How pornography saved fashion from boredom and improved its financial situation and vice versa: Communication technology overlaps between fashion and pornography

Fashion, eroticism and pornography, especially in recent years, have created different synergies that not only embrace the design of fashion products and collections, but have defined and define precise visual, photographic and cinematographic languages as well as communication strategies that have not only borrowed the language and aesthetics of pornography, but also communication models, tools and channels. Today, we have thus witnessed an increasing hybridization of languages and channels that have generated forms of communication (performative, editorial, cinematographic or digital). It is not easy to identify the limits between fashion and pornography and between private and public spheres. Through literature review and several case studies, the article aims to investigate the evolution of the relationship between fashion, pornography and mass communication from an aesthetic, performative and, last but not least, technological point of view.

This book focuses on the relationship between private and public education in a comparative context. The contributors emphasize the relationship between private choices and public policy as they affect the division of labor between public and private non-profit schools, colleges, and universities. Their essays examine the kinds of choices offered by each sector, as well as the effects of present and proposed public policies on the intersectoral division of labor. Written from neither a pro-private nor a pro-public point of view, the contributors point to the ways in which they believe one sector or the other may be preferable for certain goals or groups.

The article provides an overview of the philosophical-psychological conceptions of the phenomenon of ownership. The formation of ideas about property and attitudes are affected by the socio-economic conditions of social development. One can highlight several key ideas that are characteristic for a certain stage of the development of society. The issue of property in Ancient Greece acquires the character of reasoning about the relationship between private and public interests, morals and property, as well as the role of the legislature in dealing with conflict situations, consideration of natural sources and prerequisites for the formation of the phenomenon of ownership, the relationship between natural and unnatural origins of relationship to the property. The philosophy of the Middle Ages examines the problem of the relation between the divine and the earthly, the place of property in the process of interaction "Man-God". Social utopias were characteristic of the Renaissance. A change in the political and socio-economic structure ofEuropeled to the understanding of social inequality. The tension created by inequality, could be released by viewing society and polity as a determinant of the development of negative personality traits (anger, theft, greed, etc.). Utopian "worlds" were the result of a desire to change the real power in society. However, property is not denied, but only goes into collective and personal use. Russian philosophy considers the phenomenon of property from the point of view of the “individual – God” interaction. Private property contributes to the activity of the individual, developing their knowledge and skills through work. Property is divine, and man disposes of it, not owns. Without its spiritual meaning property becomes a means of violating social stability. The main purpose of ownership is to serve the society. The state plays the role of a controller of personal selfish needs of a man.

Social networking content is characterized by many different aspects that may be of interest to a researcher (e.g., the terminology used in social networks appearing as some content delivery model). However, from the point of view of communicative expediency, we will be interested in the communicative aspect of the circulation of social networks: content creation, message structuring, a specificity of perception of this message by network members, and features of expansion and growth of content. This article aims to elucidate the interconnection and interdependence of traditional media and social networks. To accomplish this, its objectives are: 1) to identify the commonality and difference of content inherent in traditional media and social networks; 2) to understand the structure of the newest audiences formed as a result of the converged communication product; 3) to formulate features of «design» of social networks with the participation of media. The object of the article is the collaboration between media and social networks. The subject of the article is communication models of such collaboration. The methodology of the study is based on the use of general research methods of studying the specificity of the analysis of social and communication phenomena. For media, the phenomenon of participation in social networks means multiplication: not to be present in any network platform — the problem is not social, but of worldview. We argue that participation in the social network is no longer a matter of mediation between the audience and the media, but direct involvement in the life of the audience, adherence to the globalism factor, profile coordination of content. Platforms such as Twitter or Facebook become communications net works with participating citizens from anywhere on the planet. These platforms transform them into a network of employees who, by becoming the so-called «citizen journalists», collaborate with professional media. Moreover, they become authors creating new forms, modes and ways of mass communication: newest slang, content, meanings and so on. Therefore, the phenomenon of social networks guarantees the participating media a social and communication «multiplication». Such participation drives the needs, opinions, and desires of both network members and the audience as a new journalism mission-focused not on the truth for the audience but on the audience as a factor in evaluating the truth. We conclude that society’s progress cannot be made without the process of transforming the structures of the social-communication system and the relations between the participants within that system. Moreover, this progress should take place not so much in the spheres of production, distribution, and consumption of social-communication products as within the influence of the results of social networking activities on the measurement of the behavior of members of society. It is a kind of «design» of social networks. The role of designers in the design of such social networking design is to contribute to the new communication reality. We introduce the term «social network designers». Those carry out the design, planning, step-by-step steps of implementation and calculation of the effectiveness of social-network projects. They must adapt their way of work to the dynamic conditions of functioning of social networks, dynamically optimize their ability to respond to those new ones created by these dynamics. Public pay-as-you-go pension systems are affected by sustainability problems due to the increasing longevity of the population. These problems come to light when there is unsustainable growth in pension expenditure in relation to GDP. The usual arrangement is for public systems to be complemented by private systems that provide a lifetime annuity paid alongside the public pension. This approach, which is horizontal in its way of thinking, is the one that all countries apply; in it, we can expect to find lifetime annuities, which are expensive because they have to take increasing longevity into account, as well as sustainability problems in the public accounts. Therefore, in this paper, we put forward a system that maintains the complementarity between private and public, but considers it from a vertical point of view. By this, we mean that over a certain period of time, the private system would provide the pension in the form of a temporary income, without the need to consider such a high longevity risk, and then in the following period, the public system would take over. We apply the model to Spain, one of the countries whose pension systems are most affected by problems of sustainability, and observe a decrease in the relationship between pension expenditure and GDP using this two-stage model as opposed to the current system, for the period 2025–2068. This decrease can be achieved without decrease of benefits, change in the retirement age or increase of the contribution level.

