Abstract This study aims to determine the impact MIKiR active learning method in training of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah mathematics teachers training. The research is Pre experimental design using one class as an experiment without a control class with a sample of 30 people. The data collection methods are observation and test. Data were analyed through descriptive statistics. The results showed that after using the MIKiR methode the average score of affective is89.60, the average score of knowledge is 90.17 and the average score of skillsis 89.88. Overall, an average of 89.94 was obtained. Researcher recommends conducting further research to measure the effectiveness of the method. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran aktif MIKiR pada Pelatihan Guru Matematika Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan menggunakan satu kelas sebagai eksperimen tanpa kelas kontrol dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode pengamatan dan tes. Tteknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan rata-rata dan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran aktif MIKiR berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi peserta pelatihan aspek sikap dengan rata-rata 89,60, pengetahuan dengan rata-rata 90,17 dan keterampilan dengan rata-rata 89,88. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh rata-rata 89,94. Selanjutnta direkomendasikan untuk menguji metode ini secara experiment.

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

The world is changing so fast, and therefore education needs to adapt to the challenges of times. In order to update the content of school education in the Republic of Kazakhstan modern trends are going to be used. These trends contain pedagogical methods that can be used to preserve and even increase internal motivation, as active learning. Active learning method is an treatment where students participate or interact with the learning process, as opposed to passively taking in the information.The goal of this study is to identify the impact of active learning method on 10th grade students’ attitude towards mathematics of the students the second semester of the school year 2019-2020. More specifically, it attempted to determine and compare the attitude toward mathematics of students’ exposure to active learning and traditional teaching strategy. The Likert scale used to evaluate the attitude of students toward mathematics. Mean, Cronbach  value, T-test were the statistical tools used in anatomizing and interpreting the research data. The discovering showed that the students in the active learning group had auspicious attitude than students in the conventional teaching group. According to the findings after research, we saw the direct relation between attitude and active learning. It is concluded that the students’ attitude toward mathematics was better by using active learning strategy. It is recommended that mathematics teacher should use active learning strategy in order to improve the attitude toward mathematics of the students.Keywords:  attitude, mathematics, active learning

The aim of this study to investigate the different leadership styles and impact on employee motivation. Leadership is the most important phenomena. Therefore, leadership plays a very important role, and this research study emphasizes the impact of leadership styles on motivation of employees. In this chapter, a survey approach using structured questionnaire was used for data collection. Questionnaire consists of four styles of leadership with employees' motivation. All constructs were measured using five-point Likert scale. Descriptive statistics and inferential were used. Mean and standard deviation and Cronbach alpha were used in descriptive statistics and correlation, and multiple regression was used for inferential regression. The aim of this chapter is to identify the relationship between leadership styles and motivation of employees.

This chapter reports on a research project on the homeschooling phenomenon in Mexico and how parents perceive the use of online programs to undertake academic activities with their children. It is in this space that this chapter is located, as it explores the changes to the phenomenon of homeschooling and the impact communication technology and, more specifically, of national and international educational platforms have had on the processes of follow-up and accreditation in Mexico and Latin America. In what follows, this chapter explores the situation in Mexico in particular and Latin America more broadly. It begins by exploring the problem statement and the question guiding this chapter. It then undertakes a literature review, from which it ascertains a theoretical lens and methodology. The data collection methods and the data are then outlined. Then, data are analysed.

This analytic descriptive study aims to determine the impact of the accompanying teacher of the SM3T program towards on the learning interest of the students in biology subject at SMKN 1 Kintamani, Bangli, Province of Bali. Data collection methods with observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results of the regression analysis between the presence of the accompanying teacher and the learning interest of the students in Biology subject get a determination value of 0.28. These data indicate that 28% of the learning interest of students at SMK 1 Kintamani is influenced by the presence of a companion biology teacher in the Direktorat PSMK program.   Abstrak. Penelitian deskriptif analitik ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak program guru pendamping Direktorat PSMK (Program SM3T) terhadap animo belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi di SMKN 1 Kintamani, kabupaten Bangli, Propinsi Bali. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis regresi antara adanya guru pendamping dengan animo belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Biologi mendapatkan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,28. Data tersebut menenuntukkan bahwa 28% animo belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Kintamani dipengaruhi oleh adanya guru biologi pendamping pada program Direktorat PSMK.   Kata Kunci: Guru Pendamping, Program Direktorat PSMK, Animo Belajar

