This research aims to analyze the significant influence of quality academic services to student loyalty with student satisfaction and organizational performance as intervening. The sample in this study as many as 40 people, data collection using questionnaires, and then analyzed with SEM PLS using smart software PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the analysis show that the quality of academic services has an effect on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 2.532, the quality of academic services has no effect on organizational performance with a statistical value of 0.026, the quality of academic services has an effect on student satisfaction with a value of 1.988 statistics, student satisfaction has an effect on organizational performance with a t-value of 1.891, student satisfaction has no effect on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 0.370, organizational performance influences student loyalty with a statistical T value of 8.380, student satisfaction does not mediate the effect of academic service quality with a statistical t-value of 1.201, student satisfaction does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 0.319, organizational performance mediates the effect of student satisfaction on student loyalty self with a statistical t-value of 1.778, student satisfaction and organizational performance does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical t-value of 1.169, organizational performance does not mediate the effect of academic service quality on student loyalty with a statistical T value of 0.025.

This study is to determine the level of student satisfaction with the service quality of islamic university. The study sample was 83 people based on accidental sampling, using Performance-Importance Analysis. The results of this study found that high religious students who received administrative and academic services were in the very satisfied category with a value of 98.3%. However, there is a service that must be a concern of the university, namely the ability of the university to respond or act quickly in solving problems faced by students. In addition, the quality of service that is prioritized is not very important for students, so the implementation seems ordinary because students are quite satisfied with the service. Services included in this category are representative service rooms, complete learning, attractive-looking staff, fast and appropriate services, and complicated procedures.

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the level of academic service quality, (2) the level of student satisfaction, (3) the level of student achievement, (4) the influence of the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. (6) the influence of satisfaction on the achievement of learners, and (7) the influence of the quality of academic services on the achievement of learners mediated by the satisfaction of learners. The research method used, namely quantitative approach with descriptive-correlational. Population in this research was as many as 1582. For sampling by using purposive sampling technique and stratified random sampling so that obtained by sampel as much as 323 respondents. In this study the questionnaire is used to collect data. The data analysis by using path analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the quality of the academic service quality is in the high category, (2) the students' satisfaction level in the high category, (3) the achievement level of the students is in the medium category, (4) 6) there is a significant influence of students' satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) there is significant influence of academic service quality toward the achievement of students who mediated with student satisfaction variable at SMPN in Ponggok sub-district, Blitar regency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat kualitas layanan akademik, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik, (4) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, (5) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif-korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1582. Untuk pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 323 responden. Dalam penelitian ini angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Adapun untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kualitas kualitas layanan akademik berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik pada kategori tinggi, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan peserta didik pada SMPN se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar.

A good university needs to be balanced with good quality academic services. This study aims to determine the effect of academic service quality (X) on Student Loyalty (Y). This study is an ex-post facto study with 40 student respondents as a sample determined based on purposive sampling technique in determining the sample. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Linear regression is used to test the hypothesis of the strength of the influence between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results showed that there was an effect of academic service quality (X) on student loyalty (Y) by 50.0%. These findings indicate that: the quality of academic services (X) has an influence on student loyalty (Y).

