The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) and service to the customer’s decision to use the product “Tabungan BSM” in Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Kaliurang. The results of this research can be taken into consideration of the bank’s management to evaluate marketing strategies and services applied in the bank. The sample in this research is 112 respondents from customers “Tabungan BSM” in Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Kaliurang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. This research is a field research with quantitative approach. The data are primary and secondary. Primary data is obtained based on respondent’s answers to a quesionnaire distribution. This research uses multiple regression analysis with the normality test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, F test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test (t-test) with processing using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The data processing results are obtained equation Y = 2,279 + 0,062X1 + 0,246X2 + 0,173X3 + 0,356X4 + 0,157X5 + e. Based on Ftest shows that Fhitung (12,962) > Ftabel (2,300) and the level of significance probability of 0.000 (the level of significance probability) is smaller than 0.05, then the regression model in this reseach can be used and jointly independent variables influence the decision of used “Tabungan BSM”. Based on coefficient determination test is known that Adjusted R2 value is equal to 0.350 or 35%. This means that with five independent variables that include Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Service can represent 35% of variables which affects the descision variable usage of “Tabungan BSM” by customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Kaliurang, while the rest (100% - 35% = 65%) is explained by other variables outside the model used. Meanwhile, based on the t-test, it shows that the variables of product, price, Place, and servicedo not affect the customer’s decision to use “Tabungan BSM” in Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Kaliurang. There is only one variable that is variable Promotion.

Customers 'interest in owning a house through a KPR, apart from the urge to fulfill their need for a comfortable and nice place to live, is also related to how the KPR is marketed so that it attracts customers' interest. Or in other words, how is the marketing mix strategy implemented to attract buyers to the mortgage offered. The marketing mix includes products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes and physical evidence.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors including: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence on customer interest in KPR at PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The research data comes from a questionnaire distributed to 86 respondents who are KPR BNI Griya customers, using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test on each research variable concluded that partially accepting the hypothesis point 1 and rejecting some of the hypothesis point 1, because it is proven that the location factor has a significant influence, while the product, price, promotion, people, process and Physical evidence does not have a significant effect on customer interest in the KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The results of the F test on all the variables studied conclude that accepting the hypothesis point 2, because it is proven that the factors which include: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence together have a significant influence on customer interest in KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P terhadap keputusan pembelian pupuk eceran di toko Tani Makmur kota Pagar Alam Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive nonprobability sampling. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi, dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, berdasarkan uji F, variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji t, hanya variabel harga yang disimpulkan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan variabel produk, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil interpretasi nilai koefisien korelasi (R Square 0,731) menunjukkan variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menunjukan bahwa pengaruh produk, harga. Tempat, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya 46,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Variabel produk adalah variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan berdasarkan dari nilai t hitung yang paling tinggi yaitu 7,913. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the 4P marketing mix on the decision to purchase retail fertilizer at the Tani Makmur shop, Pagar Alam city, South Sumatra. This research is a quantitative associative study, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive nonprobability sampling. The independent variables in this study are product, price, place, and promotion, with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate, based on the F test, product variables, price, place, and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, based on the t test, only the price variable is concluded to have a positive but insignificant effect, while the product, place, and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the interpretation of the value of the correlation coefficient (R Square 0.731) show that product, price, place, and promotion variables have a strong influence on purchasing decisions. And the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the effect of product, price. Place and promotion on purchasing decisions amounted to 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% was influenced by other factors. The product variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence based on the highest t value, namely 7.913.

