The rapid growth of information and communication technology (ICT) facilitate human activity. Senate of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Diponegoro , as the highest representative body of normative and within the faculty , has one of the tasks that provide feedback on a proposed referendum letter promotion . In the current procedure , the data is stored in the form of the proposed paper form . This method is less efficient , time-consuming addition , members often did not give his opinion because of forgotten or busy with other activities . The purpose of this study is to design a new, computerized information system that is capable of handling data storage process in the Senate , a notice of the proposed promotion, and management approval of the proposed increase in the post. Development of Information System was developed using FAST ( Framework for the Application of System Technique) . This information system development using PHP programming language ased on CodeIgniter framework . Storage and management of databases using a DBMS ( Database Management System MySQL . Testing Information System using User Acceptance testing , that using BlackBox Methodology . The results of this study is to produce a system that can accommodate the proposed promotion, responses senate , and spread in the form of an SMS message to the senate . So that this system can replace the system that is currently running are still less efficient and is manual .

Education management development, followed by the use of information technology are required by Department of Communication and Community Development Science, Faculty of Human Ecology, Bogor Agricultural University (SKPM FEMA IPB). System development is directed to the development of Academic Management Information System (MIS), which are interactive and provide information about academic. Department of Communication and Community Development Science developed an Academic Management Information System (Simak). Simak already developed but still have constraints in terms of users. User needs evaluation, ICT literacy measurement used as an approach to solving the constraints that exist for Simak users.

E-Commerce is a process model of selling and buying goods using information and communication technology. This business model offers a broad market for products owned by the seller. However this sales model is not yet common for agricultural products. Most of the process of buying and selling agricultural products is still done conventionally. The lack of agricultural e-commerce sites is the main reason for the research conducted. This research will develop an agricultural e-commerce system. This system has two main modules that are sales module and purchasing module. This article specifically develops sales modules for agricultural e-commerce. In the development of modules applied Dynamic System Development Method. The used of this model is based on characteristic of the project which have limited number of development team and short development time. The development stages consist of pre-project, feasibility study, business study, functional model iteration, and design and build iteration. In this study a prototype has been produced for the sales module on agricultural e-commerce that is being developed

The development of the world of technology cannot be avoided, educational institutions as centers of education and learning must follow these technological developments so that they can exist more. In the industrial era 4.0 which was marked by advances in information and communication technology, accelerating and providing various kinds of convenience in accessing information and data on various aspects of life. This acceleration and convenience has become a necessity and a lifestyle. Therefore, schools as educational institutions that have various kinds of data must be willing to make changes, adjust to these demands, so that the education and learning process can take place properly, quickly, and accurately. Schools must take advantage of information and communication technology. Carry out the education and learning process online. Consequently, it must have facilities and infrastructure, in the form of information and communication technology. However, the reality in the field is that not all schools have and apply this technology, due to various limitations, financial and workforce quality. The problem then is, is this true, information and communication technology is a major need, without this technology learning cannot take place optimally, the continuity of the institution and its existence is threatened. From here the researcher was moved to research on the implementation of information systems online. Aims to find out and understand the effectiveness of online information system implementation in Era 4.0 as a database and educational information service center at the Krian 1 Muhammadiyah Primary School. This type of qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach (field research). This study used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documents. The collected data were analyzed through 3 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data, triangulation was used. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of the Muhammadiyah Education Information System (Sidikmu) in the administrative services of the Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic education assessment system in the Industrial era 4.0 at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Sioarjo implemented in integral automation. An information system that not only functions as a database but also as a center for educational information services for student guardians. So that educational institutions can move according to the era which is completely online and instant. Sidikmu is effective and efficient in improving the quality and productivity of the ISMUBA education assessment system administration services at SD Muhamadiyah 1 Krian, Sidoarjo. The effectiveness and efficiency of Sidikmu's work automatically integrate all existing data in schools, making it easier for the administrative process for assessments, especially on ISMUBA subjects. The main obstacle is that not all Ismuba teachers master the technology, so training is needed, the provision of facilities, and guaranteed awards for Creative and Innovative Ismuba teachers

The rapid development of the computer world that brings every individual or group of people will use information and communication technology in every activity. Likewise in the world of education, including libraries that utilize information and communication technology in managing the process of borrowing and returning library books. The benefits of making a web-based library information system include being able to save time where there is no need for manual recording, making it easier to find book data or library members, making it easier in making book loan reports and other reports and other benefits. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The making of software is done by a waterfall model consisting of: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then UML visual modeling is used which is the standardization of modeling language for object-oriented software development. The expected results of this study produce a web-based library information system using the YII Framework with MVC (Model View Controller) method in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey that can solve existing problems. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to build a library information system in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this research is to produce a library information system.

