Sade is known as the traditional village of the Sasak tribe, which until now still maintains its authenticity. Farming is the main source of livelihood for the sade community. In addition, they also have handicraft products in the form of weaving produced by sade women, who since childhood (age 9 years) have been required to learn to weave, and this rule was made so that women in Sade could live independently without depending on men. However, in terms of tourism, women are not really involved, even though women should take an important role in developing a tourist village, for example, in the pokdarwis membership there are absolutely no women, because according to them men should take all roles, while for women only take care of family and sell weaving products. Women are the most important resource that should be used properly in community development activities, especially for sade communities. However, the reality is that women have a domestic role that cannot be separated from other roles in their lives. This makes women unable to focus solely on their public roles. In this case, a dilemma occurs in society regarding the position of women in community activities, especially in community development programs through the tourism village program. Therefore, it is necessary to study what the roles of Sade women are in developing the Sade tourism village. Then to collect data used qualitative observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data was obtained through purposive sampling for sade communities, especially traditional leaders, community leaders, and religious leaders. and sade girls. The results of this research are that the potential that exists in the community should be used for tourism development, but in fact tourism in Sade hamlet cannot develop properly, even education is still low, even though it is the main key because of high education. will have an impact on progress. To be able to improve the welfare of the community through tourism villages, it is necessary to have the participation of sade women to develop sade tourism by participating in training or counseling related to tourism, and of course with the hope that the Sade tourism village can develop more advanced and can attract both local and foreign tourist visits. Therefore, cooperation between the government and the local community is needed for the development of a tourist village

Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. This article tries to explain how the relationship between Islam and politics after the conflict between the Government of Indonesia and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM). After the peace agreement between the two parties with the signing of the Helsinki MoU, the Indonesian government interpreted the agreement in Law No. 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh (UUPA). The presence of the act makes the ulama a partner of the government in running the wheels of government by giving fatwa on issues of government, development, community development, and the economy. Furthermore, after peace, the role of the ulama was not only to give knowledge to the community, some ulama participated in practical politics. This was one of the effects of the UUPA, where Aceh was given the privilege of establishing local political parties. At present some ulama have occupied various positions in party management, and even participated in the regional head election (PILKADA), where religious values are used as a means of gaining power.

The tourism sector has become a truly global force for promoting economic growth and development. Therefore, the study of tourism has become an interesting topic for researchers lately. On the other hand, local tourism, generally in developing countries, is often neglected by academics and policymakers. For this reason, this study aims to examine and analyze the role of tourist motivation in mediating accessibility, amenities, and attractions on visiting decisions. This study is a survey research with an explanatory method. The population is tourists who visit the tourism village of Bumiaji, Indonesia, in the low and busy seasons. The population is infinite and the number of respondents who were interviewed is 100 respondents; data were collected by distributing questionnaires to domestic tourists who came from outside the tourist village of Bumiaji, then the data were processed and analyzed using Warp Partial Least Squares. The findings indicate that the effect of accessibility on visiting decisions is not mediated by tourist motivation. This shows that the decision of tourists to visit can be directly influenced by the time and means of transportation available. Meanwhile, the influence of amenities and attractions on the decision to visit is mediated by the motivation of tourists. This means that amenities and attractions can influence a tourist’s decision to visit if there is an urge from tourist to relax or make friends or enjoy the culture at tourist attractions, etc.

A fundamental change in the government system in Indonesia after the reforms is the implementation of decentralization and real regional autonomy. Giving village funds is a form of fulfilling the village's rights for the implementation of its own autonomy to grow and develop following diversity, participation, autonomy, empowerment, democratization of the community and increasing the role of the village government in order to provide services and improve the welfare of the community in areas that are adrift . Therefore, this study aims to reveal the impact of village fund policies on improving people's welfare and reducing unemployment in Ponggok Village, Tegalrejo Village, and Kalangan Klaten Village. Ponggok village was chosen because it is a pilot village that has managed to manage village funds provided for the welfare of its people. Ponggok Village uses its village funds to provide infrastructure to support the sustainability of Ponggok Tourism Village, conduct training programs, toilets for each house, as well as other assistance that can improve the welfare of its citizens, and the entire community participates in the programs.
