IntroductionPsychiatric disorders may become more severe when the subject is exposed to a hostile environment. Symptoms of mental malaise are expressed by the senses, including speech and language.MethodsThe method is used of semiotic analysis and thanatological movie.ObjectiveTo investigate the limit and death as a trigger of a singular mode of use of the spoken language. The problem presented in this paper is the linguistic system created by Nell.ResultsPartial results show that spoken language in this particular cut, becomes an instrument for dealing with the losses accumulated throughout his life. The life of isolation, restrictions on maternal vocalization, her mother's death and mourning acted as an inhibitor of language.ConclusionThe spoken language works like kaleidoscope of interactions of the individual with their group, with the medium in which it is inserted, with the set of beliefs that nourishes and with the world that she wants there, even if only in your intimate venue. Thus, demonstrating the sociolinguistic approach inalienable role in speech performance.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

IntroductionPsycho-Oncology (PO) is a specific psychiatric approach to cancer patients. The main psychiatric disorders observed are delirium and adjustment disorders (AD) and the most frequent treatments used are pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic. With regard to the type of cancer, the most frequent in Portugal are breast, digestive and prostate.ObjectiveAnalyze the activity of PO in a district general hospital in Portugal.AimsDemonstrate that the main core in PO is similar in the world.MethodsProspective longitudinal study, during one year.ResultsThe sample had 130 patients (369 evaluations), mainly male, with the mean age of 64.22 years. The most frequent psychiatric diagnoses were delirium (56 cases; 43%) and AD (44; 34%) and the main interventions used were pharmacologic and psycho-education. The most common frequent cancers were digestive (54; 42%), urologic (16; 12%) and breast (15; 11%). This high frequency of urologic cancer was interpreted as a consequence of the sample and its geographic location, but it was also a reflection of the large number of requests made by this specialty. The majority of cancers had an advanced stage (84% vs 16%) that can be explained by the sample but also by health culture in Portugal, which is reflected in the inpatient services: Oncology (51; 39%) and Palliative Care (25; 19%).ConclusionsThe type of psychiatric disorders and treatments offered in PO is preserved around the world. The authors propose to do more studies, namely if the relation with others specialties affects psychiatric treatment of the patient.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

The article considers the conceptualization of the world from the point of view of its methodological paradigm assessment in the context of the globalizing world. A retrospective analysis of the relationship between language and human speech activity is given. The authors explain the role of language as a socio-cultural phenomenon in the formation of worldview systems that develop in the consciousness with the help of minimal units of human experience in their ideal meaningful representation in special concepts, which allows the individual to think within the boundaries of a certain linguistic picture of the world. Analyzes the problems of the functioning of communicative norms with regard to the hierarchy of the spiritual representations of the world. The article attempts to consider the impact of the “blurring” of the information boundaries of the globalizing world on the cognitive abilities of the individual in the nomination, qualification of the subject, phenomenon, process.

IntroductionIn the older adult hypochondria is one of the most common somatoform disorders, and represents a particular challenge for approach, diagnosis and treatment, since in this age group, non-psychiatric medical comorbidity and concomitant presence of other psychiatric disorders very high. It is therefore very complex differentiate hypochondria disease with a real organic cause [1].MethodsReview of the relevant literature on the subject by searching PUBMED, limited to studies of greater scientific hierarchy.ResultsAnalysis of symptoms present in a hypochondriac patient with comorbid psychiatric disorders and organic pathology, valuing the importance it has in its clinical manifestations and the difficulty of differential diagnosis.ConclusionsIn the elderly, the high frequency of somatic disease conditions the need for a deeper physical and mental examination to avoid subjecting patients to unnecessary scrutiny and risky complementary tests [1].The evolution of hypochondriacs, dragging hypochondria from youth is not good, persisting in his complaint and his need to see a doctor for diagnostic examinations [2]. The therapeutic approach depends on the type of complaint, in which the treatment of the underlying disease as a psychotherapeutic and pharmacological mixed approach may be the right things [2].Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

