The rate of population growth which is relatively rapidly increasing in Indonesia, will require increased fuel. The depletion of the availability of fossil fuels causes the search for the other natural resources needed to become a renewable energy source. One of the significant changes today is microalgae. The application of the algal aquaculture system has been widely applied in the world. The media used in cultivation also varies, one of which is wastewater. The composition of biodiesel energy in Indonesia is increasing and is starting to become the people's choice. Indonesia, which is rich in natural resources, especially the high biodiversity of microalgae, causes microalgae's potential use to be very high. Many studies report the explosion of algal participation in many parts of Indonesia. Research concerning the cultivation of microalgae has been widely successful in Indonesia. The use of microalgae is already available in the field with domestic water treatment applications. The conversion of microalgae into biodiesel also successfully met the requirements of SNI 04-7182-2006.

The article analyzes the contracts and licensing regulations in the field of amber mining. It is noted that Ukraine from the first years of independence began to develop local amber deposits and immediately encountered problems similar to those of amber plants in Russia and Poland: lack of protection of natural resources from looting and destruction, theft at all stages of exploration. exploration work, illegal amber mining and trafficking, illegal fishing by miners (diggers), etc. Ukraine ranks second in the world in terms of amber deposits, which also has the world's highest percentage of amber jewelry quality. It is determined that the problem of illegal amber mining has become especially relevant, as cases and volumes of such amber production have grown significantly. The issue of illegal amber mining and smuggling is also widely discussed in the media, as journalistic investigations often show that officials and high-ranking officials play a significant role in sustaining and benefiting from this shadow business, although these rumors are not officially confirmed. It is concluded that in modern conditions the issue of permitting regulation of legal amber mining and punishment of subjects of its illegal mining is on the agenda. Significant progress in permitting regulation was the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in December 2019 of the Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Settlement of Amber Mining» № 2240, which amended the Subsoil Code of Ukraine, which introduced a new species subsoil use «geological study of amber subsoil, including experimental and industrial development of deposits with subsequent extraction of amber (industrial development of deposits»), as well as the presence of a mandatory permit for special subsoil use for subjects of amber subsoil use. In the country and the world, it has become aware about the characteristics of non-renewable fossil fuels, and the high use of transport vehicles that use these fuels, in addition to industries and other sectors; these have boosted global research on alternative fuels, especially those derived from biomass. Peru in the change of its energy matrix has taken actions that allow it to increase the use of renewable energies such as biodiesel and bioethanol. Currently there are other proposals such as biorefineries that allow the greatest use of their natural resources. The investigations that have been carried out since 2010 have allowed us to have a technological contribution for the sustainable production of biodiesel in Peru.

<p>There are extensive conceptual difficulties in understanding a country’s energy story. Every country in the world uses some combination of energy production, imports, and exports energy to meet their society’s needs. Thermal inefficiencies converting primary energy into electricity further confuse the issues. A visualization using large, publicly available data can help illustrate these different energy perspectives. This data visualization helps clarify the following perspectives: Production, Imports, Exports, Total Primary Energy Supply (TPES), Total Final Consumption (TFC), and the conversion losses from turning TPES into TFC. TPES refers to the total amount of energy a country obtains directly from natural resources such as fossil fuels or wind. TFC refers to the addition of the all energy directly consumed by a user for an energy service such as electricity for lighting in a house. This paper discusses the interactive simulation that was built to allow users to explore the composition of a country’s energy production, imports and exports through the conversion into energy people consume. The simulation allows users to explore the energy stories for different countries, and how these change over the decades.</p>

Abstract The novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) presently poses significant concerns around the world. Latest reports show that the degree of disease and mortality of COVID-19 infected patients may vary from gender to gender with a very high risk of death for seniors. It was hypothesized that sex steroid hormones estradiol (E2), progesterone (P4), testosterone (T), and dexamethasone (DEX) may change the interaction of coronavirus spike protein (CSP) with angiotensin converting enzyme-2 (ACE2). Data showed that E2 was more strongly to interact with the main protease of the coronavirus, while T had the lowest affinity for CSP. The binding energy of the CSP to ACE2 was increased in the presence of steroids; the greatest increase was observed by DEX and E2. The binding free energy of the CSP to ACE2 was the highest in the presence of E2 and DEX. Together, the interaction between CSP and ACE2 can be disrupted by E2 and to a greater extent by DEX, in part explaining the lower incidence of COVID-19 infection in women than men. The potential use of E2 and DEX to reduce coronavirus attachment to ACE2 in the early phase of the coronavirus invasion needs to be clinically investigated.

The limited fossil reserves, spiraling price and environmental impact due to usage of fossil fuels leads the world wide researchers’ interest in using alternative renewable and environment safe fuels that can meet the energy demand. Biodiesel is an emerging renewable alternative fuel to conventional diesel which can be produced from both edible and non-edible oils, animal fats, algae etc. The society is in dire need of using renewable fuels as an immediate control measure to mitigate the pollution level. In this work an attempt is made to review the requisite and access the capability of the biodiesel in improving the environmental degradation.

