Eggs are a source of animal protein that is cheap and easy to obtain by the community besides having a good taste and also eggs have complete nutrition. However, one of the problems that can harm consumers when consuming chicken eggs is the presence of antibiotic residues that offer antibiotics that are not right or not according to the procedure. cause residues in large amounts and cause side effects, which are very detrimental in terms of health, such as the most important allergies and can even cause resistance. This study aims to see no antibiotic residue in the layers of chicken eggs from layer chicken farms in Sesaot Narmada, West Lombok. The results of testing samples from 10 samples of layer chicken eggs Layer chicken farms in sesaot Narmada West Lombok which were tested using the Bioassay Screening Test method showed negative results containing antibiotic residues. Negative results after testing the antibiotic residues in the entire sample Layer chicken eggs in layer chiken pruttny in the village of Sesaot farms, Narmada district, West Lombok Regency, showed negative results. Negative results in every event with no inhibition zone formed around the disc paper containing the layer chicken egg sample and only the inhibition zone formed on the positive control disc paper on the Bioassay Screening Test tester. of the four classes of antibiotics including macrolides, aminoglycosides, Tetracycline and penicillin.

The purpose of this research aims to determine the effect of adding enzymes (amylase, protease, xylanase) in feed on egg weight and egg yolk diameter in mixed ducks. The experimental animals used were 24 laying ducks. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The four treatments were P0 (Control), P1 (6 ducks with Avizym1502®5gram / kg), P2 (6 ducks with Avizym1502® 10gram / kg), and P3 (6 ducks given Avizym1502). ® 15gram / kg). This treatment is carried out once a day for 9 weeks. Before the treatment, the ducks were adapted for a week. After that, the initial egg weight and yolk diameter were measured at week 0, week 6, and week 9. Data obtained from the results of weighing eggs found an average value of P0 (59.1667 ± 3.9200a) g, P1 5gram / kg (56.1667 ± 2.9268a) g, P2 10gram / kg (60.1667 ± 4.9966a) g, and P3 15gram / kg (67.6667 ± 2.7325ᵇ) g. The results of data from examining the diameter of the egg yolk found an average value of P0 (45.03 ± 1.2956a) mm, P1 5gram / kg (44.35 ± 0.7969a) mm, P2 10gram / kg (45.75 ± 1.5694a) mm, and P3 15gram / kg (48.83 ± 0.7394ᵇ) mm. The data obtained were then analyzed using the ANOVA test which statistically showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.05) between egg weight and yolk diameter in mixed ducks treated with enzymes (amylase, protease, xylanase) in the feed.

This study was conducted to determine the comparison of re-epithelialization, granulation and the number of inflammatory cells infiltration between topical application of chicken yolk oil and bioplacenton on white rat (Rattus norvegicus) skin that has induced with second degree burn wound. This research was a laboratory experimental study using 18 male white rats divided into control positive (K+) group, bioplacenton (P1) and chicken yolk oil (P2). Observation of the re-epithelialization, granulation and inflammatory cells infiltration were carried out 14 days after the rat were induced with second degree burn wound. The necropcy was performed on the 14th day and then the skin organs were treated with HE staining and observed under a microscope. Data analysis was performed using Kruskal-Wallis followed by Mann Whitney. The results of the analysis showed that K + had significantly different results (P <0.05) compared to P1 and P2 in the scores of re-epithelialization, granulation and the number of inflammatory cell infiltrations. P1 and P2 were not significantly different (P> 0.05). In this study, it can be concluded that chicken egg yolk has a comparable effect with bioplacenton toward the score of re-epithelialization, granulation and the number of inflammatory cell infiltration.

This case was recorded at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Oreo cats were found with a state of weakness, severe dehydration, and a lump in the lower abdomen. The results of the physical examination of Oreo cats were diagnosed as having a mammary carcinoma, with a differential diagnosis of inguinal hernia, and mastitis. To confirm the diagnosis, blood tests and X-ray supporting examinations are carried out. From the results of the examination, the results of the blood check showed normal results, but on the X-Ray examination, there was an intermediate opacity on the part of the bulge and no ring was found that led to the hernia diagnosis. The consistency of the bulge at the time of the xray was slightly changed when compared to when the cat was found, where the consistency of the bulge became slightly flaccid accompanied by a yellowish-white discharge from the oreo cat's nipples. Based on the x-ray results that show the presence of intermediate colored opacity and the discharge of cloudy yellow milk, it can be concluded that the Oreo cat has chronic mastitis. Surgery and removal of the mammary glands (mastectomy) are still the best treatment options. In a mastectomy, the incision is performed in an ellipse, prepared from the surrounding tissue, then the nipple is removed.).
