This study aims to describe mixed ensemble learning in extracurricular activities in class IX students of SMP Negeri 15 Palembang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The preparation of the trainer before doing the learning is to determine the material that is taught to students at each meeting, then the trainer determines the strategies and learning methods that will be used in learning so that learning objectives are achieved. The implementation of mixed ensemble learning at SMP Negeri 15 Palembang includes; 1) The mixed ensemble learning process consists of group division, placement and selection of musical instruments, learning for each instrument, 2) Mixed ensemble learning includes three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation

Professional teachers must have 5 (five) competencies, one of which is the competence of preparing lesson plans. There are several factors that cause teachers to have difficulty in compiling it 1) Teachers do not have a linear educational basis so they are not equipped with knowledge about planning and implementing learning. 2) Teachers have never attended training on RPP preparation so they only copy and paste from their friends, even though, they are not relevant to the situation and conditions in their school so that the existing RPP cannot be used as a reference in the learning process. 3) Teachers have attended training, but have not been able to apply it in schools. One of the programs that can be held in the context of teacher empowerment is academic supervision (academic supervision).This research was conducted in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation/reflection, and carried out at least in two cycles. This research is aimed at teachers of all subjects who do not have a linear teacher education background totaling 20 people, namely: 16 class teachers, 2 sports teachers, and 2 PAI teachers. In cycle I, this action research involved 5 subject teachers who did not have a teacher education background, who were in this school. The research begins by submitting a self-made lesson plan according to the subjects and competency standards of each to the supervisor. Based on these data, supervisors provide guidance to teachers according to the difficulties of each teacher. In the second cycle, planning activities are based on reflection from cycle 1, while the steps for action and observation activities are the same as in cycle 1 by paying attention to the priority problems concluded in cycle 1 and followed by reflection activities.The results showed, in the components of the formulation of learning objectives indicators, there was an increase from 40% in the initial ability, to 60% in cycle 1 and increased to 70% at the end of the activity. In the Determination Component of learning materials and there is an increase in ability from 65% to 70% after cycle 1 and is stronger to 80%. In the Component Selection of Strategies and learning methods, there was a significant increase from the original 40% to 60% in cycle 1 and increased again to 75% after cycle 2. In the selection of media and learning tools there was also an increase from 60% at the beginning activities and after cycle 1, it becomes 80% after cycle 2. While in terms of planning evaluation of learning. From the original only 40% at the beginning of the activity, to 60% at the end of cycle 1 and managed to reach 70% at the end of cycle 2.Keywords: Academic Supervision, Pedagogic Competency

The qualified teacher is teacher who has the standards of educator that has capability of their materials according to the standard of the contents and carry out the learning process according to the standard of the process. Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) is the administration prepared teachers before carrying out the learning process. This research aims to know the quality of the LIP who made by teachers. This research is a descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through questionnaire, document’s noting, and interviews method. The research subjects are vocational teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Cilegon. The results of this research shows that (1) the completeness of the components 63.63; (2) conformity between components 85.7; (3) feasibility of competence 100; (4) feasibility of the indicators and the achievement of basic competencies 100; (5) feasibility of the learning objectives 80; (6) formulate learning objectives 75; (7) choosing and organizing the learning material 80; (8) feasibility of the learning activities 84.6; (9) selection of learning methods 100; (10) selection of media, tools and learning resources 85.71; and (11) the feasibility assessment 85.7, so that the average was 85.5 with good qualifications. The LIP is structured properly can increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom and improve the quality of teaching and graduates are in accordance with the needs of the ASEAN Economic Community.

Abstract - Early March 2020, the corona virus began to spread in Indonesia. To suppress the wider spread of the virus, the government made policies regarding social restrictions. This has resulted in many schools and colleges, offices and companies, and other public places, deciding whether employees or their students should work or study from home. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning during the Corona virus pandemic in Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis of data acquisition was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that online learning carried out during the Corona virus pandemic was ineffective because obstacles were still found that interfered with the learning process, including the absence of two-way communication between students and lecturers, Besides other obstacles, namely students who do not have enough quotas to take part in online learning, or lecturers who do not understand technology so that learning is not carried out using online learning applications but through Whatsapp groups. Keywords: learning, online learning, pandemic, Corona virus Abstrak – Awal bulan Maret tahun 2020, virus corona mulai menyebar di Indonesia. Untuk menekan penyebaran virus yang lebih luas lagi, pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak sekolah dan kampus, kantor dan perusahaan,  serta tempat-tempat publik lainnya, memutuskan  para karyawan atau anak didiknya untuk bekerja atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran online di masa pandemi virus Corona pada mahasiswa Politeknik Kridatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis perolehan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilaksanakan selama masa pandemi virus Corona kurang efektif karena masih ditemukan hambatan yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran diantara-Nya tidak terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah antara mahasiswa dan dosen, disamping hambatan-hambatan lainnya yaitu mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki cukup kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, atau dosen yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga pembelajaran tidak dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online tetapi melalui grup Whatsapp. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, pandemik, virus Corona

Improving the ability of Arabic (bi-ah lughawiyyah 'arabiyyah) and Islam with the BISA system program. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Arabic and Islamic learning in the Bogor Arabic Village explicitly. The research method uses qualitative. Data collection techniques: (a). Observation, (b). Interview (c). Documentation study. Conclusion (1). Arabic learning with the muhadatsah model for speaking skills and the qawa'id method for reading skills. (2). Islamic religious education starts from tahfizhul Quran, creed material, worship, morals, and muamalah. The learning process impact is mastering the Arabic language and applying it to the practice of Islam. It combines village and school concepts with the selection of beginner, intermediate, and advanced material.

