This research aimed to investigate the relationship between moral education and local wisdom of the Batak Toba culture. The research used qualitative methods and has been approached with field and ethnography studies. The primary data were obtained from field sources through interviews, observation of social media and supported by any others related documents. While secondary data were obtained from library materials that related to moral education and local wisdom of the Batak Toba culture. This study successfully addressed the implementation of nine Batak Toba local wisdom values which were line to akhlaq education : First, kinship (kekerabatan);Second, religious; Third, hagabeon; Fourth, hasangapon; Fifth, hamoraon; Sixth, hamajuaon; Seventh, patik dohot uhum; Eighth, Pengayoman; Ninth, marsisarian. These values ​​were interrelated with the moral education contents: akhlaq towards Allah, akhlaq towards Rasulullah, akhlaq towards oneself, akhlaq towards family, akhlaq towards community, and akhlaq towards the nation. Moreover, the assimilation between cultural values ​​and moral education were transmitted by parents through family education, family gatherings, and traditional events.

This study discusses the influence of social media on interest in buying copilogy products. The relationship used in this study is a causal relationship with 60 Garut domiciled consumer respondents who have already tried their products. The data analysis technique used is simple regression with the application of SPSS 20. The measurement scale used by researchers is the interval scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from books, journals, literature, scientific works from the internet with relevant sources. The primary data collection technique in this study is an online questionnaire that contains a number of structured statements given to respondents through Google forms and respondents provide answers based on a Likert scale of 1-5, starting from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The conclusion of this research is the significant effect between the influence of Social Media on Kopilogi Buy Interest.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a contagious disease caused by a coronavirus where the virus attacks the respiratory tract and can infect humans and animals. Therefore, preventive measures against breaking the chain of transmission of this infectious disease must be carried out as quickly as possible in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19. The research objective was to determine the relationship between health promotion through social media and physical distancing policies on behavioral prevention of Covid-19 in urban communities. The research method was quantitative with cross-sectional research design. The population in this research was all urban people who live in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling technique was accidental sampling of 100 respondents. The data used were primary data through distributing questionnaires and secondary data derived from Jakarta's Covid-19 monitoring data. Data analysis was performed descriptive and the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results showed the relationship between health promotion through social media (with p-value = 0.001 and r = 0.315) and physical distancing policies (with p-value = 0,000 and r = 0.973) on Covid-19 prevention behavior in urban communities. It is hoped that the government will not hesitate in carrying out policies in reducing the spread of Covid-19 and promoting coordination with various related parties. Oleh sebab itu, tindakan pencegahan terhadap memutus rantai penularan penyakit menular tersebut wajib dilakukan secepat mungkin dalam memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara promosi kesehatan melalui media social dan kebijakan physical distancing terhadap perilaku pencegahan perilaku Covid-19 pada masyarakat perkotaan. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh masyarakat perkotaan yang berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang digunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yang berasal dari data pemantauan Covid-19 DKI Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menujukkan hubungan promosi kesehatan melalui media sosial (dengan p-value=0,001 dan r=0,315) dan kebijakan physical distancing (dengan p-value=0,000 dan r=0,973) terhadap perilaku pencegahan Covid-19 pada masyarakat perkotaan. Diharapkan pemerintah tidak ragu dalam menjalankan kebijakan dalam menekan penyebaran Covid-19 serta mengedepankan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait. Millennial can’t be separated from gadget use in daily life. This habit changes in reading and writing patterns too. These changes in the use of paper to social media. One of many applications which they can use to read and write is wattpad. This study aims to find how young Muslims use wattpad to write Islamic stories as a means of Islamic da'wah. This research is a qualitative research, using observations and interviews to get primary data. The process of writing research results by combining primary and secondary data. The results showed wattpad users can read thousands of books and stories written by other users and they can also write various kinds of stories that can be read by other users. Among the Muslim generation, Wattpad has become one of the favorite media for reading Islamic stories and writing Islamic stories. Because this application is simple and interactive between users, making users comfortable and more productive. There are several Islamic stories inspire users, including: The stories of the Prophet, Memorizing the Qur'an, Romance of Young People with an Islamic Style, The Struggle for Hijrah, The Relationship of Islamic and Non-Islamic Religions, Hijrah Becoming a Convert or A story of how to wear the hijab properly and correctly. The majority of Islamic stories are true stories categorized in the spiritual genre. The writer in wattpad performs social construction (through a process of internalization, externalization and objectification) of his life experience that is spread to other users to influence it. The main purpose of this genre is to preach or give meaning to others by using social media that is considered more effective than direct propaganda. Wattpad is a new medium for da'wah among young millennial MuslimsKeywords: Wattpad, Islamic Stories, Millennials, Hyperreality. [Generasi milenial tidak bisa terpisah dengan penggunaan gadget dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini membawa perubahan pada pola membaca dan menulis. Perubahan tersebut nampak dari beralihnya penggunaan kertas menjadi media sosial. Salah satu aplikasi yang diminati sebagai sarana untuk menyalurkan minat membaca dan menulis dengan menggunakan wattpad. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemuda Islam menggunakan wattpad untuk menuliskan kisah-kisah islami sebagai sarana dakwah Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data primer. Proses penulisan hasil penelitian dengan memadukan data primer dan data sekuder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengguna wattpad bisa membaca ribuan buku dan cerita yang dituliskan oleh pengguna lain dan mereka juga bisa menuliskan berbagai macam cerita yang bisa dibaca oleh pengguna lain. Di kalangan generasi muslim, wattpad ini menjadi salah satu media favorit untuk membaca cerita yang islami dan menuliskan cerita Islmai. Dikarenakan aplikasi ini yang sederhana, simple dan interaktif antar pengguna sehingga menjadikan pengguna nyaman dan lebih produktif. Cerita-cerita islami menginspirasi pengguna, diantaranya: kisah-kisah Nabi, menghafalkan al Qur’an, percintaan anak muda dengan gaya Islami, perjuangan hijrah, hubungan agama Islam dan Non Islam, hijrah menjadi muallaf ataupun kisah bagaimana memakai hijab dengan baik dan benar. Kisah-kisah Islami tersebut mayoritas merupakan kisah nyata yang dikategorikan dalam genre spiritual. Penulis melakukan konstruksi sosial (melalui proses internalisasi, eksternalisasi dan obyektifikasi) atas pengalaman hidupnya yang disebarkan kepada pengguna lain untuk mempengaruhinya. Tujuan utama dari genre ini untuk berdakwah atau memberikan makna kepada orang lain dengan menggunakan media sosial yang dianggap lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan dakwah secara langsung. Wattpad menjadi media baru untuk berdakwah di kalangan generasi muda muslim milenial.