A sedução é sempre superficial. The world today, as said by Leach, is “a culture of copy”. The world has become infinitely multi-copied, where the image, hipper real, is converted in simulation and, by its own nature, dismissed from reality itself on which a reflection is proposed. Today, the world of a certain architecture, is a world of Image, which leads to a deficit when recognizing the constructed space, without social content, without touching the tangible reality. It is through the detachment from the Subject of Architecture that seductive images result, consumable and without speech, where the architectural production is reduced to philosophical manipulations that validate form, without content. Seduction is always superficial. The act of designing as a preview of a future, assumes the existence of an Idea generated from the imagined invention. Therefore, designing and inventing through images is the exact essence of architecture. Although it is based on the individual experience, intuitive and intangible, the teaching of architecture is sustained by “conventional facts” like it was said by Moneo, transcended in social value that gives it meaning, thus filling the learning of architecture with a transcendent dimension. Architecture is then, by a social and artistic way, a cultural phenomenon, and the architect, a producer of culture, inserted on a conventional context, in which architecture acquires meaning.

The article analyzes the problem of socialization of the individual in philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and socio-pedagogical research. The historical basis of the development of the theory of socialization is revealed, the subject-object and subject-subject approach in socialization is characterized. Representatives of the subject-object consider socialization as a process of human adaptation to society, which forms each of its members in accordance with its inherent culture. Proponents of the subject-subject approach note that a person participates in the process of socialization and not only adapts to society, but also influences his life circumstances and himself, during which both the individual and society develop. The study describes three main areas of study of the socialization process: socio-philosophical, socio-psychological and socio-pedagogical. The main characteristics of the socialization process are analyzed: factors, stages, mechanisms, types, means, agents, institutions. Particular attention is paid to the study of aberrational socialization, which scientists interpret as negative, false, distorted, distorted. The author concludes that the theory of socialization is open and mobile, constantly supplemented and changed along with the variability of the world and society, under the influence of external (social) and internal (individual psychological) factors.

This article reflects the results of a theoretical understanding of the problem of spiritual-moral formation of personality. Relying on the method of theoretical analysis, we note the fact very long and sustained interest of representatives of various branches of anthropology to this issue. Fundamental research in this area was carried out by philosophers, culturologists, sociologists, the results of whose researches, from our point of view, can be regarded as a theoretical, methodological bases for the development of the problem of education of spirituality and morality of the individual from the standpoint of pedagogy. No of less important for the development of technological approaches to optimization of the process of spiritually-moral education of personality you are the works of psychologists. It was the psychologists, analyzing the essential characteristics of spirituality and morals in the first place, bind them with the attitude of the subject, both to the world and to ourselves; associate spirituality and morality as the cognitive and affective processes. The allocation of the spectrum of characteristics that reflect the essence of spirituality and morality of the individual, will allow, from our point of view, to optimize the process of developing technological approaches to solving this problem.

The article deals with the problems of substantiation of service levels in long-term maintenance contracts of public roads. It has been established that the requirements for the operating condition of road elements in existing regulatory documents are rather complete, but they are unsystematized, which complicates the process of their processing in order to conclude a long-term contract for maintenance of roads. It has been determined that according to the world experience, the problem of substantiation of service levels should be considered with detail at the level of the individual defect. The research object is a long-term contract based on end-of-life performance (service levels) of public roads. The subject of research - levels of service - requirements for the operational state of general roads. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the levels of service in long-term contracts for the maintenance of public roads. Research methods - analysis and theoretical generalization of the world experience in substantiating service levels when implementing long-term maintenance contracts of roads. The conducted studies have shown that simulation modeling, in particular, the Monte Carlo method, should be used to solve the problem of substantiation of service levels. In this case, the indicators of the level of maintenance of the elements of roads should be set better than the maximum permissible in terms of ensuring safety, speed and comfort of motion and the requirements for the preservation of elements of roads.

