The article deals with the problems of higher education in the conditions of digitalization of the country's economy. Examples of the formation and development of SMART learning, as well as the creation of virtual departments, as a necessary condition for creating new specialties related to the digitalization of education are shown. The experience of creating a virtual Department and SMART training in MUIT is described. It is shown that the formation of SMART education leads to the cooperation of several universities in training personnel in accordance with the requirements of the digital society. Shown the possibility of creating new specialties corresponding to the digital society, such as "Computer science and the organization of digitalization of education" (Teacher of digitalization of education and the creation of digital educational resources), "Bioinformatics", "Digital agrosystems and complexes". The possibility of cooperation not only with universities, but also with research institutes for training personnel in new specialties, which will be in demand now. All these require from universities to rethink about educational programs and create virtual chairs.

This chapter explores Eubie’s collaboration with Andy Razaf for the score of Lew Leslie’s Blackbirds of 1930; difficulties of working with Leslie; the show’s poor reception and short run on Broadway; the success of Blake and Razaf’s song, “Memories of You,” and its recording by Ethel Waters and Louis Armstrong; and the show’s troubled life on the road. The chapter further discusses Eubie’s return to working with Fanchon and Marco; Eubie’s breakup with Lottie Gee; his attempts to land work recording and on the radio; the formation of his own big band; the band’s recordings for the small Crown label; and Eubie’s difficulties dealing with his band members. Then the chapter examines Eubie’s appearance in the short film, Pie, Pie, Blackbird, with Nina Mae McKinney and the Nicholas Brothers; his breakup with Broadway Jones; Noble Sissle’s return to the United States and his reunion with Blake; the creation of Shuffle Along of 1933, with a new plot and new songs; and how Eubie briefly worked for W.C. Handy’s publishing company and published a few new songs and instrumentals with Handy.

Understanding and adherence to an ethic can help a person in performing moral actions. Thus, this article discusses the potential of short film acting activities as a teaching method in improving students' understanding of the ethical elements as school students. A total of 18 female and male students (three focused groups) from the form four Moral Education class were used for the purpose of data collection. Sampling techniques were used to select study participants. This qualitative study was conducted using observation protocol instruments, interview protocols and journal writing guides aimed at collecting data. Data analysis shows that acting activities in the teaching and learning of Moral Education can help students to understand and implement moral actions by adhering to moral ethics.

Esta comunicação é resultante de pesquisa cujo objetivo era investigar o projeto de educação moral ofertado por José da Silva Lisboa, o visconde de Cairu (1756-1835) por meio de seu livro Escola Brasileira ou Instrucção Útil a todas as classes junto com a Lei das Escolas de Primeiras Letras, ambos de 1827, no Brasil. Silva Lisboa é um homem do Antigo Regime em fase de transição para um mundo moderno. Formou-se professor e magistrado na ilustração coimbrã e exerceu vários cargos na administração colonial e imperial. Arregimentado por D. João VI em 1808 fez da sua vida na Corte constante defesa do trono e do altar. Analisando seus livros e sua vida parlamentar vimos que sua participação no processo de construção das instituições brasileiras, com a criação de um modelo educacional, tornou-se parte natural de seu projeto intelectual. Refutando tudo aquilo que não devia se consolidar, por que trazia o sinal da barbárie, e conservando tudo aquilo que trazia os traços demonstrativos da civilização, dedicou-se à escrita de livros destinados à formação moral do cidadão brasileiro tendo como princípios a Fé, a Liberdade e a Ordem, mesclando um pensamento e uma linguagem liberal e conservadora.Brazilian School: the project of moral education for youth in José da Silva Lisboa, the Viscount of Cairu (1756-1835). This article is the result of a research whose objective was to investigate the project of moral education offered by José da Silva Lisboa, the viscount of Cairu (1756-1835) through his book Escola Brasileira ou Instrucção Útil a todas as classes along with Law of the Schools of First Letters, both of 1827, in Brazil. Silva Lisboa is a man of the Ancient Regime in phase of transition to a modern world. He trained as a teacher and magistrate in the Coimbra University illustration and held various positions in colonial and imperial administration. Arranged by King John VI in 1808 made his life in the Court constant defense of the throne and altar. Analyzing his books and his parliamentary life we saw that his participation in the process of building Brazilian institutions, with the creation of an educational model, became a natural part of his intellectual project. Refuting everything that should not consolidate, because it bore the sign of barbarism, and preserving everything that bore the demonstrative traits of civilization, he devoted himself to the writing of books destined to the moral formation of the Brazilian citizen, having as principles the Faith, the Liberty and the Order, mixing liberal and conservative thinking and language. Aristóteles: educação moral e a formação do caráter Resumo: O presente artigo se propõe a apresentar uma visão a respeito das noções aristotélicas sobre a aquisição das virtudes morais e ainda estabelecer uma relação com a educação do caráter. Aristóteles atribui à habituação o papel de cultivar na alma humana a motivação para a ação correta. Num primeiro momento será discutido o papel das virtudes e em seguida será feita uma exposição sobre o método aristotélico de aquisição da virtude moral; tendo como resultado a criação e o desenvolvimento da virtude do caráter.  Palavras-chave: Virtude de caráter, Aristóteles, Educação moral Aristotle: moral education and character formation Abstract: This article proposes to present a vision about the Aristotelian notions about the acquisition of the moral virtues and also to establish a relation with the education of the character. The article is devoted to the study of the need for moral development of the person. Morality largely determines the ethics of professional behavior and moral duty to the society of students receiving the profession of advertising and public relations. As a result, the teacher of a higher school is faced with the task of helping students understand the importance of moral development. According to the authors, the creation of the necessary interconnected and mutually agreed pedagogical conditions that contribute to the continuity of the moral development of the person deserve special attention. Criteria and indicators of moral education of students at the initial and final stage of the pedagogical experiment are disclosed. During the experiment, effective pedagogical technologies for the moral development of students are revealed. The course of the experiment, its main stages and effectiveness are described.

