This study aims to determine the effect of Standing Press and Standing Incline Press exercises on the swimming speed of 50 meters breaststroke of male athletes in the Angkasa Swimming Club in 2020. This research is included in experimental research. The population in this study were all athletes of the Angkasa Swimming Club, totaling 27 people, of which 10 were subjected to research, namely male athletes of Angkasa Swimming Club with breaststroke number 50 meters. The instrument in this study is a swimming speed test of 50 meters breaststroke for men aged 12-14 years whose time limit was issued by KRAPSI in 2017, training starts from 70 percent of the athlete's maximum ability in conducting the initial training test. The prerequisite for data analysis used was the normality test. In the pre-test normality test results Lo = 0.16 <Lt = 0.258 and the post-test Lo = 0.23 <Lt = 0.258, the data is concluded as normal. Data analysis used in this study is a comparison analysis between t count and t table with a significant level of α = 0.05. The calculation of the hypothesis test proves that tcount = 0.80 <ttable = 2.26. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: There is no significant effect between Standing Press and Standing Incline Press exercises on the swimming speed of 50 meters breaststroke in male athletes of the Angkasa Swimming Club in 2020, or it can be said that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected if: t count <t table

This study aims to determine the effectivenes of the CTL based SETS approach to student science learning outcomes in fourth grade. This type of research used in this study is an experimental research design using one group pretest-posttes. The sample used was 27 peoples who were grade IV. Data collection techniques using observation and test descriptions to determine student learning outcomes that are assessed using an assessment rubric. Before the data were analyzed, the instrument was tested for validity and reliability. After the research was carried out and the data collected, the pre-test and post-test results were analyzed. The pretest result reached an average of 64.98 into the sufficient category. Then at the posttest the average overall score is 71.28 in the good category. For the requirement test, data analysis was carried out by using the chi-square normality test, while the hypothesis testing technique used the t-test. Hypothesis test results obtained tcount>ttable. It means the conclution that there are differences in student science learning outcomes before and after the Science, Environment, Technology, And Society approaches are used based on CTL in grade IV SDN 6 Masbagik Selatan in the 2020/2021 academic year.

This study aims to find out the effect of storytelling assisted by pop-up media to improve language skills and attitude of opinion in children aged 5-6 years. This study uses a quantitative pre-experimental research design with one group pre-test-post-test design without a control class. This research is conducted in TK Laboratorium UM, Malang City; with the population of the students of Class B. The data analysis used in this study includes normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. According to research and data analysis that has been carried out and the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between storytelling assisted by pop-up media to improve language skills and the attitude of opinion in early childhood. Keywords: storytelling, pop-up media, language development skills, attitude of opinion.

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of media image series on the ability to tell children in Islamic Kindergarten Shabrina Padang. This type of research is experimental research. The study was conducted at Shabrina Islamic Kindergarten. The sample in this study was group B1 and B2, each group consisting of 17 people and 18 poeple. Data analysis is normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results obtained: 1) hypothesis pre-test value is tcount <ttabel where 0.097 <2.04841 as at the significant level α = 0.05 and dk = 33 this means the hypothesis Ha is rejected and H0  accepted, in the sense of the word that there is no significant difference between the results of the ability to tell of children who use serial image media as media in Islamic Kindergarten Shabrina Padang, and the results of the hypothesis test post-test values, namely tcount <ttabel where 2.185> 2 , 04841 at significant level α = 0.05 and dk = 28 this means that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, in the sense of the word that there is a significant difference between the ability to tell children using media image series as media in the Shabrina Islamic Kindergarten in Padang.

Freestyle is one of the main swimming styles taught to swimmers. It has various techniques from stroke and breathing to limbs moving and coordinating. The legs moving technique Six Beat Kick is one of the techniques that could make an athlete swims faster. A quasi eksperiment research with pre-test and post-test program is aimed to recognise the impacts Six Beat Kick technique training on swimming speed for the 50 meters freestyle. This research is carried out in G-Sport Center Swimming Club in Padang city. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with 20 participants. The data are collected from swimming speed test on 50 meters freestyle. Prior the training, a pre-test is conducted. Then, the athletes must follow the training program for 14 times of training. Lastly, a post-test is performed. In addition, an analysis condition testing and a research hypothesis testing use data normality test and t-test with significance level of α 0,05. From the analysis condition testing, it could be assessed that the data follow a normal distribution with Lcounted 0,108 < Ltable 0,190. The hypothesis testing has a significant impact on swimming speed for 50 meters freestyle acknowledged from tcounted 22,19 > ttable 1,73. It can be concluded that Six Beat Kick technique training program could improve the swimming speed of meters freestyle.

