Abstract One of the ginger rhizome processing technologies is by making instant drink powder. Instant drinks food processed products in powder, practical in presenting and have long-saving power and easily dissolved in hot, cold and warm water. However, making ginger powder is done manually using human power in stirring ginger water until it becomes a powder for a long time, causing the moving process to be unstable. Therefore, the crystallizer tool is designed to help the manual stirring process increase the quality of instant ginger powder products. In Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya City, the community service activities were carried out in lectures/socialization/counseling, demonstration tools, leaflet distribution, pre-test / post-test evaluations, and feedback. Through this, community service can convey scientific information for the community so that two-way communication is established between the source person and participants of the activity, especially mothers in Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya City, to remain productive independent in increasing the economy of the family business. In addition, it can also be one of the business opportunities in individuals and groups involved in UMKM, which can later be packaged with attractive. Keywords: Ginger Powder, Crystallizer, Instant drink Abstrak Salah satu teknologi pengolahan rimpang jahe adalah dengan pembuatan serbuk minuman instan. Minuman instan produk olahan pangan yang berbentuk serbuk, praktis dalam penyajian dan memiliki daya simpan yang lama dan mudah larut dalam air panas, dingin maupun hangat. Namun, proses pembuatan serbuk jahe yang dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tenaga manusia dalam mengaduk air jahe sampai menjadi serbuk dalam waktu cukup lama sehingga menyebabkan proses pengadukan menjadi tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, dirancang alat kristalizer untuk membantu proses pengadukan manual sehingga kualitas produk serbuk jahe instan dapat meningkat.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya ini dalam bentuk ceramah/sosialisasi/penyuluhan, demontrasi alat, pembagian leaflet, evaluasi pre-test/pos-test dan umpan balik. Melalui kegiatan  pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat sebagai sarana dalam menyampaikan informasi  secara ilmiah bagi masyarakat sehingga terjalin komunikasi dua arah antara narasumber dan peserta kegiatan, khususnya ibu-ibu di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya untuk tetap produktif dan mandiri dalam meningkatkan perekonomian usaha keluarga. Selain itu, juga dapat sebagai salah satu peluang usaha dalam individu maupun kelompok yang terlibat dalam UMKM yang nantinya dapat dikemas dengan menarik.  Kata kunci: serbuk jahe, kristalizer, minuman instan

Pohon gaharu banyak terdapat di sekitar areal pertanian desa Duman dan sebagin besar tidak dimanfaatkan dengan optimal. Padahal bahan tersebut merupakan bahan baku minuman teh herbal yang berkualitas. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan istri petani untuk mengolah daun gaharu menjadi minuman teh herbal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan keterampilan baru bagi istri petani desa Duman sehinnga mampu membantu perekonomian keluarga. Partisipan dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 orang istri anggota kelompok tani Duman. Pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap: tahap teori dan tahap praktek. Partisipan diberikan materi terkait bagaimana mengolah daun gaharu menjadi teh herbal pada tahap teori. Praktek langsung dilakukan oleh parisipan berdasarkan teori yang sudah mereka peroleh. Partisipan telah memahami bahwa urutan sistematis pengolahan daun gaharu menjadi teh herbal meliputi: 1) Pemilihan daun, 2) Pengeringan Daun, 3) Pencacahan daun, 4) Oksidasi daun, 5) Penyeduhan daun. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman partisipan rata – rata sebesar 70% mengenai metode pengolahan daun  gaharu menjadi teh gaharu secara sitematis. Partisipan memiliki peluang yang bagus untuk mengembangkan produk teh tersebut menjadi industri rumah tangga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Istri anggota kelompok tani desa Duman telah memahami cara pengolahan daun gaharu menjadi minuman teh yang berkualitas. Kata kunci: Pengolahan daun, Teh gaharu, Istri petani ABSTRACT Agarwood trees on rice field of Duman Village were not been utilized optimally. On the other hand, this material was a good source of herbal tea. The purpose of this community service is to give training to farmer’s wife of Duman Village about how to process agarwood leaves into herbal tea. This community service should give new skill to farmer’s wife of Duman village so they could give additional income for their family. Twenty participants of this community service consist of farmer’s wife of Duman Village. This community service including two main steps: Theoritical stage and Practical stage. Participant were given theory of processing agarwood leaves into herbal tea in theoretical stage. Participants applied theory that they already got in practical stage. Participant were fully understood about agarwood processing into herbal tea with systematic method. That method including 5 steps: 1) Selecting leaves, 2) Drying leaves, 3) Chopping leaves, 4) Oxidizing leaves, 5) Brewing leaves. There is 70% average improvement on participants knowledge about processing agarwood leaves into herbal tea based on pre-test and post-test. This herbal tea product has good prospect to be developed into home industry product by participants. It could be concluded farmer’s wife of Duman Village were fully understood about agarwood leaves processing method to produce good quality of herbal tea. Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko terkena Covid-19, dikarenakan lansia umumnya memiliki beberapa penyakit komorbid serta tingginya angka mortalitas pada lansia. Salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada lansia ialah dengan langkah promotif dan preventif, antara lain dengan pemberian edukasi pada lansia. Selain itu, perlu juga diperhatikan agar lansia tetap sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kualitas hidup lansia tetap terjaga dan resiko tertular Covid-19 pada lansia dapat dikurangi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan jumlah lansia sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendampingan para lansia untuk berkumpul diruang aula, pemberian kuesioner untuk pre-test, penyampaian informasi dilakukan dengan slide power point tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia, video, kartu SMART, demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam serta diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan pemberian makanan tambahan sehat untuk lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menambah pengetahuan para lansia tentang pencegahan terjadinya infeksi Covid-19, meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penularan serta menjadi lansia yang SMART. One of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the elderly is by promoting and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. In addition, it should also be noted that the elderly remain healthy and happy during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the quality of life for the elderly is maintained and the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the elderly can be reduced. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people during the Covid-19 pandemic, with 20 elderly people. The method of implementing this community service activity begins with the assistance of the elderly to gather in the hall, giving questionnaires for pre-test, delivering information with power point slides about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people, videos, SMART cards, demonstrations of deep breathing relaxation techniques. and ended with a question and answer session, post-test, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection, increase awareness of the dangers of transmission and become SMART elderly. Blacksmith is a people's business that has been going on for a long time in Indonesia. Based on the experience that has been obtained from time to time and hereditary, the blacksmith industry has been done by the community to meet the needs of agricultural and household utensils. However, observe to this people's business, now it decreases with various causal factors, such as the ease of imported goods on the market with lower prices. Many creative efforts need to be carried out so that these people's businesses remain and increasingly develop, among others by improving the quality of the process of a blacksmith so that their products are quite competitive. This article describes the results of the research in the laboratory regarding the physical processes of heating and quenching under blacksmith, which the results have been applied to community service activities at the Suger Kidul villages in Jember Regency. The study aimed to find the most appropriate procedure for steel tool manufacturing processes so that the blacksmith products have high quality as high hardness. The physical process for blacksmith process is heating and quenching. This study analyzes the proper heat (temperature), proper processing time, and proper media for heating and quenching to produce good harness quality of the product.

ABSTRAKAngka prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus (DM) di Jawa Timur lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan daerah lain di Indonesia. Hal ini tergambar  di kota Malang  Jawa Timur tepatnya di Kelurahan Kauman yang berdomisili ditengah kota diketahui jumlah penderita DM cukup tinggi sedangkan pengetahuan warganya dalam pemahaman gaya hidup sehat penderita DM (diabetisi) masih kurang. