Under the leading of a good headmaster is crucial for the development of rural education. For the purpose of developing new rural construction services and “new theories of Xingzhi Tao” for rural education reform in new are, the top headmaster workshop has been established in Tong Fuyong Country. The workshop always adheres to the rural education theory of Xingzhi Tao and functions as the theoretical implementation in contemporary society. This article has listed 4 schools under the guidance of the workshop for examples, which taking the ordinary things as the living textbooks, choosing the school as the developing area, leading the school through concrete measures, and taking the teacher as the core, so as to carry out the combination of the workshop theory and the practical implementation.

In the new era, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is faced with many opportunities and challenges. The main ways of ideological and political education reform and innovation in colleges and universities are to explore the formation law of young students' ideological value in the new era, to innovate the ideas of ideological and political education, to improve the ideological and political quality of teachers, to enrich the content and form of ideological and political education, and to deepen the reform of educational evaluation in the new era. Based on the development and change of the international and domestic situation in the new era, we must explore the countermeasures of ideological and political education in accordance with the national conditions and the reality of colleges and universities.

AbstractA new era is presently unfolding wherein both smart urbanism and sustainable urbanism processes and practices are becoming highly responsive to a form of data-driven urbanism under what has to be identified as data-driven smart sustainable urbanism. This flourishing field of research is profoundly interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary in nature. It operates out of the understanding that advances in knowledge necessitate pursuing multifaceted questions that can only be resolved from the vantage point of interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity. This implies that the research problems within the field of data-driven smart sustainable urbanism are inherently too complex and dynamic to be addressed by single disciplines. As this field is not a specific direction of research, it does not have a unitary disciplinary framework in terms of a uniform set of the academic and scientific disciplines from which the underlying theories can be drawn. These theories constitute a unified foundation for the practice of data-driven smart sustainable urbanism. Therefore, it is of significant importance to develop an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary framework. With that in regard, this paper identifies, describes, discusses, evaluates, and thematically organizes the core academic and scientific disciplines underlying the field of data-driven smart sustainable urbanism. This work provides an important lens through which to understand the set of established and emerging disciplines that have high integration, fusion, and application potential for informing the processes and practices of data-driven smart sustainable urbanism. As such, it provides fertile insights into the core foundational principles of data-driven smart sustainable urbanism as an applied domain in terms of its scientific, technological, and computational strands. The novelty of the proposed framework lies in its original contribution to the body of foundational knowledge of an emerging field of urban planning and development.

For some trade majors who only focus on theoretical studies, they no longer have an advantage in the market. If they do not pay attention to practical training, it will be difficult to gain a foothold in business. In education, people are paying more and more attention to e-commerce. Many schools take “cross-border e-commerce (CBEC)” as a course. This article uses CBEC to implement multi-dimensional teaching, so as to enhance the core competence of trade majors. This research is mainly based on the analysis of the existing teaching program model, and proposes a multi-level, all-round and multi-dimensional teaching method. This article analyzes the current teaching mode of trade major and various related problems in this mode, and proposes a teaching method based on theory and practice in response to the requirements of trade major. In teaching, many teachers will use traditional teaching methods to analyze trade and help students learn about CBEC. If students cannot learn the operating mode of CBEC as soon as possible, it will cause many students to walk out of the school very much. It is difficult to adapt to the requirements of work, and it is also difficult to accept the new CBEC model. This not only affects the employment rate and employment quality of students, but also is not conducive to the transformation and development of foreign trade enterprises. Therefore, we need to teach students based on the market’s demand for CBEC compound talents, let them have close contact with enterprise development, and use school-enterprise cooperation to realize CBEC practical and multi-dimensional teaching in schools, so as to generate training to meet the needs of the cross-e-commerce market Technical personnel.