The study aims at identifying the public speaking communication skills among the students of Mercu Buana University Meruya, West Jakarta, before and after the implementation of the storytelling method. In addition, the study also aims at identifying the presence or the absence of the impact of the storytelling method on the public speaking communication skills of the Mercu Buana University students in Meruya, West Jakarta. By using the SPSS Version 20, 40 students have been gathered as the samples of the study and these students come from all faculties in the Mercu Buana University. After the data have been gathered, the data are analyzed using the descriptive statistical test and the hypothesis test. In this regard, the researchers have implemented the normality test and the hypothesis test. The hypotheses within the study are tested using the following criteria: (1) if the rate of significance < a (sig. value < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted; and (2) if the rate of significance > a (sig. value > 0.05) then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of the study show that the students of Mercu Buana University have understood the concept and the implementation of the storytelling method. From the results of the analysis toward the assessment category of the storytelling method, out of 8 assessment variables 3 variables do not have significant influence on the storytelling method that the students of Mercu Buana University have implemented and the three variables are Pressure, Material Disclosure, and Participant Gesture. In addition, the results of the paired sample t-test there are significant differences between the pre-test results and the post-test results. These findings show that the storytelling method is highly influential for the changes on the public speaking communication skills that the students of Mercu Buana University perform.

            The purpose of this research is to know the influence of problem posing learning toward students achivement. The sample used in this study as many as 40 students consist of 20 students at class VII C and 20 students at class VII E. Technique of collecting data was done by giving a post-test using essay question. Technique of data analysis the researcher used normality test to know the data is normally distributed or not, homogeneity tet to know the data is homogeneous or not, and hypothesis test using t-test to know the influence of problem posing learning toward students achivement. Based on the data analysis  was high than  that is . It means that there is significant different between students who are treated using conventional learning with student that are taught using problem posing learning. It can be concluded that (model) has positive influence toward students achivement on the material lines ang angles in class VII junior High School State 1 Jogoroto. The use of videos in education makes it possible to overcome practical real-world constraints and explore far greater possibilities provided by digital spaces, especially for the video uploaded in online platform such as blog. This study examines whether online video blog as media have a significant effect on students’ achievement of passive voice. It used pre-experimental (one group pre-test and post-test) design. The samples of this study were 10 students at 4J Operation. A pre-test and post-test were conducted by using multiple choice questions as the instruments. Data analysis was through paired-sample t-test. Results showed that there was an increase in mean score of pre-test (49,1) and post-test (63,5). Data from Paired Sample t-test showed that Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000 which was smaller than .05 which means that there was significance difference in mean score after employing treatment.

This research aims to know thecorrelation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang and used the correlational quantitative research. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. The research sample are 68 people consisting of 3 classes with ages ranging from 16-18 years. Data Analysis methods use the spearman rank technique and SPSS Version 23 for windows. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,037  where is p<0.05, it means there is correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. Other word that one of the factors that can influence adversity quotient is achievement motivation.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan smash kedeng dalam permainan sepak takraw setelah diterapkan latihan otot tungkai menggunakan bola gantung. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat eksperimen dimana terdapat perlakuan pada objek penelitian dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre test, perlakuan, post test dengan populasi penelitian 30 atlet laki-laki dengan penarikan sampel  dalam total sampling sebanyak 30 atlet PSTI Kabupaten Lebong. Hasil tes akhir diperoleh korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus product moment  diperoleh pre test dan post test latihan otot tungkai dengan menggunakan bola gantung  dengan r = 0,574, hasil korelasi  post test latihan bola gantung dengan r = 0,349 , hasil korelasi  dari hitungan pre test dan post test smash kedeng dengan r = 0,4407. Dan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan otot tungkai menggunakan bola gantung selama 1 bulan 2 minggu dengan 3 kali/minggu terhadap kemampuan smash kedeng adalah sebesar 59,65%. Kata kunc: Latihan Bola Gantung, Peningkatan Smash kedeng dan Smash Gulung.                                                                     AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of the ability of smash kedeng in game sepak takraw after applied leg muscle exercises using hanging balls. The type of quantitative research is experimental in which there is treatment on the object of research by using pre-test research design, treatment, post test with a population of 30 male athletes with sampling in total sampling of 30 athletes PSTI Lebong District. The final test results obtained correlation calculated by using product moment formula obtained by pre test and post test of leg muscle by using hanging ball with r = 0,574, result of post test correlation of hanging ball with r = 0,349, correlation result from pre test and post Test smash kedeng with r = 0.4407. And concluded that there is a significant influence between leg muscle exercise using a hanging ball for 1 month 2 weeks with 3 times / week on the ability to smash kedeng is equal to 59.65%.Keyword: Limb muscle training, Improved, Smash kedeng and Smash Gulung.
