The article considers the problem of practical application of the system approach in the process of foreign students’ social and pedagogical adaptation. The study of this scientific question revealed that acculturation activities should consist of three main areas: psychological, linguistic and cultural, each of them requires the formation of a list of competencies that contribute to the development of the ability of effective interaction building with the host country persons. These competencies, during the interaction at the time of practical academic or social activities of a foreign student, become a competence, a phenomenon that includes many competencies and aimed at their adequate functioning, that leads to a system of competence management, which can be analyzed only using the system approach. In addition, these areas of adaptation activity led to the conclusion that they are also the system-forming elements of the preparatory process, i.e. the system of socio-pedagogical support. Based on the study results that competence is a system of competence management, and the linguistic, cultural and psychological training are a system of adaptive training, the systems approach is defined as a «system within a system» in which the competence system operates in the acculturation triad: linguistic, culture, psychology. The system approach allowed us to study each component of the system of socio-pedagogical support as a separate subsystem. Thus, this approach demonstrated the possibility of identifying the components of the system of foreign students’ support, their essential characteristics, as well as the present relationships. It is emphasized that each element of the support system, psychological, linguistic or educational-cultural is a full-fledged system, however, when interacting with the other elements that aimed at the creating of socio-pedagogical support system, the elements become the subsystems that depend on each other.

The article deals with the history of basic terms to denote the ways of speech reporting in Ukrainian linguistics; the analysis of terms in onomasiological and semasiological aspects on the basis of historical sources is carried out; the contribution of Ukrainian linguists to the formation and development of this terminological subsystem is presented. Terms to denote the concepts of someone’s speech transfer is a separate subsystem that has a history of formation, development and codification in Ukrainian linguistics. In present Syntax this subsystem is called Representology. The theoretical foundations of Representology in Ukrainian linguistics are laid in the grammars of the second half of the XIX – first half of the XX century. Authors of grammar mannuals and scientific papers used nominations created on Ukrainian-language basis. Terminological variability to denote the concepts of direct and indirect speech in the sources of the 20ies of the twentieth century illustrates active scientific search for optimal means of concept’s nomination according to their characteristics, or individual terminology. Term units proposed in the works written by M. Osadtsa, S.Y. Smal-Stotsky, P.F. Zalozny, P.Y. Horetsky and I. Shalia, Yu.V. Sheveliov served as the basis for the modern termsystem called Representology. Yu. Sheveliov specified the concepts of direct and indirect language, outlined their grammatical nature and stylistic properties, as well as noted the ancient tradition of using constructions with a foreign language in the Ukrainian language. Terminological material illustrates the dynamics of terminology and allows the information systematization about the evolution of linguistic terms. Generalized data will be included in the Ukrainian historical dictionary of linguistic terms, which intended to become not only a component of the general historical vocabulary, but also to illustrate the development of Ukrainian linguistic thought. Keywords: term, syntactic terminology, Historical Terminology, terminological nomination, direct speech, indirect speech, semi-direct speech, implicit direct speech.

The article is dedicated to the problems of optimization of administrative court system of Ukraine in connection with the ongoing reform of the courts. The available arguments for and against reforming the acting model of administrative justice of Ukraine are discussed. It has been clarified that the system of administrative courts in force has been specially approved for the adoption of Ukrainian society. The results of the statistical analysis show how it can successfully cope with deliveries to its arrogance. Indicate that you must reinsert the court system and recapture the administrative courts with the common courts. At the same time, with healthy administrative conviction, there are a few significant problems, among them we can call access to administrative justice and delimitation of administrative courts jurisdiction from commercial and common courts jurisdictions. A closer look at the problems that need to be solved will require a farther and more thorough amendments to optimize the administrative courts activity. It has been concluded that the model of administrative justice in Ukraine since 2005 in the form of a separate subsystem of administrative courts of both the first and second links fully meets European standards and ensures the implementation of the rule of law, protection of rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, judicial control over legality and decisions of public authorities and their officials. There are no good grounds for its change (merger with courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction). Such reform will do more harm than good, negatively affect the quality of justice, the professional level of the judiciary. Prospects for further reform of administrative proceedings in Ukraine are in the area of introduction of modern mediation procedures, electronic proceedings, improvement of control over the legality of court decisions by higher courts (especially the Supreme Court of Ukraine), optimization of the burden on judges by establishing rational norms of their activity, depending on the number of cases received by the courts, the development and implementation of more effective mechanisms for the selection, training, retraining and accountability of judges.

The main characteristic of the modern environment is the negative change by its people – destruction and pollution. Man is part of the biosphere and the technogenic transformations of the biosphere inevitably affect him. Under the influence of technogenic civilization, all spheres of human activity undergo changes, and science above all. Ecology is especially keenly aware of the challenges of technogenic civilization. It focuses on anthropogenic factors, works with the human environment. At the same time, its problem field is expanding due to interdisciplinary research and the allocation of knowledge of new environmental disciplines into an independent industry. The interdisciplinarity of modern ecology is most clearly visible on the example of such a direction as informational ecology. The presence of the digital environment in human life has grown so much that it requires the separation of the digital information environment into a separate subsystem. Information ecology studies the laws of the influence of information on the formation and functioning of man. In turn, interdisciplinarity, assuming the use of knowledge from various branches of science, brings us to the problems of the collective agent of cognition and distributed knowledge. In ecology, the problems of the collective agent of cognition are implemented through crowd-sourcing technology. Ecology is a science that requires massive collection of observation data (samples of water, air, soil pollution in various, sometimes hard-to-reach corners of the planet, observation of fluctuations in the number of species of animals and plants). The popularity of crowdsourcing projects in the field of ecology is explained by the fact that the challenges and threats of anthropogenic civilization have generated such a trend of our time as environmental orientation or environmentalism. Ecological crowdsourcing projects, inspired by the philosophy of environmentalism, can serve as an answer to the challenges of technogenic civilization.

