The difficulty of elementary school math teachers in math learning is that teachers are difficult at planning the mathematical learnig process, teachers are difficult at carrying out the mathematical learning process and teachers are difficult at communicating with students during math study. The purpose of this study is to know the extent of the planning of mathematics learning teachers have done, the performance of mathematics learning by teachers as well as the communication process between teachers and the student in the math class. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive analysis of data and information obtained from research for later interpretation according to the fact that in planning the learning process, the most frequent difficulty is determining the learning media by as much as (25%) and then creating teaching methods (18,75%). The next challenge to the mathematical learning process, the most frequent difficulty is to motivate students to ask the question of a magnitude (44,44%). The last difficulty is in communicating with the students. The most frequent challenge is to stimulate a students interest in math lessons by ( 42,85%). Should a math teacher have special skills in order to increase the students interest in math and not impress the monotonous in the matter of speaking.

This research aims to improve learning process and students’ mathematics learning achievement by applying Inquiry Learning model. Subject of this research are students of VIIIA SMPN 4 Tambang in second semester of academic year 2018/2019 which consist of 29 students. This research is a classroom action research with 2 cycles. The instruments of this research are learning Instrument (Syllabus, Lesson Plans, and Activity Sheets) and data collecting instruments (observation Sheets for teacher and students) and Students’ Mathematic tests. The data collecting techniques in this research are observation techniques and test techniques. The observation sheets were analyzed in qualitative descriptive, while the students mathematic tests were analyzed in quantitative descriptive. Qualitative descriptive analysis results show an improvement of learning process after the implementation of the action (first and second cycle). Quantitative descriptive analysis shows the improvement in students’ mathematic scores. The number of students in the “very high” and “high” interval increases. While the number of students in the “very low”, “low”,and “medium” interval decreases. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of Inquiry Learning model can be improves the learning process and the students’ mathematics learning achievement in class of VIIIA SMPN 4 Tambang.

This Research aims to identify the application of saintific approaches of 2013 curriculum in mathematics learning process which is TCL (Teacher Centered Learning).This is a qualitative research. Data collecting technique of this research was using instrument of observation of the learning process, interview conducted to the teacher and also students and documentation in the form of video recording during learning. The data analysis technique that used in this research was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this research we identified a scientific approach second activities Asking (M2) then devided again into 6 indicators and 22 descriptors. At the first learning was obtain 5 indicators and 8 descriptors during the learning process. Then at the second learning was obtain 6 indicators and 15 descriptors during the learning process.

<span lang="EN-US">The success of teaching and learning activities can be known from the results of teacher performance in preparing character-based lesson plans and implementing them in the teaching and learning process in class. This school action research aims to see whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in developing character-based lesson plans and their implementation in teaching and learning process. This research uses 2 cycles. The research procedure has four stages of activities</span><span lang="IN"> are</span><span lang="EN-US">, planning, action, observation and evaluation</span><span lang="IN">,</span><span lang="EN-US"> and reflecting. The study was conducted at SDN 07 Situjuah Gadang. The subject of the research is the class teacher and subject teacher, which totals 7 </span><span lang="IN">teachers.</span><span lang="EN-US"> Data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.</span><span lang="EN-US">Based on the results of data analysis that has been stated, that the data obtained from observing the ability of teachers to prepare character-based lesson plans in cycle I and cycle II there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing character-based lesson plans.</span>

