ABSTRAK Salah satu sumber daya terpenting bagi proses usaha di sebuah perusahaan terletak pada persediaannya. Kerapihan saat menyusun dan mengatur jalannya persediaan barang adalah kunci keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan dalam mendapatkan keuntungan yang optimal. Pengelolaan persediaan barang harus memperhatikan dan mengatur kekurangan dan kelebihan persediaan saat merencanakan persediaan tersebut karena didalamnya ada resiko dan ketidakpastiaan. Kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh jumlah permintaan (demand) dari konsumen yang tidak menentu dan cenderung fluktuatif. Untuk menghindari ketidakpastian kuantitas persediaan, perusahaan perlu menyusun persediaan pengaman barang. Pada perusahaan besar, gudang sangat penting untuk kelancaran arus barang di dalam perusahaan. Gudang adalah sebuah bangunan atau ruangan yang digunakan untuk menyimpan semua bahan dari pabrik. Dalam sebuah gudang terdapat tiga kegiatan utama yaitu proses penerimaan barang, proses penyimpanan barang, dan proses pendistribusian barang. Kegiatan di gudang disebut pergudangan. Fungsi utama gudang adalah untuk menyimpan bahan baku, produk setengah jadi dan produk jadi. Kata Kunci: Persediaan, Gudang , Stok   ABSTRACT One of the most important resources for business processes in a company lies in its inventory. Neatness when compiling and managing inventory is the key to the success of a company in obtaining optimal profits. Inventory management must pay attention to and manage the shortage and excess inventory when planning the inventory because there are risks and uncertainties in it. The excess and shortage of inventory is strongly influenced by the amount of demand (demand) from consumers who are uncertain and tend to fluctuate. To avoid the amount of inventory, companies need to arrange inventory items. In large companies, the warehouse is very important to display the latest goods in the company. A warehouse is a building or room used to store all materials from a factory. In a warehouse there are three main activities, namely the process of receiving goods, the process of storing goods, and the process of distributing goods. Activities in the warehouse are called warehousing. The main function of the warehouse is to store raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Inventory has an important role in business activities. This is because inventory has an effect on changes in the production market and anticipates price changes in the demand for many goods. PT. Barkah Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in manufacturing where the management of inventory at the company is still done conventionally. This causes various problems such as the occurrence of discrepancies in the stock of goods, discrepancies in data and final reports as well as obstacles in the production process in the event of a shortage or excess of raw materials. (Material Requirement Planning) in order to overcome the problems that occur in the company. The combination of the SDLC model and data collection techniques including observation, interviews and literature study were also carried out in this study in order to achieve the system that will be built to suit the targeted needs. With this system, the management of inventory data at this company can be done easily and accurately and save time compared to the previous system, so that the procurement of manufacturing raw materials is optimal and employee performance is better.

CV. Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in the sale of building materials. This company in its business activities has not implemented information technology as a whole. One of the problems that need to be considered in the company's business processes is the inventory system. The inventory system is carried out using paper files which have a less effective and efficient impact and hinder company performance. Often there are errors in recording inventory. A reliable information system is needed so that the transaction process runs optimally and reduces errors made by employees. This research was conducted to solve the problem of inventory management at CV. Jaya Abadi. Based on these problems, the main objective of this study is how to improve inventory management in CV. A stock out is undesirable for manufacturers because it halts the production process. An inventory is the stock of ideal resources in a firm for future use. Manufacturing organizations typically have raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, tools and equipment’s; semi-finished goods etc., the inventory of an item should not be neither too high nor too less. It should be optimal. The recent development in inventory management is JIT (Just-in-Time). JIT implies handling of inventory in a much disciplined way. It requires changes in culture. It also encompasses the Japanese managerial characteristics i.e., Lifetime employment, implicit control mechanisms, collective decision making, collective responsibility and holistic concern for employees. JIT applies to all functions of a company not just the operations.

