Modern society has unknowingly been dominated by modern technology which makes humans passive and uncritical of social conditions, as well as receptive. That people no longer live with technology, but is controlled by technology, this rationality can be seen when cellphones do not have a connection to the internet, it can be said that they will be out of date because they cannot update the latest information. This becomes an interesting discussion because it is almost felt by students, especially students of IAIN Kediri. This research uses a critical study of Herbert Marcuse's technological rationality which leads to one-dimensional humans or commonly referred to as One Dimensional Man. Therefore, this study seeks to explain the phenomena that occur among students related to meeting the needs of data packages that can affect various aspects of their daily lives. The results of this study are the need for a data package for the students of IAIN Kediri as a primary need. This is because with the data package students are able to find out the latest information on matters related to lectures, on the other hand, with the student data package, smartphones are also dominated by various features in it.

Effective Pedagogy in Primary Education: A Review of Current Literatures

The implementation of effective pedagogy in instructional strategies is an interesting discussion among educationists due to the rapidly transformation in educational context. The aims of this study is to identify the current literature related to effective pedagogy in primary education and highlights its categories in teaching learning situation. The method used in this study is literature approach by reviewing 15 current journal articles in five years, from 2017 to May 2021. The study shows that several characteristics of effective pedagogy still attract the researchers to discuss in their papers during the current five years. The fundamental characteristics of effective pedagogy frequently highlighted in primary education are: classroom management, teachers` competences, instructional strategies, valuable learning, and students` achievement. The conclusion of this study, several current literatures highlight that the effective pedagogy is the general view of teachers to specify their action to carry out the new strategies, approaches, and methods to fostering primary school pupils.

Keadilan Waris Islam dalam Kedudukan Anak Perempuan sebagai Hajib Hirman terhadap Saudara dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung

The inheritance of Islam becomes an interesting discussion when it is associated with the position of the heirs of men and women. Including the discussion of girls can or does not become a barrier (blocker) to other heirs become a barrier to obtaining inheritance or termed with Hajib Hirman. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of fiqh in determining the position of girls to be a barrier to inheritance for brothers and their implementation in the decision of religious courts so that it can be read considerations and decisions of judges whether based on a sense of justice so as to equalize the position of male and female heirs. The method used in this study is library research with primary materials in the form of court decisions on inheritance cases and relevant fiqh books. The results of this study found that Ibn 'Abbas equated the position of the daughter's inheritance with that of the son so as to prevent the heir brother from obtaining the inheritance and the concept of Ibn Abbas which became the reference of judges in the Court of Religion and the Supreme Court in deciding the case based on the principle of justice.

From Galileo to Navier and Clapeyron

Galileo (1564-1642), in his well-known Discorsi (Galileo, 1638), briefly turning his attention to the fracture of a beam, starts an interesting discussion on the beam’s breakage as well as its location. Could the section and breaking point of a beam have been determined beforehand? Furthermore, is it specific to the material? What Galileo did was not merely challenge a physics problem, but the prevailing knowledge of his time: namely, Aristotelianism on one hand, and Nominalism on the other. As a matter of fact, must the breakage of an element be treated as a universal or is it particular to a given material? The present essay aims to prove how Galileo, confronting the structural problem and bringing it into the realm of science, was not just raising a problem but, using Salviati’s words, he also established what actually takes place. Many years later, with the progress of physics, strength of materials and theory of structures, figures such as Claude Navier (1785-1836) and Benoît Clapeyron (1799-1864) confirmed once again that the Pisan turned out to be right. This article intends to combine technical fields such as strength of materials and theory of structures with others like the history of science and philosophy proper. A cooperative approach to these disciplines can be doubtlessly helpful to improve the knowledge, learning and teaching of their different curricula, giving the reader a global, holistic perspective.

