Since Brazil is one of the countries which generate more waste in the world and that organic waste represents more than half of this amount, this article aimed to evaluate the life cycle of solid waste in the City Market of Caucaia / CE, carrying out a study with a qualitative and quantitative approach, a descriptive nature and a bibliographic and documentary basis. Using two questionnaires, workes were interviewed, totaling 10 individuals. These individuals were asked about the generation, collection and destination of the waste produced. To understand the management of waste produced in the market, it was decided to interview the city hall technician responsible for the area. Most marketers deposit their waste in the open, do not know the final destination or ways of treating this waste and do not have access to selective collection. More than half of the waste produced has organic origin, however, there are wastes that need specific destination, such as batteries and electronics. Waste management is not very efficient and the city has no strategies. The results obtained show that the management and management of waste from Caucaia / CE still need to undergo some changes, mainly in relation to the destination and treatment of these, especially organic ones.

Interdisciplinarity is an advocacy of multiple disciplines, not the elimination of curricular subjects, as one might mistakenly infer. In other words, a solid disciplinary base is a prerequisite for the development of interdisciplinary projects. At the same time, disciplines are historical products of scientific development, being epistemological tools of scientific practice and political institutional arrangements for the control of knowledge. The knowledge related to interdisciplinarity builds, in the social environment, a relationship established across disciplines, and can be inserted in schools through projects and comprehensive work. Such projects can be observed in some universities. The use of interdisciplinarity in science and technology courses offers precious opportunities for students to solve problems, effectively building and consolidating knowledge in a learning process capable of inserting them in the labor market. Like interdisciplinarity, multidisciplinarity is a catalyst in the teaching-learning process, enabling students to act actively in the construction of their knowledge. Multidisciplinarity means that several disciplines study the same subject at the same time. The present article was developed to present a qualitative and quantitative panorama of the courses of Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science and Technology, offered in brazilian federal universities.

This work highlights the use of the digital inspiration application in mathematics classes as a pedagogical tool, as an explanatory/demonstrative instrument of the concepts and elements of geometric solids in the 6th grade classes, at the Professora Maura de Medeiros Bezerra Municipal School – Macau/RN. The purpose of this application was to expand the possibilities of learning in the Hybrid format in the pandemic period as an inverted classroom methodology.

The present work presents a research carried out with 6th and 7th grade students of Elementary School II at Escola Municipal Mon. Walfredo Gurgel Alto do Rodrigues/RN, aiming to encourage the use of materials such as Ruler and Square in Mathematics classes and to know your opinion about the use of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality glasses. This aimed at a reflective analysis of how the inclusion of technologies in education can enhance learning when the use of multimedia resources that help in understanding mathematical concepts or that enable a dynamic visualization of the object of study are encouraged. She seeks to know what the contribution of this device to the teaching and learning process of Mathematics. Methodologically, the work is characterized as an exploratory research of qualitative and quantitative nature, with a bias towards a case study, with data collected through a semi-structured questionnaire with 102 students. We can count on an interdisciplinary planning to present the programmed contents with more meaning. The results were analyzed based on the research instruments and the testimonies of the students, in addition to a brief study on information and communication technologies applied to learning. Thus, the data are organized in graphs where the research findings are expressed.

Laboratory effluents are sources of contamination that contribute to serious environmental impacts, especially liquid waste containing potentially toxic heavy metals, when improperly disposed of. A low-cost and good-efficiency alternative for removing metal ions is biosorption. The objective of this work was to characterize the biomass of cupuaçu husk and seed of the fruit of the açaí palm in natura and modified with sodium hydroxide through the parameters: pH in water and KCl, acidic and basic groups and the point of zero charge. It was noticed that the studied characteristics affirm that both in natura and modified biomasses are capable of absorbing potentially toxic metals.

The present study shows that the new organizational ecology is in evidence in the current scenario, requiring investments in practices that aim to produce ecological models to avoid negative impacts on the environment. It is necessary to change the behavior of the individual within organizations and also in society as a whole. We must raise awareness and preserve the environment, avoiding deforestation, fires, pollution generated by industries, unrestrained civil construction, especially in areas of environmental preservation, waste in general, excessive consumption of food of animal origin, disposal trash in inappropriate places, among others. This study was carried out through a literature review on scientific articles. The purpose of this article was to address aspects of the new ecology in the organizational scenario and in individuals. The results observed, through bibliographic studies, were the importance of adopting ecological models in the organizational environment, to avoid negative impacts on the environment, providing a better quality of life for individuals. It was concluded that it is necessary for organizations to adopt measures that preserve the environment, aiming at the welfare and quality of life of society.
