The humidity sensing behavior and the properties of P3HT based thin film organic field effect transistor (OFET) has been reported. Layers with (Au)/P3HT/SiO2/(Au) are coated and OFET is fabricated. The XRD pattern of thin films are plotted which shows an orientation of (100) indicating its crystalline nature. The morphological studies report the presence of dreg like structures that can absorb water molecules from a humid environment which can be used in humidity sensing applications.

India is an agricultural country with variety of crops. Water flow to the crop field is found important with accurate level. Multiple crops can be grown in single field with accurate water level. Water level need to be controlled due to water scarcity. Exact amount of water can be made to flow in the field through IoT techniques. Inorder to bring efficient crop growth and to avoid excess water flow, automation in agriculture can be done. Automation in agriculture can reduce excess water usage in water scarce and dry area. Automation is done with sensors and various IoT techniques to improve water level in agricultural field.

Cancer is becoming one among the common diseases in day to today life, determining cancer in an earlier stage is still problematic. Identification of genetic and environmental factors is necessary to predict the type of cancer. The idea is to develop a cancer prediction system that predict lung and oral cancer depending on the symptoms. The gathered data is pre-processed and the data mining algorithm such as decision tree, logistic regression, Random Forest and Support Vector machines are used to measure the performance. The attribute selection algorithms are used to obtain the mandatory attributes. The main aim of this study is to do a comparative analysis using different algorithms for cancer prediction and suggestion of therapy.

In the female reproductive system, ovary plays a major role. The diseases caused by ovaries are ovarian cysts, ovarian cancer, menstrual cycle disorder and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS). PCOS in women mainly causes infertility. The method of analyzing a polycystic ovarian image varies with every individual patient and a great deal for the image analyst to segment the cyst. This paper reviews several segmentation algorithms like Level set algorithm, K-means clustering and Adaptive thresholding segments the ovarian cyst from the ultrasound images exactly. The four parameters such as accuracy, jaccard coefficient, precision, and sensitivity are used for the evaluation of segmentation processes.

This paper presents the design details of its implementation of an IoT-based Real Time Health Monitoring System for the monitoring of a patient and provides. The proposed Design permits the monitoring of health related dangers and deals with economy in health care expenditure through effective interpretation and distribution of patient data. This paper works on the concept of reducing human presence in monitoring a patient’s problems and sending vital details to the Doctors and Caretakers on a real time basis. This proposal helps saving in and alerts the Doctors/Caretakers in an emergency situation to ensure critical moments are not wasted. The outcome of the proposed system is to provide exact collected medical services to patients through records and information through sensors which monitor the patient’s details relating to Pulse, temperature, Body Tilt Angle and Glucose Level. This information is sent to the patient’s Doctor/Caretaker using a cloud based App on a real time basis.

Modelling of tsunami wave propagation plays a vital role in forecasting of disastrous tsunami. The earlier identification and prediction of tsunami provides more time for taking preventive measures and evacuation. On December 26, 2004, massive destruction of lives and properties due to tsunami increases the needs to develop a fast and accurate modelling of tsunami wave propagation. The modelling of waves provide the amplitude of tsunami, speed, arrival time and power of the wall of water and also run up distance and height. It also used to predict vulnerable buildings to tsunami. In this paper describes the modelling of tsunami wave propagation from generation to run-up. Numerical and analytical methods used for modelling and simulation. Tsunami is serious of wave (wave train) which has a long wavelength >500 km and celerity of wave more than 800 km/hr in deep ocean and in shallow coast, their wavelength and celerity diminishes but the amplitude of wave increases above 30m. The scope of this study is to determine the areas which are going to hit by tsunami, amplitude of wave and their arrival time for early forecasting and alert the people within a short time after an earthquake happened.

In modern days, many people have fish as their pets at home. The fishes have been fed by the aquarist in the aquarium tanks which demands a proper setup for maintenance. The problems faced are change in water quality, feeding the fish, maintaining the temperature, controlling the lights and difficult to check the conditions of an aquarium manually. Therefore, it’s necessary to monitor the physical parameters closely and enhance the water condition. So, this project proposes a system which is equipped with sensors to be operated in real time. It performs temperature monitoring, water pH level detection, aeration system and water renewal operations. An IoT based system is implemented to monitor and deliver the status of the aquarium to user’s mobile application. Thus, an intelligent aquarium management has been implemented so that the fish is neither over nor under fed and thereby reducing the manual effort required in maintenance of aquarium.

Now a days wireless communication is become very vast, important and easy to access with multiple wireless sensor network in existence as it having very less cost associated and easily available via multiple mobile devices with sensors to create a hotspots, It creates a potential threat for community using wireless media for communicating some secure information like banking passwords, military information, biometric data etc. on unsecured network. This proposed paper will expose one of such potential threat Rouge Access Point (RAP) detection by making the use of soft computing prediction tool in our case fusion of neural network with fuzzy logic known as neuron-fuzzy method and design a fuzzy controller (FLC) to find such RAP & secure the existing wireless network where multiple sensors are actively working in real time to provide the real time data.

Buoy is a device which floats in the sea water, used to direct the ships in which this paper is preferable to get electricity from salt water/ sea water by using two tongue depressor. Using level sensor has per this paper, where going to sense distance between a ship / a boat and a buoy, regarding the distance between those two objects, alarms or buzzers may indicates. An IOT applications has been implemented on a buoy, so that if any obstacles damage a buoy, the information can be specified to the communication station through SIM900
