Abstract This study aims to define Early Formal Education teacher competence in the learning of dance art in kindergarten in Malang. This study uses a descriptive design with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The population is kindergarten teachers in Malang. The sample uses a proportional random sampling technique that amounted to 15 kindergarten teachers from five sub-districts in Malang, each sub-district represented three teachers from different kindergartens. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results show that the level of kindergarten teachers’ understanding in Malang of the Early Formal Education teacher’s competence required in the learning of dance art is in a good category; however, contrary to the reality in the field, the problem of early childhood dance learning lies in the lack of pedagogical competence, personality and teacher professionalism. Teaching requires intense and sustained training to improve dance learning competence. The conclusion is that the competence of Early Formal Education teachers in the learning of dance art in kindergarten in Malang is still lacking.

The influence of multimedia usage on PG-PAUD student concept understanding in cognitive development and creativity course of early childhood has been done on PG-PAUD Student semester three in Palembang Sriwijaya University. The type of research used is experiment with One Shoot Case Study descriptions, with sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The sample in the pre-experiment class is 27 and the post-test class is 28. The data collection technique is written essay, interview and documentation. Result of data analysis obtained is 80,71, while result of hypothesis test based on t-test obtained t_hitung> t_table or got t_count = 6,76> t_table = 4,83, hence Ho refused and Ha accepted, thus there influence multimedia usage to understanding the concept of PG-Paud students in courses of cognitive development and creativity of early childhood. With assessment indicators Redefining a concept, Classifying objects according to certain traits according to their concepts, Providing examples of concepts, Using, utilizing and selecting specific procedures. So the use of multimedia to understanding the concept of the students is very influential to improve understanding of the concept.

This research is motivated by the low ability to speak of early childhood in Desa Rambai Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman. This is allegedly due to poor communication in the family. This study aims to: (1) see communication in the family, (2) see the ability to speak of early childhood, (3) see the relationship between communication in the family and children's speaking ability in Rambai Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The study population was 27 parents. Samples were taken as much as 70%, namely 20 people. Sampling technique with area random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis techniques use percentages while correlation analysis uses rank order and t test. The results showed that: (1) communication in the family had not been carried out properly, (2) speaking ability of early childhood in Rambai Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City in the low category, (3) there was a significant relationship between communication in the family and speaking ability of early childhood in Desa Rambai Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman.

This research was motivated by the low speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, Pasaman Regency. It is suspected that one of the reasons is because the communication applied in the family is not quite right. This study aims to: 1) describe the communication that occurs in the family; 2) describe early childhood speech skills; and 3) looking at the relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of aged children in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 26 housewives who had children aged 4-5 years. The sample amounted to 19 people with sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and a check for the observation of the development of speech in early childhood. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the correlation formula of the Sperman Rho correlation. The results of this study indicate: 1) the communication that occurs within the family in Pisang Village is in the wrong category; 2) the speaking ability of early childhood in Kampung Pisang is still low; and 3) there is a significant relationship between communication within the family and the speaking ability of early childhood in Pisang Village, Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency. Research suggestions are: 1) it is hoped that the family can implement good, dynamic, intensive, and harmonious communication with children, to improve their speaking ability in children; and 2) it is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine other variables that affect the development of children's self-speech abilitiesKeywords: communication, speech application, early childhood, family education

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the low moral development of children, this is evidenced by their behavior in everyday life and can distinguish good or bad deeds. This is thought to be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of parental attention to children. This study aims to see a picture of parental attention, to see a picture of early childhood moral development and the relationship between parental attention and moral development of children aged 5-6 years in Korong Salisikan Nagari Sungai Buluah Timur Batang Anai. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population in this study parents who have early childhood are 43 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique as many as 35 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire or questionnaire, while the data analysis used the percentage formula and the product moment. The results showed that the description of parental attention to children was in the low category, the description of early childhood moral development was in the low category and there was a significant relationship between parental attention and moral development of early childhood in Korong Salisikan Nagari Sungai Buluah Timur Batang Anai.Keywords: parental attention, early childhood moral development

