The development of a pre-school educational institution in the organization of the city’s innovation platform by means of informatization

The article proposes to solve the problem of organizing the activities of the city’s innovation platform by means of informatization. The relevance of the topic is not in doubt, as the study of the phenomenon of innovative development of educational institutions by means of information culture and related phenomena and related processes is now in demand. Information education, on the one hand, is a pressing problem for resolution, and on the other hand – providing opportunities, that is, acting as a stimulating factor for the development of preschool education in an innovative mode. This paper highlights some aspects of the problem of education information, which are particularly relevant and possible for resolution at this stage in the conditions of preschool education. Creating and expanding a single informational educational space solves the challenges of developing the potential (cultural and technical) of such with as a pre-school educational institution, as well as improving the quality of preschool education, its accessibility, continuity, etc., with the active interaction of all participants in educational relations.

RESUMEN El propósito de esta investigación es estudiar la relación existente entre la calidad percibida y la calidad esperada desde las percepciones de los estudiantes en cuatro instituciones educativas de Huamanga, Ayacucho. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo correlacional y comparativo de medias con la finalidad de determinar, primero, si existía relación entre las variables. En  segundo lugar, verificar si se producían   diferencias significativas entre las mismas. El análisis correlacional nos permitió identificar procesos o patrones existentes en el mundo de las percepciones con respecto a la relación entre las variables; así como el análisis de diferencia de medias nos proporcionó evidencias de la evaluación general de la calidad del servicio educativo que se brinda en dichas instituciones. El estudio fue realizado a dos niveles: el general, considerando las cuatro instituciones educativas como grupo y el desagregado, por cada institución educativa. La muestra estuvo conformada por 339 estudiantes, correspondientes a cuatro instituciones educativas emblemáticas de la ciudad de Huamanga, Ayacucho. Los instrumentos de medición de las variables calidad percibida y calidad esperada, presentan una fuerte confiabilidad y cada uno de sus ítems muestra una alta consistencia interna. Descriptivamente, los resultados muestran que, para el 54% de los estudiantes encuestados, la calidad percibida es menor o igual que la media y para el 46% la calidad percibida es alta o muy alta. Respecto a la calidad esperada, el 27.2% espera una calidad baja o media, mientras que el 72.8% espera que sea alta o muy alta. En otras palabras, más de la mitad percibe una calidad baja o igual a la media y casi tres cuartas partes esperan una mejor calidad de la que están recibiendo. Por otro lado, en la evaluación de la calidad general del servicio (calidad percibida menos calidad esperada) se encuentra que para el 71% de estudiantes, la calidad es deficiente, ya que no llegan a percibirla como esperan, mientras que para el 29% la calidad es buena o excelente porque obtienen una calidad igual o que excede lo esperado. Desde el punto vista inferencial, se demuestra que existe una correlación moderada, positiva y significativa entre las variables calidad percibida y esperada. Sin embargo, al analizar dividiendo al grupo en valoraciones de la calidad percibida sobre y bajo la media, se encuentra que no existe correlación significativa entre las dos variables en el caso de estudiantes que valoran por debajo de la media. Por otro lado,  existe correlación positiva y significativa en el grupo de los alumnos que valoran por sobre la media. Este dato tiene enormes implicancias para los procesos de mejoramiento de la calidad. La diferencia de medias entre las variables es altamente significativa y con mayor valor hacia lo esperado que a lo percibido. Esto implica que la calidad del servicio educativo es significativamente deficiente.  ABSTRACT The purpose of this investigation was to study the relationship between perceived quality and expected quality of student’s perceptions from four educational institutions of Huamanga, Ayacucho. Correlational descriptive analyses and comparison of means were applied with the aim to determine if there was any relationship or any significant differences between the variables. Correlational analyses allowed identifying the processes or patterns in the world of perceptions about the relationship between variables and analysis of mean difference provided us with evidence of the overall assessment of the quality of education that is offered in these educational institutions. The study was conducted at two levels: the studies of a general nature which considered the four educational institutions and the disaggregated study on each educational institution. The sample consisted of 339 students, corresponding to four emblematic educational institutions of Huamanga, Ayacucho. The perceived quality and expected quality variables measuring instruments have a strong reliability and each of its items shows high internal consistency. Descriptively, the results show that for the 54% of students surveyed,  the perceived quality is less than or equal to the average, and for the 46% perceived quality is high or higher than the  expected quality ,, the perceptions of the  27.2% of students  about quality service received is  from  low to medium, while the 72.8% expected to be high or very high. In other words, more than half students perceived a lower quality or equal to the average and almost three-quarters expect a better quality than the one they are receiving. On the other hand, the evaluation of the overall quality of service (perceived quality minus expected quality) shows that for the 71% of students, the quality is deficient because they don’t get to perceive the quality they expect, while for the 29% the quality is good or excellent because they get an equal quality or exceed expectations.From the inferential point of view, it shows there’s a moderate correlation, positive and significant relationship between perceived and expected quality variables. However, the analysis by dividing the group in perceived quality variable ratings above and below the average shows that there’s no significant correlation between the two variables in the case of students who value below average. Instead, there’s a positive and significant correlation in the group of students who value above average. This fact has enormous implications for the processes of quality improvement. The mean difference among the variables is highly significant and greater value to the expected than the perceived. This implies that the educational service quality is significantly deficient.