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang gaya hidup sehat diabetisi, dengan metode melakukan pelatihan melalui media zoom kepada kelompok PKK Kelurahan Kauman Malang. Dalam pelatihan tersebut juga dilakukan pre dan post test serta pengisian kuisioner menggunakan google form oleh peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari pre dan  post test serta kuisioner dianalisa sehingga diperoleh persentase untuk mengetahui gambaran pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam memberikan informasi dan melaksanakan gaya hidup sehat diabetisi kepada keluarga/ tetangga disekitarnya. Dari hasil pre dan post test diperoleh gambaran terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang gaya hidup sehat diabetisi dari rata rata 46% menjadi 98,8%. Peserta yang memahami dan menyatakan bahwa gaya hidup sehat diabetisi memungkinkan untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari hari sebanyak 94%. Seluruh peserta (100%) bersedia menerangkan, menerapkan, melaksanakan dan telah terjadi perubahan gaya hidup sehat diabetisi kepada keluarga dan orang – orang dilingkungan sekitarnya. Hasil dari pelatihan ini memberikan harapan tejadinya perbaikan kualitas hidup diabetisi di Kelurahan Kauman kota Malang. Kata kunci : gaya hidup; diabetes mellitus; kelompok PKK ABSTRACTPrevalence of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in East Java is higher than other regions in Indonesia. That illustrated in the city of Malang, East Java, precisely in the Kauman Village, which is domiciled in the middle of the city, it is known that number of DM sufferers is quite high, while the knowledge of  citizens in understanding of healthy lifestyle of DM patients) is still lacking.The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to provide knowledge about healthy lifestyles with diabetes, with the method of conducting training through zoom media to the PKK group in Kauman Malang Village. In the training, pre and post tests were also carried out as well as filling out questionnaires using google forms by the trainees to get a picture of the participants' understanding and ability in providing information and implementing a healthy lifestyle with diabetes to their families/neighbors around them. The results of pre and post tests, it was obtained  there was an increase in knowledge about a healthy lifestyle with diabetes from an average of 46% to 98.8%. Participants who understand and state that a healthy lifestyle with diabetes allows it to be applied in daily life as many as 94%. All participants (100%) are willing to explain, implementation and there have been changes to a healthy lifestyle with diabetes to their families and people in the surrounding environment. Abstract.BUMDES Sun Coco can be considered as a forum / association of coconut processed products, include VCO and klentik oil processors. Processing of coconut water and liquid-byproduct of VCO  into nata de coco has not been provided maximum benefit for farmers. Current situation,  coconut water which processed into nata de coco sold still in raw product, at very cheap prices, usually sold at a price of Rp. 1150 / kg . If the quality of the nata de coco product improved and processed further into ready to drink baverage products, it will increase its selling value and hence will provide business opportunities; which is can be done and accepted by the local community,  therefore,  it has an impact on employment and the development of SME’s in the region. So far, no farmer has processed it further into ready to drink baverages.The implementation of community service activities is considered successful. This can be seen from the innovations of the participants in making ready to drink baverages based on nata de coco which have very good quality and are suitable for sale. This home industry continuity needs to be followed up with marketing guidance and approval from the Ministry of Health.Abstrak. Pengolahan air kelapa dan produk sampingan cair VCO menjadi nata de coco yang dilakukan masyarakat sekitar Bumdes sun coco desa Petanahan belum memberikan manfaat maksimal. Keadaan saat ini, air kelapa yang diolah menjadi nata de coco dijual masih dalam produk mentah, dengan harga sangat murah, biasanya dijual dengan harga Rp. 1150 / kg.  Jika kualitas produk nata de coco ditingkatkan dan diproses lebih lanjut menjadi produk minuman siap minum, maka akan meningkatkan nilai jualnya dan karenanya akan memberikan peluang bisnis; yang dapat dilakukan dan diterima oleh komunitas lokal, oleh karena itu, berdampak pada pekerjaan dan pengembangan UKM di wilayah tersebut. Sejauh ini, tidak ada petani yang memprosesnya lebih lanjut ke dalam minuman siap minum. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat PKM Berbasis Riset 2018 ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai ekonomi nata de coco bagi masyarakat sekitar Bumdes Sun Coco desa Petanahan melalui alih teknologi pembuatan nata de coco secara baik dan benar, dan pembuatan minuman ready to drink berbasis nata de coco. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM Berbasis Riset 2018 ini dianggap berhasil, dapat dilihat dari inovasi para peserta dalam membuat minuman ready to drink berbasis nata de coco yang memiliki kualitas sangat baik dan cocok untuk dijual. Kontinuitas kegiatan ini perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan bimbingan pemasaran dan bantuan mendapatkan PIRT. Dengan memanfaatkan air kelapa dan produk sampingan cair VCO menjadi nata de coco, maka akan tercipta lingkungan yang bersih sehingga dengan sendirinya meningkatkan taraf kesehatan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini juga akan terbangun kerjasama kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat sehingga tujuan pembangunan ekonomi dan kesehatan masyarakat dapat terwujud.

