As the largest Muslim country in the world, Indonesia has great potential in collecting zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf funds (ZISWAF) to alleviate poverty and social inequality. This study aims to demonstrate the financial health or performance of the zakat management organization (ZMO) by analyzing the ratio of activity, efficiency, amil, liquidity, and growth based on the provisions of the strategic study centre the national amil zakat agency (Puskasbaznas). This study uses a sample of twenty financial statements from five ZMO published from 2015-2018. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results show that the financial statements of the ZMO have implemented PSAK 45 and PSAK 109. The financial health or performance of the ZMO is categorized as quite reasonable. Then the efficiency ratio affects the financial health or performance of ZMO. In contrast, the ratio of activity, amil, liquidity, and growth do not affect the financial health or performance of ZMO. The results of this study are able to detect ZMO who do not aim to make a profit. Then it is used as a reference for ZMO in improving financial health or organizational performance.

For this purpose, the data were collected for data processing and complementary industries in the fields of packing, pricing, customer orientation, in south of Iran. Method: According to the goals and assumptions, descriptive–analytical research and its survey method is a survey. According to the Cochran formula, 155 people are involved in marketing, packaging and processing of palm in Kerman province. To answer the research questions, SPSS software and AMOS software were used to analyze the results. Findings "Indigenous Knowledge in packing”. The globalization of business and the consequent exposure to global competition, besides the economic and social changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic made the Training & Development (T&D) sector increasingly important for professionals in the corporate environment. In this sense, managing stakeholders and a portfolio of clients, as well as analyzing the relationship between customer and service, are necessary and strategic for the success of professional training organizations. This paper aims to support the strategic process of portfolio formation of T&D courses offered by a company in the Information Technology (IT) training sector in Brazil, through the application of the ELECTRE-MOr multicriteria sorting method. We have obtained a categorization of several courses, aiming to define which ones should be prioritized, maintained, or discarded by the company’s management. The results showed that, among the analyzed courses, only 17% should be prioritized, 61% maintained, and 22% discarded by the company.

The sustainability of PT Sasak Maiq, in West Lombok Regency, as one of the Small and Medium Enterprises has recently been threatened by the Covid - 19 pandemic which began to hit Indonesia in early 2020.  PT Sasak Maiq is concerned about this because it has an impact on reducing turnover sales of their products. This requires a strategic study, to be able to maintain the existence of PT Sasak Maiq in the Covid-19 pandemic, which cannot be predicted when it will end. This research is a descriptive study with the aim of knowing which strategies are suitable to be applied in order to maintain the existence of PT Sasak Maiq in the future. The data is sourced from stakeholders, with an analysis technique in the form of environmental analysis (SWOT Analysis). The results showed that the suitable strategy to be applied to maintain the sustainability of PT Sasak Maiq is the ST strategy, which is in the form of a diversification strategy, by creating the new unique product, strengthening the online marketing network, maintaining a price strategy, maintaining relationships with marketing networks both at domestic and abroad, so that it can maintain demand for its products.

Within the article, it is examined the dynamics of the integrated index of innovative development of the regions of Ukraine. It is proved that during the studied period there is no region that would have a constant positive trend for eight years. The authors argue that the main conditions for sustainable development of the regions are environmental protection, rational use of natural resources and environmental safety of human life. The integrated index of ecological development of the regions of Ukraine is calculated. Visualization of the dynamics of the values of the index of ecological development of the regions of Ukraine makes it possible to visually assess the asymmetry of ecological development of the regions. This strategic study can serve as a basis for further research to predict dynamic changes in the environment.

Diyala Governorate was exposed recently to high flood waves discharged from Hemrin Dam to Diyala River when the dam reached its full capacity. The recently recorded discharge capacity of Diyala River was reduced to just 750m3/s. This exposes cities and villages along the Diyala River to flood risk when discharging the flood waves, which may reach 3000 m3/s. It is important to manage, suggest, and design flood escapes to discharge the flood waves from Hemrin Dam away from Diyala River. This escape branches from Hemrin Lake towards Ashweicha Marsh. One dimensional hydraulic model was developed to simulate the flow within the escape by using HEC-RAS software. Eighty-two cross-sections were extracted from the digital elevation model for the escape and used as geometric data. Moreover, thirty cross-sections for the Diyala River were utilized from the Strategic Study for Water and Land Resources in Iraq. Since the escape passes through two regions of different geological formations, two roughness coefficients of 0.035and0.028were used. Two discharge cases were applied3000m3/s, which is the 500 years return period extreme hydrograph of Hemrin Dam, and 4000 m3/s, which is the design discharge of Hemrin Dam spillway. A spillway was proposed at the escape entrance with crest level 105m.a.m.s.l., followed by a drop structure with eighteen rectangular steps

The current crisis and the accelerated economic development both require new methods and technologies in order to plan the development of socio-economic and business entities. Digital transformation proved extremely effective in improving economic performance. Digital transformation requires an executable strategy that can help the economy to reach the target state by distributing available resources in priority areas. The economic system is ready for digital transformation if it possesses an appropriate external environment. The article introduces an authentic approach to the analysis of the processes at the core of the regional economy. The research featured the case of the socio-economic system of the Kemerovo region. It included a comprehensive assessment of the region’s viability in creating a favorable business environment at the early stage of digital transformation. To prevent economic stagnation, the leading regional enterprises should introduce capital-intensive technologies and conduct digital business transformation. Such poles of growth can open access to digital technologies for small and medium-sized businesses, thereby ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of the region. New IT ecosystems are the key to successful digital transformation as they implement a systematic approach to decision-making, as well as such technologies of knowledge-driven economy as predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, etc. The paper also contains recommendations for the development of a consolidated information area on a digital enterprise.