The article deals with the problem regarding the formation of the future preschool educators’ information culture. It is substantiated that the information culture is a necessary condition for the modern education and subsequent successful professional activity of an educator in preschool educational institutions. It has been proved that under conditions of widespread use of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions, the requirements to the future educators’ professional training are greatly expanded, and therefore the need to form the preschool educators’ information culture is originated from the real needs of renewing the preschool education system. The essence of the notion «preschool educator’s information culture» has been considered. It has been proved that the information culture of the future educator of a preschool educational institution is a qualitatively new form of the educator’s mental activity organization based on the use of information tools, which allows improving professional activities in preschool educational institutions. It has been substantiated that the definition of the «information culture» is multidimensional and diverse and is considered as a special type, as a subsystem of the preschool educator’s professional culture. The structure of the educator’s information culture is a synthesis of structural components (cognitive, axiological, behavioural) ensuring in their interaction the integrity and functioning of this type of culture. The necessity to develop the designated culture has been scientifically grounded and the formation peculiarities of the future preschool educators’ information culture have been revealed. The methodology aimed at forming future educators’ information culture while studying «Introduction to the specialty and basics of Pedagogy», «Preschool Pedagogy and the History of Preschool Pedagogy», «New information technologies in Preschool Education», «Computer technologies used in the work with children», professional methods, the bachelor curriculum in the specialty 012 Pre-school education has been proposed. The proficiency indicators of the educator’s information culture have been determined. The proficiency (development) levels of the future educators’ information culture have been specified: sufficient, intermediate, low. The tools and methods for diagnosing the proficiency levels of the future preschool educators’ information culture have been proposed. The results of diagnosing the proficiency levels of the future preschool educators’ information culture have been presented. The analysis of the experimental work shows the effectiveness of the developed methodology aimed at the formation of the future educators’ information culture according to all the selected components.

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

The article justifies for the need to identify and to keep track, in practice, of different groups of risks inherent in educational institutions under current conditions of pandemic and post-pandemic transformation of education under the influence of modern world uncertainty. Transformation of education functions in the epoch of digital economy changes the content and types of risks concomitant to the activities carried out by schools. Schools belong to the most conservative types of organizations. However, the environment in which schools operate is constantly changing. An educational institution, as any enterprise, has to engage in the activity aimed at risk management. Manifestation of the risk is, on the one hand, fraught with threats and damage, on the other hand, with opportunities. Assessment of possible threats and risks allows timely projection of undesirable results, creation of a system for situational response to unforeseen circumstances and, in the final analysis, formulation of a strategy for development of the university which would allow achievement of modern high quality education, its fundamentality and conformity to important topical requirements of the personality, society and state. Causes of developing risks characteristic of educational institutions are disclosed. External and internal risks characteristic of educational institutions, sources generating them and the importance of managing them are analyzed. The analysis of risks made reveals multi-varied threats and opportunities in the external and internal envi-ronment of the institution and their ability to have a significant effect on educational, organizational and financial activities of the schools.

A qualidade de vida dentro do ambiente organizacional não tem refletido de forma positiva para as pessoas com deficiência, pois além de suas características comuns, portam outras que as limitam a executar tarefas que são simples para as demais. Nesse sentido, o estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar a qualidade de vida no trabalho das pessoas com deficiência em instituição de ensino privado. A pesquisa tem caráter qualitativo, descritiva e comparativa. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, participaram da pesquisa três instituições públicas de ensino e uma instituição privada de ensino. Os principais achados foram que nas instituições públicas de ensino não haviam pessoas com deficiência, não podendo assim analisar a qualidade de vida dos mesmos nessas instituições. Já na instituição privadas existem pessoas com deficiência, ter esse tipo de colaborador é de iniciativa da organização e não somente pelo fato de existirem leis que as obrigam ter uma percentagem desse tipo de colaborador. Esse tipo de colaborador é tratado como os demais colaboradores, desde a etapa de recrutamento e seleção até a avaliação de desempenho. Porém, os mesmos sofrem preconceitos de alunos e colaboradores da própria instituições de ensino. Para que isso diminuía, são propostas ações internas de conscientização.  The quality of life within the organizational environment has not reflected positively on people with disabilities, because in addition to their common characteristics, they carry others that limit them to perform tasks that are simple for others. In this sense, the study aims to analyze the quality of life at work of people with disabilities in private school. The research has qualitative, descriptive and comparative character. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Three public educational institutions and one private educational institution participated in the research. The main findings were that in public educational institutions there were no people with disabilities, so they could not analyze their quality of life in these institutions. In the private institution there are people with disabilities, having this type of employee is the initiative of the organization and not only because there are laws that require them to have a percentage of this type of employee. This type of employee is treated like other employees, from the recruitment and selection stage to the performance evaluation. However, they suffer prejudice from students and employees of the educational institutions themselves. To reduce this, internal awareness actions are proposed.

