With the development of society, for application of the disciplines of art and design, the ability of "art + technology" is to develop the inevitable demand for the development of the times. Then, how to learn within four years of university studies, so that students can master good artistic and technical skills? This article combines with teaching practices from the perspective of setting up of the curriculum system and teaching by engineers outside the school. The aim is to meet the social needs of the subject training so as to explore the visual communication of professional education reform, with its professional education research to provide reference.

Paper-cut, as a traditional folk art, has become a treasure of Chinese folk art in its long history of development. Paper-cut gives people artistic enjoyment visually with its unique creative techniques, full composition and vivid and interesting patterns. Methods: Traditional folk paper-cut art records the folk customs of the Chinese nation and embodies the temperament and national style of the Chinese nation. Its unique way of thinking and expression provide unique creative ideas and rich visual art resources for modern graphic design. Chinese folk paper-cut is an organic combination of decoration and practicality. Results: It can not only show the rich and colorful folk life, but also meet the aesthetic needs of a variety of situations. How to combine rich traditional culture and art with graphic design concepts and the spirit of the times to design works with national style, so as to better integrate folk paper-cut art with graphic design, is the pursuit of graphic designers. Conclusion: Based on visual communication design, this paper discusses the comparison and integration between traditional Chinese folk paper-cut art design and modern graphic design.

<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>In the scientific field of visual communication design, the logo is one of the most frequently made designs and has a good market share. Along with the times, designing a logo work has undergone various forms and forms of transitions. The design process has also undergone innovation from various aspects ranging from concepts to the final results. The amount of market demand for a good logo makes the logo designers try to maximize the logo making process to match the expected results. One form of the logo-making process is by applying the golden ratio as a benchmark in determining the proportion and order of a harmonious and regular form to produce an aesthetic visual form. Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, perancangan sebuah karya logo telah mengalami berbagai macam transisi bentuk dan rupa. Proses perancangannya pun telah mengalami inovasi dari berbagai aspek mulai dari konsep hingga hasil akhirnya. Banyaknya permintaan pasar akan logo yang baik membuat para perancang logo berusaha memaksimalkan proses pembuatan logo agar sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Salah satu bentuk proses pembuatan logo adalah dengan cara mengaplikasikan golden ratio sebagai patokan dalam menentukan proporsi dan tatanan bentuk yang harmonis dan teratur untuk menghasilkan bentuk visual yang estetis. The problem of social aggression of young people that are immersed in digital communication has become the subject of this study. The authors did not confine to the state of the depressing condition of the ethical sphere in digital communication. They wanted to find out the underlying causes of the social antagonism and the conflict. One of the most important reasons for social destruction is the lack of clear space-time coordinates for a virtual subject. It leads to the use of the passive personality by the technologies themselves. A man turns into material for algorithms, and his psychophysics becomes a continuation of impersonal technology. This situation characterizes the formation of a new era of Web 4.0, which the authors call counter communication. Interactivity is a thing of the past. Technologies of new sincerity come to its place. Outrageousness, detabooing, use of eroticism are forms of communicative use of a virtual subject who, in the modern communicative space, is in a state of unrelenting tension, which only changes its mode in connection with all new reasons for exaltation. The study of the psyche of young people completely immersed in the virtual world has become a confirmation that virtual ethics is moving further and further from the traditional ethical principles. Their social skills, as well as social protection, were the lowest among the various groups of young people. Communication for them ultimately turns into a persistent search for entertainment, into a striving for a hedonistically comfortable environment, into denial of socially significant topics and problems.

The Social Welfare Issuer (PMKS) is a person or family who, because of an obstacle, difficulty or disruption, can not carry out their social functions and therefore can not establish a harmonious and creative relationship with their environment so that they can not fulfill their (physical, spiritual and social) needs adequate and reasonable (Thamrin, Masril & Sembiring, 2016). This research has a point to find out how an illustration the depth to live happily and prosperous people the scavengers. A method is executed by qualitative narrative, by interview depth and observation. Researchers had conducted interviews with two subjects that work as scavengers. Results in getting is the depth to  live happily of both the subject of very simple with the fulfill of needs and there is also social security for them. They could only fulfill their needs by gathering used goods erratic the amounts of each day and it becomes happiness its own for both subject. However in fact what happens is that social services agency and the central administration has not given a guarantee or assistance which could be used by both subject. Researchers advice for governments is to give the assurance that it is set in accordance with law social welfare, so that the scavengers can receive their rights .

