The Impact

The current study was heading for determining the impact of Pakistani university students’ socioeconomic classes on their personality traits. Demographic and personality questionnaires were filled by available university students online. The stepwise regression technique facilitated to generate regression models to define impacts of different socioeconomic classes on students’ different personality traits. Different regression models highlighted the significant negative impacts of the middle upper socioeconomic class on Agreeableness, Extraversion and Neuroticism personality traits. The lower socioeconomic class was found to have positive impact on only one personality sub-trait self-discipline. Whereas, the upper lower socioeconomic class caused positive impacts on students’ trust sub-trait, Conscientiousness trait and negative impact on excitement seeking sub-trait of personality. The importance of these impacts of socioeconomic classes on different personality traits and the possible implications are discussed with respect to university students’ academic performance and academic behaviour.

         This research is motivated by empirical data, the potential for problems in the field with regard to the growing problem of propaganda in the spread of Islam. Deployment is meant as the spread of Islam through the study of classical texts, recitals in taklim to male and female students who live in boarding Bustanul Wildan as well as to the communities in surrounding and also spread through the typical tradition traditional pesantren like tahlilan, berzanji, Rajaban, Muludan and other events. Pesantren Bustanul Wildan be of interest to researchers as objects related research.          Research conducted at the Islamic Schools Bustanul Wildan. The paradigm used in this study is a constructivist paradigm (qualitative). constructivist paradigm, uses the case study method. Technological development has changed human life style. Child's world that was once filled with traditional games has now been eroded by technological advances. Nowadays online games that replace traditional games are not only favored by children, almost all levels of human age like playing online games. But behind it all there is a negative impact that haunts its users. This study aims to reveal the negative side of using online games from the point of view of Islam and Islamic Psychology. The technique used is literature review by compiling some previous articles. The results showed that excessive use of online games will give a bad impact on the physical and psychological users, such as visual impairment, sleep disturbance, addiction, violence and stress. The use of online games is also considered more disadvantage than the benefits and it’s seen as an activity that wastes time, and it is prohibited in Islam.

The development of the times was followed by technological developments as well as the consumptive behavior of electronic devices such as smartphones. This technological progress has two impacts, namely positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that humans get ease in accessing information, connecting with others quickly through social networks. The negative impact of smartphone usage on elementary school children is excessive use, plus there is no healthy control mechanism both at school and at home. The purpose of this paper is to focus on relevant Christian religious education without having to reject the progress of the times for students so that the problem of smartphone addiction can be anticipated early on. This research uses descriptive method and case study with a qualitative approach.

Technology is developing very rapidly so that it can simplify human work, both science, information, games, buying and selling, and so on on the internet. Apart from having an impact on the fast and easy access to information, it also has an impact on health, social, intelligence, psychological, financial and other aspects. It is excessive if it is overused to make it addictive. Such as addiction to online games, TikTok, and youtube which results in dependence and underestimates health and time. This research uses literacy studies. The purpose of this study is to present findings of the impact of gadget use on children. The results show that technological advances have both positive and negative impacts. There are various kinds of game applications that are easily accessed by children, both game content and those that can stimulate children's development, such as creativity, memory, physical motor, cognitive and so on. So it is necessary to take preventive steps so that technological developments can also reduce the negative impact on children's development.

The internet is one of the impacts of new technology development, which can be used to find out the culture that exists in certain regional areas. The swift enlargement of information and communication technology has affected the public culture, both in the form of positive and negative impacts. Improvements and technological advances offered in this era make it easier for the community to access many things, one of which is entertainment media such as Netflix. Netflix's new series entitled “Squid Game” is being watched by millions of people around the world because of its unique storyline; it tells the story of a group of adults who are deeply in debt, who struggle to get a prize worth billions of Won (the official currency of South Korea) with their lives at stake. Unfortunately, the young generation nowadays is only a drama connoisseur who just follows trends, without exploring the messages and values contained in them. Therefore, the author analyzes the Netflix series "Squid Game" using an axiological approach as an effort to increase awareness of social issues among generation Z. This study uses a qualitative method with google form as an observation instrument and relevant literature sources. Academically, this research is hoped to contribute to science development which is related to the philosophy of science, and axiology in particular. Practically, it is hoped that it can be useful for readers, especially as a stimulant in the practice of axiological thinking in everyday life. This research shows that Generation Z at first was not aware of the social issues contained in the Squid Game. However, after getting a little stimulant, they can identify social issues that occur in the Squid Game, compare them with social issues in Indonesia, and consider Squid Game as a way to increase awareness of Generation Z on social issues.