Based on the analysis of educational and regulatory documents, the main pedagogical principles of the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine (SSEQU) are summarized: a) basic pedagogical principles of SSEQU’s activity, which are defined by the legislator as basic principles of state educational policy (people orientedness; primacy of the law; ensuring the quality of education and equal access to education; humanism; democracy; unity of teaching, upbringing and development, etc.); b) principles that determine the legal sphere of the SSEQU’s activity (institutional separation of control functions and functions ensuring the activities of educational institutions; transparency and publicity of management decisions; responsibility and accountability of education authorities and educational institutions to society; public administration; public partnership etc); c) pedagogical principles that guide and structurally organize SSEQU’s activities (universal design and reasonable adaptation; scientific nature of education; diversity of education; integrity and continuity of education; integration with the labor market; freedom of choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational program, educational institution; academic integrity; academic freedom, etc. Empirical data analysis based on the educational process participants’ views on the factors, which comprise educational quality, revealed that the interviewees valued most the level of qualification, experience, knowledge and skills of their teachers, educational and methodological support, the use of new technologies and innovations in teaching for achieving quality education. Interaction and cooperation between education stakeholders was identified as important by teachers and students, and less important – by parents. Interviews with students - prospective educational experts revealed that they valued the sequence of communication skills, knowledge and skills of expert activity, experience and knowledge of pedagogical activities. Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Relevance. The article discusses the problems of the transition of universities to a distance learning format. The transfer of universities to a remote format due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus allowed students to continue to receive training, which varied significantly due to technologies, the choice of which was determined by the current capabilities of educational institutions. The article analyzes the result of a study of the attitude and assessment of teachers and students organizing and conducting training outside the educational institution with the use of distance technologies. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of teaching and learning in a distance format in higher education during the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The objectives of the study are to identify factors that have influenced the quality of the implementation of educational programs in full in the electronic information and educational environment. The results of the study. A serious influence of the distance learning format on the quality of the teacher-student interaction was revealed (it has significantly decreased), which is undoubtedly one of the factors that reduce studentsʼ motivation to learn. For many respondents, distance learning and teaching was the first experience of a distance learning format, and therefore the attitude towards it is rather complicated. A significant scatter in the format of the classes, their completeness and content within the framework of distance learning, the low proportion of the teaching staff prepared for its implementation, and the generally low level of technical, methodological and legal support show that the majority of Russian universities are not ready to introduce distance learning. The transition to an online training format caused the majority of respondents discomfort and negative emotional experiences.

The article reveals the category ‘professional burnout’ and describes the ways of emotional states self-regulation of educators in modern preschool educational institutions. Methods for improving kindergarten teachers’ professional competence and self-esteem are clarified. It is defined how to find balance and harmony in professional activity to avoid overload and prevent professional burnout.The changes that are taking place in preschool education today place new demands on kindergarten teachers’ professional training. To optimize educators’ activities, it is necessary to balance the mode of their work and rest. Only by paying due attention to this issue can we avoid the phenomenon of professional burnout, which is quite common today.Attitudes towards colleagues, children, and parents should be based on the basic principles of partnership pedagogy, in particular respect for the individual, positive attitude and friendliness, and distributed leadership. In these conditions, educators of preschool educational institutions will be able to achieve maximum success in their activities, create effective learning and play environments that will form a comprehensively developed personality, and help the kindergarten teacher to maintain enthusiasm for many years.The article emphasizes that professionals must be able to resist the influence of adverse external factors that occur during professional activities. The key vectors of the educator’s life position should be optimism, self-efficacy, and the use of productive strategies to have their emotional state, to remain calm in any situation. It is necessary to be able to maintain mental balance, internal and external resources, and creative potential.

Educational institutions in which there is an educational process, have a function not only in the aspect of developing science, but also have a mission to improve the quality of personality through good character. In this position, the teacher has a role in instilling inclusive values (tasamuh) in the learning process that can be applied in everyday life as well as the process in developing the potential of their students. Each educational institution or each teacher will have different tasamuh values in each habituation or teaching. Get used to communicating with others using the language of unity, namely Indonesian, helping each other, not blaming others, especially fellow Muslims, especially other religions, and respecting different principles and respecting others. This study focuses on the views of Islamic Education teachers about the concept of tasamuh and the actualization of the tasamuh attitude of Islamic Education teachers in the learning process at SMK NU Lamongan, MTs Putra Putri Lamongan, SD NU Banat-Banin Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This study shows that teachers play a role in developing tolerant attitudes to students in the school environment, social groups and even the community, through habituation and learning Islamic Education. The teacher's perspective on inclusive attitudes also plays a role in shaping the personality of students to be more open and respect all differences.
