This research aims to illustrate the implementation of the reading corner to increase the interest in reading the MI Muhammadiyah Kartasura students. The study uses a qualitative inductive approach. Data and collection techniques consist of primary data and secondary data obtained through observations, interviews, polls or questionnaires and documentation. Data validation uses the theory and techniques of the source triangulation and triangulation method. Data analysis uses interactive models including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. Results from the study showed that. 1) The implementation of reading corners can increase student interest in the school environment with habituation, learning, development and school programs for students to read. 2) Student reading interest increases with a reading corner that encourages students to better appreciate their time reading books in the classroom reading corner. 3) The implementation of this reading corner is effective enough to increase the interest of reading students in the school environment and facilitate teachers to implement and relate lessons to create varied learning.

The research carried out has the aim of analyzing, describing and knowing the innovative activities carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic at TBM Teras Baca Sekar Kinasih Sidareja. The approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The primary data source used interviews with the managers of the reading terrace nowadays. Secondary data sources come from documents related to research. The research data were analyzed using the analysis of the interaction model of Milles and Huberman which originated from four activities, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the reading terrace was very busy before the Covid-19 pandemic was very crowded with visitors or visitors who came to the reading terrace to borrow books, study computers, and read books on the reading terrace. Readers and the general public who visit the terrace read now. The books that are borrowed and read are books that suit their wants and needs, such as story books, novels, magazines, and business reference books. Visitors and people who visit read the book because they are interested and need information from the book and to gain insight and knowledge. Visitors and the general public who visit can take advantage of and use the facilities provided by the reading terrace TBM now. The facilities provided are various, Wi-Fi, computers, books, a comfortable reading place, etc. to support their fulfillment of information. However, since the covid-19 pandemic, TBM Teras Baca Sekar Kinasih has issued an innovative Football Pick-up Service. This service makes it easy for readers and the general public to meet their information needs without having to visit for some time because of this pandemic, namely the reading terrace staff will provide book lending services by delivering them to visitors by first contacting what books are needed and will be in between. to visitors by the staff of the Teras Baca Sekar Kinasih. Then, with this innovation, the service becomes effective and continues to run even though there has been a decrease in visits and reading interest of readers and the general public as usual. However, this does not become a barrier in carrying out this reading core innovation and remains a practical and efficient innovation.

The study aims to analyze the meaning of debt according to the people of Kampung Kauman who prefer moneylenders than banks as their source of credit. This qualitative research uses a case study. Primary data were obtained through interviews with residents of Kampung Kauman, Pasrepan Village, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which is located in an Islamic boarding school environment with a religious type of community. Secondary data in the form of details of the credit system to moneylenders. The sample used is saturated, i.e. all those who are credit members to loan sharks. Total informants numbered 21 of 30 households in Kauman Village. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of credit to loan sharks for the community in the study site environment is venture capital, a friendly place of association, mutual relief among credit members, and regarding usury laws on credit.

Nungnung Waterfal is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Nungnung Waterfal have several potentials that can be developed into a natural taourist attraction. It is the researchers wanted to know the potential of what is owned by NungnungWaterfall that can be developed into a tourist attraction. Types of data and data sources used are the data Qualitative, Quantitatif, primary data and secondary data. Collection data by Observasi, interviews, library, and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive that applies the facts found in the field. Nungnung Waterfallhas the potential of natural and artificial potential that could be developed into a tourist attraction. Natural potential possessed NungnungWaterfallis landscapes, mountains, waterfalls, and forests. As for the potential of artificial owned by Nungnung Waterfallnamely supporting facilities including a gazebo for resting place for tourists and take pictures in the area of Nungnung Waterfall.

Learning entrepreneurship is very important for special students in vocational high schools (SMK). However, there are still many students getting entrepreneurial grades under the standard (KKM). It can be said that student achievement in entrepreneurship subjects is low, this is inseparable from the factors that influence learning achievement such as: family environment, education costs, and reading interest. The research objective is to look at the effect of family environment and educational costs on student achievement both simultaneously and partially and to see the influence of family environment, education costs, and reading interest on learning achievement both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was the entire class XI Pharmacy Pharmacy Ikasari Pekanbaru with 249 students. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 153 students. The data in this study were secondary data obtained from school documents in the form of student daily test scores and primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by students. The results showed that family environment and education costs had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement both 43.4% simultaneously and partially with a large coefficient of peht 43.6% and 39.7% and family environment, education costs, and reading interest positive and significant effect both simultaneously at 56.3% and partial with a peht coefficient of 16.5%, 13.2%, and 57.3%.

ENGLISHThis study aims to analyze the performance of a village unit cooperative (KUD) as a business entity using the balanced scorecard instrument. The research was conducted in July 2020 with KUD Bahagia, one of rural cooperatives in Pati Regency, as research object. This research used a quantitative and qualitative approach (mix method). Primary data were obtained by interviewing KUD administrators and field observations, while secondary data were derived from the annual report of the KUD Bahagia in 2020 fiscal year. Data were analyzed using a balanced scorecard to determine the performance of KUD from four perspectives namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning development perspective. The results showed that from balanced scorecard point of view, in general KUD Bahagia showed well performance. Few indicators show lower performance and the management of KUD Bahagia should pay attention for the indicators.The number of KUD members tends to decrease and the use of information technology in managing administration and running a business need to be boosted. INDONESIAPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja badan usaha berbentuk Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) dengan menggunakan instrumen balanced scorecard. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2020 dengan objek penelitian KUD Bahagia di Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara bersama (mix method). Data primer diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dengan pengurus KUD dan observasi lapangan sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan rapat anggota tahunan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Bahagia Tahun 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard untuk mengetahui kinerja KUD dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ditinjau dari analisis balanced scorecard, Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Bahagia secara umum menunjukkan kinerja yang baik. Beberapa indikator kinerja yang perlu mendapat perhatian dari pengelola KUD Bahagia adalah penurunan jumlah anggota KUD dan masih perlu dioptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam mengelola administrasi maupun menjalankan usaha.

