Negative stigma labelled against Covid-19 patients and health workers can worsen Covid-19 management situation. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze Surakarta people’s interpretation on Covid-19 patient and their social construction process on Covid-19 patient in Surakarta Indonesia. This qualitative research with phenomenological research employed purposive sampling technique. Research informants consisted of Surakarta people, Pulmonologists and Nurses in Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital, Chief Executive of Covid-19 Management Acceleration Task force of Surakarta City, etc. Online observation, in-depth interview, and documentation with internet media were used to collect primary and secondary data. Method and data source triangulations were used to validate data. Interactive model of analysis was conducted using Berger’s Social Construction theory. Surakarta People’s social construction on Covid-19 positive patients passed through some process: Externalization process indicated with Surakarta people’s early perception on Covid-19 as a new disease known poorly, thereby generating fear and ignorance among them; Objectification process showing people with varying perspectives on Covid-19 positive patients; and Internalization process finding the subjective reality of Surakarta People on Covid-19 patients affected by objectification stage, later creating interpretation on individual or group having ever interacted with this virus patient.

<p><em>Life story of Covid-19 survivors aims to educate the people through patients’ testimony about experience with Covid-19 infection symptoms and the treatment they got in Surakarta Indonesia. The qualitative research with this biographic approach was conducted based on life story of Patients with Supervision (Pasien Dalam Pengawasan / PDP) using purposive sampling technique, so that the informants selected were PDP recovered from Covid-19, PDP’s family, friend, neighbor, Surakarta people, Pulmonologist and nurse in Dr. Moewardi Hospital of Surakarta, Chief Executive of Covid-19 Management Acceleration Task force of Surakarta, and Chairperson of Surakarta Health Office. The author collected primary and secondary data using online observation, in-depth interview and documentation. To validate data, method and data source triangulations were used. Data obtained was analyzed using an interactive model of analysis using Bandura’s Social Learning theory. Considering the patients’ experience, it can be seen that they are healed from Covid-19, because they were disciplined and complied with the procedure of treatment for Covid-19 patients. It can inspire and encourage other patients to keep fighting for their recover; to keep thinking positively, and to be sure that they will be healed, to follow the health protocol for coping with Covid-19, and to improve spirituality by getting closer to God.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><strong> <em>life story, Patient with Supervision, Covid-19</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong></strong></p><p>Kisah hidup pasien yang sembuh dari Covid-19 bertujuan mengedukasi masyarakat melalui testimoni pengalaman pasien selama mengalami gejala serangan Covid-19 hingga selama perawatan di Surakarta Indonesia. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan biografi ini diambil dari kisah hidup Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga informan yang dipilih adalah PDP yang sudah sembuh dari Covid-19, keluarga PDP, teman, tetangga, masyarakat Surakarta, Dokter Spesialis Paru dan perawat di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta, Ketua Pelaksana Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 Kota Surakarta dan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surakarta. Peneliti mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi melalui daring. Untuk menguji validitas data digunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Model Analisis Interaktif dan teori Mekanisme Survival dari Scott. Pengalaman pasien yang berhasil sembuh dari Covid-19, karena selama menjalani perawatan pasien Covid-19 disiplin dan patuh. Hal ini dapat menjadi inspirasi dan dorongan bagi pasien lain untuk terus berjuang agar sembuh; selalu berpikir positif dan yakin untuk sembuh; mengikuti protokol kesehatan penanganan Covid-19; serta meningkatkan spriritualitas dengan lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan.</p><strong>Kata kunci: Kisah Hidup, Pasien Positif, Covid-19</strong>

Elder group is the one with the risk of being infected with Coronavirus Disease 19 (Covid-19). It is very important to prevent Covid-19 transmission with any attempt, particularly in elders. This research aimed to help explain the importance of maintaining immunity and preventing Covid-19 transmission to elders in order to be alerted to Covid-19 in Surakarta Indonesia. This qualitative research with explorative approach employed purposive sampling technique. Unit of analysis consisted of elders in many areas in Surakarta, Chief Executive of Covid-19 Management Acceleration Task force of Surakarta City, pulmonologist and nurses in Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Hospital, Chairperson of Surakarta City’s Health Office (DKK), Head of Disease Control and Environmental Health Division of Surakarta Health Office, and Chairperson of Surakarta City’s Social Office. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation, and then method and data source triangulations. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model of analysis with Parsons’ system theory. The result of research showed that the Covid-19 prevention in elders in Surakarta was conducted through improving their physical immunity, nursing care for elders, nursing care for family, and preventing physical, and mental and psychosocial health problems in elders.

