This article attempts to examine the implementation of Islamic Education Through Contextual Learning on Bengawan Solo Alam Elementary School, Klaten. Teachers as educators should present am Islamic Education learning which is packaged attractively so that students not only understand the learning cognitively but also have behavioral enlightenment and apply it in daily life. The research is field research, that is research field where researchers present directly in the research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation, and Group Discussion. Data validation techniques used are triangulation technique, sources, and methods. Data analysis techniques start on the reduction of the data, presentation of data, and then drawing conclusions. The result of this article showed that the implementation of Islamic Education contextual learning in Bengawan Solo Alam Elementary School through: 1) integration to all subjects, 2) take advantage of nature 3 ) prioritizing practice and experience, 4) exemplary and habituation, 5) associate with local culture. Learning activities supported by: gardening, outing class, dhuha prayer before learning, congregational prayer at the village mosque, and social activities.

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. This study is motivated the identification of policies issued by the regional Governmentof Rokan Hulu in the form of Regulatory region number 1 by 2015 on the determination of thevillage and Indigenous Village. Political dynamics based on various interests against themanufacture of, and decision-making in the process of formation of the corresponding localregulations determination of Indigenous Villages in the Rokan Hulu is impacted to a verysignificantamount of changes from the initial draft of the number i.e. 21 (twenty one) the villagebecame Customary 89 (eighty-nine) the Indigenous Villages who have passed. Type of thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The research aims to describe theState of the real situation in a systematic and accurate fact analysis unit or related research, aswell as observations of the field based on the data (information). Method of data collectionwas done with interviews, documentation, and observations through fieldwork (field research).The results of the research on the process of discussion of the draft local regulations andmutual agreement about Designation of Indigenous Villages in the Rokan Hulu is, showed thatthe political dynamics that occur due to the presence of various political interests, rejectionorally by Villagers who were judged to have met the requirements of Draft Regulations to beformulated and the area for the set to be Indigenous Villages, and also there is a desire fromsome villages in the yet to Draft local regulations in order to set the Indigenous village , there isa wide range of interests of these aspects influenced the agreement to assign the entire localVillage which is in the Rokan Hulu become Indigenous village, and the village of Transmigrationinto administrative Villages where the initiator of the changes in the number of IndigenousVillages in the Rokan Hulu it is the desire of the local Government of its own.

The purpose of this study was to determine “The Effectiveness of the Subsidized Housing Programon KPR BTN Sejahtera IB Products (Case Study: Bank Tabungan Negara Bekasi Sharia BranchOffice)”, this research includes field research (field research) with qualitative methods and supportedby library research (library research). ) relating to the effectiveness of the subsidized housing programon KPR BTN Sejahtera IB products. Data collection techniques for this study consisted of observation,interviews, and documentation. As well as data analysis techniques for this thesis research usingtechniques: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Measurement of effectiveness,seen from three factors, namely: first, convenience, second, target accuracy, and third, affordability.Based on the results of the research, it shows the effectiveness of the subsidized KPR program, namelythe convenience factor because the requirements, processes, forms of service, and administrative costshave been effective and affordable because it is easy for the public to obtain information about KPRBTN Sejahtera IB at Bank Tabungan Negara Bekasi Sharia Branch Office, monthly installments. ,details and total costs during the contract that are not burdensome, payment facilities have helpedcustomers, and there are no sanctions or fines if they experience arrears in payments every month,while the ineffectiveness is seen in the factor of the accuracy of targeting because many customerswho take the subsidized housing program are not occupied but only for investment. Therefore, it mustbe improved in all its aspects in order to produce optimal effectiveness for the subsidized housingprogram on the KPR BTN Sejahtera IB product at the Bekasi Sharia Branch Office State Savings Bank.

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of describing the childcare methods carried out by three early marriage families in Ponjong District, Gunungkidul Regency. The background of this research is the existence of government policy in Law Number 1 of 1974 article 7 paragraph (1) concerning Marriage which explains the minimum age limit for marriage so that the benefit of the household is achieved, but the phenomenon of early marriage is still happening in the District of Ponjong Regency Gunungkidul, even able to maintain the household and be able to carry out childcare duties at a young age if reviewed psychologically immature mentally, emotionally, psychologically and physically. This type of research is a qualitative research with a type of case study research (field research). Determination of informants by purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were three families of early marriage, children of early marriage partners (if they were able to provide information) and the Young Clerk of the Wonosari Religious Court Law. Then, the object of research is the method of parenting early marriage partners. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results showed that the methods carried out by early marriage couples included exemplary education methods, methods through habituation, education methods through advice and dialogue, as well as education methods through the awarding and punishment. The three early marriage families apply a number of collaborative methods for parenting. Keywords: childcare methods, early marriage.

