This research is motivated by the physical condition of the running speed of the extracurricular futsal team of SMA Negeri 3 Pemalang which is not good, this can be seen from the many players who do not have a maximum running speed. This study aims to determine the effect of the resistance band and ladder exercises in increasing running speed in futsal games and to find out which exercises are more effective. The research subjects sampled in the study were 16 students of SMA N 3 Pemalang who participated in futsal extracurricular activities which were divided into 2 groups, namely the first group of 8 resistance band exercises and the second group of 8 ladder exercises. Data collection was carried out with a 60-meter running speed test on the Cibelok soccer field. The research design used was a pre-test and post-test group, therefore, data collection was carriedout during the pretest and posttest. Based on the calculation results, it was found that the increase in running speed with Resistance band training was 4.95%, while with Ladder training it was 13.58%. So that Ladder training is more effective to increase running speed. The conclusion of this study is that the Ladder training method is more effective and good in increasing the running speed of futsal extracurricular players at SMAN 3 Pemalang.

The problem raised is the absence of data on the implementation of prisoner parachute-assisted training methods that can increase the short running speed of amateur football players. This study aims to determine the effect of parachute resistance assisted training methods on running speed. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental research method with the modified pre-test-post-test group design. The subjects of this study were 10 male amateur football players aged 18-20 years. The test instrument in this study is to measure the running speed using the 30 meters sprint test. Data were analyzed using t-test paired sample t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis showed that the parachute resistance assisted training method had an effect on running speed (sig value = 0.000). Thus, the parachute resistance assisted training method is suitable to be applied to increase the running speed of amateur football players. This research can be further developed by increasing the number of samples and applied to professional football players.

Kepeminpinan merupakan faktor yang paling penting terhadap ketercapaian tujuan suatu organisasi baik organisasi pendidikan ataupun organisasi di luar pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, displaydata, verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian adalah di MI Ma’arif Bego Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil  kepala sekolah, dua orang pelatih ekstrakurikuler, dan tiga orang siswa/siswi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler sudah sangat baik. Kepala sekolah memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam melakukan tugas-tugasnya. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler meliputi silat, tahfiz, pramuka, sepak bola, badminton, catur, renang, dan hadro. Pramuka, silat, dan tahfiz merupakan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang wajib diikuti oleh siswa. Terdapat kendala dalam pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler seperti ketersediaan guru, fasilitas, dan kendala musim.The Role of Principal's Leadership in Extracurricular Management Leadership is the most important factor for the achievement of the goals of an organization, both educational organizations and non-educational organizations. This study aims to determine the role of the principal's leadership in extracurricular management. This research method used is a qualitative method with a description approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Types of data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection data reduction, data display, verification, and confirmation of conclusions. The research location in this study is located at MI Maarif Bego Yogyakarta. With the research subjects, namely the principal, vice-principal, two extracurricular trainers, and three students. The results of the study explained that in MI Maarif Bego the principal's leadership in extracurricular management was already very good. The principal has good competence in carrying out his duties. The extracurricular activities at MI Maarif Bego include Silat, tahfidz, scout, soccer, badminton, chess, swimming, and hadroh activities. The extracurricular activities that are required of students are Scouts, silat, and tahfidz. But in management it still has constraints such as the availability of teachers, facilities and season constraints.