AbstrakDalam ilmu desain, ekspresi berupa karya visual atau simbol terpengaruh suasana batin. Karya visual ini dapat diwujudkan menjadi suatu kreasi gambar ilustrasi. Kajian psikologi desain dengan fokus pada suasana batin sebagai pendukung kreasi gambar ilustrasi ini mempunyai dua tujuan yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan suasana batin yang mendukung proses kreasi gambar ilustrasi; dan (2) mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan wujud kreasi gambar ilustrasi atas pengaruh suasana batin. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan strategi studi kasus. Studi kasus dengan setting penelitian pada mahasiswa peserta Mata Kuliah Pengantar Seni Rupa dan Desain Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual Universitas Sebelas Maret. Sampling menggunakan teknik purposive dan pemerolehan data melalui teknik dokumentasi, wawancara mendalam, dan instrumen. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teori, dan analisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Penelitian mendapatkan hasil: (1) suasana batin yang mendukung proses kreasi gambar ilustrasi pada mahasiswa Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual meliputi suasana batin kebingungan; sedih/tertekan/takut; dan optimis. (2) wujud kreasi gambar ilustrasi atas pengaruh suasana batin mahasiswa direpresentasikan berupa bentuk, garis, warna, ukuran, tekstur, ruang, dan arah. Namun yang dominan adalah bentuk, warna, dan tekstur. Kata Kunci: gambar ilustrasi, proses kreasi, psikologi desain, suasana batin AbstractIn design, expression in the form of visual works or symbols was influenced by inner mood. This visual work can be manifested into an illustration image creation. The study of psychological design with a focus on the inner atmosphere as a support for the creation of this illustration image has two objectives, namely: (1) to describe and explain the inner atmosphere that supports the process of creating illustration images; and (2) describe and explain the form of illustration image creation on the influence of inner mood. In this research, the descriptive-qualitative method was used with a case study strategy. The study took place in the "Introduction to Art and Design" course in the Visual Communication Design Department, Sebelas Maret University. Sampling uses purposive techniques and data collection through documentation techniques, in-depth interviews, and instruments. The validity of the data used theoretical triangulation, and the analysis used content analysis techniques. The result of this research is (1) a mental atmosphere that supports the process of creating illustration images for students of the Visual Communication Design department, which includes an inner mood of confusion; sadness/depression/fear; and optimism. (2) the form of illustration image creation on the influence of the students' inner atmosphere is represented in the form of shapes, lines, colors, sizes, textures, spaces, and directions. With the development of science and technology and social progress, people can reveal design information in different forms on a daily basis. The more common visual design information, the more important its development status. In visual communication design, the two most important factors are color and image. These two factors can play a great role and can attract the public’s attention. This article is based on AI technology to study the design of color matching and image application in visual media communication design, aiming to innovate the method of visual media communication design, breaking through the traditional color matching and image application, so as to better use color art in visual communication design and graphic art and design excellent works. First, this article elaborates on the concept, main components, and influencing factors of visual communication design and also introduces the application of AI technology, then designs a visual media communication design model based on AI technology, and finally analyzes the current status of visual media communication design, usage, and satisfaction. From the analytical analysis, it appears that the optical media interface is commonly used for packaging design, responding to 45.6%; it is used more in the film and television media industry, reaching 68%; 49% of the public are very satisfied with AI visual media communication design. The above data fully shows that the application of AI visual media communication design is very wide, and the color matching and image use are very prominent, and the public is willing to accept AI visual media communication design works.