Efektivitas Komunikasi Penyuluh Pertanian dalam Program Jaringan Irigasi Air Dangkal di Kecamatan Cepu, Kabupaten Blora

Water management for agriculture through the development of surface irrigation and ground water has been carried out by agrarian communities to produce food. Mismanagement on water resources has possibility in causing damage to the ecological system, leading to the inability of nature to support human existence. In 2019, Cepu District received assistance namely Surface Irrigational System program and thereby this program was assisted by extension agents. To what extent the agricultural extension workers had communicated effectively in assisting this program and supporting environmentally friendly water management is an interesting discussion. This study aimed at determining the communication effectiveness of agricultural extension workers in assisting Surface Irrigational System program in Cepu District, Blora Regency and giving recommendation to improve the communication effectiveness between agricultural extension workers and farmers in conducting the program. Technically, this research used qualitative and quantitative method in descriptive design. The results indicated that extension agents who assisted the Surface Irrigational System program performed effective communication (74,01%) as they were able to improve farmers' networks and connectivity, provide farmers with easier and cheaper access to extension services; conduct regular farmers meetings; deliver programs or subsidies that motivate farmers; mobilize farmers to support agricultural activities; and develop participatory activities.

Hak Regres Penanggung pada Jaminan Perorangan Dalam Kepailitan

The credit agreement as the principal agreement between the debtor and the creditor can acquire additional collateral providing material collateral and individual collateral. Personal collateral for individual rights, which is the agreement of a third party to bind themselves to debtors and creditors involved in credit agreements in accordance with the interests of creditors. In the event that the debtor does not have assets and is unable to repay debts to the creditor, the person responsible for paying the creditors' reserves and is obliged to pay debts to the creditor. The responsibility of the person responsible for compiling the debtor is not carried out by the creditor and the person responsible for the release of their privileges. The guarantor who has agreed to pay the debtor according to the law obtained by the right of regres, namely the right to recover from the payment owned. An interesting discussion about this Guarantee relates to the bankruptcy law regarding the enforcement of the right to regress so that it can be held accountable for receiving payments made. Jaminan perorangan melahirkan hak perorangan, yang merupakan persetujuan pihak ketiga untuk mengikatkan diri kepada debitor dan kreditor yang terlibat dalam perjanjian kredit demi kepentingan kreditor. Dalam hal debitor tidak memiliki harta kekayaan dan tidak mampu membayar utang kepada kreditor, maka penanggung berperan sebagai cadangan debitor dan wajib membayarkan utang kepada kreditor. Tanggung jawab penanggung lahir ketika debitor tidak melaksanakan kewajiban kepada kreditor dan penanggung telah melepaskan hak istimewa yang dimiliki. Penanggung yang telah menggantikan pembayaran debitor demi hukum memperoleh hak regres, yaitu hak untuk menuntut kembali atas pembayaran yang dimiliki. Pembahasan yang menarik mengenai jaminan ini berkaitan dengan hukum kepailitan mengenai penegakan hak regres agar dapat diakui sebagai utang untuk dapat memperoleh piutang pembayaran yang telah dilakukan. PERSONALITY STRUCTURE IN THE NOVEL CLEANING CONSCIENCE BY ARIO MUHAMMAD (STUDY OF LITERATURE PSYCHOLOGY)

The research of the novel Membersihkan Nurani by Ario Muhammad can be used as a reference in understanding a person’s personality and behavior. With the personality structure that occurs in the main character, it is presented in a very interesting discussion topic to study. This study aims to better understanding the personality structure experienced by the main character. The approach in this study uses the study of literary psychology. The data collection technique is done by means of semiotic analysis. This study uses analytical techniques by reading the next repeatedly by giving a sign it can be easily understood. The personality structure described in this discussion uses the psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud’s analysis. The result showed that the main character in the novel was dominated by using the super ego personality. It can be stated that my character has the strongest dominance related ti personility and emotions.