The article discusses aspects of teaching Russian as a foreign language when working with texts of different genres and degrees of adaptation in the Bulgarian high school in the first year of Russian language teaching and demonstrates a variety of techniques and methods of working with a text. The author suggests a well-motivated staged introduction to literature in Russian for the purposes of language, literary and moral education. The proposed sequence involves not only the creation of specific semantic sets on the topic of "Character", the ability to use stable phrases, grammatical and syntactic constructions, but also the formation of certain psychological properties and traits, moral criteria. The suggested staged approach for working on the topic contributes to the development of speech and cognitive skills.

The tasks of vocational education systems include both the professional training of members of society and the enhancement of their culture of life, including spiritual and moral education. For the success of this most important problem of society, it is first and foremost necessary to create a Uniform Commonwealth Pedagogical Platform (UCPP) for creating vocational training programs in conjunction with the tasks of spiritual and moral upbringing.

AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan film pendek dengan judul “Simbah” sebagai salah satu media yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran mata kuliah Audio Visual pada mahasiswa semester 5. Film ini dibuat sebagai media untuk memberikan pendidikan moral kepada mahasiswa. Film ‘Simbah’ berisi nilai-nilai moral untuk orang dewasa yang sangat penting untuk dikenalkan pada mahasiswa. Salah satu aspek dari nilai-nilai moral dalam film tersebut adalah keinginan yang perlu dikendalikan. Keinginan merupakan salah satu sifat dasar yang dimiliki manusia dan harus dikendalikan sejak usia muda. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan pendidik untuk menanamkan nilai tersebut adalah dengan media audio visual berupa film pendek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif karena dapat mengungkapkan aspek-aspek yang harus ditekankan dalam sebuah film pendek, sehingga penanaman nilai bahwa keinginan perlu dikendalikan dapat dilakukan. Sebagai hasilnya film pendek ‘Simbah’ menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran yang menarik dan dapat mengarahkan serta membuat mahasiswa mengerti dengan latar belakang budaya. Selain itu sinematografi film ‘Simbah’ memudahkan mahasiswa untuk memahami alur cerita dan menjadi referensi dalam perancangan mata kuliah audio visual. Kata Kunci: audio visual, film pendek, media pembelajaran, simbah AbstractThis research discusses the design of a short movie with the title "Simbah" as one of the media that uses as a learning medium for studying Audio Visual courses for 5th-semester students. This short movie was made as a medium to provide moral education for students. 'Simbah' contains moral values for adults that are very important to introduce to students. One aspect of the moral values in the movie is the desire that needs to control. Desire is one of the primary human traits and must restrain from a young age. One strategy that educators can use to instill these values is with audio-visual media in the form of short movie. The method used in this study is qualitative because it can reveal aspects that must be emphasized in a short film so that the inculcation of the value that desires need to control can be carried out. As a result, the short movie 'Simbah' became one of the interesting learning media and could direct students to understand the cultural background. In addition, the cinematography of the 'Simbah' movie makes it easier for students to understand the storyline and becomes a reference in making short films in audio visual courses. Keywords: audio visual, learning media, short movie, simbah