Development of information technology (IT) is used to support business sector, including banking. One of them, banking uses IT to improve the quality of service in the form of internet banking and mobile banking. Therefor, the research focused on development of mobile banking system using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology as client authentication and security system. Features on mobile banking system are checking balance information, mutation, electricity bill, a fellow bank transfer and transfers between Bank that has been working with ATM Bersama, as well as payment of electricity bills. System development using JAVA programming language with Android Studio tools, to access server using PHP with MySQL as database management, IdWebHost as hosting services, as well as data output using JSON format. Data collection method is done with interview stage and literature study. Researcher uses system development methods of Rapid Application Development (RAD), while testing using unit testing and user acceptance testing. Result of the study is secure mobile banking system utilizing Near Field Communication technology, PIN, and AES encryption.

Currently, information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important sector for administering education in schools. The use of Information and Communication Technology is one of the determining aspects in competition. The condition of ICT in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Lubuklinggau City has not fully used ICT-based applications, several schools that already have ICT applications and infrastructure are built themselves and are managed according to local needs both in the administration section and the support units. Meanwhile, on the other hand, there are still aspects of the public that are not yet based on ICTs with inadequate ICT facilities / infrastructure to support the success of organizational goals in the field of education optimally. For this reason, the researcher wants to help the Education Office of the City of Lubuklinggau to plan a technology strategy and information system that can be used as a guide in the ICT strategic plan. This study uses the SWOT / TOWS matrix as one of the methods applied for internal analysis in order to produce strategic planning proposals for ICT development for vocational schools in Lubuklinggau City.

Generally, vehicle service is a must for the vehicle owner. However, due to tight work routines, people often forget to service their vehicles. In addition, the service process is still using a manual system, such as taking a queue number which leads to the long queue of the service time. An Android-based Motorcycle Repair Shop Information System provides a solution to remind people to do a regular service on their vehicles with a reminder feature and make online bookings.  The system development uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The implementation process requires an Android smartphone and a computer device by using MySQL as data storage, Firebase as a notification sender, React native and Visual Studio Code are used for developing the system. The results of the UAT test (user acceptance testing) from 20 users show 55,8% answered agree to the display, features and flow of the system, 39,5% answered strongly agree to the three question parameters, and 4,7% answered disagree with the flow and display of the system.

Penelitian ini hendak membahas tentang bagaimana Pengelolaan Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Dalam Mendukung Kinerja Layanan Pendidikan di STAIN Pamekasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan di STAIN Pamekasan dilakukan dengan  tahapan, a). Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen, b). Pembentukan tim khusus, c). Menentukan Kebijakan, dan standar operasional. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan di STAIN Pamekasan dilakukan dengan, a). Kemahasiswaan, b). tenaga pendidik, c). kepegawaian, dan d). publikasi dan dokumentasi. Pengawasan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan di STAIN Pamekasan dilakukan secara internal dilaksanakan dari sisi pengelola (unit TIPD) dan sisi perangkat pendukung yakni perangkat komputer dan jaringan internet. Secara eksternal, pengawasan dilakukan oleh dosen, pegawai, mahasiswa selaku user dan subag perencanaan dan keuangan sebagai pelaksana pemeliharaan barang milik negara (BMN). Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, Layanan Pendidikan   Abstract: Information and communication technology is one component that can not be separated from educational activities. This research will discuss about management infrastructure of information and communication technology in education service at STAIN Pamekasan. Based on the results of research can be concluded that management information system is planned by, a). Management review meeting, b). Forming of special team, c). Define policy, and operational standards. Implementation of management information system at STAIN Pamekasan done by, a). Student affairs, b). Educator, c). Staffing, and d). Publication and documentation. Supervision of management information system at STAIN Pamekasan done internally by the administrator (TIPD unit) and supporting device that is computer and internet. PT. Medan Tropical Canning is a company engaged in the production and export of aquaculture materials and marine catches, such as shrimp, fish, and so on. PT. Medan Tropical Canning manually monitors and maintains production machinery such as calculation of maintenance schedules and replacement of spare parts contained in production machinery. Frequent occurrences of errors in the calculation of maintenance scheduling and replacement of spare parts cause disruption of production activities.To deal with the problem, the authors propose a computerized information system using the STRADIS system development methodology. This information system is a program developed using the Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 programming language, database using Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and Business Objects Crystal Report 10 for report design.With the completion of the developed system, the data inputted will be processed with a database management system so that it can help monitor and maintain production machines and make reports faster and more accurate. The results of this computerized preventive maintenance information system are expected to benefit the company.