The community service activity was carried out with the partner of Karang Taruna Bimantara, as a youth organization located in kampung Kalikepiting Jaya VI, RT 5, RW 5, Kelurahan Pacarkembang, Kecamatan Tambaksari, Surabaya City. This activity was aimed at reviving this organization which has been inactive for a long time and empowering the youths in preventing the transmission of Covid-19. The activities offered were providing enlightenment about Covid-19, assistance in producing liquid soap, hand sanitizers and non-medical cloth masks which could be developed into productive economic businesses. The implementation of these activities also involved the organization of Family Welfare Education (Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga or PKK) which was an organization of mothers in this kampung.  The enlightenment were included Covid-19 and diseases transmitted by mosquitoes, their prevention and transmission. By producing the items than can be used to prevent transmission of Covid-19 followed by obedience to the health protocols, they could participate in preventing the transmission of Covid-19. In order to increase their knowledge on productive economy, the enlightenment on productive economy, marketing of goods and financial management of business, the enlightenment was also given. Hopefully the activities which can be developed into a productive economy business can increase the income of this kampung. The enlightenment provided pre-test and post-test. Comparison of both tests resulted in an insignificant increased in knowledge on both topics. More participants and more questions are recommended to improve the more significant scores of tests. The sales of liquid soap and hand sanitizer resulted in profit can be used to reproduce. Furthermore, more assistance is needed to develop a business into a productive economy.abstrakKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama mitra Karang Taruna Bimantara yang berada di kampung Kalikepiting Jaya VI, RT 5, RW 5, Kelurahan Pacarkembang, Kecamatan Tambaksari, Kota Surabaya. Kegiatan yang ditawarkan antara lain adalah penyuluhan tentang Covid-19, bantuan pembuatan sabun cair, hand sanitizer dan masker kain non medis yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi usaha ekonomi produktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini juga melibatkan ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam organisasi PKK (Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) yang merupakan wadah ibu-ibu di kampung ini. Penyuluhan yang diberikan adalah mengenai Covid-19 dan penyakit yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk, pencegahan dan penularannya. Dengan memproduksi barang-barang yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19 diikuti dengan ketaatan terhadap protokol kesehatan, mereka dapat berpartisipasi dalam mencegah penularan Covid-19. Untuk menambah pengetahuan mengenai ekonomi produktif juga diberikan penyuluhan mengenai ekonomi produktif, pemasaran barang dan cara pengelolaan keuangan hasil usaha. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi usaha ekonomi produktif ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan RT setempat. Dalam penyuluhan diberikan pre-test dan post-test. Perbandingan kedua tes menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang tidak signifikan pada kedua topik tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan nilai tes yang lebih signifikan, maka diperlukan jumlah peserta dan pertanyaan yang lebih banyak. Penjualan sabun cair dan hand sanitizer menghasilkan keuntungan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memproduksi lagi. Pendampingan dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan usaha ini menjadi ekonomi produktif.

Elderly residents need to be given attention because usually, at old age, there will be many complaints/health problems due to decreased organ function. Therefore it needs various supports from various parties, especially families, in increasing the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities so that the elderly can maintain their health as optimal as possible. The results showed that increased knowledge about good family support and awareness of the elderly in doing their own independent activities would improve the quality of life of the elderly in their old age. There are two evaluations carried out in this community service: pre-test and post-test evaluation. For the pre-test results of 30 participants, 45% are good, and 55% are not good after the activity process is carried out; the post-test gets 90% good and 10% less good. The conclusion from the implementation of community service participants in community service activities can understand and understand the role of the family regarding the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities

ABSTRAKPersonal hygiene saat menstruasi menentukan kualitas hidup remaja puteri dimasa depan. Remaja puteri sangat rentan terkena infeksi pada organ reproduksi terutama saat menstruasi. Kondisi ini menuntut remaja puteri mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan benar tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Personal Hygiene Education saat menstruasi merupakan suatu kegiatan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang upaya memelihara kesehatan diri terutama saat menstruasi. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara membersihkan organ reproduksi ketika menstruasi pada orang tua siswa SDN 05 Marunda Kelas 6, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebelum (pre test), pelaksanaan personal hygiene education saat menstruasi dan sesudah kegiatan (post test) sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Hasil pre test menunjukkan 6,7% orang tua kurang memahami cara melakukan personal hygiene saat menstruasi dan hasil post test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua menjadi 86,7% tentang personal hygiene saat menstruasi. Kegiatan ini sangat didukung untuk dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: personal hygiene education saat menstruasi; sumber informasi; pengetahuan ABSTRACTPersonal hygiene during menstruation determines the quality of life of young women in the future. Teenage girls are very susceptible to infection in the reproductive organs, especially during menstruation. This condition requires young women to get the right and correct information about personal hygiene during menstruation. Personal Hygiene Education during menstruation is an activity to provide health education on maintaining personal health, especially during menstruation. The purpose of this community service is to raise knowledge about how to clean the reproductive organs during menstruation for parents of grade 6 students at SDN 05 Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta. The method used in this community service activity is by distributing questionnaires before (pre-test), implementing personal hygiene education during menstruation, and after activities (post-test) as a form of evaluation. The results of the pre-test showed that 6,7% of parents did not understand how to do personal hygiene during menstruation. Meanwhile, the results of the post-test showed an increase in the knowledge of parents to 86,7% about personal hygiene during menstruation. The service team of the Food Science and Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture along with the Community Service Institute of Universitas Sumatera Utara has conducted service activities for partner which are SMEs of tofu chips in the Hamlet II of Pisang Pala Village, Bangun Purba District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province between May and October in 2018. The partner named Roemah of Al Fatih, which produces raw tofu from soybeans, fried round tofu, and tofu chips. The main problem faced by the partner that began production in 2016 was the difficulty when making spherical of tofu dough as the starting material for tofu chips. So far, the partner has carried out the process of rounding out the dough manually using hand which took a long time. The service team offered a solution by granting a tofu rounder machine from stainless steel using electrical energy. Furthermore, the service team tested the production capacity of the tofu rounder machine and the conventional method (using hand). For the quality of round raw tofu (specific gravity and appearance of the product) and the quality of tofu chips, the team analysed and compared both products which were produced by hand and by machine. The results obtained the use of the tofu rounder machine can increase the capacity of round tofu production significantly, improve the appearance of round tofu products to be denser, and increase the value of preference for the texture of tofu chips produced. The grant of the tofu rounder machine is expected to help the partner for working up the company's profits in the future.

Coffee Powder Processing as a Variation of Processed Products of Community-Owned Products in Karang Rejo Village, Ulubelu Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung ProvinceAbstract. Karang Rejo is a village in Ulubelu Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. In this community service activity, we introduce the processing of coffee powder as a variety of processed agricultural products from the community, starting from what materials are used, how to manufacture to produce agricultural products that can be of economic value - considering that the people in Karang Rejo Village only use coffee grounds to be used as drinks. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to share knowledge on how to process coffee into processed coffee crackers by observing and counseling the processing of coffee crackers. Evaluation of the increase in participant knowledge was carried out by pre-test before counseling on how to process and post-test after counseling. Processing practices are carried out when counseling is carried out. The results of the activity showed that the enthusiasm of the citizens, especially the PKK mothers, and showed an increase in basic knowledge about the processing of coffee crackers, the benefits, and ways of making coffee-based crackers. The service of processing coffee grounds into coffee crackers is considered auspicious and beneficial for improving the economy in Karang Rejo Village.Keywords: Coffee powder, coffee crackers, community development, karang rejo village.Abstrak. Karang Rejo adalah salah satu Pekon yang berada di Kecamatan Ulubelu Kabupaten Tanggamus Provinsi Lampung. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mengenalkan pengolahan bubuk kopi sebagai variasi produk olahan hasil bumi masyarakat mulai bahan apa saja yang digunakan, cara pembuatan hingga menjadikan hasil bumi yang dapat bernilai ekonomis. Mengingat bahwa masyarakat di Pekon Karang Rejo ini  hanya memanfaatkan bubuk kopi untuk dijadikan minuman. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk berbagi ilmu mengenai cara pengolahan kopi menjadi olahan kerupuk kopi dengan cara observasi serta penyuluhan pengolahan kerupuk kopi tersebut. Evaluasi peningkatan penge-tahuan peserta dilakukan dengan pre-test sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan cara pengolahan danpost-test setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Praktik pengolahan dilakukan pada saat penyuluhan dilaksanakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya antusias warga khususnya para ibu PKK dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dasar mengenai olahan kerupuk kopi, manfaat, dan cara pembuatan kerupuk berbahan dasar kopi. Kegiatan pengabdian pengolahan bubuk kopi menjadi kerupuk kopi tergolong berhasil dan bermanfaat untuk peningkatan perekonomian di Pekon Karang Rejo.Kata Kunci: Bubuk kopi, kerupuk kopi, pengabdian, pekon karang rejo.