This study aims to describe the profile of the implementation of mathematics learning in the class, the challenges that the teachers did, and the efforts which did is to overcome the challenges in the credit semester system in mathematics learning activities. The research subjects are the students and mathematics teachers of X class in SMA 1 Jember. Data collection methods used documentation, observation, and interview. Based on the results of research that can be proven by mathematical learning in the implementation of the Credit Semester System described based on learning planning, learning activities, and the authentic answer. The mathematics teacher make a preparation by compiling lesson plans that guided by the 2013 Curriculum RPP and compiling the UKBM that adapted to appropriate scientific indicators. In the implementation of learning, the teacher carries out learning activities by applying scientific request. The assessment also adjusted to the 2013 Curriculum indicators. The teacher's assessment consisted of the preparation of the Credit Semester System, students' readiness, and conversation. Efforts which did is to overcome these challenges are by conducting socialization and MGMP as well as providing motivation and stimulus to students while conducting learning activities.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2109 has an impact on all aspects of life, including in this study the impact on mosque cash. This study aims to analyze the trend of obtaining mosque cash funds at the Istiqomah Ungaran Grand Mosque before and during the covid-19 pandemic, if there is a decline then what causes the decline to occur and what philanthropic strategies are made by mosque administrators to optimize the mosque's cash funds. This research was completed by using a mixed method qualitative and quantitative with data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation and group discussion forums (FGD). This study found that a significant decrease occurred in the cash fund of the Great Mosque of Istiqomah Ungaran due to the reduced activities organized by the mosque. The strategy made by the administrators of the Istiqomah Grand Mosque in Ungaran is with online recitations as well as infaq payments and online Istiqomah RA and SD Istiqomah tuition payments.

A Registered Reports system is key to preventing questionable research practices. Under this system, manuscripts, including their detailed protocols (i.e., hypothesis, experimental design, sample size, and methods of statistical analysis), are reviewed prior to data collection. If a protocol manuscript is accepted, publication of the full manuscript including the results and discussion is guaranteed in principle regardless of whether the collected data support the registered hypothesis. However, this assurance of publication might be broken under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The present paper reports the first author’s real-life experience related to the collapse of the assurance of publication in the Registered Reports system and discusses the disbenefits of this collapse. Furthermore, we propose the implementation of a journal section specific to protocol manuscripts as a solution to the crisis of the Registered Reports system.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perlakuan terapi Yumeiho untuk penurunan simptom psikologik dan fisiologik pada pengidap skizofrenia. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat orang pengidap skizofrenia di Panti Sosial Bina Laras Budi Luhur Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen desain kasus tunggal dengan tipe reversal (A-B-A-B). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner, chek list, perekam suara, dan video. Pelaksanaan penelitian selama 12 sesi dengan enam sesi pemberian terapi Yumeiho menurunkan simptom psikologik dan fisiologik pada keempat subjek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan dari 42 simptom psikologik dan fisiologik, masing-masing penurunan pada subjek IR 23,80% dan 11,90%; subjek H 14,28% dan 19,85%; subjek NM 38,09% dan 21,04%; subjek NJ 30,95% dan 9,52%.  Kata Kunci : Skizofrenia, Terapi Yumeiho, Panti Sosial Bina Laras Budi Luhur. The objective of this study was to find out the impacts of Yumeiho therapy treatment in decreasing psychological and physiological symptoms on people with schizophrenia. The subjects in this study were four people with schizophrenia living at Mental Social Institution of Budi Luhur Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. This study was a single case experimental design with reversal type (A-B-A-B). The data collection methods were observations, interviews, documentation, questionnaire, check list, voice recorder, and video. The study was conducted in 12 sessions with six sessions of Yumeiho therapy for the four subjects. Based on these results, it can be concluded that subject IR, H, NM, and NJ experienced some decreases in 42 psychological and physiological symptoms of 23.80% and 11.90%; 14.28% and 19.85%; 38.09% and 21.04%; and 30.95% and 9.52%, respectively.Keywords: Schizophrenia, Yumeiho Therapy, Mental Social Institution of Budi Luhur

Learning was the process of interaction between students and learning resources. Learning resources should support good interaction. One of the learning resources was teaching materials. Teaching materials will make students learn more structured and can motivate. But today, there were still few who make thematic teaching materials. The aims of this research is to create thematic teaching materials based on Riau local wisdom. The type of research conducted was R&D with 4D  models. The subjects of this study were 6 experts, consisting of 2 material experts, 2 linguists and 2 design experts. The data collection methods were interviews and validation sheets. The analysis was qualitative and quantitative analysis of interview data and validation sheets. The study results stated that the thematic teaching materials based on Riau local wisdom are worth seeing from the material, language, and design aspects with an average score of 93% with very valid category. So, thematic teaching materials based on local wisdom of Riau are worth using.