En este artículo se expone un análisis sobre las representaciones que construyen docentes en torno al significante “reforma educativa” en el contexto de la educación básica, se presenta como ámbito de estudio la Escuela Primaria Colegio Cristóbal Colón en el estado de Veracruz, México, durante el ciclo escolar 2010-2011. Las preguntas centrales de esta investigación giran en torno a los significados construidos por las docentes respecto del término “reforma educativa” en la institución mencionada. En este abordaje se exponen los recursos procedentes de la teoría de las representaciones sociales, además de las dos categorías intermedias construidas en esta investigación: la primera se denomina reforma regional en perspectiva; la segunda, efecto de cambio y progreso. En este sentido la investigación permite conocer que las docentes significaron la interpelación de la RIEB 2009 como un llamado a la modificación de sus estrategias didácticas, identificando la reforma educativa como cambio curricular. AbstractThis article presents an analysis of the representations that teachers make about one term “educational reform” in the context of the basic education, in the Elementary School Cristóbal Colón in the state of Veracruz, Mexico; during the 2010-2011 school year. The core questions of this research are looking for the meanings given to the term “education reform” by the teachers in that institution. In this approach we take resources from the Theory of the Social Representations adding two mezzo categories created in this research: the first is called regional reform in perspective; the second is the effect of change and progress.  Against the backdrop of growing national strength and rapid economic development, the government has placed more emphasis on education. In recent years, remarkable achievements have been registered in terms of education in China, which lays a solid foundation for cultivating comprehensive professionally-trained personnel in the new era. However, the current education system is ridden with many setbacks and problems. This paper conducts an analysis of the specific conditions of education both at home and abroad, status quo of education in China, makes some reflections on the direction and measures of China's education reform based on the practical reality of education in China. Measures should be taken to inject personalities into the traditional, exam-oriented education system, which keeps pace with the new era. As is known to all, it's important to strike a balance between public education and non-government funded education in a scientific and reasonable manner. The overhauling of traditional education policies will pave the way for China's educational renaissance and realize the great blueprint of the Chinese dream.

In 2015, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) was said to have set in motion a regional community with “peace, prosperity, and people” at the core of its transition towards deeper integration. In 2017, it marked its 50th year - a narrative arc in Southeast Asian history that has arguably defined the region’s contemporary period. What then could be the next for the organization? This paper explores one of those ideas that has been floating around about ASEAN’s future in relation to its people-oriented vision. In particular, it enquires into the abstracted and non-legal notion of “ASEAN citizenship” through identification of conjunctures in the development of the organization. While ASEAN’s lack of a legitimating policy on regional citizenship is understandable given its normative frameworks of intergovernmentalism and non-interference, the paper contends that this notion has already been discursively defined and constructively pursued from within the organization. The resulting narratives on regional identity formation and on ideas and institutions that articulate and generate potential elements of regional citizenship seek to capture aspects of this slippery yet lingering presence of “ASEAN citizenship,” and hopefully contribute to the evolving conversations on the nature and future of ASEAN as it enters a new era.

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, public security education in China, especially public security higher education, has gone through an extraordinary development road from scratch, from weak to strong, with the great attention of the party and the state. It has made remarkable achievements and made great contributions to the construction of the national public security team. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is an important task to summarize the problems existing in public security higher education in China and to think about the development strategy of public security higher education in the new era. In this paper, I will discuss the development strategy of public security higher education in the new period.

The term intersemiotic lies at the core of contemporary approaches to semantics, literature, translation and anthropology. At first glance, its connection with text is only intermittent. There is however a blurred area of overlapping in which texts, histories, media and works of art come together to form a dynamic palimpsest of meanings. This paper aims to examine several cases in which momentous works of the past have managed to cross the boundaries of history, nations, languages and media. Their perception and influence have not always been the same, but their common denominator is the power and faculty to exert influence beyond their time and outside their domain. From Shakespeare to Kurosawa and from Cicero to Jerome, forms of art have metamorphosed to accommodate the prevailing beliefs of different eras, condemned in some and glorified in others. Centuries have gone by, but some bygones refuse to be bygones, making one wonder what their secret ingredient is, and to what they owe their everlasting perseverance. The elaboration of this paper shows that in order for a text to be able to endure centuries and to be as topical today as it used to be it the days of yore, it has to be both emphatic with general humanity, and malleable to other media and historical contexts. Just as Galileo gave in to the court of majority and still managed to rewrite the planetary history, so the works of art yield a bit of their own ingenuity every time they undergo an intersemiotic transformation, while at the same time being reborn, revitalized and fit for a new era and a new belief.
