This article examines thoughts of Prof. Dr. Mujamil Qomar, M.Ag. which expressly states that the success of Islamic education in the level of realityexpectations one of which is determined by the management of Islamic education that serves the task of advancing the implementation, implementation or application of Islamic education institutionally. Among Qomar's thoughts on the management of Islamic education that is pithy and deserves an in-depth study is the nature of Islamic education management and its implications, philosophical objects and praxis as well as the dimensions of Islamic education management, the characteristics and characteristics of Islamic education management, the difference between Islamic education management and education management , as well as about the existence and constraints of Islamic education management. Thought Qomar can be explored clearly in three works, namely Manajemen Pendidikan Islam: Strategi Baru Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam (Management of Islamic Education: New Strategy Management of Islamic Education Institutions), Dimensions of Management of Islamic Education, and Strategy of Islamic Education, as well as other works that are not directly related to the discussion of Islamic education management.

The type of leader becomes an important entity in the management of islamic education. Surely, then, ongoing leadership should have a particular type of leadership that is expected to be able to bring wealth to the institutions or organizations it leads. As the educational organizers have already known that good leadership will deliver institutions to good qualities as well. As for this research, it focuses on the existence of authoritarian leadership in islamic education management. The study aims to identify forms of authoritarian leadership and the effect of its application in islamic institutions, and in this study researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewing the related literature. The results of the study indicate that authoritarian leadership is not appropriate to be adopted within islamic institutions for long periods of time, given that the good effects they have are very small and are more dominated by adverse effects. Researchers have thus revealed that it is necessary to recondition to eliminate and exclude the presence of this type of authoritarian leadership within the islamic institutions of education.

The Covid-19 pandemic that Indonesia has been facing since March 2020 requires well-planned handling to deal with this new normal or new normal. Adopt health protocols that are in accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) directives that apply globally to strengthen community resilience in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. Through various policies that have been established by the Government of Indonesia to respond to this Covid-19 pandemic health disaster. The level of transmission and spread of Covid-19 is still increasing and there has not been a significant decrease because the implementation of policies that handle Covid-19 which refers to WHO directives are still faced with many problems so that the handling is still not optimal and effective. Therefore, it is necessary to change the approach to handling the Covid-19 pandemic which is based on the values of Pancasila as a view of the life philosophy of the nation and the Indonesian people when viewed from the perspective of national interests, which is expected to increase the useful results of the efforts to handle the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by the Government. The implementation of Pancasila values in handling the Covid-19 pandemic can create a new normal or a new normal that is free from Covid-19.

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimise of library collection management in SMP Negeri 1 Bawen. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that (1) The flow of library collection management at SMP Negeri 1 Bawen was procurement, inventory, classification, cataloging, making library equipment, arranging library collections on shelves and weeding library collections. The implementation of the management of library collections is mostly carried out by the librarians of SMP Negeri 1 Bawen. (2) The implementation of library collection management at SMP Negeri 1 Bawen starting from the procurement of library collections to weeding library collections has mostly been carried out optimally and is in accordance with the provisions of library collection management standards according to laws issued by the national library, there are several processes which is still not in accordance with the standard (3) There are several obstacles in the process of managing library collections at SMP Negeri 1 Bawen, the obstacles that are often found in every management process are the lack of time and librarians in carrying out the entire process of managing library collections which causes the process of structuring collections in the library. library shelves and circulation services got a little late. (4) To remove obstacles from the process of managing library collections, the head of SMP Negeri 1 Bawen has several solutions, while the purpose of the solution of these obstacles is to optimize the management of library collections at SMP Negeri 1 Bawen.

This article wants to discuss how the management of Islamic education in maintaining the quality of learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Islamic education during a pandemic must have the right management because Islamic education is not only concerned with intellectual issues but also about spiritual issues. The purpose of Islamic education is a starting ethic, so automatically the management of Islamic education must be correct. During the pandemic, the management carried out by the Ministry of Religion and its staff launched a planning, management and supervision by means of online learning. Implementers of each school along with supervision and parents and peers are the most core supervisors in Islamic education. By using qualitative methods based on previous research and several books as primary and secondary sources, it is hoped that it can make a big contribution to Islamic education and scientifically there is an image of a new file taste for future scholarship.

This paper discusses the concept of management of character education in MTs Raudhatul Islamiyah Kemiri, the concept in question is the pattern of character growth of students with various supporting elements such as madrasa activities, rules or regulations, and content of Islamic education lessons that are applied in MTs Raudhatul Islamiyah Kemiri. In addition to these supporting elements, in order to grow the character of morality also has several strategies in supporting the achievement of character education management concepts such as: exemplary, learning, empowerment and acculturation, retention, and assessment. At this time Character becomes important for human life, especially for the next generation of nation. Therefore character education becomes important in school. However, the achievement of character values must be applied with good management. Character education management is a planned effort to make learners recognize, care and internalize the values so that learners are able to grow its character that consists of the process of planning, organizing, implementation and supervision.

The problem of this research is how academic supervision of the principal in helping teacher to overcome teaching difficulty at junior high school number 1 south Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative.research. The data were taken by conducting by personal interview, observations and documentation study. The data analysis used qualitative technique. The result of this study showed that (1) most of the teachers who were supervised had been fulfill aspect in academic supervision (2) academic supervision of principal used non directive and collaborative approach (3) headmaster used individual and group technigue in academic supervision (4) steps in academic supervision had been done by the principal.

This Researcheraims to describe the implementation of integrated quality management in educationat MTs Negeri 6 Banjar on customer focus, total engagement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement. This research usesthe theory of Jerome S. Arcaro. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study was carried out by reduce the data, after that it is presented in the form of a description, and verified by conclusion.

This study wanted to describe school management during completion and completion at Al Wildan Islamic Boarding School. This type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research objects are the Principal and Director of Education, the curriculum section, the personnel section, the infrastructure section, the student body section, the public relations section, the finance section, and the administration section. Researchers used methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data data in the form of data data. The method of data analysis includes 14 activities: first, data collection and data reduction, Second, data in the form of narrative. Third, the withdrawal of conclusions. The results of the research shown Al Wildan boarding school has not been put to good use. The integration is seen in activity programs and learning programs. Management here is categorized into 7 types namely: curriculum management, personnel, students, infrastructure, finance, public relations, and special services. So, between the management in the school and in boarding are interrelated. Furthermore, according to the results of a study done at Tangerang Al Wildan Islamic Boarding School using TQM techniques. The TQM that has been implemented is running well. This is evidenced through an explanation of the terms of the TQM implementation that has been included. As a commitment of the principal, have the vision, mission, and goals of the school, benefit from its success, have published influence, and a board of directors.
