Data were collected by survey method using pretested schedules. The study revealed an increasing trend in terms of branch expansion, total deposits and advances over the years. Moreover, the C-D ratio increased from 41 in 2013-14to 45.77 in 2017-18. The sector-wise advances of banks showed an increasing trend and percentage share to the agricultural, and non-farm sectors was 27.57 and 72.43 in West Tripura. Inadequacy of loans, and lengthy lending procedures were problems identified by the borrower farmers. The majority of farmers (89.16 percent) opined that the borrowed amount was not adequate for meeting their farm expenses. As per the bank officials, the non-availability of the land records (80 percent) with the borrower was a major problem. Co-operative is a business entity established with voluntary participation to enhance the economic status of members, communities, and the country. As the third significant contributor to the nation's economic, due attention is essential in addressing some issues related to co-operative performance. Among these issues was the inability to meet the goals of the National Co-operative Policy II (2011-2020) as well as the low level of contribution to the country's GDP, despite various support provided by the government. Based on the literature, marketing capabilities are predicted to enhance co-operative performance, but less research has been conducted on this relationship, particularly in the Malaysia. Thus, 500 questionnaires were distributed to randomly selected co-operatives in Malaysia. In all, 133 sets of questionnaires were successfully collected, which showed a 27 percent response rate. This study utilises SPSS software to perform the required statistical analysis of the data survey. This study uses a simple random sampling method to select a sample based on a list of registered co-operatives from the Malaysian Co-operative Commission. Thus, this study found the marketing capabilities has positive and significant relationship with co-operative performance. The evidence from this study suggests that the co-operative needs to develop the marketing capabilities in order to enhance performance. The findings of this study will help the government to streamline the co-operative sector in Malaysia with the strategic planning and policies so that the co-operative sector would be stronger, competitive, and able to improve performance and contribution to economic as well as GDP of the country.

Problems in agricultural development often encountered in almost all regions in Indonesia are the inadequate use of natural resource potentials, limited ability to manage resources, and lack of synergy between economic actors. These various problems require improved performance through integrated management and development of commodities from upstream to downstream. This research aims to design a working model for the development of local superior commodities in Sukabumi Regency through a survey method conducted in 33 subdistricts. The research resulted in a working model design for the development of local superior commodities in Sukabumi Regency which involved aspects of resource contribution (labor/human resources, natural resources, capital and infrastructure) as well as aspects of work and performance (farmer institutions, extension agencies, financial and marketing institutions, education, training, experiences, sales ability and product demand) to be able to generate advantages. Until now, agricultural development is still facing various obstacles and added value (profitability, market, productivity and learning). All components in the working model design for developing local superior commodities in Sukabumi Regency must be supported by government policies to maximize the increase in added value for both farmers and the community

The role of assessment systems in organizational excellence today is well-known in the business world. Performance assessment in organizations to identify strengths and weaknesses to make optimal use of resources has special significance. The changing needs of customers and stakeholders, competition, constant changes in laws and regulations, and reliance on traditional methods will not result in enhanced performance within global hypercompetition. Therefore, it has become necessary to employ models which possess the ability to evaluate organizations' present situation for strategic planning. In this regard, the EFQM Model is known as one of the most comprehensive performance evaluation tools. This study uses a descriptive-analytical survey method to evaluate Mehr Iran Bank's performance based on the EFQM Model. Research instruments in this survey include a personal details questionnaire and a special questionnaire. The SPSS software and the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test have been used to analyze data and check the normality of the variables, respectively.