This paper discusses the content of Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). The data used in the preparation of this paper is the data that is primary and secondary. The primary source is data obtained from the core source. In conducting a study of a verse, it is clear that the primary data source is derived from the Qur'an,precisely on Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). Secondary data is dataobtained from other sources that are still related to the problemand provide interpretation of the primary source. The method usedin analyzing this paper is the tahlili method. This method describesthe meaning contained by the Qur'an, verse by verse, and letterafter letter according to the order in the Mushaf. The descriptionincludes the various aspects which the interpreted verses contain,such as the meaning of the vocabulary, the connotation of thesentence, the background of the verse down, its relation to otherverses, both before and after. And do not miss the opinion that hasbeen given regarding the interpretation of these verses, whetherdelivered by the Prophet, companions, the tabi'in, as well as othercommentators. This study shows that in Q.S. (2): 67-73) there arevalues of moral education which include: 1) morals in asking, (2)morals to parents, (3) patience of educators, (4) educator honesty,and (5) obedience of learners.

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

Purpose The diffusion of social media among public administrations has significantly grown in the last years. This phenomenon has created a field of research that seeks to understand the adoption and impact of social media in the public sector. The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors that make social media successful in Spanish local governments. Design/methodology/approach The paper is based on an adapted version of a neo-institutional model: Enacting Electronic Government Success (EEGS). The data have been collected through three main sources: primary data from a questionnaire designed and conducted by the authors, secondary data of statistical sources, and tertiary data collected through Klout Score. Findings The results from a survey and statistical analysis provide preliminary validation of the model and show a direct relationship between organizational, institutional, and environmental factors with the successful use of social media in local public administrations. The data analysis shows that ten variables jointly explain 54.6 percent (adjusted R2=0.546) of the variability observed in the dependent variable. Research limitations/implications First, the analysis model used represents a limited sample size to carry out a complex quantitative analysis. Second, the use of Klout Scores can offer some bias. Finally, certain variables complicate the comparative potential of the study. Originality/value This study provides original primary data and contributes to the growing field of study related to social technologies in public administrations. This research also confirms in an exploratory way the validity of the EEGS model.