Achievement motivation is expected to be owned by students, these variables have a role in encouraging students in the learning process to gain achievement. But low achievement motivation becomes a serious problem for students. So that counseling techniques are needed to increase student achievement motivation. This study aims to improve achievement motivation of grade XI students of MA Madania Bantul through psychodrama techniques. This study was action research carried out in five cycles using Kemmis and Taggart model. Each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were 10 grade XI students of MA Madania Bantul. The type of action taken was psychodrama technique which consisted of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and discussion. The data collection methods used was the scale, observation and interview. The instrument used in this study was the scale of achievement motivation, observation guides and interview guides. The success in this study was 80% of the subjects have high achievement motivation. The analysis of the data used in this research was the analysis of is quantitative descriptive. The results show that the technique psychodramas which included preparation, implementation, and discussion can improve achievement motivation of grade XI students of MA Madania Bantul. Keywords: psychodrama; achievement motivation; action research Abstrak Motivasi berprestasi diharapkan dimiliki oleh siswa, variabel tersebut memiliki peran dalam mendorong siswa dalam proses pembelajaran untuk memperoleh prestasi. Namun motivasi berprestasi rendah menjadi permasalahan serius pada siswa. Sehingga diperlukan teknik konseling untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi pada siswa kelas XI MA Madania Bantul melalui teknik psikodrama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan yang dilaksanakan dalam lima siklus menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Setiap siklusnya terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa kelas XI MA Madania Bantul. Jenis tindakan yang dilakukan adalah teknik psikodrama yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan diskusi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala, observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah skala motivasi berprestasi, pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 % dari subjek memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik psikodrama yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan diskusi dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas XI MA Madania Bantul. Kata Kunci: psikodrama; motivasi berprestasi; penelitian tindakan.

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine the integration patterns that can be applied by a teacher in the learning process. In this study the authors used the literature research method, with data collection techniques conducting a review of books, literature, notes related to the integration of religious values in shaping student character. Integration of religious values is the inclusion of values into the learning process so that children have character and behave based on good religious values. Through integration, it provides complex goals for learning outcomes, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. There are two patterns of integration that can be carried out by teachers in the learning process, namely: (1) inculcating religious values into teaching material, the meaning is when the teacher provides an explanation or the process of transferring knowledge, the teacher does not only provide knowledge, but the teacher instills religious values. inside it. (2) The use of Islamic symbols for learning content means the inculcation of religious values through the content in learning, such as questions or material examples using the Islamic symbols in Islam.Keywords: Integration, religious values, student character

TTechnological developments are now in the era of super-smart society 5.0 which is an advanced solution to the 4.0 industrial revolution. The era of super-smart society 5.0 is a learning innovation that changes from basic literacy to digital literacy. This study aims to analyze the innovation of Biochemistry learning in the Department of Chemistry at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in welcoming the era of super-smart society 5.0. The research method used descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique was carried out using a literature review. The method of data collection was carried out by observation, distributing questionnaires, documentation, lecturer interviews, and student interviews. The research instrument consisted of observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview sheets. The results showed that in the era of super-smart society 5.0, lecturers and students were required to be quick in making decisions and solutions when learning Biochemistry. Lecturers must dig up information and look for innovations so that students can think ahead and keep up with the times according to the era of super-smart society 5.0. Lecturers act as tutors or teachers, facilitators, and inspire students to achieve learning objectives. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that lecturers must have the ability in digital literacy and train students to be able to think critically and creatively in learning Biochemistry in the era of super-smart society 5.0.

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

The aim of this research was to find out relationship between newspaper readers fear effects and Pulwama incident. The rationale behind the selection of topic was to measure the level of fear of war at the time of crisis between two countries. This study is based on quantitative methodology, whereas, survey research method was applied. For the data collection, the researcher applied questionnaire comprises 23 closed-ended questions from 50 respondents through purposive sampling method. The results revealed that both newspapers covered the issue, which spread fear of war among them due to repeatedly news stories, blaming contents, over presentation, exaggeration, LOC war like situation, biased and manipulated information. The correlation findings supported the hypotheses significantly that there is association between fear of war and newspaper reading.

This researcher aims to explore the listening skill’ online learning process using the Madlipz application and analyze the students’ perceptions of the learning process. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. From this study, the researchers concluded three steps used by the teacher, namely (1) preparing and sharing online class links using Zoom Cloud Meeting media, (2) several core activities such as greeting, motivation, and explanation of listening skill ‘learning objectives’. In this step, it is also explained how the videos provided by the Madlipz application are presented as teaching materials for listening skill ‘learning, (3) evaluating learning outcomes. Researchers also found various kinds of students’ perceptions which were categorized as positive and negative perceptions.