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji konsep kultur sekolah, menganalisis konsep pendidikan ramah anak, dan penguatan kultur sekolah dalam mewujudkan pendidikan ramah anak. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, yang dilakukan di SDN Pingit 01 Kecamatan Pringsurat Kabupaten Temanggung. Teknik pengumpulan data dilkukan dengan wawancara, pengamatan, dan analisis dokumen, sedang analisis data dengan teknik deskreptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) konsep kultur sekolah meliputi beberapa modal budaya sekolah berdasarkan kebiasaan warga sekolah dan tertuang dalam visi misi, tata tertib, 8 budaya disiplin guru, dan 10 budaya malu siswa; 2) konsep pendidikan ramah anak ditemukan dalam sikap guru terhadap siswa yang memberikan perhatian, perlindungan, serta berperan sebagai informator, mediator, motivator dan fasilitator dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan nonakademik, serta metode pembelajaran perlu ditingkatkan; 3) penguatan kultur sekolah dalam mewujudkan pendidikan ramah anak dikembangkan berdasarkan berbagai kebiasaan positif sekolah. Kata Kunci: kultur, sekolah, pendidikan ramah anak STRENGTHENING THE SCHOOL CULTURE TO REALIZE THE CHILD-FRIENDLY EDUCATION Abstract:This study was aimed to examine the concept of the school culture, to analyze the child-friendly education, and to strengthen the school culture to realize the child-friendly education. This study used the phenomenology method, carried out ini SDN Pingit 01, Pringsurat, Temanggung. The data were collected using interviews, observations, and the document analysis. The data were analyzed using the qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings showed that: 1) the concept of school culture involved several school culture capitals based on the habit of the school members and this was conceptualized in the vision, mission, school regulations, 8 teachers’ discipline cultural items, and 10 students’ cultural items of being ashamed when doing something bad; 2) the concept of child-friendly education could be found in the teachers’ attitude towards the students by giving attention and protection, by becoming informants, mediators, motivators, and facilitators to improve the students’ academic and non-academic learning achievement; the teaching methods needed to be improved; 3) the strengthening of the school culture to realize the child-friendly education was developed based on several positive habits done in the school. Courselab can be able to make the lessons more varied and fun, so that adds to the interest of students to participate in learning. This study aims to determine whether the use courselab effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. This study is an experimental research conducted in class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe Luwu Utara. The samples are saturated sample consisting of all students of class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe consisting of two classes, namely class VIII A of 27 students (grade control) and VIII B class consisting of 22 students (experimental group). The instrument used is the achievement test. Descriptive analysis of pre-test the control class and experimental class was flat at 53.40 and 52.68. This means that both classes have the same level of learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis of post-test on the control and experimental classes are 55.55 and 76.77. Thus, it appears that the use of media courselab effective in improving learning outcomes math class VIII MTs Guppi Tompe.

This research aims to describe the state of self efficacy on the application of learning discovery learning model on harmonic vibration topic. In addition to reveal the factors that influence the increase or decrease of students' self efficacy with the application of discovery learning model. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis research. Discovery learning model is implemented in 38 students class X MIPA 2 of SMA 1 Bae Kudus. Data collection was done by giving questionnaires, observation, and interview. Questionnaire of student’s self efficacy also has been given to determine the condition of self efficacy of students before and after the learning process implemented. The results showed that the initial self efficacy condition of students who had low initial increase although not significant. The condition of early efficacy of students before the learning process determines the level of student success in the learning process. Analysis of the first time self efficacy of students with the low category can be used as an anticipation or prevent the final learning outcomes of students do not become low.