Ever since television became institutionalized in socialist Yugoslavia in the late 1950’s, it was closely associated with the idea of a „new life“ in socialist society. As a new technology, as a modern object in the socialist household, and as a medium which enabled the transmission of desirable content for creating socialist citizens and shaping models of socialist „culturality“ and entertainment, television represents a prime terrain for studying the transformations of culture and society in the latter half of the 20th century in Yugoslavia, as well as in the rest of Europe and the world. The paper is mostly based a number of key sources, memoirs, which speak of the history of television in Yugoslavia from the point of view of creators and a wider circle of experts who were involved in it. In this paper I will attempt to shed some light on the dynamics of the process of introducing television into Yugoslavian society, the perplexities, confusions and tensions which this new technology – simultaneously the product and the mediator of modernity – brought with it. Special attention is given to the relationship between television as technology and television as a medium of mass communication, which permanently marked the beginnings of television in Yugoslavia with the tension between „tech“ and „programming“, as well as to the role of television in everyday life.

Modernization of technology plays an important role in determining the development of information and communication either in its capacity as a science or applied science. A myriad of communication models emerge and develop in the phenomenon of communication itself which indicate that modernization of communication is a  source of communication technology as applied science.  At the same time, modernization of communication using technologies is a part of causing factors to integration of communication compounded with modern architecture.  Therefore,  it can be used as a medium of Islamic preaching.

Market demand, especially structured markets demands quality and continuity of production, in addition to the quantity aspect. Mango farmers in Majalengka Regency have also not been fully able to meet market demand, especially in terms of quality and product continuity. Farmers must be able to follow market demand in order to survive in their business and be able to compete with mango farmers in other countries. The limitations of farmers in accessing capital, markets and information often become obstacles for farmers in developing their businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the accessibility of farmers to agricultural information and analyze the relationship of farmers' accessibility to agricultural information with entrepreneurial behavior of mango farmers in Majalengka District. Entrepreneurial behavior of farmers can be built one of them through appropriate communication strategies so that mango farmers can develop their businesses to improve the welfare of farmers. The research was carried out with Survey-explanatory method. Farmers were taken randomly as many as 100 people. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and inferently. To analyze the relationship between various variables the research was carried out by rank Spearman correlation analysis. The results of this study showed that some farmers find it quite difficult to obtain information about technical cultivation and climatic or weather conditions, while market information is perceived to be easily accessible to most farmers. Entrepreneurial behavior is related to farmers' accessibility to cultivation information and climatic or weather conditions. Contemporary technology in the form of electronically managed interactive telecommunications is compatible with the goals and values of the humanities. For Marx, machine-work tended toward being mechanically routine, repetitive, deskilled, and trivialized. In the case of discourse, the same criticism has been made of computerized communication. Immediacy is not authorial presence, but the experience of textuality that is maximized by participation in interactive communication. Bulletin board technology inverts the relationship between the degree of communicative interaction and the number of communicants. It is both mass communication and individualized participation. From the point of view of a theory of discourse, the bulletin board system is unique in that the ratio between the number of participants and the individualized nature of the interaction is directly proportional. One person's voice does not inhibit or repress the voice of another. It is the technological embodiment of the ideal speech situation of Habermas which allows for the maximum of democratic participation and which, by allowing everyone to have a voice, allows for the greatest amount of dissensus and dialectic.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Online Media and Social Media in North Sumatra to Mass Communication with Communication Technology as Intervening Variable. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The independent variables are Online Media and Social Media. The intervening variable is Communication Technology and the dependent variable is Mass Communication. The population of this study is 203 users of Media Online and Social Media in North Sumatra. The sample of research is 203 users through purposive random sampling. Online Media and Social Media variables have a significant effect on Mass Communication in North Sumatra and Communication Technology serves as a mediation of the relationship between Media Online and Social Media to Mass Communication at 5% variable alpha level.

This article aims to explore the relationship between the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) and the Ministry of Villages (Kemendes) from theconstitutional law and state administrative law point of view.The second concerns of this research is the disharmony and problem between the two ministries.From the constitutional law point of view, it turns out that what the Ministry of Home Affairs is doing, is closer to the object of its discussion. The method used in this research is normative legal research bycomparingthe constitutional law and state administrative law to obtain clarity regarding the Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Village. The result shows that the Ministry of Village approached the science of state administrative law, namely to revive or give spirits to the village. Disharmonization began to exist since the inception of the Ministry of Village. The root of disharmony itself was the improper application of constitutional foundations in the formation of the Village Law. It would be better if the government reassess the constitutional foundation for the village.