This study discusses the existence of the management of harmony between Islam and Buddhism in Tanjung Batu Kota. This study aims to describe the factors that cause religious harmony in Tanjung Batu Kota, Kundur District, Karimun Regency.This study used the conflict theory according to Lewis Coser. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. purposive sampling technique was used to select the informant that consists of 10 people. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies were used in collecting the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis unit used by the group was Milles and Huberman's data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that several factors are causing religious harmony: 1) Tolerance in the Economic Sector. 2) Inter-Religious Harmony. 3) Mutual Respect and Respect for Other Religions. 4) The Management of Religious Harmony in Tanjung Batu City, Kundur District.

Abstract: This study is motivated by curriculum changes from KTSP to 2013 Curriculum giving different assumptions for each teacher who implements them because there are many differences in the KTSP and Curriculum from the two curricula, starting from the planning, implementation, understanding and response of students. and its assessment. The purpose of this study is to find a clear picture of: 1) teacher perceptions of the application of KTSP in Indonesian language subjects, 2) teacher perceptions of the application of 2013 curriculum in Indonesian language subjects, 3) differences in the application of 2013 KTSP and Curriculum in Indonesian subjects , 4) the most effective curriculum used.This research is a field research which describes / explains word by word descriptively using a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were grade IV teachers. The data source used is primary data by conducting interviews with class IV teachers; and secondary data sources obtained from the internet or books. Data are analyzed by: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed that teachers' perceptions of the application of KTSP and Curriculum 2013 in Indonesian subjects differed between class IV A teachers and class IV B teachers both in terms of planning, implementation, understanding and response of students and their assessments such as planning using methods that different in the implementation of Indonesian language subjects, Indonesian language learning taught separately in KTSP and using themes in Curriculum 2013, KTSP assessment which focuses on the cognitive realm makes children's understanding of knowledge higher, while the 2013 Curriculum assessment which focuses on the realm affective which emphasizes the character of children in school. The differences in the application of KTSP and Curriculum 2013 in Indonesian language subjects found based on the results of the interviews are outlined in the form of Table.4.5. There are differences in teachers' perceptions of the most effective curriculum used in accordance with the learning experiences of each grade IV teacher if the teacher uses a fun curriculum in the learning process and can increase the potential of students, the curriculum is the most effective to use.Keywords: Perception, KTSP, Curriculum 2013, Indonesian Lang

Education that is characterized by the use of technology in learning is education that is in line with the times and globalization. Therefore teachers are required to be able to develop learning that can motivate student interest in learning. Many ways can be done in this case such as developing teaching materials in the form of multimedia learning. Therefore this research develops the PAI teaching material QS al-Fil material for multimedia-based class IV. The method used in this research development is the Research and Development (R and D) method which refers to the Borg and Gall development procedure, with steps as follows: 1) Potential Problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Initial product design, 4) Validation design through FGDs and experts, 5) Design revisions, 6) Product trials. Primary data in this study include interviews, validation sheets (FGD and expert validation),tests to students, and questionnaires to teachers. The secondary data obtained from documentation, books, theses and journals related to research. The results of this study are 1) produce a product namely PAI teaching material QS al-Fil material for classIV SDN 17 Muara Sugihan based on multimedia, 2) expert validation includes material expert validation and application expert validation with an average score of 95% in the very category worthy. 3) the product trial results to see the effectiveness of the product showed a significant difference between before and after the use of the product, namely student learning outcomes increased after the use of the product, while in practicality tests, the practicality of teaching materials tried out for six users obtained an average score 94% with a very decent category.

The purpose of this study is: 1) to find out and analyze how the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation; 2) to find out what factors are hampering the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The result of the research shows that the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation based on 7 (seven) performance evaluation indicators can be said to be not yet fully appropriate. Three categorized indicators are by performance appraisal, namely obedience, honesty, and cooperation. Meanwhile, the indicators of leadership, responsibility, and achievement are not appropriate because in the performance evaluation that indicators still less influential. And, the initiative is categorized as inappropriate because in the performance evaluation it does not become a benchmark in performance appraisal. The factors that hampered the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation were seen from seven factors. Based on the results of the research five factors hinder the performance evaluation, are lack of objectivity, halo effect, Leniency, Strictness, and Personal Prejudices. While the other two factors, i.e. Central Tendency and Recent Behavior Bias is inappropriate because these two factors did not hamper the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation.

The study describes the concept of harmonization of three educational centers in moral development at UPT SD Negeri 230 Tondok Tangnga, Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. Sources of data, namely primary data sourced from school principals, PAI teachers, parents of students, the community. Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from documents related to the research. The instrument used in collecting data is the researcher himself who functions to determine and select informants as data sources, analyze data, interpret data, and the instruments in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the family as the basis of education, the school as the developer of education and the community as the user. An important role in the development and growth of students, both physically and spiritually, mentally spiritually and physically. The implementation of the harmonization of the Three Education Centers is carried out with close cooperation, it can be seen when parents lay the foundations of education, especially the family in the formation of personality. Then it is developed in a school environment with educational materials in the form of knowledge and skills. The community participates in controlling, distributing and fostering and improving it.
