This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and loyalty on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, and the research was conducted directly at the PT. Cimory factory in the Sentul industrial area. This research is a descriPT.ive study with a quantitative approach, the data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. The research subjects used were employees of PT. Cimory as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses the classical assum PT.ion test, multiple regression with the model feasibility test, namely the t test and f test. The results showed that from 100 respondents it was known that by means of the t test (partial), the variable of work motivation on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees obtained a significant influence, with a value of t count 4.021 1.660 t table. As for the job loyalty variable partially there is no significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a value of t count 0.462 1.660 t table. While the f test (simultaneous) work motivation and job loyalty have a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Cimory employees, with a calculated f value of 8.108 3.09.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervision on employee discipline in the Office of Communication and Information Technology of South Sumatra Province, in this study the authors used a quantitative descriptive type of research. The samples taken in this study were 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear revelation f test, t test, coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study show that all existing instruments are valid and realistic and that from the regression calculation it is proven that there are influences between independent and bound variables. This can be seen from the regression coefficient value of 0.761X, which means that every increase in the supervision variable 1%, the employee discipline increases by 0.761. This can also be supported by the f test and t test which shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the supervisory variables and work discipline jointly or individually and can be seen also from the coefficient of determination which has a value of 0.587 which means the supervision variable has influence of 58.7% on work discipline variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee productivity in the Samsat Sidrap District office. The research method uses quantitative methods because the research data are numbers that are processed using spss 20 alerts. With a population of 45 and a sample of 31 respondents the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression with motivation variables (X) and employee performance (Y ). The results showed that from the simple linear regression that was processed and analyzed using the SPSS method, the equation obtained was Y = 6.592 + 0.664 X, where the constant number has a value of 6.592 (positive) stating that if there is no work motivation (X) then productivity work (Y) is 0.664, meaning that the employee's work productivity is still constant even though work motivation towards Y is zero. If there is a decrease in work motivation, it will reduce the level of employee productivity. So that it can be explained that work motivation has an influence and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Samsat district office

PT. Sinar Suri Toyota is located in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research objective was to see whether compensation and work motivation had an effect on employee performance. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach method. The population is all employees in the workshop who work at PT. Sinar Suri Toyota Manokwari with a total of 32 people. However, at the time of data collection, there was a pandemic Covid-19 so that data retrieval via google was from. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To see the effect of the independent variable compensation and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance through hypothesis testing. There are two ways used to measure the independent and dependent variables based on the t test and the F test. From the research results based on the parti al test (t test) for the variable compensation and work motivation on employee performance. For a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) and a significant value smaller than the error error (0.032> 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially the compensation and work motivation variables have a significant effect on the variable Employee performance While simultaneous testing (F test) of compensation and motivation variables on employee performance variables with a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously, compensation and motivation greatly affect employee performance.

The research subjects were grade V students of SD Negeri 13 Muara Kuang, totaling 17 students. Methods of data collection in the form of tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The indicators of the success of the action are marked by 75% of the number of students who take part in the learning process that have obtained KKM scores. Based on the results of the tests in the implementation of learning with a scramble model, students who achieved a value of ≥75 were 70.59% in the first cycle and increased to 88.24% in the second cycle. The action was dismissed in the second cycle because it had reached the criteria of success.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the Accountability of OKU Regency Government Institution Performance. The method used in this study is non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing is a statistical test partially (t test) and simultaneous (F test). T test results show that there is a significant influence of internal control and motivation on the Performance Accountability of OKU Regency Government Agencies with a t table value of 2.00758. F test results show a sig value of 0,000 <0.05 or obtain an F value of 15.517> F table 2.40 which means that together the budget target clarity (X1), accounting control (X2), reporting system (X3), internal control (X4), and motivation (X5) have a significant effect on performance accountability. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.564. Conclusions, the contribution of the clarity of budget targets, accounting controls, reporting systems, internal controls, and motivation to performance accountability was 56.4%, while the remaining 43.6% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study. This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of commitment on employee work productivity; 2) the effect of work experience on employee work productivity; 3) which influence is more dominant between work commitment and work experience on employee work productivity. This research is a descriptive associative research with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was a sample of 60 public junior high school teachers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, with a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and tested its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the F test, t test and R2 test. The results of this study are that work motivation and work experience together have a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained Fcount of 36,956 Ftable of 3,159 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 = 3.584 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.001 0.05. Work Experience has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X2 = 3.294 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.002 0.05. From these results Work Motivation has a greater (dominant) influence on Employee Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 is greater than t count X2, namely 3.584 3.294.