Media audio Gelaria (Gerak Lagu Anak Ceria) telah diterapkan di dalam pembelajaran pada TK Laboratori Pedagogia Yogyakarta. Namun, masalahnya adalah bahwa sampai sejauh ini, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi keterlaksanaan pemanfaatannya sehingga tidak dapat diketahui tingkat keberhasilannya. Studi ini merupakan studi kasus di TK Laboratori Pedagogia Yogyakarta. Tujuan evaluasi yang dibahas di dalam tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan penerapan media audio Gelaria dalam meningkatkan fisik motorik anak-anak TK Laboratori Pedagogi Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah evaluasi program model Kirkpatrick dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) reaksi peserta didik  menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria berada pada kriteria sangat berhasil (83%); 2) proses belajar peserta didik melalui pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada kriteria sangat berhasil (76%); 3) perilaku peserta didik menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan media audio Gelaria pada kriteria berhasil (50%); 4) dampak pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria pada peserta didik menunjukkan keterlaksanaan belajar mereka pada kriteria berhasil (70%), yang dapat diketahui melalui berbagai kejuaraan lomba yang diikuti berkaitan dengan kegiatan fisik motorik; dan 5) penerapan pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria, baik dari sisi SDM pendidik, sarana prasarana, maupun dana yang tersedia secara umum tidak mengalami kendala. Sebagai simpulan, dapat dikemukakan bahwa media audio Gelaria dapat dimanfaatkan di Taman Kanak-Kanak lainnya yang kondisinya tidak jauh berbeda (sekolah imbas). Namun, disarankan agar lembaga pengembang media audio Gelaria memberikan bimbingan teknis penerapan pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria kepada para pendidik dan sekaligus juga mengkaji ulang sintak penerapan pemanfaatan media audio Gelaria. The audio media of Gelaria (Gerak Lagu Anak Ceria or Cheerful Children's Song and Movement) has been implemented in the learning process at the Pedagogia Laboratory Kindergarten, Yogyakarta. However, until now, there has never been any evaluation on its implementation, so that the success degree cannot be identified. This is a case study in Pedagogia Laboratory Kindergarten, Yogyakarta. The objective study is to determine the success degree of the Gelaria audio media implementation in improving the students’ motoric physic at Laboratori Pedagogia Kindergarten, Yogyakarta. The method applied is the Kirkpatrick program evaluation model with qualitative descriptive analysis. The result shows that: 1) The students’ reaction indicates that learning feasibility by using Gelaria audio media is the category of highly successful (83%); 2) The students’ learning process by using Gelaria audio media indicates that the learning feasibility is also in the category of highly successful (76%); 3) Students’ behavior indicates that the learning feasibility by using Gelaria audio media is in the category of successful (50%); 4) The impact of Gelaria audio media implementation on the students indicates that the learning feasibility is in the category of successful (70%), which can be identified from various motoric-physical championships they have attended; and 5) In terms of Human Resources, infrastructures, as well as finance, the implementation of Gelaria audio media has no constraints. It can be summarized that Gelaria audio media can be implemented other Kindergardens that have relatively-common condition (induced schools). However, it is recommended that the institution developing Gelaria audio media should provide technical assistances to teachers on how to implement it, and also continuously review its implmentation syntax.

AbstractTraditional mathematics learning always paid excessive attention to the memorisation and repeated practice of theoretical knowledge and ignored guidance on learning method, resulting in bad learning outcome and insufficient problem-solving ability. Based on the theory of ‘chunks’ and ‘objective’, this paper analyses the mathematics learning process from the perspective of experimental simulation, designs a mathematics learning process based on ‘chunk-objective’, and simulates it. The data show that the learning mode is scientific and effective, which can help students learn better according to cognitive rules, thus forming their knowledge structure and improving their ability to solve problems.

Se presenta un  breve punto de opinión con respecto a la importancia del pensamiento, inclusión y  la motivación, en el aprendizaje de estudiantes sordos, en esta ocasión de las matemáticas, teniendo como punto de partida la falta de entusiasmo y deseo de aprender de los estudiantes(sordos), herramientas de apoyo por parte de los docentes y que en el transcurso de mi labor académica y de la observación he visto evidenciada en los estudiante a los cuales durante varios años les he orientado esta asignatura, y que generalmente han mostrado poco interés por desarrollar su aprendizaje de manera al menos básica para salir adelante en sus cursos respectivos. Analizaremos, algunos aspectos como; El pensamiento matemático un gran aliados del pensamiento, pensamiento, inclusión y el niño sordo, qué estar motivado?, ¿qué me motiva a realizar las cosas? ¿de qué manera me han motivado a estudiar?¿cómo me han motivado a estudiar matemáticas?, entre otros, a través de los cuales trataremos de entender y comprender como la motivación resulta ser un aspecto importante en el proceso de aprendizaje desde el punto de vista intrínseco y extrínseco en el estudiante. This study aims to analyze the online mathematics learning interest of students in grade 3.2 at SDN Suryakencana CBM. This type of research uses a basic theory study approach with a qualitative descriptive method, because in examining problems regarding the interest in learning mathematics online. In practice, it uses interview guidelines and documentation of student interviews to find out the extent of interest in online-based mathematics learning. The research subjects used Quota Sampling, because the subjects studied were groups that had been determined according to the quota in class 3.2 SDN Suryakencana CBM. The results obtained from this study were to determine how students' interest in learning mathematics based online, in practice the teacher applied various methods and strategies in the form of making videos with concrete objects in order to make it easier for students when the learning process took place at home online. However, there are some students who do not understand when the online-based learning process takes place, which is sent by the teacher via the WhatsApp application, because the learning is ineffective and the lack of support from the students 'parents has reduced students' interest in learning mathematics in grade 3.2 SDN Suryakencana CBM.
