Music has a personal interest in its individual. It can deliver happiness for those who listen to it. On the other hand, the music should correlate with its pictures through the video clip, such as color, sound, gesture, etc. This article attempts to investigate and explore the interpersonal meaning of the LATHI Song. This study was conducted qualitatively using a descriptive-analytical study to check how different semiotic and modes such as music, sound, speech, color, action, and facial expression work together to build the interpersonal meaning. LATHI song is successful in attracting audiences' attention around the world. The song's lyrics are mainly in English, except for the bridge sung in Javanese. Not only that, but the bridge also employs pelog, a Javanese seven-note scale used in gamelan arrangements. In addition, its instruments played has a unique characteristic and easy listening.

Imbralyx R. Geesink (Fabaceae: Millettieae) was long recognized as part of the genus Fordia Hemsl. However, Imbralyx has a unique characteristic combination of characters within Millettieae and it can be readily distinguished from Fordia and other genera of the tribe, including transitional inflorescences to pseudoracemes, distinctly imbricate calyx lobes in buds, spindle-shaped flowerbuds, white flowers, distinct hypanthium, monadelphous stamens, and glabrous leaflets with raised nervation on both surfaces. Recent molecular evidence also suggested that Imbralyx should be treated as a genus distinct from Fordia, because the two genera were placed respectively in two different main subclades within the core Millettieae, i.e. Canavanine group and Non-canavanie group, which is consistent with previous chemical evidence. So far the genus Imbralyx comprises nine species and two varieties from Asia, but only one epithet has been definitely associated with the generic name. Therefore, ten new combinations in Imbralyx are proposed in this paper. Additionally, lectotypes are re-designated here for the two basionyms Millettia albiflora Prain and M. unifoliata Prain.

Topical drug delivery is a promising approach to treat different skin disorders. However, it remains a challenge mainly due to the nature and rigidity of the nanosystems, which limit deep skin penetration, and the unsuccessful demonstration of clinical benefits; greater penetration by itself, does not ensure pharmacological success. In this context, transfersomes have appeared as promising nanosystems; deformability, their unique characteristic, allows them to pass through the epidermal microenvironment, improving the skin drug delivery. This review focuses on the comparison of transfersomes with other nanosystems (e.g., liposomes), discusses recent therapeutic applications for the topical treatment of different skin disorders and highlights the need for further studies to demonstrate significant clinical benefits of transfersomes compared with conventional therapies.

Inter-planetary network (IPN) systems on earth and spacecrafts communicate with systems on other planets. Communications and data are often relayed and delivered by the IPN systems. Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN) have several unique characteristic features with significant challenges such as intermittent link connectivity, long and variable propagation delays, link bandwidth asymmetry, high link error rates and Power constraints. It is vital to overcome these challenges to achieve maximum flow for IPN systems. The aim of this project is to address the issue of achieving maximum flow in Inter-planetary network. To tackle these issues, a DTN model as time aggregated graph (TAG) was proposed and a bidirectional storage transfer series was used to correlate various time intervals and aid in maximizing flow. Our results suggest that the maximum flow can be achieved by seeking an augmenting path, computing its maximum flow, and getting its residual network using an iterative approach. In future, we intend to investigate the increase in difficulty of achieving maximum flow.

ABSTRACT Acanthodoras is the only genus of catfish known to secrete a conspicuous and abundant milky-looking substance through an axillary pore located just below the base of the posterior cleithral process. Despite this remarkable feature, there is no published information on the anatomical structures that produce the secretion and its possible biological/ecological functions. Dissection and histological analysis of preserved specimens of A. spinosissimus revealed the presence of a saccular axillary gland with large, binuclear secretory cells, similar to those found in other poisonous catfish. Secretory cells near the lumen appear to lose nuclei and become filled with secretory products, possibly with proteinaceous elements, as indicated by their eosinophilic appearance. As far as we know, the saccular morphology of the gland appears to constitute a unique characteristic of Acanthodoras among Doradidae catfishes. Further studies are necessary to determine the chemical composition of the secretion, as well as its possible uses by the catfish in its natural environment.

This article argues that the most unique characteristic of the ICAN’s activism is its transnational scope, which was made possible by the use of eight strategies by the organization including geostrategic headquarters, internet and technology, government relations, NGOs connection, celebrity spotlight, perfect timing, creativity, and responsiveness. In evaluating the argument, this article provides evidence by employing process-tracing methods and conducting archival analysis to closely examine the historical timeline of important events or moments surrounding the ICAN’s activism since its inception in 2007 to the adoption of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in 2017. This article first provides a literature review on social movements against nuclear weapons to provide some background. It then describes how the eight strategies are employed by the ICAN as they are reflected in its transnationalactivism. It finally notes the five key milestones that are achieved by the organization.

Abstract The chicken primordial germ cell (PGCs) has the unique characteristic of settling in gonad through blood migration, which was the only way to realize the recovery of bird species. However, the PGCs obtained from a single embryo was far from enough to meet the practical application, while somatic cells can be obtained in large quantities. Therefore, the problem of insufficient PGCs can be solved by the induction of somatic cells into PGCs. Here, we successfully transdifferentiate somatic cells into PGCs, which can be transplanted to the recipient to produce offspring. In detail, The CEF of Black-Feathered Langshan Chicken was reprogrammed into iPS by reprogramming factors Oct4, Sox2, Nanog and Lin28, then was induced into PGCs by BMP4/BMP8b/EGF system. The induced PGCs has similar biological characteristics to the primary PGCs, which was transplanted into White Plymouth Rock Chicken, which self-crossed to produce clone-like offspring. It was the the first time to demonstrate the feasibility of avian cloning from somatic cells.

The city of constantine is considered one of the algerian cities , that witnessed tremendous urban and architectural devlopment during the ottoman era, and the ottoman chose it to be the capital of eastern algeria, and the city witnessed during this period the building of many mosques but most of these monuments were subjected to sabotage and destruction from the party of french colonialism, and perhaps the most important models that still presrve a large part of their orignal style, we mention the sidi el kettani mosque which was built by salih bey as it combined the local architectural style, with the incoming ottoman style and this gave it a unique characteristic in the field of architecture in addition, to its richness of exquisite architectural and decorative elements