The research focuses on introducing social media platforms as either a complementary or main channel in the company sales funnel. Internet technologies and Web 2.0 continue to provide innovations in digital marketing, with the latest iteration being lead generation services through social media. Data shows that almost half of the world population is active on social media, with the new Generation Alpha being projected to be entirely online dependent and proficient in the use of new technologies. The paper provides an overview of the digitalization of sales funnels, as well as the benefits that social media platforms can offer if implemented correctly. Secondary data provides the basis for transforming sales funnels with social media, where previous research provides limited data on the effectiveness of these types of efforts. Primary data demonstrates that introducing social media platforms can provide improvements of up to 3 to 4 times in analyzed case studies, as well as the shorter time when deciding about purchase in use case scenarios. Social media advertising can also be utilized to shorten the sales funnel process and serve as a unified point of entrance and exit in the first few stages.

Abstract - The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has disrupted various community activities. Likewise in Surabaya, which was identified as a black zone in 2020. Therefore, a lockdown policy has been implemented to reduce the COVID-19’s spread such as PSBB Surabaya Raya I, II, and III; PPKM Surabaya; and PPKM Mikro Surabaya. The implementation of the lockdown has become trend on social media and created various assumptions. In addition, the spatial zoning regulations have not supported the pandemic so that the regulations are more siding of the economy and city development without reviewing its readiness facing the pandemic. This study uses secondary data collection methods through data mining also primary data through teleconference and distributing online questionnaires. So, from collecting data on social media and community aspirations, it is hoped that they can create spatial policies that are in accordance with community conditions and can also reduce the number of COVID-19 cases. The result shows that there are five topics becoming peoples’ perceptions and preferences, such as social, economy, mobility, environment, and health. Moreover, they state that PSBB Surabaya Jilid 1,2, and 3 aren’t the best policy and PPKM Micro are the best policy. Similar thing also experienced by 60% informant stating that PPKM Micro is the best policy. There are also state policy suggestions regarding to policy, such as implementation of policies, restoration of education, vaccinations, incentives for health workers, duration of dine in, provision of assistance to workers, government social assistance, optimization of traditional markets, dissemination of information, and operating companies. Abstrak - Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota yang teridentifikasi sebagai zona hitam pada Mei 2020. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan pembatasan telah diterapkan untuk menekan angka penyebaran COVID-19 seperti PSBB Surabaya Raya Jilid 1, 2, dan 3; PPKM Surabaya; serta PPKM Mikro Surabaya. Penerapan kebijakan pembatasan menjadi isu hangat di media sosial dan menimbulkan anggapan positif dan negatif. Selain itu, pada aspek keruangan, peraturan zonasi tata ruang belum menunjang urgensitas pandemi sehingga peraturannya lebih berpihak pada sektor ekonomi dan pembangunan kota tanpa meninjau kesiapan kotanya dalam menghadapi pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data sekunder melalui mining data serta data primer melalui wawancara telekonferensi. Sehingga, dari pengumpulan data pada media sosial dan aspirasi masyarakat diharapkan dapat menciptakan kebijakan keruangan yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat dan juga dapat menekan angka kasus COVID-19. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima topik yang cenderung menjadi persepsi dan preferensi para pengguna media sosial, yaitu sosial, ekonomi, mobilitas, lingkungan, dan kesehatan. Selain itu, mereka juga menyatakan bahwa PSBB Surabaya Jilid 1, 2, dan 3 merupakan kebijakan yang tidak diminati dan PPKM Mikro merupakan kebijakan yang paling diminati. Hal serupa juga dialami oleh para narasumber yang menyatakan bahwa 60% narasumber menyatakan PPKM Mikro merupakan kebijakan paling efektif. Terdapat beberapa saran kebijakan menurut narasumber, terkait pelaksanaan kebijakan, pemulihan pendidikan, vaksinasi, insentif tenaga kesehatan, durasi makan di tempat, pemberian bantuan kepada buruh, bantuan sosial pemerintah, optimalisasi pasar tradisional, penyebaran informasi, dan perusahaan yang beroperasi.

This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth.