Raw Material Inventory management is a very important aspect for a company of commerce, industry, and manufacturing because it has considerable value and have an influence on the size of the operating costs. On the inventory management of raw materials that are running there are several issues that caused the lack of human resources issues, among others: if shortage of raw materials, the customer will be disappointed and if the excess raw materials then there are some burdens that must be on the responsibility of companies, among others, the cost of damage goods for too long in the store, inventory shrinkage cost of raw materials, etc. By doing this research, it is expected all of these problems can be overcome, so that helped PT. Pindad (Persero) Bandung in increasing the effectiveness of the work.To conduct this research, the writer uses descriptive method, is descriptive research method, which is a way of research to depict or describe clearly the object under study. Compaction collection techniques used were interviews, observarsi and library research.By doing research at PT. PINDAD can help the problems that arise and inventory management of raw materials to be faster without consuming a greater cost.Keywords: Raw Material Inventory Management

The development of business in this globalization era has led to increasingly a competition, the application of IT in business today isn’t enough, therefore a company needs enterprise resource planning (ERP) to keep the company's cycle spinning amid global competition. Now ERP not only be applied to large companies,UKM/UMKM Currently can use ERP to run the business process. Unfortunately, the company doesn’t understand the importance of ERP and the benefits of ERP, including CV Rumah Indah, a home interior company, which is a case study in this journal. CV Rumah Indah still applies conventional business processes which are all done manually. Even though in practice the business owner encounters several obstacles in the distribution of raw materials, the distance between the production house and the supplier, and there is one raw material that is difficult to obtain if supplier’s stock runs out so the company must be waiting till the materials available. It takes the business owner have to go back to the supplier to take orders for the raw material that was ordered on the previous visit, besides that the interior production time becomes delayed. Therefore, the author took initiative to provide a solution of the problems faced by business owners, the solution is applying the purchase module on ERP using the open source ERPNext software. Hope that implementation of ERP being able to help in the effectiveness and time efficiency when purchasing raw materials to suppliers.

Printing service order information systems sometimes experience problems in completing running business processes including, frequent loss and inaccuracy in registering orders from customers, often also losing order data from customers, recording orders often experience errors, resulting inaccurate reporting of order data. A computerized ordering service information system will greatly help improve performance and accuracy in making reports on business processes running at a company. The existence of enterprise modeling of information systems ordering printing services with the TOGAF framework will be a method that greatly helps management make a decision that will synergize with the business process activities at the company. So that the objectives of the system can be achieved properly. The TOGAF framework can be a solution and will help to produce a system architecture design, a business process architecture, a technology architecture, a number of proposed business opportunity strategy proposals and an ongoing system change proposal.

ABSTRAK Pada umumnya harga pokok produksi dalam akuntansi diartikan dengan jumlah biaya dari seluruh pemakaian yang telah dilakukan selama proses produksi atau kegiatan yang mana mengubah bahan baku menjadi produk jadi (produk siap pakai/siap saji). Tujuan penting dalam tugas ini yaitu memperhitungkan harga pokok produksi dari UD Mulya Jaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan variabel costing untuk mengetahui besarnya harga pokok pada setiap produk yang diproduksi. Pentingnya penentuan harga pokok produksi dapat dilakukan sebelum para usaha menentukan harga jual. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mencari dan menentukan harga pokok produksi yang dapat digunakan untuk menetapkan harga jual. Pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk membantu wirausaha dalam program kerja, yaitu bimbingan akuntansi dengan fokus perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi pada UD Mulya Jaya dapat menggunakan pendekatan variable costing yang biasanya metode ini digunakan untuk semacam pengambilan keputusan dalam perusahaan. Melalui program pendampingan kewirausahaan didapatkan hasil perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang menggunakan pendekatan variabel costing. Hasil tersebut dapat menjadi suatu keputusan bagi UD Mulya Jaya untuk dapat menetapkan harga pokok produksi pada setiap produk telur asin. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, HPP, Harga.   ABSTRACT In general, the cost of production in accounting is defined as the total cost of all uses that have been made during the production process or activities which convert raw materials into finished products (ready-to-use / ready-to-serve products). An important objective in this task is to calculate the cost of goods manufactured from UD Mulya Jaya by using a variable costing approach to find out the cost of goods on each product produced. The importance of determining the cost of production can be done before businesses determine the selling price. This assistance aims to help find and determine the cost of production that can be used to set the selling price. This assistance is carried out to help entrepreneurs in work programs, namely accounting guidance with a focus on calculating the cost of production. In determining the cost of production at UD Mulya Jaya, it can use the variable costing approach, which is usually used for a kind of decision making in a company. Through the entrepreneurship assistance program, the results of the calculation of the cost of production are obtained using the variable costing approach. These results can be a decision for UD Mulya Jaya to be able to set the cost of production for each salted egg product. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, COGS, Price