<p>This research was conducted to describe the role of mothers in the delivery of teenage sex education in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with the case study method. Data collection uses participation collection, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants of this research are mothers who live in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. And having a teenage daughter. This study discusses the role that is carried out and which is carried out in the process of delivering the education section of their daughters. Using the AGIL theory (adaptation, goal achievement, integration, maintenance of latent patterns) put forward by Talcott Parsons, with four important basic elements that must be discussed in full and become a unity. The process is then processed. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and gathering conclusions.</p><p>The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the role of mothers who play a role and the role of mothers who are involved in the delivery of sexy education to girls in the Village Gandekan, Jebres District, Surakarta City. The ability of adaptation (Adaptation) by the mother regarding the development of the pattern of child relationships in the midst of technological development can be agreed to be adequate, the goal of achieving damage to the child's future. The way mothers provide sex education (integration) to children is done through advice, messages and rules or restrictions given to children. The mother's ability to support patterns (Latency) through implanting values is hardly adequate. This is evident from the fact that there are still many children who refute the advice given by the mother.</p>

This paper shows through a comparative case study that many contemporary engineers working on a technological response to climate change—biofuel production—continue to be guided by traditional ethical and historical principles of efficiency and growth in spite of the uniqueness of climate change as a problem unbounded globally in space and time.  The comparative case study reveals that in the past environmental issues like water scarcity were viewed as deficiencies of nature.  In contrast, the development of biofuels as an engineering response to climate change shows that environmental and ecological issues today are viewed as deficiencies of technologies.  Yet, just like large dams on rivers had (and continue to have) negative socioecological outcomes, political economy and political ecology research show biofuel development has socially unjust and ecologically degrading outcomes.  Many engineers continue to separate the “technical” from the “political” aspects of engineering work, resulting in lost opportunities to reshape the technological development paradigm.  While every technology has some negative impacts, engineers, as socioecological experimentalists, must account for these outcomes in their work to mitigate them.  Encouragingly, the engineers interviewed for this paper (along the authors of this paper, who are all engineers) believe that problems like climate change are too narrowly defined, and that the problem-solving capabilities of engineers would lead to more favorable outcomes if problems were more broadly defined to incorporate concerns of social justice and ecological holism, and if we are given legitimacy and agency in proposing alternative, radical, and paradigm-changing solutions to problems like climate change.

The history of petroleum in Cepu, which has not been explored and taught to students, makes students' knowledge of the environment low. This study aims to analyze the extent to which students' knowledge of the environment and ecological awareness possessed by students of SMK Migas Cepu. By using the case study method, the principles of ecological literacy outlined by the researcher in the form of a questionnaire become the basis for knowing students' understanding and awareness of their environment. To provide students with an understanding of the negative impact of oil refineries in relation to fostering attitudes and knowledge of ecology, researchers provide learning the history of petroleum through the guided inquiry method with the aim of helping students to bring up character values, namely a caring attitude towards the environment. The resultthat the significance of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted that There is a mean difference between the control and experimental classes. So that dapat disimreport that the questionnaire developed was effective in increasing students' ecological awareness.

This study aims to describe the public perception of the existence of asphalt minning in relation to the environmental inpact caused in the Winning Vilage of Pasar wajo Distric in Buton District. This research is descriptive qualitative whit case study approach. Data collection is done by using method: questionare, interview, observation and documentation. Data obtained from 55 respondents, then presented in tabular from percentage, then described qualitatively. The result showed that the public response about the presence of asphalt mining in Winning Vilage, divided into positive and negative impacts. Positive impacts of asphalt mining such as: increased local income, creation of employment opportunities for local communities, exposure of territories from isolason. While the negative impact is asphalt mining activities caused environmental damage include: 1) land danmage, land disruption, 2) Damage to flora and fauna, communities responding to asphalt mining activities caused damage to vegetation and people responded to asphalt mining activities causing damage/wild animal/wildlife, 3) The contamination river water, times and swamps where people respond to the mining activitie of asphalt cause pollution of riverwater/times and swamps, 4) Air pollution mainly dust produced from the development process and the means of transportation passing by, 5) Noise, where people respount to asphalt mining activities generate noise, 6) The existence of healt problems where people respoud to asphalt mining activities cause public health problems,
