In this sophisticated era, in the digital era, it is very easy for people to express opinions, express opinions, complain, share stories and experiences, or other things that they want to share with the public on social media. However, with the freedom of expression, there are often many violations that occur related to the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (hereinafter referred to as the “UU ITE”). So then people tend to have a fear of expressing themselves to the public on social media, due to ignorance and ignorance of the community towards the ITE Law. The ITE Law itself has two perspectives in the eyes of the public, some are looking at it from a positive point of view and some are looking at it from a negative point of view with the existence of this ITE Law. By using normative legal research methods, the sources used are secondary data. This research method is a library research method which is carried out by collecting legal materials through library studies and is guided by primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, and this research uses a statute approach. The purpose of this paper is to convey information about what things must be considered in using social media, how the influence of the news that the public conveys on social media in order to express themselves and how to use social media wisely, so that with this ITE Law does not make people worry about expressing themselves in any form on social media. So that in the future people can become wise and responsible users of social media.

It is important for a good manager to work with a good team of staff. The requirements for modern staff are increasing. In addition to needing a whole arsenal of qualifications, they are also required to have so-called “soft skills”, which require flexibility. These are behavioural competencies that unfold within our contacts with colleagues and partners and are part of emotional intelligence. We focus on “10 mandatory skills in today’s work environment”: Accept criticism, Flexibility, Problem-solving skills, Self-confidence; Work ethic; Endurance when working under the pressure of deadlines; Teamwork; Time management; Good communication; Positive point of view. A model for team building is provided to build a team and support cooperation between employees, increase personal self-efficacy and team development. Using “coaching“ and how coaching the process helps to reveal and realize the potential of pedagogical and non-pedagogical staff in the organization.

The presented text includes a review of various philosophical approaches to freedom categories, which, according to the author, is a relational term and experience. In his arguments, the researcher discusses freedom in correlation with i.a. such topics as independence, rootedness, sovereignty, the ability to act autonomously and to make independent decisions, etc. In his contemplations, the author elucidates the category of freedom both from a negative and a positive point of view, referring to the thoughts of Epictetus, G.W.F. Hegel, H. Bergson, F. Nietsche, E. Mounier, J.P. Sartre, R. Ingarden, and M. Buber.

The paper investigates the possibility of using SKS-30 ARK as a promising coagulant of triethanolamine and its salt in the technology of producing styrene-butadiene rubber. It was found that complete coagulation in the presence of triethanolamine occurs only at high consumption of its acidifying agent (sulfuric acid solution). Otherwise, complete coagulation is not observed. This is due to the fact that aqueous solutions of triethanolamine have an alkaline medium, and in this medium the aggregate stability of latex is greatest. It is noted that an increase in the consumption of triethanolamine in the process of coagulation not only does not increase the yield of rubber crumbs, but also leads to an increase in the consumption of the acidifying agent. It was found that to eliminate this disadvantage, it is possible to use the triethanolamine salt-triethanolamine hydrochloride. This solution was obtained from aqueous solutions of triethanolamine and hydrochloric acid, using homogenization. When triethanolamine hydrochloride is used as a coagulant, the process of separating rubber from latex proceeds by a neutralization mechanism. It was found that it is possible to use triethanolamine hydrochloride as a coagulant in lower dosages than sodium chloride and triethanolamine. It should be noted that the aqueous phase formed during the coagulation process in the presence of triethanolamine hydrochloride can later be returned to production as a solvent in the preparation of aqueous solutions of the acidifying agent and coagulant. At the same time, triethanolamine has anti-corrosion activity, which is a positive point for processes where strong sulfuric acid is used. It is established that the physical and mechanical characteristics of vulcanizates obtained on the basis of rubbers made in the presence of triethanolamine hydrochloride meet the requirements of the standard.

Biomarkers are molecules that are variable in their origin, nature, and mechanism of action; they are of great relevance in biology and also in medicine because of their specific connection with a single or several diseases. Biomarkers are of two types, which in some cases are operative with each other. Fluid biomarkers, started around 2000, are generated in fluid from specific proteins/peptides and miRNAs accumulated within two extracellular fluids, either the central spinal fluid or blood plasma. The switch of these proteins/peptides and miRNAs, from free to segregated within extracellular vesicles, has induced certain advantages including higher levels within fluids and lower operative expenses. Imaging biomarkers, started around 2004, are identified in vivo upon their binding by radiolabeled molecules subsequently revealed in the brain by positron emission tomography and/or other imaging techniques. A positive point for the latter approach is the quantitation of results, but expenses are much higher. At present, both types of biomarker are being extensively employed to study Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases, investigated from the presymptomatic to mature stages. In conclusion, biomarkers have revolutionized scientific and medical research and practice. Diagnosis, which is often inadequate when based on medical criteria only, has been recently improved by the multiplicity and specificity of biomarkers. Analogous results have been obtained for prognosis. In contrast, improvement of therapy has been limited or fully absent, especially for Alzheimer’s in which progress has been inadequate. An urgent need at hand is therefore the progress of a new drug trial design together with patient management in clinical practice.

This study shows how cartoonists use iconic and stereotypical animals in their works to reflect society’s knowledge about the effects of climate change. Studying 1022 climate change cartoons including depictions of animals, we noticed that there is very little biodiversity depicted in cartoons. Cartoonists generally avoid using animals indigenous to their own countries; this point is especially true regarding the low presence of insects and other invertebrates. This text also encourages cartoonists to adhere to some recommendations to improve climate change communication. These guidelines are (1) using indigenous wildlife, (2) depicting invertebrate wildlife, (3) improving their knowledge about the biogeographical distribution of each species to avoid spreading misconceptions and (4) developing climate change communication from a positive point of view, appealing to potential improvements against the climate crisis, both for humans and for the rest of the species.

This paper provides an approximate analysis of quadrilateral slabs having various cases of aspect ratios and boundary conditions based on actual two-way action. Nine slabs with different boundary conditions, each having 11 aspect ratios were analyzed using SAP2000 software, thereafter, robustly validated against mathematical solutions. In this article, the hydrostatic point phenomenon was established as a reference point for identifying the slabs with actual two-way action and as a growth reference for other cases. This allows for the use of growth models for the hydrostatic and deviatoric moment tensors. The innovative selection of the extreme positive point moment facilitates the introduction of materials nonlinearity into the design. The plate shorter dimension was used for moment normalization in both directions to preserve the directional influence of the dimensions and to isolate the hydrostatic phenomenon. Through starting at a point of hydrostatic phenomenon occurrence and via fixing one of the plate’s dimensions and extending the other (for any boundary conditions), the extreme point’s Mohr circle develops from the hydrostatic point phenomenon as a growth in the hydrostatic component and drastic growth in the deviatoric component. Subsequently, the largest principal moment develops a higher magnitude as the aspect ratio increases. Furthermore, the non-identical boundary conditions on two perpendicular directions result in a deviation of the two-way action.