The issues of borders and national foundations of state formation are of great importance in Ukraine. Ukraine is developing within the existing borders on the basis of use by the Ukrainian nation of its inalienable right for self-determination, provides the safeguard and protection of the national statehood of the Ukrainian people, and takes the lead on its territory. The inviolability of the territory of Ukraine within the existing borders implies the inviolability of these borders. The aim of this article is to characterize the safeguard and protection of the state border of Ukraine as a component of ensuring of the national security of Ukraine. The safeguard and protection of the state border are one of the important types of state activity. They are of particular relevance and importance in modern conditions after the events of 2014 and subsequent years. Earlier, the issue was the safeguard of the state border of Ukraine within the framework of law enforcement activities, but today, the issues of safeguard and reliable protection of the state border, ensuring the security of the state border and cross-border security of Ukraine are considered as important components of the country’s security and defence. In the scientific literature the content of governance in this area being considered differently. In particular, as a separate subsystem of public administration in the administrative and political sphere at the level with the management of state or military security and defence, components of national or internal security of Ukraine, etc. There is no single point of view on this matter in the theory of administrative law. Based on the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, the content of the concepts of national and border security of Ukraine, scientific views, available in the theory of administrative law, the author concluded that the safeguard and protection of the state border ensure the safety of the state border of Ukraine and cross-border security of Ukraine. Cross-border security, in its turn, is an element (separate subsystem) of Ukraine's national security. Security of the state border – is protection of its inviolability and, accordingly, stability of its passing, designation, order of supply, crossing, maintenance, etc. Any violations of the state border regime must be decisively suppressed. Cross-border security – is a component of national security of Ukraine and provides security of the state border, protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within existing borders, other vital national interests of Ukraine from external and internal threats in the field of border activity (at the state border and cross-border space).

There was realized the analysis of modern methods of modification and correction of functional-technological properties of milk proteins for increasing the efficiency of their use in the technology of emulsion products. It was demonstrated, that it is prospective to use cheese-milk mixtures, based on decalcified milk raw materials at the expanse of the increased content of soluble protein. It was proved, that the use of decalcified milk raw materials results in raising the emulsifying power of systems and also in increasing indices of aggregative and kinetic stability. There was determined the aim of the study that is in elaborating a model of the technological system of semi-products with the emulsion paste structure. There was substantiated the expedience of using methods of system analysis at modeling the technological system of semi-products with the emulsion paste structure. There was designed the model of new products using the hierarchy of subsystems by levels. The aim of functioning of each separate subsystem was determined. Connections between separate elements of the system were assessed, internal and intersystem flows between them were analyzed. The influence of separate subsystems on formation of qualitative parameters of a final product was established. There were elaborated the way of forming the assortment of culinary and confectionary products based on semi-products with the emulsion paste structure. It was demonstrated, that depending on a fat content, new semi-products may be used in technologies of cold dishes and snacks, dessert products, hot dishes of sour milk cheese, confectionary products (especially, baked and dressing semi-products) and sauce group of products. Technological advantages of using developed semi-products were presented.

General anesthesia plays a crucial role in many surgical procedures. It is a drug-induced, reversible state characterized by unconsciousness, anti-nociception or analgesia, immobility and amnesia. On rare occasions, however, the patient can remain unconscious longer than intended, or may regain awareness during surgery. There are no precise measures for maintaining the correct dose of anesthetic, and there is currently no fully reliable instrument to monitor depth of anesthesia. Although a number of devices for monitoring brain function or sympathetic output are commercially available, the anesthetist also relies on clinical assessment and experience to judge anesthetic depth. The undesirable consequences of overdose or unintended awareness might in principle be ameliorated by improved control if we could understand better the changes in function that occur during general anesthesia. Coupling functions prescribe the physical rule specifying how the inter-oscillator interactions occur. They determine the possibility of qualitative transitions between the oscillations, e.g. routes into and out of phase synchronization. Their decomposition can describe the functional contribution from each separate subsystem within a single coupling relationship. In this way, coupling functions offer a unique means of describing mechanisms in a unified and mathematically precise way. It is a fast growing field of research, with much recent progress on the theory and especially towards being able to extract and reconstruct the coupling functions between interacting oscillations from data, leading to useful applications in cardio respiratory interactions.<br />In this paper, a novel approach has been proposed for detecting the changes in synchronism of brain signals, taken from EEG machine. During the effect of anesthesia, there are certain changes in the EEG signals. Those signals show changes in their synchronism. This phenomenon of synchronism can be utilized to study the effect of anesthesia on respiratory parameters like respiration rate etc, and hence the quantity of anesthesia can be regulated, and if any problem occurs in breathing during the effect of anesthesia on patient, that can also be monitored

Religion in the history of society, as we know, has not always emerged as a relatively independent spiritual formation. Thus, in the conditions of primitive society, characterized by the syncretic nature of forms of human activity, it was not a separate subsystem, but a qualitative aspect of community life. Therefore, such religious beliefs permeate virtually all spheres of public life, moreover, often were its essence. For this reason, a religious factor was, to one degree or another, present in all the structural and functional elements of social life of the time. It was he who determined the integrity and vector of social development of primitive society itself.