<p><em>This research aims to identify factors - factors the quality of service that consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Branch Office of Kudus. </em></p><p><em>The population of this research is all of the customers at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Branch Office of Kudus. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling Method amounting to 100 customers. The data used in this research is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use the Statistical F Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and statistical t-Test.</em></p><em>The results of t test are obtained the effect of variable responsiveness, assurance and empathy that significantly influence customer satisfaction of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah Kudus Branch Office. Meanwhile reliability and tangible have no significant effect. In F test, it is found that the dimension of ATM Service quality tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant effect on the satisfaction of customers</em> of <em>the Central Java Regional Development Bank of the Branch Office</em>

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

This study at to analyze the effect of product, price, place, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions uses the Go Food application during the covid pandemic 2021 The research methodology used quantitative method with cross section data and primary data obtained from questionnaires. Mechanical sampling uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the validity, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing t-statistics and f-statistics to examine the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study showed that in partial variables of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion have a positive impact and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions using the Go Food application. Meanwhile, independent variables of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion simultaneously have a significant relationship to the dependent variables, on consumer purchasing decisions using the Go Food application. Coefficient of determination from this study shows 83.01%. It shows that the variation of the independent variables are Product, Price, Place, and Promotion is able to explain the rise and fall of the dependent variable variation on consumer purchasing decisions using the Go Food application is 83.01%, while the remaining of 16.99% is affected by other independent variables.

<p><em>This research has a purpose to know the implementation of Service Quality, to know the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu. </em><em>In this study population consists of 1.000 customer satisfaction with a sample of 286 using Incidental sampling technique. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS program version 22.0 </em>using simple linear regression with test of hypothesis test of determination and t test. <em>The result of research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 9,311 + 0,763 X, constant of 9,311 means if variable of Service Quality is still value then Customer Satisfaction is 0,763 so there is influence between Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination (</em> <em>) is known 0,400 means 40% Service Quality is influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 60% Service Quality is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Then, the result of t test obtained </em> <em>value is 13,765 while  </em> <em> equal to 1,9683. This means that the value of</em><em> </em><em> </em> <em> &gt; </em> <em> (13,765&gt;1,9683) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence the Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at </em><em>             </em><em>PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu.</em></p>

Aeon mall is company from Japan, and joint venture with Sinarmas Land for PT.AMSL Indonesia. Aeon mall grand opening in BSD, Tangerang 30 May 2015, after two years from the opening Aeon Mall has already many visitors from area in Jabodetabek.  Marketing mix approach is used from Morrison (2002) product, price, place, promotion, people, packaging and programming, also partnership. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix based on Morrison theories to visitor decision of visiting Aeon Mall. This research used descriptive method approach. The population in this study is Aeon Mall visitors. The respondent was chosen by random sampling. The numbers of respondents are 218 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used validity and reliability, frequencies, mean, the classical assumption test, t-test, f-test, regression analysis, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination by using SPSS for windows 20.0. The study found that there was a positive and significant impact of product, promotion, and partnership to visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall. But there wasn’t a positive and significant effect of price, place, people, packaging and programing to the visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall.

The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of perceptions of ease, risk and trust in the decision to use Gopay. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all active student of Batik Islamic Surakarta University. The number of sample was determined by using Slovin formula which has result of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method meanwhile questionnaire was used to collect the data. The technique of the data analysis used in this study are the classical assumption test instrument and hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS Statistics. The results of this study shows that the variable perception of ease, risk and trust affect the decision to use Gopay. The t-test results shows the perception of ease affect the decision to use Gopay. The risk does not affect the decision to use Gopay. Trust influences the decision to use Gopay. Suggestions from this research are Gopay should increase its convenience, reduce risk, and maintain credibility so that consumers will continue to trust Gopay

This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation. This research is descriptive qualitative. Classical assumption test was conducted to determine the normality of the data obtained and multiple linear regression test. In addition, a hypothesis test was conducted which consisted of t test, F test and R2 test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are as follows: Y = 0.255 + 0.627X1 + 0.314X2. The results of the t-test for the location variable tcount value is greater than ttable value 7.996>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of the tcount price variable is greater than the t-table value 4.018>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, Ftable value = 3.12, Fcount = (363.771> 3.12) and the level of significance (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that the independent variables are Location (X1) and Price (X2) together the same positive and significant effect on the variable Consumer Decision (Y). The results of the R2 test show that the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.902 or 90.2% of the price and location variables affect consumer decisions in choosing a house.