The growth of accomodation number in Canggu Village is very significant and happen on the seashore. Canggu village is a strategic place for investors to invest today. One of accomodation that has been built by investors in this village is Canggu Intercontinental Hotel. The building process of this hotel experienced many problems caused by violation of agreement between investors and local people. Thus, this research aims to determine the conflicts between local people of Canggu village and tourism investors. This research conducted in Canggu village, Kuta Utara subdistrict, Badung regency. The type of data used is qualitative data. The data source used are primary and secondary data. The data collecting technique used are in-depth interview, observation, and literature study. The method used to determine informants is purposive sampling technique, and the informants are chief of Banjar Canggu and head of orderliness and peacefully section of Kuta Utara subdistrict. This research is limited by concept of agreement, concept of local people, and theory of conflict. The result of this research is that the conflicts between local people and tourism investors about access of Batu Mejan and Canggu cemetery in Canggu village, Badung regency are manifest and latent conflict. The manifest conflict is in the form of road blockade to Canggu Intercontinental Hotel construction which done by local people. The latent conflict is in the form of local issues that emerged among local people which can lead them to do physical actions or manifest conflicts with the investors. Those conflicts are proofs of disagreement between local people and investors regarding to the access of local cemetery and Batu Mejan Temple in Canggu village. Depression in the elderly if not immediately dealt with quickly can cause brain shrinkage, so that the elderly will experience a decrease in quality of life, decreased social and physical function, disability, suicide risk and increased mortality in the elderly. This study aimed to determine the effect of reminscene group therapy on depression in the elderly at BPPLU Kota Bengkulu. This study used a pre-experimental one group pre test and post test design. The population in this study were 60 elderly at the BPPLU in Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling techniques as many as 14 elderly. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Shapiro Wilk data normality test and Paired T test. The results showed that the average depression before reminiscene therapy was 8.21 with a standard deviation of 1.626, the average value of depression after reminiscene therapy was 6.71 with a standard deviation of 2.234, there was an effect of reminiscene group therapy on depression in the BPPLU city Bengkulu. It is expected that health workers can routinely carry out group therapy in treating depression in the elderly. Keywords: depression, elderly, reminiscene group therapy

Preeclampsia and eclampsia is a complication in the labor process whose incidence is always high. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between Birth Weight and the incidence of preeclampsia in RSUD dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu city in 2017. The type of research used in this study is Survey Analytic using the Cross Sectional method. The population in this study was overall in the hospital of Dr. M. Yunus City of Bengkulu in January to December in 2017 which is 362 babies. The sampling technique in this study was 78 proportional sampling. The data used is secondary data obtained from the patient register at Dr. M Yunus Hospital in Bengkulu. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test (2) and Contingency Coefficient (C) test. The results obtained: Of the 78 newborns sampled there were 60 infants (76.9%) normal birth weight, 55 people (70.5%) did not experience preeclampsia, there was a significant relationship between preeclampsia and low infant weight in RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in the tight category. It is expected that health workers can maintain and improve the quality of their abilities and skills to deal with babies with low birth weight born by preeclampsia patients or other patients.

Anemia is a clinical condition of reducing the quality of red blood cells. In circulation that is marked by low hemoglobin levels in the blood. The impact of anemia on iron nutrition results in a pale, weak, tired, dizzy, and decreased concentration of learning. Other causes: the level of knowledge of adolescent girls and the length of menstruation. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of class XI knowledge about the effects of anemia on reproductive health in SMA 6 Medan 2019. This research is descriptive using primary and secondary data. The populations in this study were 30 teenage girls in SMA 6 Medan as many as in-class XI IPA I. The sampling technique of this study was using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was 30 students. The results of this study indicate that the majority of people who lack knowledge are 16 people (54%) and the minority of people who have good knowledge is 4 people (13%). The study conclusion is that the majority of female student’s knowledge about the effects of anemia on reproductive health is lacking. For the school and adolescents, it is hoped that they will increase their knowledge by came and working with health workers to promote health about the effect of anemia on reproductive health.