The subject of scientific reflection is the contemplation and action as ways of the human attitude to the world, existence, substantiated and accomplished in the ontology of human life by I. S. Turgenev, thinker and artist. The presence of a “thought” and “will”, consciousness and action, knowledge and transformation is considered by the writer as a fundamental characteristic of the human way of existence, which becomes the semantic core of the philosophical and anthropological concept of the article-speech “Hamlet and Don Quixote” (1860), fundamental for the research on Turgenev's creative work at the level of historical poetics. The activity approach to the person, strengthened at the turn of the classical and non-classical stages of development of philosophical thought, — the time of formation of Turgenev’s world outlook, explains converging of the points of opposite “native types”, their transition from the ideal existence into the real one, their equally weighted opposition to the “evil and lies”. As a result, according to Turgenev's view the images of Hamlet and Don Quixote come together on the ground of “worship to the Truth” and the “idea of high merits” of the individual, in which the human “nature” and “quintessence” are objectified. Therefore, the analysis of the hamletian and don-quijotian types could be carried out by Turgenev just within the universal socio-cosmic lay of the interrelation of the opposites inherent in centripetal and centrifugal natural forces and their tendency to synthesis. The “tragic aspect of human life” engendered by the inaccessibility of such synthesis may be overcome by means of comprehension of the Truth, the “true meaning of nature”. Moreover, Turgenev’s ontological idea of the “Conciliation and absorbtion of everything existing in the other”, argued at the attitudinal and aesthetic levels, is the basis for the definition of the meaning of human life. This meaning is found in the balance between the content of all human life and the world, society, other people in the name of the “ideal”, establishment of the truth and justice. Hence, contemplation and action as forms of a morally responsible attitude to life in Turgenev’s artistic ontology are directly related to the problem of “high levels” and quality of human existence.

Freedom as an authentic and willed process, characteristic of man as a human rational being, enables the individual to act in accordance with the principles of morality, since the individual can choose between good and evil (between two possibilities), and in this way to get out of the sphere of the given to which the rest of the living world is limited. We should recall the forgotten Marx and his famous text on the essential difference between the animal world and humanity as a genus: "The animal is immediately united with its vital activity. It does not differ from it. It is vital activity. Man makes his own vital activity the subject of his will and consciousness. He has conscious vital activity. This is not a determination with which he merges immediately. Conscious vital activity distinguishes man directly from animal vital activity. It is exactly in this way alone that he is a generic being. Or a conscious being, i.e. his own life is a subject for him precisely because he is a generic being. It is only for this reason that his activity is free activity..." (K. Marx, "Alienation", Early Works). In other words, while animals live just the life of their species and cannot choose anything else, since the choice has been made by the fact of their belonging to a species, man can choose the world in which to live, overcoming in this way the natural givens. Here lies the core of the anthropological explanation of the principle of morality, inconceivable without man's ability to be an authentic free being.

Migration and immigration as phenomena of the 21st century have a clear connection with terrorism, namely not only as its result, but also its reason. The main reason is represented by a doctrine of the world superpowers in their effort in gaining capital and looking for crude oil, and is also a result of the colonial past of the majority of the European countries. The individual world religions are experiencing breaking the armistice resulting in armed conflicts and illegitimate interfering of the world powers even without the UNO authorization to do so. Though the United Nations Organisation has a noble mission, its activities do not correspond with the content of the mission. Even the embargo imposed on the Russian federation cannot force anybody to think Russia is interested in solving the problem and does so only in favour of its interests. As has already been stated above the USA has its own interests and maybe also the feeling of guilt as the majority of the so-called Islamic state, just like opponents of the regimes in Lybia, Syria and Egypt, had to undergo training programmes and were armed by American specialists who asked for their Judas services a lot of money. Research tools used to write this article was analysis, analysis, synthesis of available information, reports, scientific articles on the subject and subsequent deduction to identify conclusions.
