Public service always gets special attention from the Immigration Office Class I TPI Yogyakarta as a government agency that has the task of providing immigration services to the community, the breadth of the work area that has led to the high number of services carried out which is then accompanied by the high number of public service archives created, one of the steps taken to deal with this is the use of information technology in the process of managing archives. In this study, we used qualitative-descriptive methods used to explain how the process of managing public service archives is owned and to get an idea of how information technology is implemented at the Immigration Office of Class I TPI Yogyakarta.  The results found from this study are still found constraints on the process of managing public service archives which then cause the process of managing public service archives can’t be carried out properly, then related to the application of information technology devices in the Immigration Office Class I TPI Yogyakarta has been carried out in accordance with the prevailing rules but in its implementation, there are still obstacles especially related to human resources. Therefore, The Immigration Office class I TPI Yogyakarta needs to continue to improve to maximize the process of managing public service archives and maximize the use of information technology that has been implemented.

The research discusses the quality of the mosque's recording services based on the information technology in the district of Pahandut, Palangka Raya. More specifically the purpose of this research is 1) to know the implementation of public services in the registration of mosque-based information technology in the district of the KUA Pahandut City Palangka Raya 2) to describe and analyze the quality of Public service in the mosque's registration of information technology at the KUA district of Pahandut City Palangka Raya 3) to know any obstacles that preclude the application of the mosque service based on information technology in KUA District The city of Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative descriptive approaches. Qualitative research is a research procedure that generates descriptive data of written or spoken words from people and behaviors that can be observed. Being descriptive in this study, analysis of information is not out of the materials that are researched that is the material of the field such as the results of interviews, observation or documentation in-depth to be able to get valid data. The results of the study showed that: 1) the implementation of information technology-based mosque in KUA subdistrict of Pahandut City Palangka Raya does not suffer significant problems 2) seen in terms of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, KUA district of Pahandut City Palangka Raya has a diversity of problems in it 3) there are also barriers in the implementation of the registration services mosque-based information technology among others from the aspect of resources Public awareness and facilities and infrastructure.

The Low Performance of Penitentiary Organizations in Greater Bandung. The cause of the problem is allegedly Guidance for Employees and Empowerment of Human Resources has not been done on the Performance of Penitentiary Organizations in Greater Bandung. Human resources as part of the scope of Public Administration by using qualitative descriptive analysis research methods and quantitative analysis (path analysis), while the population is Bandung Correctional Institutions (Sukamiskin Class I Correctional Institution Bandung, Class IIA Banceuy Bandung and Class I Kebon Waru Bandung). Staff development and empowerment of human resources have been carried out in accordance with the capabilities of the apparatus at the Bandung Institute of Corrections. Simultaneously the effect of employee coaching and empowerment of human resources on the performance of the Bandung Correctional Institution in Greater Bandung was 69.9%, while the epsilon was 30.1%. Partial influence of employee coaching consisting of factors giving decent wages, providing opportunities and encouragement to develop careers, disciplining the rules to achieve high organizational effectiveness, The results of research indicate a new thing that Organizational Performance in Penitentiary in Greater Bandung needs make new breakthroughs so that employees can work more innovating into the future to produce employees who have high morale and fighting spirit in carrying out their duties. Meaning that it is necessary to optimize the development and empowerment of human resources towards the performance of organizations in Bandung Correctional Institutions in Greater Bandung.

Abstract Government’s performance in the public service regarding building permit in Urban Planning Department of Gorontalo City. This research aims at investigating the public service performance at the Urban Planning Office of Gorontalo city. This qualitative descriptive research employed observation, interview, and documentation in collecting the data. The technique of data analysis comprised of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results reveal that the government’s performance is influenced by 1) human resources, 2) facilities and infrastructures, and 3) job mechanism. Furthermore, the efforts to improve the performance are 1) participation of the officers in technical training about building permits policy; 2) disseminating the insight regarding building permit on the district level through the media such as newspaper, television, and radio; 3) providing proper facilities and infrastructures. Efforts to improve the performance should include 1) upgrading human resources; 2) providing facilities and infrastructures; 3) coordinating with the local government unit; 4) promoting awareness of the society since some people do not have a properunderstanding of the legality of building permits. Keywords: Performance and Public Services

E-Public services based on information technology have been improved during the industrial revolution 4.0. Implementing E-Public Service leads to transforming public services in government from the old designs to the new designs that can assist in realizing agile government models. The agile government model is a model of government that creates a culture of agile and intelligent bureaucracy. This model focuses on the requirements of speed and ease in government processes, including public services. This study aims to explain the design of e-Public Service in realizing the Agile Government model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach assisted by NVivo 12 software in processing data. This study shows that the design of public Service in realizing an agile government model based on information technology is creating responsive public services, facilitating and accelerating the process of public services, and improving the quality of effective and efficient public services.

The development of information technology becomes necessary to serve library users, particularly to  develop digital libraries. The aim of this study is to examine the preparation of the library of STIKES Aisyiyah Yogyakarta to build digital libraries, users and policy makers expectations, and ways  to solve the challenges. Using qualitative descriptive approachand purposive sampling, data collection technique was conducted by using observations, in-depth inteviews, and documentations. The data was analysed by using validity of test data. Evaluation of the results was framed by  the works  of Ian H. Witten- David Bainbridge and Lucy A. Tedd. The results showed that most of the components were already prepared in the library of STIKES Aisyiyah Yogyakarta’ s  in developinga digital library, however, but there were several components that need to  be prepared better, such as  human resources and time management. Several efforts have been and will be made to address those concerns to avoid  failure to build a digital library. The idea to outsource should be considered. . The addition of experts from outside of the library as part of the team are needed to further strengthen the digital library development.The author suggested that the library staff continue to increase knowledge about the digital libraries, to overcome the technical obstacles emerged.

This study aims to analyze public service innovations through the application "E-dukcapil" in making family cards at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Karawang Regency. The research conducted is qualitative research, in this research is descriptive in nature, namely to describe the reality of the events under study. The focus of this research is using the innovation attribute theory by Rogers, namely: (1) relative advantage, (2) suitability, (3) complexity, (4) possibility of experimentation, (5) ease of observation. Through observation data collection techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. With the number of informants as many as 3 people. The results showed that the innovation of family card services through the "E-dukcapil" application was not entirely ideal. This is because the application has only been implemented for 3 months, and problems such as server disruptions are still common. Lack of public understanding of the use of information technology and the lack of human resources of the implementing apparatus, namely the number of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Karawang Regency, which is only equivalent to 40 people.

This study discusses the Management of Internal Inactive Records in the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service. This study aims to determine how the management of internal inactive records in the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service, as well as any obstacles encountered in managing the internal inactive records and their coping efforts at the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection methods in this research are in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Information in this research is, one Head of Archive Management Division, one Head of Dynamic Records Management Section and one Manager of Household Infrastructure and Services. The results of this study indicate that the process of managing internal inactive records in the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service has implemented a life cycle or record life cycle manually. In addition, it has also implemented semi-automation, namely by applying the transfer of archive media. The constraints faced in managing the internal inactive records are Human Resources / Archivists who are lacking, have not carried out annihilation, and have not re-used the automation system.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.