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan: (1) Pemahaman, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pendidik program PPAUD tentang team teaching (2) hasil team teaching, dan (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat keefektifan team teaching. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan logic models menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian 65 orang pendidik. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, lembar observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumen, wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi team teaching efektif. Team teaching memberikan hasil positif terhadap anak, dan terdapat faktor pendukung team teaching meliputi: rasio peserta didik dan pendidik, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, rekan pendidik yang terbuka dan mempunyai keinginan kerja sama, ketercapaian tumbuh kembang anak, proses administrasi mudah dan lengkap serta bertambahnya kemampuan pendidik. Faktor penghambat meliputi: jumlah pendidik sedikit dan fasilitas sarana prasarana terbatas.Kata Kunci: keefektifan, team teaching, PAUDTHE EFFECTIVENESS OF TEAM TEACHING OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAM EDUCATORS IN KULONPROGO REGENCYAbstractThis study aims to investigate: (1) the effectiveness of: the educators’ understanding of team teaching, the educators’ planning in team teaching, the implementation of team teaching, and the evaluation of team teaching; (2) the result of team teaching; and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors of team teaching in Early Childhood Education Program educators in Kulon Progo Regency. This study was an evaluation study using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The evaluation model used was the logic models. The research subject were 80 educator’s with 65 educators Data were collected by means of questionnaires, observation, and interview. The technique of data analysis used was descriptive. The results show that: (1) the educators’ understanding of team teaching is quite effective with a score of 1.52 or 89%, (2) the educators’ planning in team teaching is very effective with a score of 2.79 or 93%, (3) the implementation of team teaching is very effective with a score of2.91 or 97.1%, (4) the evaluation of team teaching tremendously effective with a gained score of 2.28 or 99.3%, (5) the team teaching gives a positive effect to the children according to administrators’ and parents’ point of view, (6) the supporting factors of team teaching are: (a) the educator and children ratio, (b) the availability of infrastructure and facilities, (c) open minded and good willing to cooperate of educators’ partner, (d) the best possibility of children development, (e) the convenient and comprehensive administration process, and (f) the increase of educator’s competencies by interaction and team teaching. The inhibiting factors of team teaching are: (a). the limitation of the number of educators, and (b) the limitation of infrastructure and facilities.Keywords: effectiveness, team teaching, early childhood education

This research is presented by the problem of hardiness related to the unbalancing between the rights and obligations of early childhood teachers in HIMPAUDI Candi. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The variable in this study is hardiness. The sampling technique used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique of 100 early childhood teachers in HIMPAUDI Candi. The data collection technique used the DRS (Dispositional Resilience Scale) II scale to measure hardiness and the Multiple Choice Single Response scale to measure the hardiness factors scale. Analysis of the data in this study used statistical tests with the help of the SPSS 20.0 and MS Excel 2019 programs. The reliability was 0.844 and the validity was> 0.30. The results of hardiness data on early childhood teachers in Candi with a moderate level of 89% and low level of 11%. The most influential factor is the dispositional factor (58%). The hardiness of early childhood teachers in Candi is also influenced by factors of age, years of service, education and salary.