School is one place to shape the character of students. Character education in schools can succeed optimally if the implementation is integrated through school rules and regulations, classroom learning processes, and extracurricular activities. In addition, educators are also required to provide good behavior or character models for their students.This research aims to find out: 1) the implementation of strengthening character education in improving the religious attitudes of students in Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School Ampel District Boyolali District, 2) implementation of strengthening character education in improving student responsibility in Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School Ampel District Boyolali District , 3) barriers to implementation of strengthening character education in Muhammadiyah 3 Ampel Middle School, Ampel District, Boyolali Regency.This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Procedure for data analysis with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. While the research subjects were principals, teachers, parents of students, students and alumni.The results of the research show that: 1) the implementation of strengthening character education in improving the religious attitudes of students by incorporating religious character education into the school curriculum both in school and outside the school. 2) implementation of strengthening character education in improving student responsibility by being integrated into the learning process and school programs. Integration of character education in schools is carried out with integration in self-development programs, subjects, and school culture, 3) barriers to the implementation of strengthening character education are require continuous processes and are carried out continuously. In addition, students do not have a high awareness of themselves. The conclusions of this research are: 1) strengthening character education is carried out well and continuously in an effort to improve the religious attitudes of students, 2) strengthening character education is carried out well as in an effort to improve the attitude of responsibility of students, 3) obstacles faced in implementing education reinforcement whose main character is requiring time to cultivate self-awareness. Suggestions are aimed at: 1) Teachers to motivate and assist students in strengthening character and becoming role models for students, 2) Principals are more intensive in monitoring the development of school programs related to character education. 3) students can instill more responsibility in all aspects of life.

<em>The most common causes of bullying at school come from peers or classmates and seniors. Bullying is one of the many phenomena that occur in this millennial era. Many school children are victims and also the main perpetrators of bullying cases. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze bullying at SDN Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang City. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were students who were perpetrators or victims of bullying, principals, and teachers. Based on research, the results obtained that bullying behavior occurs in the form of physical bullying and verbal bullying. Physical bullying involves hitting, pushing, forcing, damaging, pinching, kicking, nudging, pulling clothes and pulling hairs. Verbal bullying consists of yelling, cheering, talking dirty, mocking and calling with certain nicknames.</em>

This research is motivated by the current era of strengthening character education is an important thing to do considering the number of loss of character education values currently very alarming. One of the characters that must be possessed by students as an effort in social problems is the character of discipline. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to model the discipline of disciplinary character through scout extracurricular activities in MI Al-Muhsin Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the model of disciplinary character habituation through scout extracurricular activities at MI Al-Muhsin Yogyakarta. This research method is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research subjects include the headmaster of madrasas, teachers, scoutmaster, and students. This research was conducted at MI Al-Muhsin Yogyakarta. When thhis research was conducted around March-April 2020. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection tools used are audio, video and photo recording. Check the validity of the data by triangulating data and sources. While the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that there was a model for disciplining character through the scout extracurricular activities at MI Al-Muhsin Yogyakarta through rewards and punishments applied. There is a relationship between scout extracurricular activities and disciplinary character. Evidence of the success of the Boy Scouts extracurricular activities in building disciplinary character at MI Al-Muhsin Yogyakarta, namely five minutes before the ceremony the students are ready and gathered by wearing the full boy scout uniform, students in an orderly manner paying front group contributions, and students are willing to pay fines and money Scoutmaster also pays if he does not order too. This research can add knowledge, experience as well as insights on the disciplinary character refraction model through scout extracurricular activities so that it can improve and be considered for other researchers, as prospective educators to enter the world of education.

One of the many sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is education. This resulted in a change in the learning system from face-to-face in class to online learning from home. Since online learning took place, students have experienced many difficulties in implementing it, especially in mathematics. Therefore, this research was conducted by the author to know the difficulties students encounter during online learning during a pandemic like this. The method applied in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Observations involved SMP / MTs students with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed online via WhatsApp and research subjects were 30 respondents. From the data that has been received, the results obtained are that most students like the Google Classroom application as an online-based learning medium, obstacles that are often experienced by students include limited quota, unsupportive signals, many tasks, and not understanding the material presented by the teacher. In addition, mathematics is considered difficult due to several factors: (1) using a lot of formulas, (2) not understanding the concept of the material, and (3) the limited space for interaction between students and teachers.

