This study aims to study the implementation of Posyandu activities in improving toddler health through activities. This type of research is quantitative survey. They population is all of the people of Tanjung Batang Kapas who have toddlers with as many as 36 people, samples taken 100% of the population. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. Data collection tool eses quationnaire sheets. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the research show how the implementation of Posyandu activities in improving toddler health in Tanjung Batang Kapas, west Inderapura through activities (a) weighing the implemetantion sometimes and never, (b) assistance with complementary food  for ASI and Vitamin A is done sometimes and never even, (c) supplementary feeding for underweihght children and growth is not enough sometimes and never, (d) immunization is done sometimes and never even, (e) monitoring the incidence of ISPA and diarrhea programs sometimes and never, also seen from (f) the healthof children (healthy children), there are still many children experiencing health problems so that they are categorized as less healthy children.

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This study uses a quantitative approach to instrument design quantitative correlation. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The theory used in this research is the theory of symbolic interaction, attribution theory and the theory of self-discloser. This is evidenced by analyzing data obtained from the results of a questionnaire of 100 respondents. The results obtained concerning the interpretation of data management value 0,0778≥ rtabel rhitung = 0.195. At the significant level of 5% then the alternative hypothesis is accepted

The problem in this study is poverty in the people of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. The purpose of this study was to assess poverty in the community of Sofan Village, South East Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Milles and Huberman technique. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. The results show that in general the Sofan Village community is a poor community, and the factor that causes poverty in the Sofan Village community is the low education factor, this lack of employment can be seen in general from the work of the community is farmers and fishermen. Another thing that causes poverty is the lack of income and the habit of some people who were still sitting before working. Another factor that causes poverty in the people of Sofan Village is the attitude of being dependent on other parties, especially the Government. This attitude of being too dependent on others is what causes them to live in poverty.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the socio-cultural conditions related to disaster mitigation in Gorontalo. The method used in this research is a survey with data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) by looking at the socio-cultural conditions of the people of Gorontalo related to disaster mitigation in Gorontalo. The results of the study show that most information on disaster mitigation is known from school as well as from various media sources. Community, students, and teachers often experience disaster mitigation such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides, so it is necessary to have an evacuation place that is ready to be occupied. Lack of public awareness to join organizations on disaster mitigation means that most people do not know about preparedness in facing disasters that will occur. Disaster mitigation practice activities taught in schools are a solution to teach students to understand more about how to save themselves from disasters and not easily panic and fear.

<p><em>This study aims to compare eight groups of zakat recipients in the opinion of ulama and the actualization of amil zakat institutions to eight groups of zakat recipients. This research used qualitative research with phenomenological approach as a part of qualitative research that explore a phenomena based on perspective and people awareness. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The object used in this study is the opinion of ulama, Amil Zakat institution Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency. Method of data collection are interview, documentation and observation. While data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques.</em><em>The results of this study, there are similarities in the analysis text that is based on the opinions of </em><em>ulama</em><em> and contexts which are actualization by the amil zakat institution, both Nurul Hayat KC Malang and LAZISMU Malang Regency.</em><em> </em><em>Except for the riqab group which in the actualization by LAZISMU Malang Regency which had expansion meaning, so that the distribution of zakat was not only for the people free from slavery but also for those who are in opressed.</em></p><br /><em> </em>

This research is motivated by the low level of stimulus given by parents to children around the Tabing Indah Housing Market, Pasar Baru, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, this is presumably because parents' understanding of children's fine motor development is relatively low. This study aims to: 1) describe parents' understanding of fine motor development; 2) describe the provision of stimulus to children; and 3) looking at the relationship between parents' understanding of fine motor development and providing stimulus to children around the Tabing Indah Housing Market, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population in this study were parents of children around Tabing Indah Housing, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency as many as 20 people and a sample of 14 people. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Spearman rho proportion and correlation formula. The results showed that: (1) parents' understanding of fine motor development was low, (2) giving children a low stimulus, (3) there was a significant relationship between parents' understanding of fine motor development and providing stimulus to children around Tabing. Beautiful Housing Market. Bayangan Baru District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. It is recommended that parents increase knowledge about the effect of stimulation on children's fine motor development so that their development is maximized.

This study aims to analyze the learning motivation of class VIII SMP students through Geogebra learning media. The method of this research is quasi research. The research population was 120 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Naringgul. The sample or subject of this study were 28 students. Data collection techniques are non-test or questionnaire. The data collection tool is a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique uses descriptive techniques. In general, the results of the research on positive agreement with a high percentage where the Very Agree (SS) response produces an average of 27.2% with the criteria of almost half. Whereas in the Agree (S) and Disagree (TS) responses each with an average of 68.2% with criteria mostly and 6.6% on the criteria for a small part, meaning that it can be concluded that geogebra learning media succeeded in increasing student learning motivation seen from the percentage of Strongly Agree (SS) and Agree (S) responses that are more dominant than the percentage of the Disagree (TS) and Strongly Disagree (STS) responses.

Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. There was a significant influence between principal managerial and work motivation towards teacher performance.

This research is quantitative descriptive. The source of the data in this research is the thematic book 3 "Figure and Discovery" and the thematic book 6 "Towards A Healthy Society" VI grades student elementary school. The instrument used in this research is a check list. Data collection using the techniques of questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using technical analysis documents. The results of this research show that the eligibility level description contents of Social lessons on the thematic book 3 "Figure and Discovery" VI grades student of elementary school get percentage 93,78%. The percentage in the very good category. And thematic book 6 "Towards A Healthy Society" VI grades student of elementary school get percentage 84,78%. The percentage in the good category. The eligibility level supporting content learning of Social lessons on the thematic book 3 "Figure and Discovery" VI grades student of elementary school get percentage 95,63%. The percentage in the very good category. And thematic book 6 "Towards A Healthy Society" VI grades student of elementary school get percentage 97,61%. The percentage in the very good category. The eligibility level presentation of Social lessons on the thematic book 3 "Figure and Discovery" VI grades student of elementary school get percentage 98,41%. The percentage in the very good category. And thematic book 6 "Towards A Healthy Society" VI grades student of elementary school get percentage 98,75%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku tema 3 “Tokoh dan Penemuan” dan buku tema 6 “Menuju Masyarakat Sehat” pegangan siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni instrument berupa daftar cocok atau check list. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelayakan uraian isi muatan pelajaran IPS pada buku tematik semester I tema 3 “Tokoh dan Penemuan” pegangan siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar mendapatkan persentase sebesar 93,78%. Persentase tersebut pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan buku tematik semester II tema 6 “Menuju Masyarakat Sehat” pegangan siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar mendapat persentase sebesar 84,78%. Persentase tersebut pada kategori baik. Tingkat kelayakan isi pendukung pembelajaran muatan pelajaran IPS pada buku tematik semester I tema 3 “Tokoh dan Penemuan” pegangan siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar mendapat persentase sebesar 95,63%. Persentase tersebut pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan buku tematik semester II tema 6 “Menuju Masyarakat Sehat” pegangan siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar mendapat persentase sebesar 97,61%. Persentase tersebut pada kategori sangat baik. Tingkat kelayakan penyajian muatan pelajaran IPS pada buku tematik semester I tema 3 “Tokoh dan Penemuan” pegangan siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar mendapat persentase sebesar 98,41%. Persentase tersebut pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan buku tematik semester II tema 6 “Menuju Masyarakat Sehat” pegangan siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar mendapat persentase sebesar 98,75%. Persentase tersebut pada kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Kelayakan Isi, Kelayakan Penyajian, Ilmu Pengetahun Sosial, Buku Tematik.