Indonesia is one of many countries in the world so called resource-rich country. Natural resources abundance needs to be managed in the right way in order to avoid dutch diseases and resources curses. These two phenomena generally happened in the country, which has abundant natural resources. Learned from Norwegian experiences, Indonesian Government need to focus its policy to prevent rent seeking activities. The literature study presented in this paper is aimed to provide important insight for government entities in focusing their policies and programs to avoid resources curse. From the internal audit perspective, this study is expected to improve internal audit’s role in assurance and consulting.

The process of globalization, which many times is considered as new world order is affecting all spheres of modern society but also the media. In this paper specifically we will see the impact of globalization because we see changing the media access to global problems in general being listed on these processes. We will see that the greatest difficulties will have small media as such because the process is moving in the direction of creating mega media which thanks to new technology are reaching to deliver news and information at the time of their occurrence through choked the small media. So it is fair to conclude that the rapid economic development and especially the technology have made the world seem "too small" to the human eyes, because for real-time we will communicate with the world with the only one Internet connection, and also all the information are take for the development of events in the four corners of the world and direct from the places when the events happen. Even Albanian space has not left out of this process because the media in the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo are adapted to the new conditions under the influence of the globalization process. This fact is proven powerful through creating new television packages, written the websites and newspapers in their possession.

Recently at the end of 2019, a new disease was found in Wuhan, China. This disease was diagnosed to be caused by a new type of coronavirus and affected almost the whole world. Chinese researchers named this novel virus as 2019-nCov or Wuhan-coronavirus. However, to avoid misunderstanding the World Health Organization noises it as COVID-19 virus when interacting with the media COVID-19 is new globally as well as in India. This has disturbed peoples mind. There are various rumours about the coronavirus in Indian society which causes panic in peoples mind. It is the need of society to know myths and facts about coronavirus to reduce the panic and take the proper precautionary actions for our safety against the coronavirus. Thus this article aims to bust myths and present the facts to the common people. We need to verify myths spreading through social media and keep our self-ready with facts so that we can protect our self in a better way. People must prevent COVID 19 at a personal level. Appropriate action in individual communities and countries can benefit the entire world.

الملخّصإنّ الفقر والإملاق من المشكلات الرئيسة التي يواجهها العالم اليوم، ومن أسبابها ندرة الموارد الاقتصادية الشديدة وندرة الغذاء والماء. فندرة الموارد وقلتها كانت ذات أثر مباشر في قتل الملايين من الأنفس البشريّة. وتعدّ ندرة الموارد عند الاقتصاديين الخطر الأساس الذي يهدد الوجود البشري في هذا العصر. ويعتبرها الاقتصاديّون كذلك معضلة اقتصادية ناتجة عن رغبات الإنسان غير المتناهية مقابل موارد محدودة ومتناهية. ومن الأمور التي يقترحها الاقتصاديون من اجل التغلب على هذه المشكلة أن النّاسن ينبغي عليهم أن يختاروا الموارد الضرورية والحاجية لتلبية رغباتهم. فمفهوم الندرة من منظور الاقتصاد التقليدي يعني موارد محدودة في العالم مقابل حاجات ورغبات غير محدودة. وسبب ذلك عند الاقتصاديين أن الطبيعة لا توفر موارد كافية لتلبية حاجات الناس ورغباتهم غير المتناهية. ونظرة الإسلام التي يمثلها القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة لمسألة الندرة نظرة مختلفة تماما عن نظرة الاقتصاد التقليدي. ويعنى هذا البحث ببيان أن الندرة ليست مشكلة الطبيعة التس سخّرها الله تعالى للإنسان،  ولكن المشكلة في أخلاقيات الناس وتصرفاتهم في الموارد الطبيعية وطريقتهم في الانتفاع بها التي أدت إلى إدخال الضرر والفساد على الموارد الموجودة.الكلمات المفتاحية: الإسلام، ندرة الموارد، الاقتصاد المعاصر، الموارد الطبيعية، الطبيعة. **************************************               AbstractAmong the main problems that the world is facing today are poverty and destitution caused by severe scarcity of economic resources and the scarcity of food and water. The lack of resources has already caused the death of millions of human beings. The scarcity of resources is counted by economists as the primary danger that threatens the human existence. Economists also consider it an economic dilemma caused by infinite human desires against limited and finite resources. In order to overcome this problem among the suggestions made by economists is that human beings should choose only necessary resources to satisfy their desires. The conventional concept of scarcity is that the resources in the world are limited vis-à-vis the unlimited human needs and desires. The reason for that according to economists is that the nature does not provide sufficient resources to meet people’s endless needs and desires. Islamic approach as represented by the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah to the issue of scarcity is essentially different from the conventional viewpoint of economists. This paper proposes and explains that the problem is not in the nature which Allah has made subservient to man, but it is in the ethics of the people and their behaviour and way of utilization of natural resources, which ultimately damage and corrupt the available resources.Keywords: Islam, Scarcity of Resources, Modern Economy, Environmental Resources, Nature.
