<em>This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. The results of the study state that partially, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.</em>

Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data calculations and analysis used, obtained the regression equation, Y  20,091 0,441X. Results Hypothesis test t shows t count = 4.86 and t table = 2.032 with the value of significance = 0,000

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty Wardah Cosmetic at Transmart Bahu Manado. This research method uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 96 respondents who are Wardah product costumers. The sampling techniques in this study are using Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple regression data analysis method with an associative approach to see a causal relationship that includes validity test, reliability test, and simple regression analysis processed using the help of computer program SPSS 25. From the test result can be known statistically, it can be seen clearly that the independent variable Product Quality affects the dependent variable Customer Loyalty. The result of the study show: Based on the calculation results of the determinant coefficient obtained the R square value of 0,725 or 72,5% which states that there is variable influence Product Quality on the variable Customer Loyalty, while the remaining 24,5 % is influenced by other factors not present in this study. This shows that Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Where if the Product Quality is getting better, Customer Loyalty will be higher too.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development toward employee performance at Aswin Hotels and Spa Makassar. The model used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. And the method of determining the sample used is a saturated sample with the total sample represented the total population of 53 people. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that career development had a positive and significant effect toward employee performance at the Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar. Career development affected the performance of Aswin Hotel and Spa Makassar employees by 54.4%, while 45.6% of employee performance variables were affected by other variables who did not observe by researchers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, taste and promotion on consumer satisfaction at Mbak Siti's restaurant in Sosopan Village, Kotapinang District, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination and this data is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program. Hypothesis test results show that partially the product (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for product quality is tcount 0.009> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.993 <0.05. Hagra (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for price is tcount 2.273> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.32 <0.05. Taste (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for taste is tcount 0.541> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.593 <0.05. Promotion (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for promotion is tcount 6.794> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of Ftable in the 4: 26 distribution is 2.74, so based on table 4.14 it can be seen that the Fcount value is 36.656> 2.70, and a significant value is 0.000 <0.05, this shows that simultaneously the Independent Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Dependent Variable.

This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

Abstrac "The Effect of Bullying Against Student Confidence in elementary school in the Middle Tobelo District of North Halmahera Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine: The effect of bullying on student confidence in elementary schools in Central Tobelo District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a population of all students in elementary schools in North Tobelo Tengah District of North Halmahera with a sample of 100 students. Data collection using bullying scale and confidence and analyzed using simple regression analysis through the application of SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that bullying has a negative and significant effect on self confidence seen from the t test where t count = -5,570 <t.table = 1,984 while to determine the size of the contribution can be seen in the Determination Coefficient Test, where the contribution of bullying variables to confidence is 24% and other factors by 76%. Thus the results of the hypothesis test that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this test statistically proves that bullying can affect student confidence in elementary schools throughout Central Tobelo District.

This study aims to determine and test the Effect of Customer Service Services in Overcoming Customer Complaints of Customer Satisfaction in P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the customer at P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. The sample used in this study was 100 customers. The data used are primary data obtained through a questionnaire that is processed using the IBM SPSS 25 application. Data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of Customer Service on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Sulutgo Limboto Branch with a significance value of 0.040. the value of t count is greater than t table for customer service variables of 2,077> 1,660 and a significance value of 0.040. This significance value is still smaller than the alpha value (0.05) so that H_0 is rejected.

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. The company tries to create a product of course with good quality so consumers are interested in buying the product being sold. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer perceptions, innovation and product quality on purchasing decisions of tourists consuming traditional getuk goreng food in Sokaraja Tengah Village, Sokaraja District. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, regression testing, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study consumers' perceptions significantly influence purchasing decisions by 31.9%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Innovation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 41.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 26.9%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Consumer perception, innovation and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 50.1%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Purchasing decisions significantly influence consumer satisfaction by 45.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.
