menjelaskan. Dengan demikian tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil mengajar pekerjaan dasar otomotif Siswa Jurusan TKR SMK Negeri 1 Lolak Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Dan hasil penelitian: diperoleh hasil Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa bernilai 3,09 dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi menunjukkan pada ulet dan tidak putus asa 3,29, nilai rata-rata terendah berada pada tekun dalam menghadapi tugas 2,94. The motivations of students in SMK NEGERI 1 LOLAK in learning basic automotive work is still low. It is seen from the activities in class, the students are often lack of enthusiasm for learning and working on the duty that given by the teacher, they also do not understand what will be learned, and not understanding why it needs to be learned, and those make teaching-learning process is less efficient. Thus the goal that must be achieved in this study is underlying the relationship between motivation of learning with the result of teachingbasic automotive work of TKR students SMK NEGERI 1 LOLAK,  2019/2020. The research method used is qualitative research. And research results: obtained results of the 3.09 value levels of students' learning rates with the highest average rates show on 3.29, the lowest average value being on diligent in facing duties 2.94. This shows that students' learning motivation in SMK Negeri 1 Lolak categorized well.   Keywords: The relationship of learning motivations with the result of learning basic automotive work.

Abstract The purpose of this study is howthe implementation of cultural art learning media (music) using audiovisual media at class IX in SMP 2 Pariaman. Type of this research was classroom action research that was classified as qualitative research. The research method was carried out by using the class action research method proposed by Suharsimi Arikunto as follows: (1) Planning (2) Acting (3)Observing (4) Observing (4) Reflecting. Techniques of data collection used some  instrumentsin the form of students observation sheets, observations and teacher performance in learning process, meanwhile, in determining the quality of students learning outcomes used anevaluation / test sheets. he results show that the use of audiovisual learning media can improve the students learning outcomes in Cultural Arts (Music) subject. The initial average value is 70.00, in the first cycle is 71.87 and in the second cycle is 87.34. Keywords: Learning, cultural Arts (music), audiovisual media

This study discusses Shopee's e-commerce business ethics based on maqashid sharia in realizing business continuity. Business ethics are the foundation of contemporary business because buyers and sellers do not meet in person. Maintaining the trust of two parties, an absolute requirement for online trading, it is important to apply business ethics based on maqashid sharia. The implication of this is the building of mutual trust between buyers, sellers and Shopee online stores. This study aims to reveal the implications of implementing business ethics based on maqashid sharia at Shopee. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with field research. In the research results, Shopee applies business ethics based on maqashid sharia so that buyers are increasing and sellers are more loyal and Shopee's business continuity is getting stronger.

AbstractConsiderable research has indicated that there is a relationship between the occurrence of depression and sexualdysfunctions. This study aims to provide an overview of the issue of depression as an outcome or cause of sexualdysfunctions, by providing a review of results and inferences from various research works. In line with this aim, documentanalysis method as a qualitative research method was used in the study. Various published documents we re analysed after acomprehensive literature review on the research topic. The results of the present study suggest that there arecomplementary research results in the literature showing that depression may be regarded both as an outcome and a causeor precedent of sexual dysfunctions. Implications for further research and practices are also provided.Keywords: Depression, qualitative research, review, sexual dysfunctions.

AbstractThis research aims to bring out the true meaning of the Gospel text Luke 3: 10-14. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a content analysis approach and exegetical study. The research results obtained are that Luke 3: 10-14 confirms to everyone to share and spread love to others, and rebuke each person to be able to suffice from their own rights so that we should not rob or take the rights of other people. Luke 3:10-14 also teaches us to have the concept of a life of frugal spirituality, which is the concept of a simple and adequate life.Keywords: Spirituality; Frugal; Luke's Gospel Study.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat keluar makna yang sebenarnya dari teks Injil Lukas 3:10-14. Metode Penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi dan study eksegetis. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bahwa Lukas 3:10-14 ini menegaskan kepada setiap orang untuk saling berbagi dan menebarkan cinta kasih kepada sesama, dan menegur keras setiap orang untuk dapat mencukupi diri dari apa yang menjadi haknya, artinya kita tidak boleh merampas atau mengambil hak orang lain. Lukas 3:10-14 ini juga mengajarkan kepada kita untuk memiliki konsep hidup spiritualitas keugaharian, yaitu konsep hidup sederhana dan hidup berkecukupan.Kata Kunci: Spritualitas; Keugaharian; Studi Injil Lukas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengkaji secara anilitis tentang Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kritik seni holistik. Tahap penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Seluruh data yang didapat kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kritik holistik yang mencakup faktor genetik, faktor objektif serta faktor afektif. Hasil temuan bahwa Kesenian Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu merupakan kesenian yang diciptakan selain sebagai sarana hiburan juga sebagai sarana edukasi. Terdapat pesan-pesan moral dibalik setiap penyajiannya seperti semangat juang, kerja keras dan perintah-perintah untuk melakukan kebaikan.Kata kunci: Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu, Kritik Seni Holistik.AbstractThe goal of this research is to describe and carry out an analytical study of Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu. A qualitative research method is used with a holistic art criticism approach. The stages of the research include data collection through observation, interviews, and a library study. All the data obtained is then analyzed using a holistic art criticism approach which includes the genetic factors, objective factors, and affective factors. The research results show that the art of Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu was created as a form of entertainment and also as a medium for education. Every performance contains moral messages, such as the need for a fighting spirit, the importance of hard work, and instructions to perform good deeds.Keywords: Jaranan Pogogan Teguh Rahayu, Holistic Art Criticism.

