The peculiarities of the certain terms use were investigated by methods of theoretical analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature, in consideration of the methodical aspects of component analysis. Results. The phenomenon of different terms using for the definition of the same concepts, confuse definitions and spelling errors of a number of terms and incorrect synonymy, Russism and other common mistakes occur found in Ukrainian scientific, methodological and educational publications are analyzed. The negative consequences of an incorrect translation of thesis summaries and scientific articles abstracts into English are noted. Conclusions. The necessity and advantages of using the methodology in conducting financial research in modern conditions, in particular regarding the functioning of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes, are determined. It is established that the methodology is considered by scientists in two approaches: 1) as a doctrine of research methods, which is inextricably linked with philosophical science; 2) as a set of research methods used in any science. The etymology of the concept of “methodology” is considered and approaches to the interpretation of its content are critically comprehended. It is substantiated that the structure of the research methodology, in particular the fiscal mechanism of regulation of investment processes, covers three aspects: functional, logical and process. The functional aspect of the research methodology is determined, which covers its consideration as a set of principles and methods aimed at achieving a specific practical or theoretical goal of research work. The logical aspect of research methodology is highlighted, which contains its understanding as a set of forms of organization of research work. The process aspect of research methodology is determined, which implies its interpretation as a series of successive stages aimed at achieving a certain practical or theoretical result of research work. Based on the study of reference and scientific literature, the author's definition of research methodology of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes is proposed as a specific doctrine, which covers a set of principles, methods, forms and sequential stages of research (cognitive) activity, used to identify scientific facts, their theoretical justification and practical implementation. The functions of research methodology of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes is established. The functions of research methodology of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes are established. The factors of successful application of the methodology as “art” in the study of the fiscal mechanism for regulating investment processes are considered.

The research is devoted to the detailed analysis of the mechanism of legal tax regulation. The study has found that the mechanism of legal tax regulation is primarily related to the legal regulation of tax debt to ensure its proper execution. Full and timely payment of taxes or fees is meant by proper execution. The implementation of tax debt is defined both in the Basic Law of the state, where the emphasis is placed on the imperative requirement for timely payment of taxes and fees in full, and in the Tax code of Ukraine, which establishes the definition of tax debt as the taxpayer's obligation to calculate, declare and / or pay the amount of tax and fee in the manner and terms determined by the Tax code of Ukraine, customs laws. The analysis of the legislation and the scientific literature has revealed that the most important issue on taxes and fees payment regulation is the establishment of the moment from which the obligation for tax payment arises. Having rights and obligations for a person is another important factor if he becomes a participant in tax relations. The mechanism of legal tax regulation is a set of elements, which are defined in the Tax Code of Ukraine and in accordance with it are divided into basic, additional and optional. The mechanism of legal tax regulation is possible only as a set of basic and additional elements. The absence of at least one of the elements will not allow to legislate a separate tax or levy. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of each element of the tax mechanism.

With the beginning of the mass vaccination against the coronavirus COVID-19, the problem of the potentially of the danger of the aggressive autoimmune nature of immunity in women during the vaccination of sportswomen against the coronavirus COVID -19 arose. Objective of the study: to determine ways to solve the problem potentially of the danger of an aggressive autoimmune nature of immunity in women when vaccinating sportswomen against the COVID -19 coronavirus. Research methods: methods of theoretical analysis of scientific literature are used: generalizations, synthesis, abstractions, formalizations. Research results and conclusions: ways were identified to solve the problem potentially of the danger of an aggressive autoimmune nature of immunity in women when vaccinating sportswomen against the COVID-19 coronavirus. The potential danger of aggressive autoimmune immunity in women can be a significant problem for vaccination of athletes against coronavirus COVID -19, especially if there is significant physical activity in their sports activities with manifestations of physical allergies. When determining the possibility of vaccination of female athletes against coronavirus COVID -19, it is recommended to conduct a special medical and allergological examination and survey of female athletes using special questionnaires and, if there are indications, send female athletes for consultation to an allergist. It was concluded that when vaccinating against the COVID-19 coronavirus, priority should be given to athletes to prevent them from developing allergic complications. Numerous studies have dealt with the cytochemical localization of cytochrome oxidase via cytochrome c. More recent studies have dealt with indicating initial foci of this reaction by altering incubation pH (1) or postosmication procedure (2,3). The following study is an attempt to locate such foci by altering membrane permeability. It is thought that such alterations within the limits of maintaining morphological integrity of the membranes will ease the entry of exogenous substrates resulting in a much quicker oxidation and subsequently a more precise definition of the oxidative reaction. The diaminobenzidine (DAB) method of Seligman et al. (4) was used. Minced pieces of rat liver were incubated for 1 hr following toluene treatment (5,6). Experimental variations consisted of incubating fixed or unfixed tissues treated with toluene and unfixed tissues treated with toluene and subsequently fixed.
