Changing times require people to be able to keep up with technological developments. One of technologies that plays a big role in changing people’s patterns and lifestyles are electronic technology. The development of electronic technology requires human resources who have competencies that are in accordance with the needs of society and industry. Based on observation survey had been done to Rancagong people, they haven’t understand about electronic too much. So that it’s worth to be done the community service at the location. Several subject matters are soldering practice, LED assembly: Seri and Parallel, LED Blinking Assembly, Assembly of Lighting Sensors Automatically and Amplifier Assembly. Implementation of community service involve lecturers/intructors as embodiment in college obligations. In addition, this activity also involves students in order to get experiences and lesson learned directly. Perubahan zaman menuntut masyarakat untuk dapat lebih mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu teknologi yang memegang peranan sangat besar dalam mengubah pola dan gaya hidup masyarakat adalah teknologi elektronika. Berkembangnya teknologi elektronika tentunya membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan industri. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan terhadap masyarakat Desa Rancagong, belum banyak masyarakat yang mengerti di bidang elektronika sehingga layak untuk dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di lokasi tersebut. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan beberapa hal yang akan menjadi solusi permasalahan yang ada di Desa Rancagong guna membuka peluang kewirausahaan, diantaranya pelatihan praktek penyolderan, perakitan rangkaian LED seri dan pararel, perakitan rangkaian blinking LED, perakitan rangkaian sensor cahaya otomatis dan merakit amplifier. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen/instruktur sebagai wujud dharma perguruan tinggi. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga melibatkan taruna/taruni sebagai pengalaman lapangan dan media pembelajaran secara langsung.

The community service program carried out in Balesari Village, Windusari District, Magelang Regency,aims to solve mismanagement problems that occur in terms of financial administration, marketing, and human resources. Preliminary observations have been made before, which found that MSMEs in this village still receive minimal guidance in the form of small business management. By knowing the mapping of constraints or problems experienced by MSME actors, it is hoped that they can obtain accurate training materials so that these MSMEs can develop forward and encourage the economy of the surrounding community. The method used is the tutorial and discussion extension method. The material presented is about the basics of management science in business. MSMEs require good knowledge of human resource management, marketing management, and financial management for the progress of their business. MSME owners or managers are expected to have skills in managing their human resources, as well as the ability to manage facilities and infrastructure in their businesses. If MSME managers have good management knowledge, it will make it easier for their business to continue to develop and be adaptive in facing all the demands of changing times. Therefore, this community service is carried out by assisting related partners to develop their business and to be able to compete with other MSMEs. The flow of activities, namely the delivery of material, training, and assistance on the basics of management science. As a result ofthis dedication, the partners who received admitted aid that they had a better understanding of how to design effective and efficient marketing strategies, how to manage finances in a simple manner, and a little understanding of how to design suitablehuman resource needs

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. Currently, the STPI is in stagnant condition or status quo to be a Public Service Agency. This paper is intended for those who feel disturbed by this fact, and have concern for the STPI.Some problems: achievement cadets who decline, low quality but the quantity of excess human resources, education systems, curricula, low reward / low salaries, expenditures per student is high, crowded dormitories, degree requirements, marketing graduates, competency standards / certification, accreditation, Research and Community Service (PPM) which does not fit with the mission, training co-operation contracts with third parties, outsourcing and so on.It all resulted in efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and low yields, thus the need for reform toward a more entrepreneurial way STPI bureaucracy, and fortunately with a strong new leadership of the Chairman with the spirit of high entrepreneur, STPI want to build a center for human flight (center of excellence human resources development for aviation), including the urgent need to change the status of a Pattern of Financial Management of Public Service Agency.

The purpose of community service activities is to provide information about ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to the employees of PT. Tegnolabindo in developing good human resources at the company. The method of service is the method of seminar, discussion and question and answer as well as personal evaluation. The ISO material presented is ISO 9001: 2015. The results of information activities about ISO (International Organization for Standardization) to employees of PT. Tegnolabindo, employees are expected to have knowledge about ISO and how it is implemented. Community service has been carried out in RW 12 Kel. Merjosari Malang to increase the potential and participation of the community in health environment. The increase in the number of Covid-19 patients in Malang Raya, about 3,378 people, presents that the Covid-19 virus has increased drastically both number of patients confirmed positive and patients who died. The problems faced by partners are not understanding the Covid-19 disease, weak resources, limited funds, and difficulty accessing information. The method is socialization by conducting discussions, optimizing citizen resources, monitoring and evaluation. The result is conducting discussions, developing resources, providing training, providing counseling and assistance. Citizen involvement is to provide a place to install spraying equipment, maintain spraying facilities, provide a place to conduct training, provide human resources ready to be trained voluntarily. Citizens' anxiety and restlessness were slightly reduced by increased community understanding. Citizens give a positive assessment of service. This is proven by the percentage of residents giving a positive rating on average 95.68%, consisting of 95.33% giving a positive response, and 4.67% giving a negative response.

Human resources development is the process of increasing the knowledge, the skills, and the capacities of all the people in a society. In economic terms, it could be described as the accumulation of human capital and its effective investment in the development of an economy. In political terms, human resources development prepares people for adult participation in political processes, particularly as citizens in a democracy. From the social and cultural points of view, the development of human resources helps people to lead fuller and richer lives, less bound by tradition. In short, the processes of human resources development unlock the door to modernization. Education is essential for all and is fundamental to their all-round development, material and spiritual. Education has continued to evolve, diversify and extend its reach and coverage since the dawn of human history. Even Alfred Marshall emphasized the importance of education as a national investment and in his view the most valuable of all capital is that invested in human beings. Every country develops its system of education to express and promote its unique socio-cultural identity and also to meet the growing challenges with the changing times. In this regard, major initiatives/programmes taken by the Central as well as State governments. This paper deals with the changes in our education structure and system after independence of country like increment of literacy rate, growth of educational institution, enrolment ratio of girls, pupil teacher ratio in educational institutions, government's expenditure on education, structural change of education and vocationalisation of education.

In this chapter, the changes in human resources management functions and applications with the effect of technology during this time have been explained. To anticipate where human capital professionals may add the most value to organizations in the future, we asked 73 leading academics, consultants, association leaders, and senior human resources (HR) leaders to articulate what HR professionals need to know and do to be successful in the future. The responses create unique insights on challenges and opportunities for I-O psychologists who want to have impact from their work. We summarize these insights into 7 themes and discuss their implications for an emerging I-O mandate.

MODEL OF EMPOWERMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL RESOURCE POTENTIAL IN KANGKUNG VILLAGE, MRANGGEN SUBDISTRICT, DEMAK REGENCY IN ORDER TO CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING THE STANDARD OF LIVING OF COMMUNITIES. Kangkung Village is located in Mranggen Subdistrict, Demak Regency, Central Java and rich in natural resources and other potentials. However, the local potentials are not well utilized due to lack of funding, technology, skill, and knowledge of the communities. Some sectors such as farming or gardening have been the main source of income for most of the villagers even though the disparity between village and cities is increasing. The purpose of this community service is to empower the community to realize their potential and to take action and move together for the prosperity of all villagers. Methods used to obtain the objective were socialization and assistance. The result of the community service was the identification of problems, solutions, and potential in Kangung Village. Furthermore, the community realized that local resource potential does not rely on natural resources only but more to human resources that they are motivated to improve their potential. In conclusion, socialization and assistance are needed by the village to realize their potential and must be done continuously and the collaboration between the community and village administrators is highly necessary to improve the standard of living.