Researcher conducted this study with the aim to know the implementation of extracurricular management to develop children's interests and talents in TK ABA 1 Blimbingrejo Jepara. Researcher used descriptive qualitative research with research subjects were students, teachers and the headmaster of TK ABA 1 Blimbingrejo Jepara. The data collection method are documentation, interview and observation. Then it is processed by interactive data analysis techniques, with four stages in analyzing, with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. According to the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No.62 of 2014 stated that the schedule of extracurricular activities outside of study hours is under the supervision and guidance of the school. Extracurricular activities carried out at half past ten to half past eleven, the types of extracurricular activities include drum band, Iqro, coloring, dancing, playing traditional instruments, memorizing pancasila and short prayers. The results of this study show that the interests and talents of children can develop with the extracurricular management at TK ABA 1 Blimbingrejo Jepara.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of teaching media kanji "Hyakugo" in improving the ability of mastery kanji JLPT level N5 learners. This study conducted with quasi experimental research methods with one group pre test-post test research design. Data collection conducted by survey questionnaires and interviews. Research subjects in this study were students from Department of Japanese Language Literature, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. The result of this study indicated that "Hyakugo" have a significant influence in term of enhancing learners kanji acquisition ability and improving students learning motivation. Furthermore, survey questionnaires feedback showed positive response from the learners, confirmed that "Hyakugo" is an interactive learning medium that helped them to maintain their learning motivation, user friendly and provides a lot of benefits for learners.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar futsal secara ilmiah. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan Pre-test Post-test Group Design yaitu kelompok satu diberi perlakuan metode latihan terpusat dan kelompok dua diberi perlakuan metode latihan acak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ektrakurikuler futsal SMPN 8 Rejang Lebong sebanyak 30 orang pada tahun 2019 dan Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa ada pengaruh metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar passing dan dribbling dalam permainan futsal. Hasil analisis Uji t perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil akhir dari kedua kelompok ternyata terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa tes akhir antara metode latihan terpusat dan metode latihan acak dengan perolehan perhitungan nilai thitung -2,73 > ttabel -2,160 dan ttabel 2,160 < thitung 2,73 dengan taraf ? = 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara X (latihan terpusat dan latihan acak) dengan Y (hasil penguasaan teknik dasar futsal). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua metode latihan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar futsal.Kata Kunci : Metode latihan terpusat, Metode latihan acak, Teknik dasar futsal.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of centralized training methods and random training methods on the ability of basic futsal techniques scientifically. In this study using the pre-test post-test group design, the first group was treated with a centralized training method and the second group was given a random training method treatment. The population in this study were 30 futsal extracurricular students in Rejang Lebong Middle School as many as 30 people in 2019 and the sample of this study used total sampling. The statistical analysis used in this study is the t test to test the hypothesis that there is an effect of the centralized training method and the random training method on the results of mastering the basic techniques of passing and dribbling in futsal games. The results of the t-test analysis of the comparison calculation between the final results of the two groups turned out to have a significant effect on the results of mastering basic futsal techniques. The calculation results state that the final test between the centralized training method and the random training method with the calculation of the calculation of t count -2.73 > t table -2.160 and t table 2.160 < t count 2.73 with the level ? = 0.05 means that there is a significant influence between X (centralized training and random training) with Y (the result of mastering basic futsal techniques). So it can be concluded that the two training methods have an influence on the basic skills of futsal.Keywords : Centralized training method, Random training method, Basic futsal technique.

This article was to improve students' ability to analyze the viscosity material in implementing the Arduino-based MRSM (Mini Reed Switch Magnetic) teaching media. The researchers used a quasi experimental design in the form of non equivalent pre-test post-test group design. The instruments used were tests and observation sheets to obtain data. Data collection on theability to analyze through giving tests to students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed an increase in the ability to analyze by 20%. The highest assessment aspect in the first aspect is the ability of students to find problems encountered and be able to distinguish problems that fit the theme. The results of this trial produce data on the implementation of learning by 98% with a reliable category. Hence, MRSM teaching media is able to improve the ability to analyze students.