Abstract This research was motivated by the teacher's doubts in designing BDR learning in Inderapura, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study aims to determine the "Professionalism of Kindergarten Teachers in Designing BDR Learning (Learning From Home) during Covid-19). This type of research is descriptive quantitative ex post facto approach, the study population amounted to 81 people, a sample of 45 people using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale model questionnaire. Analysis of research data obtained through the results of a questionnaire with descriptive analysis using percentages. The results showed that the professionalism of kindergarten teachers in designing BDR learning during Covid-19 was seen from the BDR learning design subvariable as many as 54% of respondents chose always answers (SL), the design of the learning implementation mechanism 44% always answered (SL), and the BDR learning assessment design 49% the answer is always (SL). Based on these data, it is concluded that the professionalism of kindergarten teachers in designing BDR learning is seen from the learning design, the learning mechanism design, and the BDR learning assessment design in Inderapura, Pesisir Selatan Regency looks good. The competence of PAUD teachers is indispensable in achieving early childhood education goals, in fact 47.42% of PAUD teachers have not obtained UKG scores according to the criteria or can be said to have no professional and pedagogic competence in the high category. Therefore, it is necessary to study the education background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers towards the UKG results. The purpose of the study was to analyze: (1) the achievement of the value of UKG for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers in Bandar Lampung in 2015, (2) educational background, certification, and age of PAUD teachers who had attended UKG in Bandar Lampung City in 2015. Abstract: Early childhood is the golden age to develop their potential multiple intelligences. However, educational activities have often been reduced as teaching and schooling which centered on static transfer of knowledge and sometimes forget to develop non-academic intelligence. This paper aims to describe Aisyiyah teachers training in Banyuwangi Regency to develop the potential multiple intelligence in early childhood. We used dialogical lectures, exercises (simulations), and assistance as the methods. The results showed that 49.74% of 38 participants were satisfied, 48.70% were very satisfied, and only 1.56% were dissatisfied with the contents, methods, and facilities provided. This shows that contents of the material improve teacher's knowledge and could be applied in the teaching environment. The teacher also feels that they gained new experience because never attended a similar training before. Therefore, this kind of training needs to be continued and improved to improve teacher professionalism. Pelatihan pengembangan kecerdasan majemuk anak bagi guru tk AisyiyahAbstrak: Usia anak adalah usia emas untuk mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan majemuk yang dimiliki. Akan tetapi, selama ini kegiatan pendidikan sering direduksi sebagai kegiatan pengajaran dan persekolahan yang terpusat pada transfer pengetahuan secara statis dan terkadang lupa untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan non akademik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelatihan guru Aisyiyah kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan majemuk anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dialogis, latihan (simulasi), dan pendampingan. Dari 38 sasaran, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 49.74% puas, 48.70% sangat puas, dan hanya 1.56% tidak puas terhadap isi, metode, maupun fasilitas yang disediakan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa isi materi sesuai dan dapat menambah pengetahuan guru untuk diaplikasikan di lingkungan kerjanya. Guru juga merasa mendapat pengalaman baru karena belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan serupa sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, pelatihan semacam ini perlu dilanjutkan dan ditingkatkan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) 2013 terhadap kompetensi guru ditinjau dari matakuliah Persiapan Profesi Guru Pendidikan Jasmani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatifif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif prodi PJKR angkatan 2013 FIK UNY. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan insidental sampling mengingat mahasiswa prodi PJKR angkatan 2013 sedang menempuh tugas akhir skripsi yang sulit ditemui sehingga jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 120 responden dari 226 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengambil data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data penelititan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa PJKR 2013 terhadap kompetensi guru ditinjau dari matakuliah Persiapan Profesi Guru Pendidikan Jasmani adalah sebanyak 11 mahasiswa (9.17%) kategori sangat baik, 22 mahasiswa (18,33%) kategori baik, 62 mahasiswa (51,67%) kategori cukup, 19 mahasiswa (15,83%) kategori kurang baik, dan 6 mahasiswa (5%) kategori sangat kurang baik. The level of understanding of pjkr students class 2013 on teacher competence in terms of ppg penjas  AbstractThis study aimed to determine the level of understanding of PJKR students 2013 on teacher competence in terms of Physical Education Teacher Profession Preparation course. This study is a descriptive quantitative research using survey method. The research population is active students of PJKR study program class 2013 of FIK of UNY. The sampling technique was incidental sampling students of PJKR study program class 2013, who were making undergraduate theses so they were difficult to meet so the total sample was 120 respondents of 226 students. The instrument to collect data was test. The research data analysis technique was descriptive statistics by percentage. Based on the research result, it’s concluded that the levels of understanding of PJKR students 2013 o teacher competence in terms of Physical Education Teacher Profession Preparation course are 11 students (9.17%) had very good understanding, 22 students (18,33%) had good understanding, 62 students (51,67%) had adequate understanding, 19 students (15,83%) had poor understanding, and 6 students (5%) had very poor understanding.