The article touches interrelated complex of problems characterizing visual communication in the digital space of modern society. The idea of forming of visual culture with a special mental constitution is being actualized. It is revealed that visual communication is a key phenomenon of the social and cultural reality of the Internet. The collision of verbal and visual that is exposed to changes in perception between the subject and the other is considered taking into account its specific qualities. If you look at the representational turn as a phenomenon of cultural consciousness opening in the space of the Internet, its quixotic duality could be noticed. The author believes that the conceptual discourse of visualization reveals new meanings and ideas, both in the thinking of some individual (as a part) and in the space of a multicode universe as a whole. It is concluded that an increasing role of visual communication in the perception of the world at all levels leads to a new type of personality.


ملخص: تعد “قصيدة الأرض” لمحمود درويش من القصائد المحورية التي تتواصل معها قضية الشاعر وشعبه وقضية انتفاضة الشعب في يوم الأرض؛ لإحياء مشكلة أمام الدنيا؛ لكي لا تنسى، فهي قضية حية متفجرة، وستظل كذلك؛ حتى تتحرر الأرض، ويعود الحق إلى أهله، وترجع فلسطين حرة أبية بإذن الله تعالى.فقد قرأت الباحثة هذه القصيدة قراءة عبر الحقول الدلالية من خلال الألفاظ الدالة على الأرض ومترادفاتها والألفاظ الدالة على الأمكنة، ومن ثم الألفاظ الدالة على الأزمنة، وقد استنتجت الباحثة أن الأرض من أكثر المفردات تكراراً وأهمية، فهي موضوعها الرئيس أولاً ومحور القصيدة ثانياً. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الأسلوبي؛ مما يتناسب مع موضوع الأرض والقضية، علماً أن الباحثة استفادت من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي استفادة تتماشى مع المنهج الأسلوبي، وكذلك المنهج الإحصائي لتحديد أنواع الدلالة ، وتخدم الدراسة في الوقت نفسه. Abstract “The land poem” is considered as one of Mohmmad Darwish’s poems with the issue of the poet and his people and the uprising of the people contact, This is on land day for the sake of revival of a problem in full view of the world in order not to be forgotten, It is a live explosive issue and it will remain so until the land is free and liberated, people return their rights and Palestine returns free and proud by god willing. The researcher reads this poem through inductive reading, She hopes to present a modest service and usefulness. The reading was by using a table format upon which the table was a word review function based on the land and it’s synonyms. As well as vocabularies that indicates the places and the times. The researcher concluded that the land is one of the most frequent and important vocabularies first, it is the main theme. Second, it is the focus of the poem.The researcher depended on Social Approach so as to suit the subject of the land and the issue. Please note that she benefited from the Descriptive Analytical Approach in line with the Social .Approach. Moreover, it served the research.

Some thirty years after the Bergman decision, Israel's constitutional structure and legal culture are still not responsive to minority needs or, more broadly, to the social needs of deprived communities. The liberal language and judicial review of Knesset legislation that were empowered by Bergman have not reconciled this problematic discrepancy between jurisprudence and social needs.The Bergman ruling signified the onset of a new era in Israel jurisprudence — the era of liberalism, in that it generated the notion of judicial counter-majoritarianism as the center, however problematic, of democracy. It was a modest ruling and a careful one, dwelling only on procedural deficiencies as cause for judicial abrogation of parliamentary legislation. Later on, after 1992, and propelled by the spirit of judicial activism, the Supreme Court adopted a more expansive judicial policy. It asserted the need for much more active judicial review of the substance of Knesset legislation and even the possibility of annulling it if it fell within the provisions of the Basic Law: Human Dignity and Freedom and the Basic Law: Freedom of Occupation.

In this article, the reflections of the problem "homelessness" in the field of art will be examined through three different art works created by Andres Serrano within the framework of the subject. The artist focuses on the problem of homelessness in the state of New York, United States, in his art series titled "Nomads” (1990), "Sign of the Times (2013) and “Residents of New York” (2014). Human body is the smallest unit that forms the social structure. It’s effects of its situation between the dilemma of existence and absence in social and psychological areas, will be covered through the dialogues held with the participants that took place in the artist's project. The coding and positioning of the body within the framework of the definition and classification of homeless / homelessness will be mentioned. Besides, the process of transforming the problem into an art work in a creative way will be evaluated.