The distraction method is a method for pain relief by diverting the patient's attention to other things so that the patient will forget about the pain he is experiencing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons on the decrease in pain scale during injection in preschool children (3-6 years) in the Edelwis room of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest and posttest design. Samples of 30 respondents were taken by accidental sampling technique. Primary data collection was carried out using a pain scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from related agencies that were related in this study. The results of the study, from 30 respondents there were 23 people with mild pain and 7 people with moderate pain after being treated watching animated cartoons. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Z value of -3.963 is obtained with the A symp value. Sig (ρ) = 0,000, because the value of ρ 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons to reduce the pain scale in pre-school children when injecting in the Edelweis room of Dr. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. It is expected that health workers and the community can be more focused on care for children when the child is hospitalized in undergoing hospitalization. Keywords: Distraction Technique, Watching Animated Cartoons, Pain Scale

AbstrakBuruh Migran Indonesia yang bekerja di luar negeri, baik kategori legal maupun yang ilegal lebih banyak melibatkan tenaga kerja wanita salah satunya berasal dari Kabupaten Tulungagung, Propinsi Jawa Timur. Di Negara Hongkong jumlah TKI asal Propinsi Jawa Timur paling banyak, yakni mencapai sekitar 170.000 orang, disusul Taiwan sekitar 160.000, dan Malaysia sekitar 130.000 orang. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan identifikasi pada ketertarikan wanita di Kabupaten Tulungagung pada untuk menjadi buruh migran di Hongkong yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teori konstruksi sosial. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive di Kabupaten Tulungagung meliputi 6 Kecamatan terpilih dengan melakukan observasi dan  in-depth interview pada 20 informan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi emigrasi wanita ke Hongkong sesuai dengan konstruksi sosial yang terbentuk adalah Adanya jaringan migran sukses yang berada di Hongkong dengan berbagai fasilitas, kemudahan dan kenyamanan yang ditawarkan, “social prestige” pada mereka yang bekerja sebagai buruh migran dan kebutuhan dalam jangka panjang.Kata Kunci: Hongkong, Konstruksi Sosial, Migrasi Internasional, Perempuan, TulungagungAbstractIndonesian domestic worker whose came from Tulungagung Regency, East Java has been engaged as women labor and known as legal or illegal worker abroad. Divided into destination labor proportion at East Java Province, Hongkong has the first position with 170.000 worker, followed by Taiwan on 160.000 and Malaysia at least 130.000 worker being there. Research was conducted to identify local women interest on being Indonesian domestic worker using social construction theory. Research was done on purposive technique by qualitative method at Tulungagung Regency which covered 6 chosen district. Observed at least 20 informan and having in-depth interviewed, research identified through some factor: based on social construction, succeed migrant network at Hongkong has bade on privilege and comfortable life. Hence, social prestige also offers for Indonesia domestic worker at Hongkong. Health centers have a role in improving the quality of health services to the community. The distance between the puskesmas and the residents' residences as well as inadequate medical equipment affects people's motivation to come for treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of families in the use of the Puskesmas for sick family members. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 48 people who were selected by purposive sampling technique and the respondents were the heads of families residing in the village of Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. The results of the study were analyzed by univariate analysis by describing descriptively the frequency distribution and proportion of each variable. Family motivation in using the puskesmas for sick family members showed that the majority of respondents had a low level of motivation. Low family motivation is influenced by several factors, namely based on trust, facilities, distance and availability of health workers   Abstrak Puskesmas mempunyai peran dalam hal peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Jarak puskesmas dengan tempat tinggal penduduk serta peralatan kesehatan yang tersedia tidak memadai mempengaruhi motivasi masyarakat untuk datang berobat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan Puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripstif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purpossive sampling dan responden merupakan kepala keluarga yang berada di desa Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisa univariat dengan menjabarkan secara deskriptif distribusi frekuensi dan proporsi masing-masing variabel. Motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat motivasi yang rendah. Motivasi keluarga yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu berdasarkan kepercayaan, fasilitas, jarak dan ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan

ABSTRACT             Asphyxia is breathing difficulty that occurs in newborns. Low birth weight (LBW) neonates often suffer from asphyxia, this are due to surfactant deficiency, incomplete lung growth, weak respiratory muscles, and easily bent ribs, therefore it can not supply oxygen enough of the placenta. Data from Arifin Achmad Hospital showed that the number of neonatal asphyxia includes 15 largest disease as the cause of infant mortality. In 2014 from January to September there were 36 cases of asphyxia of 955 newborns (3.76%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between LBW and asphyxia neonatorum at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province in 2014. This research method used quantitative analytical research and the design was case control. This research was conducted at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province on March 3 until May 3 2015. The population in this study was all newborn babies who born at Arifin Achmad Hospital and samples were 72 respondents which consisted of 36 cases and 36 control. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data collection used secondary data by using a checklist sheet, data was processed by computer and data analysis used univariate and bivariate. The results from the chi square test showed that there was a relationship between LBW and asphyxia indicated by p value = 0.002 <0.05. It is expected that health professionals can provide information about the factors related to asphyxia as low birth weight, risk factor of maternal nutritional status to the mother and fetus. In addition, to health workers are also expected to provide information to pregnant women about how to prevent LBW and asphyxia by providing brochures, leaflets and others.