Ṭawāf al-Mar’ah al-Ḥā’id fi al-Manẓar al-Islāmiy: Dirāsah Muqāranah bayn al-Madhāhib al-Fiqhiyyah al-Islāmiyyah

One of the most important tasks in performing an obligation of worship is that a servant is required to learn the law as it was formed by sharia and religion, so that he could worship properly. Hajj is one of Islam's pillars where Islamic law requires all followers to run it for those who have the ability, even if only once in their lifetime, as He has said in the al-Qur’an: “Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah,- those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures.” (QS: Al-Imran: 97). There are requirements in carrying out the Hajj and Umrah which should be fulfilled in their completion as a servant must manage, understand, etc. There are obligations to be performed in the conduct of Hajj and Umrah, and one is Ihram, Ramy al-Jamarat, stay a night in muzdalifah and so on. Furthermore, in the act of performing hajj and umrah there have been several pillars that must be performed such as tawaf. While as far as tawaf is concerned, there is an interesting discussion among many of the scholars on the issue of tawaf during Hajj and Umrah where it would be required to remain to purify during the hajj and umrah especially for a women within her menstruation cycle.

Building business communication through Social media trust to increase Customer engagement becomes an interesting discussion. Because nowadays business communication is required to build a sense of trust and intimacy so that customers are willing to engage with the company through social media content. especially with the report that shows a decrease in consumer trust in social media for 41% because the consumer feel their data privacy can be utilized for the company's business purposes. Also with pixy cosmetics company that has a high potential in Social media trust but their social media engagement rate is still below 50%. this study analyzes how Social media trust can be influential in increasing Customer engagement.The purpose of this research is to understand business communication built through Social media trust can be directed to increase Customer engagement. Research using quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires through google form and calculated using SPSS through validity, reliability, and simple linear regression tests. The results of this study showed that Social media trusts proved positive can have implications for the increase in Customer engagement of Pixy Cosmetics. customer trust in the communication content of Pixy Cosmetics social media business will increase Customer engagement. The engaged customers will be willing to read Pixy Cosmetics social media content, willing to engage in interactions, even willing to share Pixy Cosmetics business communication content on their social media. Abstrak. Membangun komunikasi bisnis melalui Social media trust untuk meningkatkan Customer engagement menjadi pembahasan yang menarik. Karena saat ini komunikasi bisnis dituntut untuk membangun rasa kepercayaan dan keakraban sehingga customer bersedia untuk engage dengan perusahaan melalui konten media sosial. terlebih dengan adanya report yang menunjukkan tentang penurunan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap media sosial sebanyak 41% disebabkan konsumen merasa privasi data dapat dimanfaatkan untuk tujuan bisnis perusahaan. Juga dengan perusahaan Pixy Cosmetics yang memiliki potensi Social media trust tinggi tetapi rate engagement media sosialnya masih dibawah 50%. penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana Social media trust bisa berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan Customer engagement. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami komunikasi bisnis yang dibangun melalui Social media trust dapat diarahkan untuk meningkatkan Customer engagement. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form dan dihitung menggunakan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Social media trust terbukti positif dapat berimplikasi pada peningkatan Customer engagement Pixy Cosmetics. kepercayaan customer terhadap konten komunikasi bisnis media sosial Pixy Cosmetics akan meningkatkan Customer engagement. customer yang engage akan bersedia membaca konten media sosial Pixy Cosmetics, bersedia untuk terlibat dalam interaksi, bahkan bersedia membagikan konten komunikasi bisnis Pixy Cosmetics di media sosial mereka.

THE ROLE OF POLITICAL SOCIALIZATION ON FACEBOOK AMONG MALAYSIAN CHINESE

The Barisan Nasional (BN), Malaysia's dominant coalition party that has ruled since 1957, lost the 14th general election. Various analyses were conducted, and many discussions centred on Chinese voters who had switched to opposition, Pakatan Harapan, and rejected BN entirely. This situation raises an interesting discussion about what prompted Chinese voters to make drastic changes in this ethnic-based country's politics. This study, therefore, focuses on whether political socialization in social media will build a political opportunity for Malaysian Chinese. In investigating how social media propaganda can provide Malaysian Chinese a political viewpoint, these studies argue that the internet and social media have led to unparalleled complexity in Malaysia's political socialization process. A bottom-up, constructivist approach is used to decide how social media played their position as Malaysian political socializers.