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

ABSTRACTClass management is needed by the teacher in utilizing the potential of the class,making learning and learning to remain optimal, enjoyable and to improve optimalconditions in the event of a disruption in the learning process. Motivation to learnis an impulse from inside and outside the self of students who can move it to bemore active in learning activities in order to obtain the desired goals by changingbehavior both from the aspects of thought, affective and psychomotor. This studydiscusses the motivation of the class towards the motivation to learn history andthe Islamic participants of class IX of YMPI Rappang's MTs. This type of researchis field research with associative quantitative design. As a technique of datacollection, namely observation, questionnaire and documentation with descriptiveand infrequent analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Management ofclasses in class IX of YMPI Rappang MTs showed a good category with apercentage rate of 77.4%. (2) Learning motivation of students shows a goodcategory with a percentage of 85.4%. (3) There is a significant difference betweenthe learning class towards the learning motivation of YMPI Rappang's IX gradestudents. This can be seen from the results of manual calculations tcount = 9.406>t table = 1998 and the value of R Square or r2 obtained 0.564. The value of XI forstudents 'learning motivation in Islamic culture class (Y) was 56.4%, while 43.6%of students' learning motivation at MTs YMPI Rappang was related to othervariables not expected by researchers.

This study aims to determine the role of school residents in the formation of the religious character of students in Al Husna Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research). The research was conducted in two places, namely (1) Al Husna Rangkasbitung Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Integrated Elementary School Kalanganyar. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are; (1) religious character is needed and must be possessed by students to face changing times and moral degradation. The formation of religious character can be assessed from the aspect of the spiritual attitude of students. (2) the role of school residents such as principals, teachers and parents is very important in shaping the character of students, educators as second parents in schools are the main motor in shaping the religious character of students. (3) the role of parents cannot be underestimated in an education, students who spend more time at home ideally parents should be able to synergize in the formation of the religious character of students when at home. (4) inhibiting factors for the formation of religious character in Islamic schools, one of which is educational policies that are not in line with the school program. (5) efforts are being made to optimize the formation of religious characters by providing education and training for teachers around character building, appreciation of students and parental liaison books.

This article is based on field research aims to answer the question of the influence of Islamic Law on prohibiting liquor (Tuak) towards community behavior of Boto Village in Semanding district of Tuban Regency.  It also strives to analyze the factors that contribute to mold people's behavior. The approach of this research is combining a quantitative survey and qualitative research methods, with data analysis techniques in the form of analytical descriptive. The results of the study conclude that Islamic law is incapable of fashioning the actual behavior of its adherents, especially in the village of Boto. The prohibitions of liquor (tuak) failed to stimulate the behavior of rural communities under Islamic legal norms. This is indicated by the lack of community response to Islamic legal norms. On the contrary, it is conclusively found that the behavior of the majority of people deviates from the Islamic provisions of legal norms about the prohibition of liquor (tuak).

This study was written to see the village of Sukoreno, Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency, which has the characteristics of biodiversity diversity. The population consists of followers of Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and Hindu culture. This study seeks to examine tolerance in inter-religious relations in the village of Sukoreno Umbulsari, the extent to which harmony between religious communities and how the role of religious extension agents are in caring for and maintaining religious harmony in Sukoreno. This research uses qualitative research methods field research (field reaserch). Community in Sukerone village Umbulsari sub-district is a community consisting of many different ethnicities, cultures, traditions and even traditions, but the attitude of mutual respect, giving freedom of religion, accepting other religions gracefully, and always having a positive attitude between religions. Religious extension workers, as an extension of the government, continue to carry out their duties, from providing counseling to advocating for religious issues to improve the quality of harmony between religious communities. This study describes the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in Medang Ara village, Karang Baru District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of price rounding on the sale and purchase of rubber and to determine the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in the village of Medang Ara, Karang Baru District. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive approach.Based on the results of the study note that the price rounding done by Medang Ara village rubber agent is rounding down prices. The agent did this rounding because there was no change which made it difficult to pay for the rubber and the agent thought that rounding was a common thing and was known by farmers, so farmers would be sincere if the money was rounded up. In addition, the price rounding done by an agent is contrary to the basic provisions in Islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, responsibility and truth, and rounding the price is also contrary to the principles in Islamic business ethics such as honesty and transparency in setting prices.