The research aims to: examine the quality of academic service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsibility, assurance, and empathy) influencing student satisfaction at the Malang State Polytechnic Business Administration Department. The subjects in this study are Business Administration students, there are 2 (two) academic services, namely Academic Administration for D3 Business Administration Program and DIV Marketing Management. The type of data used is primary data (questionnaire) and secondary data. The results show that the influence of the variables studied is 72.2%. and each Service Quality variable, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Assurance and Emphaty has a significantly positive effect on Student Satisfaction, but for the Responsiveness variable it shows a significant negative effect on Student Satisfaction.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey analitik. Pendekatan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling berjumlah 60 orang pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel pada bulan Desember tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service dimension variables on student satisfaction with educational services. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were students Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Payakumbuh a total sample of 123 students. Data analysis for hypothesis testing uses binary logistic regression. The results showed the First Hypothesis (H1): Simultaneous testing all dimensions of service quality that significantly influence student satisfaction are tangibles (X1), reability (X2), responsiveness (X3), and assurance (X4), while empathy variables (X5) ) has no significant effect with the level of student satisfaction contribution to services at STT Payakumbuh at 88.1% and 11.9% influenced by other variables. Second Hypothesis (H2): Testing that can be seen partially so that it can be seen that the most dominant dimension affecting service satisfaction at the Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Payakumbuh (STTP) is the responsiveness variable (responsiveness) that can provide increased student satisfaction with academic services by 151,109 times more high compared with students who are not satisfied and when compared with other variables also have the most dominant influence with the logistic equation model of the effect of service quality variables on student satisfaction is logit (Y) = -3,985 + 2,999TG + 2,177REA + 5,260RESPN + 2,803ASSRC. It is expected that STT Payakumbuh needs to improve the quality of service in increasing the level of student satisfaction with educational services. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel dimensi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Payakumbuh dengan jumlah sampel 123 mahasiswa. Analisis data untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hipotesis Pertama (H1): Pengujian secara simultan semua dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah tangibles (X1), reability (X2), responsiveness (X3), dan assurance (X4), sedangkan variabel empathy (X5) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan tingkat kontribusi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan di STT Payakumbuh sebesar 88,1% dan 11,9% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya. Hipotesis Kedua (H2): Pengujian yang dapat dilihat secara parsial sehingga dapat diketahui dimensi yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan layanan pada Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Payakumbuh (STTP) adalah variabel responsiveness (daya tanggap) yang dapat memberikan peningkatan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik sebesar 151.109 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang tidak puas dan jika dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya juga memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan dengan model persamaan logistic pengaruh variable kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah logit (Y) = -3.985 + 2.999TG + 2.177REA + 5.260RESPN +2.803ASSRC. Diharapkan STT Payakumbuh perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan; Kepuasaan mahasiswa; Logistik Regressi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 mahasiswa salah satu universitas di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat mutu layanan akademik berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian lembaga perlu meningkatkan mutu layanan akademik agar kepuasan mahasiswanya pun meningkat.Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswaACADEMIC SERVICE QUALITY AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT SATISFACTIONThe aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the level of academic service quality and student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, also to analyze the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction. This research used explanatory survey method. The data were obtained used questionnaire with likert scale model. The respondents in this reseach were 348 student of university in Bandung.  The data was analyzed by using simple regression. The result of the data analysis revealed that academic service quality was classified as middle category, also student satisfaction classified as middle category. Based on the analyzed of simple regression, the result revealed that academic service quality has the positive and significant influence toward student satisfaction. Thus the organization need to improve academic service quality that the student satisfaction is also improve.Keywords: academic service quality, student satisfaction

Quality of service plays an important role in the world of education, especially higher education, although there is still debate about the position of students as customers, but it is believed that the quality of service in higher education plays an important role in ensuring the survival of a university. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of higher education service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of FEBP UNHI students. The model of higher education service quality used in this study is HEdPERF which consists of five dimensions namely academic aspects, non-academic aspects, reputation, access, and program issues. The sample used was 119 students from management and accounting study programs with simple random sampling technique, and the analysis technique used was path analysis. The results obtained were (1) HEdPERF had a positive but not significant effect on student loyalty, (2) HEdPERF had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, (3) satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on student loyalty, and (4) satisfaction mediated the effect of HEdPERF on student loyalty.

Introduction: Educational staff services play a role in determining the quality of education. Service quality is able to provide satisfaction for students. Students who were satisfied with the perceived quality will develop student loyalty to the institution. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of educational staff service quality with the satisfaction and loyalty of nursing students so that the educational institutions as service providers are able to provide the best service and survive in the midst of competition. Method: The study was an explanative survey with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using both quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (Focus Group discussion/FGD) methods. This study used proportional random sampling, with 110 students as samples. The variables in this research were customer expectations, perceived quality, student satisfaction and loyalty. The data was collected by a questionnaire and analyzed by linear regression, while FGD was conducted in two different groups (students and staff’s managers). Result: The result of the study explains the influence of student expectations on the perceived quality of the educational staff with a p-value = 0,002. There was no influence of student expectation on student satisfaction with a p-value = 0,156. The influence of the perceived quality of the educational staff towards student satisfaction had a p-value = 0,000. The influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty had a p-value = 0,000. Conclusion: The fulfilment of student expectations will have a positive impact on perceived quality. Furthermore, the positively perceived quality will create student satisfaction and student loyalty towards the educational institutions. For further research, it is suggested to examine the effect of satisfaction on student complaints.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to determine the influence of service quality and university image on student satisfaction and student loyalty. Design/methodology/approach This study employed a set of survey instrument adapted from previous studies. The construct of the service quality consisted of 12 indicators, one of which was originally designed by the researcher, and the rest were adapted from other researchers. For the construct of university image, there were five indicators, while the rest were designed by the researcher. There were six indicators of construct student satisfaction, while the other three were designed by the researcher. Lastly, the construct student loyalty consisted of five indicators, three of which were originally designed by the researcher. All of those constructs used seven-point Likert scale scoring, which ranged from 1= strongly disagree to 7= strongly agree. Findings The findings of this study are as follows: the result of the data analysis has confirmed the existence of a positive and significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence of student satisfaction on student loyalty, there is no positive or significant influence of service quality on student loyalty, and university image has a positive and significant influence on both student satisfaction and student loyalty. Originality/value The originality of this study has been confirmed, considering the fact that only few studies on service quality in education field were conducted. In this study, researchers were interested in developing the service quality based on five dimensions. This model have been applied by a number of researchers. Unfortunately, some other researchers showed their disagreements upon the use of only these five dimensions in the research in the field of education, and they suggested that more appropriate dimensions should be applied.