This research aims to discuss a public response to education and prevention of COVID-19 on social media Instagram @satgascovididijatim and to discuss the effectiveness of media social Instagram as a medium for conveying information to the public. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection by observations, interviews, and documentation. There are two points to these research results. First, the Indonesian Doctor’s Association (IDI) of East Java conducts education and prevention of COVID-19 through the @satgascovidiidijatim Instagram account to the whole community especially the East Java community, to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus. Secondly, the community gives a response that is response cognitive, affective, and behavioral. This response states that Instagram account @satgascovididijatim is one of the effective media for delivering massage education and prevention COVID-19 to the public through social media Instagram.

Abstrak Penelitaian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana implementasi multikulturalisme antara masyarakat agama hindu dengan masyarakat agama islam dalam tradisi perang topat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan studi kasus. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah memilih masalah, mengumpulkan bahan yang relevan, menentukan strategi dan mengembangkan instrument, mengumpulkan data, menafsirkan data dan melaporkan hasil penelitian. Peneliti mewawancarai tiga narasumber yaitu Kepala Desa Lingsar, Pemangku Kemaliq Lingsar dan Ketua Pengurus Pura Lingsar. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Desa Lingsar Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat pada bulan Februari-April 2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan cara mengimplementasikan multikulturalisme adalah: (1) Selalu menjaga komunikasi antar umat beragama, tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, dan pemuda. (2) Penyampaian tentang pentingnya mengimplementasian multikulturalisme pada kegiatan keagamaan maupun musyawarah. (3) Melibatkan kedua agama dalam setiap kegiatan. (4) Perlu adanya rasa toleransi dan saling menghormati. (5) Menjaga kelestarian tradisi Perang Topat dengan cara tetap melaksanakan tradisi tersebut. Dan (6) Memberikan pengetahuan kepada pemuda selaku pewaris tradisi Perang Topat tentang pentingnya menjaga kerukunan dan multikulturalisme. Kata Kunci: Implementasi multikulturalisme, tradisi perang topat. Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of multiculturalism between Hindu religious communities and Islamic religious communities in the Topat War Tradition. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method using case studies. The steps taken are choosing the problem, determine strategy and develop instruments, collecting data, interpret data and report research results. The researcher interviewed three speakers, namely the Head of Lingsar Village, Pemangku Kemaliq Lingsar and the Chairperson of Pura Lingsar. This research was conducted in Lingsar Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency in February-April 2020. The results of this study conclude how to implement multiculturalism are: (1) Always maintain communication between religious communities, community leaders, and youth. (2) Submission of the importance of implementing multiculturalism in religious and deliberative activities. (3) Involving both religions in every activity. (4) There needs to be a sense of tolerance and mutual respect. (5) Maintaining the tradition of Topat War by continuing to carry out the tradition. And (6) Providing knowledge to the youth as the heir to the Topat War tradition about the importance of maintaining harmony and multiculturalism. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of science and describe the learning activities of students by using Direct Instruction learning models assisted by Audio Visual media on students. The research method used in this study was classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were 27-grade SDN 3 Panarung students. The technique of collecting data uses observation and tests. The results of the study show that the learning activities of students become good. Teacher activities in the first cycle averaged 2.4 categories quite well and the second cycle averaged 3.5 good categories, while the activities of students in the first cycle averaged 2.6 categories enough and the second cycle averaged 3.1 categories well. There is an increase in science learning outcomes using the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model assisted by Audio Visual media in fourth grade students of SDN-3 Panarung Palangka Raya 2016/2017 school year with the results of analysis on the Pratindakan classical completeness which is 40.7% with an average value 65, the first cycle of classical completeness is 74% with an average value of 72, and classical completeness in cycle II is 100% with an average value of 87.5

This research was conducted at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember which aims to answer the problem 1) How is the concept of prophetic education implementation in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember? 2) How is the implementation of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember? 3) How to evaluate the implementation of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember ? The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The approach used is descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. And the validity of the data use triangulation of sources and techniques. The results obtained from this study indicate 1) The concept of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember in 2019/2020 school year in the form of the formation of a unique curriculum made based on the mosque's historical values, religious habituation programs and commemoration of Islamic holidays. 2) Implementation of prophetic education in shaping the character of students at Al-Baitul Amien Elementary School Jember 2019/2020 academic year in the form of some activities: Dhuha Prayers, Dhuhur and Ashar prayer Congregational, Habituation of reciting Asmaul Husna, Tahfidz Qur’an. 3) Evaluation obtained from the implementation of prophetic education, is the formation of students' character is influenced by internal factors, from within the students selves and external factors which include the environment and school activities.Keywords : implementation, prophetic education, character Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember yang bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan 1) Bagaimana konsep implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember? 2) Bagaimana implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember? 3) Bagaimana evaluasi implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al-Baitul Amien Jember?. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dan keabsahan datanya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Konsep pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al – Baitul Amien Jember tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 berupa pembentukan kurikulum khas yang dibuat berdasarkan nilai historis masjid, program pembiasaan keagamaan serta peringatan hari besar Islam. 2) Implementasi pendidikan profetik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Al – Baitul Amien Jember tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 berupa kegiatan: Sholat Dhuha, Sholat Dhuhur dan Ashar Berjamaah, Pembiasaan Asmaul Husna, Tahfidz Qur’an. 3) Evaluasi yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pendidikan profetik yakni, pembentukan karakter peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yakni dari dalam diri peserta didik dan faktor eksternal yakni meliputi lingkungan dan kegiatan sekolah.
