At this stage, the promotion of 5G network has a positive basic value for the development of Internet interactive video. With the arrival of 5G era and the vigorous development of wireless communication technology, the trend of media convergence is more and more intense. The innovation of emerging technology and communication mode provides a strong support for the development of interactive video. With 5G technology as the background, Internet interactive video ushered in a blowout period of development. In recent years, video websites at home and abroad have launched interactive videos with their own characteristics. So, the imagination of integrated media evolved into the reality gradually. However, the excessively fast development speed concealed many existing shortcomings. There are still many constraints and deficiencies in the deep integration of each link of Internet interactive video. This paper discusses the development status of Internet interactive video and deeply analyzes the development characteristics of interactive video. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward development suggestions from the aspects of creating high-quality content and building “interactive video +” to help the better development of Internet interactive video.

In modern society, the development of urbanization process makes the increasing waste concrete and natural aggregate resource increasingly drying up. Recycled concrete research has become the inevitable development of society. This paper briefly introduces the research status of waste concrete recycling, and points out the current waste engineering application research status and existing problems of the concrete utilization. The industrialization of recycled concrete is in accordance with the needs of environmental protection and sustainable development strategy.

AbstractThe ongoing severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic necessitates the fast development of vaccines to meet a worldwide need. mRNA-based vaccines are the most promising technology for rapid and safe SARS-CoV-2 vaccine development and production. We have designed CVnCoV, a lipid-nanoparticle (LNP) encapsulated, sequence optimised mRNA-based SARS-CoV-2 vaccine that encodes for full length, pre-fusion stabilised Spike protein. Unlike other mRNA-based approaches, CVnCoV exclusively consists of non-chemically modified nucleotides and can be applied at comparatively low doses. Here we demonstrate that CVnCoV induces robust humoral and cellular responses in non-human primates (NHPs). Animals vaccinated with 8 μg of CVnCoV were protected from challenge infection with SARS-CoV-2. Comprehensive analyses of pathological changes in challenged animals via lung histopathology and Computed Tomography (CT) scans gave no indication of enhanced disease upon CVnCoV vaccination. These results demonstrate safety, immunogenicity, and protective efficacy of CVnCoV in NHPs that extend our previously published preclinical data and provide strong support for further clinical testing in ongoing phase 2b/3 efficacy studies.

In recent years, government and prime contractors have been expressing a growing demand, requesting that their defense R&D contractors shorten the Time To Market (TTM). This paper presents a study aimed at investigating whether developing systems using fast approaches is always preferable to traditional approaches. Does working according to a fast development approach ultimately shorten TTM? And if so, what are the implications of achieving this goal in relation to meeting the requirements and the planned budget? Two groups of projects, three projects in each group, were examined. The traditional, step-by-step, development strategy was chosen for the projects in the first group while for the other three projects, fast development strategies were chosen. The findings of the study show that fast development approach is not always preferable to the traditional approach. Pushing for a shorter TTM eventually caused serious budget and time overrun problems.

One of the main advantages of IPTV is the full duplex capability communication between the TV provider and the clients. This interactivity allows the TV providers to obtain extra information from the clients. Moreover, the clients could even take profit of this type communication to allow surfing between videos. This feature cannot be used in Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT). In this paper, we will show the development of an interactive video using hypervideolinks for IPTV services. Moreover, we will detail the protocol procedure between the TV provider and the clients. Some real measurements will be provided in order to show the bandwidth consumed and the number of packets needed for this service by each client.

<p>Despite growing rapidly, but Islamic cooperatives are still experiencing many obstacles in its development, both from the internal, external and regulatory side. This study attempts to identify the factors of needs, activities, and objectives in the development of sharia cooperatives in Indonesia, using the Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) approach. The results of this study provide some conclusions include: (1) Elements of the needs of the key key in sharia cooperative development strategy in Indonesia to improve SMEs is the need for strong support on the legal aspects of sharia cooperatives, (2) Elements of activities that are key to Shariah cooperative development are to conduct training and certification programs for shariah cooperative management and members, and (3) Elements of actors/institutions that are key in sharia cooperative development strategy in Indonesia to improve UMKM is sharia financial institution.</p><p>Walaupun tumbuh dengan pesat, namun koperasi syariah masih mengalami banyak kendala dalam pengembangannya, baik dari sisi internal, eksternal maupun regulasi. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kebutuhan, aktifitas dan tujuan dalam pengembangan koperasi syariah di Indonesia, dengan pendekatan metode Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM). Hasil penelitian memberikan beberapa kesimpulan, antara lain: (1) Elemen kebutuhan yang menjadi kunci utama dalam strategi pengembangan koperasi syariah di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan UMKM adalah perlu adanya dukungan yang kuat pada aspek hukum koperasi syariah, (2) Elemen aktifitas yang menjadi kunci utama dalam pengembangan koperasi syariah adalah mengadakan training dan program sertifikasi bagi manajemen koperasi syariah dan anggota, dan (3) Elemen pelaku/lembaga yang menjadi kunci utama dalam strategi pengembangan koperasi syariah di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan UMKM adalah lembaga keuangan syariah.</p>

Directive speech act is very important in learning interactions because it makes it easier for students to understand learning material. Seeing the COVID-19 pandemic situation, learning was carried out online, so teachers had to use other alternatives in delivering material. One of them is using digital media in the form of interactive video lessons. Interactive videos make it easier for students and teachers to carry out learning. This study aims to describe directive speech acts in interactive learning videos in high school. The data of this research is in the form of directive speech acts in interactive learning videos of Indonesian in Senior High School. The data source is an interactive video document of Indonesian language learning in Senior High School which was obtained from the Teacher Room and Senior High School Directory of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The technique of collecting data used listening and taking notes. The data validity used source and theory triangulation. The data analysis technique used interactive data analysis (Miles and Huberman). The results of the study concluded that there were fifty-three directive speech act data consisting of: requests for twenty-four data, orders as many as seventeen data, ordering as many as two data, and giving advice as many as ten data.
