slam is very concerned about education and its implementation which is based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith. So one of the words of God that contains educational teachings and contains educational values is the letter Alkautsar verses 1-3 (Tala'ah Tafsir Al Qurthubi). The purpose of this study is to find out the educational values of Islam contained in Surah Al-Kautsar verses 1-3 according to the interpretation of Jami' li Ahkami of the Qur'an by Al-qurthubi and to find out its implications in everyday life. The method used is library or library research with primary data sources namely Jami' Li Ahkami Al-qur'an and secondary data such as books, journals, articles and so on and then collected, processed then analyzed and concluded descriptively. So the conclusion obtained is that in the first paragraph there is an educative value of gratitude, namely acknowledging it with the heart, then saying it verbally and implementing/implementing it with the limbs. While the educational value in the second verse is spiritual value which is manifested in prayer worship (Hablun minAllah) and social value which is manifested in qurban worship (Hablun minannas). While the educational value in the third verse is the value of fighting spirit which is reflected in the good deeds of ma'ruf nahi mungkar and the value of toughness that is accompanied by responsibility, all of which are illustrated by that everyone will definitely get a reward according to their deeds.

Net profit margin is one indicator of the company's financial performance. Net profit margin on cruise industries, for example, exhibit consistently robust growth trends for the leading cruise players, over 2016–2019, contrary to most commercial shipping market segments that experienced abrupt and persistent revenue declines since the outbreak of 2008 global financial crisis, cruise shipping has seen a robust resistance and relatively rapid recovery. Spurred by the growing importance of institutional investors, capital markets in emerging economies experience rapid growth. Specifically, equities ownership in emerging capital markets have tripled since the early 1990s. Another factor attracting equities investment involves institutional investors who offer potential for increased monitoring in the invested firms. The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with net profit margin. I presented a literature study using systematic literature review of relevant publications and as a result of this process, 18 articles are included and then examined the bibliographical references to check the validity of the inquiry and to avoid any potential omissions. I identify several variables that affect and affected by net profit margin.

Parents, especially mothers are responsible for instilling the value of religious and social life in children, including adolescents through proper parenting. However, many parents choose to entrust the child completely to the school because it is busy with their work. This study aims to explain the parenting of working parents in instilling religious attitudes and respectful attitudes in adolescents, explain the factors that influence parenting, and explain the obstacles and solutions parents work in foster care. This study is a qualitative descriptive field study involving ten working parents. This research data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study found that the parenting used by sources is democratic parenting. Trust factors, comparison of parenting models, child gender, parental behavior, and character of children are factors that influence parenting in instilling religious attitudes and respectful attitudes in adolescents. In addition, there are obstacles in applying parenting, such as limited time together between parents and children because parents are busy working, child characters, mobile phones, child association, and social media. The solution in overcoming these obstacles is to be a good role model, make the best use of time to get to know the child's friendship environment, not only be a parent but can be a good friend and listener, and have to check the child’s phone.

Over the past 10–15 years, the global business context has changed rapidly, and many organizations are now seen to be pursuing multiple purposes. Consequently, they are redefining success in more sustainable terms of Triple Bottom Line, Quadruple Bottom Line, and common good outcomes, not just financial criteria. Green human resource management (GHRM) is an arising issue for the tannery industry in the context of developing economies, as the tannery industry can be seen as one of the highest polluting industries on earth, it becomes imperative for the industry to implement GHRM practices for greening the workforce. For every country, macroeconomic sustainability is the main aim of improving the social welfare of the people, therefore, environmental performance needs to be improved without reducing the financial growth. The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with non-performing loans. I presented a literature study using a systematic literature review of relevant publications and as a result of this process, 14 articles are included and then examined the bibliographical references to check the validity of the inquiry and to avoid any potential omissions. I identify several variables that are affected by GHRM. I find no outside variables, and strongly suggest research for outside variables.

This review aimed to determine the implementation of inclusive education in regular schools. The implementation of education in regular schools has many obstacles, including teachers’ lack of the ability to manage inclusive schools. Teachers in this case are an important part of schools to run programs smoothly because teachers communicate directly with students in need. Students, knowledge, skills and experience of teachers determine how well inclusive programs are run in schools, especially in the classroom. To achieve that, teachers need to have several trainings to help them prepare and carry out their plans properly. An e-literature search was conducted to identify articles published from 2015 to 2021 on the steps needed to optimize teacher skills to achieve a good inclusive environment. The electronic database used is Google Scholar. This study used review. Based on the articles reviewed, it was found that the implementation of inclusive education in regular schools was done by improving the skills of teachers through co-teaching training. Apart from teachers, schools and parents were provided with sufficient information about inclusive programs and how to do them. The seven articles' findings were reviewed by the researchers, and indicate that several things must be done in the implementation of inclusive education in public schools. The teacher is the main concern in inclusive learning because the teacher is a school device that interacts directly with students and at the same time provides teaching to students in the classroom.
