Rejuvenation technique on cable insulation failures is a hot topic in improving production benefits for electric related enterprises. Breaking the traditional thought of repair action without extensive former damage in scale of the cable insulation, the proposed technique starts from the local standard geometry elimination on insulation or sheaths around cable insulation failure section(s). And then, one standard injection molding technique is applied for rejuvenation on eliminated insulation no matter of the failure resulting from water tree or local mechanical damage or other modes. By this advancement, an injection molding technique is perfectly developed for rejuvenation on cable insulation failure. Frame work on this technigue is hear introduced and it consists of three branches including injection molding material development, standard injection plastic molding technique, and coded quality approval regularities. Realizability and reliability of the present technigue have been verified by sampling testing to expect to be wide applied in production.

It is not common to accompany material development by a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) during the research and development phase. It is the aim of the study at hand to present environmental aspects of the manufacturing of different polypropylene composites by injection moulding in comparison to the neat polypropylene. The process analysis following two injection-moulding experiments revealed that the total specific energy consumption of injection moulding of seven different materials and on different scales ranges from 1.6 MJ/kg to 3.5 MJ/kg. On the level of an ex-ante LCA from cradle-to-factory gate, injection moulding can be rated from being a negligible to an important contributor.

The phenomenon that often arises in a substation is the problem of partial discharge in outgoing cable insulation. Partial discharge is a jump of positive and negative ions that are not supposed to meet so that it can cause a spark jump. If a partial discharge is left too long it can cause insulation failure, the sound of snakes like hissing and the most can cause a flashover on the outgoing cable. Then a partial discharge detection prototype was made in the cable insulation in order to anticipate the isolation interference in the outgoing cable. Can simplify the work of substation operators to check the reliability of insulation on the outgoing side of each cubicle. So it was compiled as a method for measuring sound waves caused by partial discharge in the process of measuring using a microphone sensor, the Arduino Mega 2560 module as a microcontroller, the LCD TFT as a monitoring and the MicroSD card module as its storage. The microphone sensor is a sensor that has a high sensitivity to sound, has 2 analog and digital readings, and is easily designed with a microcontroller. Basically the unit of measure measured at partial discharge is Decibels. The results of the prototype can be applied to the cubicle and the way it works is to match the prototype to the outgoing cubicle cable then measure from the cable boots connector to the bottom of the outgoing cable with a distance of 1 meter. Then the measurement results will be monitored on the TFT LCD screen in the form of measurement results, graphs and categories on partial discharge. In this design the measurement data made by the microphone can be stored with microSD so that it can make an evaluation of partial discharge handling in outgoing cable insulation.

This research is aimed to analyze the learning material on the book entitled al-Lughah al-‘Arabiyah al-Mu’ashirah written by Eckehard Schulz through principles of material development approach. And to reveal the advantages and disadvantages from material design. This research is library research by which a book entitled al-Lughah al-‘Arabiyah al-Mu’ashirah as research object. The research is conducted using observation method to the book both primary and secondary. The researcher uses content analysis in analyzing data. The result of this research shows that this book is already feasible and appropriate to be used as Arabic subject learning material for non-Arabic speakers. The advantages of the book entitled al-Lughah al-‘Arabiyah al-Mu’ashirah are that this book makes students able to master the language skills, language elements, and able to comprehend Arabic characteristics, and another theoretical aspect. While the disadvantage of this book is there is no interesting picture (visualization) that can rise special motivation in learning this book.

This study aims to develop digital book based on sigil on the material of European history in growing the values of Pancasila democracy. This book is aimed to give an alternative of learning material by using ICT to reach the aims of learning. The book should follow the standardized test to ensure the digital book could be used in teaching and learning process at History Department, State University of Malang. This study tended to used research and development approach. We used eight Sadiman’s model of (1) identification of needs; (2) composing aims; (3) material development; (4) development of evaluation tool; (5) writing a draft; (6) validation; (7) revision; (8) production. Based on data analysis, this study found that the book could be used without any major revision. The percentage of questionnaire result from media expert was 90.48 % and from material expert was at 96.75 %. To short, the digital book has filled the requirement of book standardization. Therefore, the digital book based on sigil could be used as learning source for the module of European History.

This paper takes the nuclear power plant power distribution cabinet fire as example and adopts FPRA methodology to analyse the failure probability of cable insulation at contiguous region among distribution cabinet. The influential factor that fire brigade dealt with the fire in the spot is considered in this research. The cumulative distribution function of fire brigade’s arriving and extinguishing time is conducted discretization, confirming the sample statistics of areas and establishing the numbers of cable insulation failure events of distribution cabinet fire. Combining failure predicted model of cable insulation and calculating the failure situation of cable insulation under each of fire background, obtaining the probability that cable insulation failure events among the distribution cabinet fires. The results show that the HRRmax of distribution cabinet fire in term of case scenario is 750 kW, the cable never happens the insulation failure; when the distribution cabinet fire is 1000 kW, the possibility of cable insulation failure is 12.6%.

The aims of the article to develop Arabic language teaching materials based on the complementarity between science and relevation for students of the Department of Mathematics and Science. This research used the research and development approach using Dick and Carey's development model that was modified by Lawrence Cunning Ham. The method to obtain the data used in this research is observation, questionnaire, interview and test. The educational material development model has been modeled in light of the complementarity between science and revelation, evident in two places: Firstly, in defining the educational objectives and educational outcomes that include attitudes, knowledge and skills, and secondly in defining the teaching materials related to mathematics and the natural sciences, and for those subjects and Hay Dal (Qur’anic verses) in them. The development model in this research is called Teaching Arabic for Special Purposes. The results of the research are evident from all the results of students in the four academic divisions in education, which indicate a high rate of over 0.70 (70%).

This study aims to explain and analyze about how the management of teaching material poetry’s writing in Tadris Bahasa Indonesia at IAIN Curup. As well as knowing curriculum management in improving the teaching material of writing poetry in Tadris Bahasa Indonesia at IAIN Curup. The results of this research are expected to be able to contribute thoughts in an effort to improve quality education and increase knowledge about the management of teaching material poetry’s writing in Tadris Bahasa Indonesia at IAIN Curup. This study uses a development approach. Data collections was carried out using questionnaires, interviews and tests. To obtain information on the feasibility of teaching materials, a validation test was carried out on the material eligibility about language (poetry). The subjects of this study were 22 students. Based on the analysis, poetry writing teaching materials can be categorized as good and appropriate to be used. Students have diverse needs in writing poetry. The need for aspects of the content and physical aspects of teaching materials. Entertaining teaching materials as well as clear and varied poetry, exercises and evaluations in accordance with the theme desired by student. Teaching materials such as modeling the making of poetry and presenting images are needed to motivate students in carrying out exercises and evaluating poetry writing varied examples of poetry. Teaching material for writing poetry entitled fun writing poetry used in learning. Teaching material development in the form of textbooks can improve student’s abilities. So the management of writing poetry can improve students, understanding of writing poetry.
